Eight months back i procured the fz-s fi v 2.0, the expected performance by the yamaha was not happening. Head light focus is very low compare to other 150cc bikes. The pick-up is very low even when driving in 3rd gear. I am not satisfied with the performance of fz-s fi v2.0.Instant pick-up is not available in these bike. Engine is getting over heated once after travelling a non-stop 40 km distance.
I have posted the complaint to yamaha motors india but they didnt respond properly. And still i'm waiting for the solution for my issue.

    Dear Sir/Madam i have purchased yamaha fascino from your dealer Vinayak Yamaha in domlur road Bangalore on 21-05-16 i was in a hurry & had trusted the brand as well as the showroom staff and took the delivery of my vehicle & came home and parked in my parking and yesterday suddenly i saw a slight difference in the paint and when i called the showroom to inform about it they did not respond me properly and i directly went there so the staff was like we cannot do anything now then i spoke to the branch manager Mr.Deepak he was also like we cannot do anything sir you might have painted the bike so thats why the difference( No commonsense for the manager there bike is purchased just 2days ago & meter reading is just 60kms) and he tells u have painted the bike sir i really felt very pity for the customers who have purchased these yamaha bikes or scooters. Really these people cheat alott. Am damn sure its happened some where while vehlicle delivery in the carrier or somewhere those people know that better atlast he said we cannot do anything once the delivery is done you cannot come with complaints like this and walked away.. I have alot of trust on Yamaha the brand & the service so i please request you to solve out this issue asap. And for the customers plz trust me i suggest or prefer Pacer yamaha or someother but you people just ignore VINAYAK YAMAHA Domlur road bangalore..

      I've booked yamaha zr under exchanging my old scooty pep. I informed them scooty is not in running condition and asked my expectation price, i asked them 3000. The customer executive said they'll offer the best amount. Then i booked the ray zr. After few days i took my scooty to the yamaha showroom, they said it is a scrap piece so they can offer only 1500. After a lot of bargaining also the showroom manager doesn't increase 1 rupee and asked me to get back my booking amount. Finally, i agreed for 1500 rs. As the manager said, scooty is scrap, i removed the battery from the scooty, but the manager becomes angry and started shouting at us that, how dare you'll remove a battery and asked me to get the booking amount back.

      The manager of the showroom is not willing to sell the bike, he should convince me in that 1500 rs and he should have politely informed me to not to take the battery, his only intention is to return the money. Word by word he's asking me to take my money back and behaving very rudely to me.

      Next day, i went to get the money back, i noticed that many customers came to give their bike service is also complaining abt the manager behaviour to customers.

      Yamaha should look into these kinds of behaviour from their employees and should give proper training to their employees, that how to interact with customers.

        I am owning yamaha fazer bike. Today i left for service at s. S. Agencies, namakkal. They gave an work estimate.In that they mentioned the spares cost as rs.1725 and for that the service charges are rs.1765. They did not give a proper explanation. It is very much disappointing. Service is also not so good. Atfer the comletion of free services, they continued the paid and they didnt tell about the bonus services also. Till now i have done 6 paid services.

          I have one 3.5 yrs old yamaha fz.. All the services done from ur authorised service centre within every 2000kms (You have data, you can verify any time) and paying lots of money every time... That is more than the bike price.. And the performance is zero... Same problem occurs after every services.. During the time of purchasing your behaviour very good.. But after that it's crossing beyond limit
          This time i asked them to checkup pick-up issue, which i am telling them from last 1 year. They said change choke wire (Changed same day), clutch wire (Changed same day) after this i told them still there is issue. They told this time we need to check engine, they opened it and saying there are scratches in cylinder bore (Just 35, 000 kms, services are done within every 2000kms and oil also changed everytime). I have yamaha extended warranty also. They are not taking that also in consideration.
          There is only possibility of scratches in cylinder bore if you are not changing engine oil in every service (I am doing). I am sure they were not changing the engine oil in any service.
          Take this matter in to consideration

          First 1 year services were done in sprint yamaha
          #55/8, hosur main road, kudlu gate, hongasandra, bengaluru, karnataka 560068

          From last 2.5 years services are done in orion motors

            I have purchased a brand new Yamah Fascino Scooter 3 jan 2016 (Chassis no. ME1SE77FBF0091020 )
            no. UP 32 GU 2274, From Republic Auto Sales Hardoi Road Chowk Lucknow

            After one month it has become a burdon for me as the bike was
            not running properly and giving always tension, as engine disorder,
            makes extra ordinary sounds from the engine, tyres not works good battery failure, lights are
            also not functioning properly. Milage was also very poor, getting 20-25 KM
            per ltr. where as the company was claiming 66KM per ltr.

            Since after four months of purchase, up to now, it has gone 5 to 7 times same problem under servicing I am totally fed-up with company's attitude and non functioning
            of the bike.

            Kindly resolved my problem with out any more delay and oblige.

The coal set not worked proper, i have walked into a nearest showroom problem not resolved. i have complain second service .                 Digital fuel indicator is not working

                Disappointing service:
                I have been using a yamaha fz version 2 vehicle for 1.6 years. The fuel indicator stopped working, post to which, i have walked into a nearest showroom to get it resolved. The way showroom staff communicated is very disappointing and they were demanding money for procuring new part, which the service center staff want to replace even if the vehicle is under warranty. I was told that it would take 25 days to resolve it. Also they asked us to contact other showroom as they do not have much knowledge to resolve it.

The 1st problem i faced was of meter so they solved it after req them many times, then the main things started like the fork of my bike continuously makes noises whenever it goes even in a small pothole, the next thing is clutch bell noise, my bike is making such noises as if it was half a decade old, it also has tappet noise as well. I've clearly mentioned all of these issues each and every time to service station guys but they haven't solved it yet. I'm already an old customer of yamaha since i used to own r15 version 1. I never expected such type of poor service and a poor product from yamaha. I bought that bike just on behalf of yamaha's goodwill, if i knew you're products are likr this i would have never bought it. Please solve my issue asap, give me a bike replacement or return my money back asap or els i'll take a serious action against your company.

                        Service boys are handling bikes very badly,
                        they are spoiling the bikes parts and telling to customers that was happened already and removing that part it came off...

                          I gave my bike (Ap 28 bu 4326) for servicing on monday 18-apr-16 @pacer yamaha service center, kalyan nagar, banglore.
                          Problems before servicing:
                          1. Front wheel was giving some jerk(I think problem was with rim)

                          I took the bike next day (Tuesday 19-apr-16) and bill was 5000+.
                          Problems after servicing:
                          1. Default race position was very high.
                          2. Accelerator was not working properly.
                          3. Chock wire was left open.
                          4. My original problem was still as it is.
                          5. Bike started giving jerks as like no petrol in tank but approximately 2 litres of petrol was there.

                          I again went to service center and explained all these problems. They fixed problem number 1, 2 & 3.
                          Problems i am facing now:
                          1. My original problem was still as it is (Front wheel was giving some jerk).
                          2. Referring to problem number 5, whenever i am driving my bike at constant speed (Ex: 52 kmph) its giving jerks like petrol is over but my bike tank was full.
                          3. Most disappointing problem is my mileage reduced from 41 kmpl to 31 kmpl.

                          I am totally disappointed with the servicing. Please let me know further steps to escalate this issue. Please revisit your service centre norms.
                          This is really pathetic, you are charging for bike servicing like car but giving crap service in return.

                            I suspect Yamaha, India (Kolkata) as well as head office in India have a strategy to brazen unethical behavior of theirs. I have been repeatedly posting comments, mails have been sent to them but no response. The content of my complaint is below -
                            A person representing Yamaha came to our house suggesting we pay him un-officially for fixing our Yamaha audio system, upon expressing that I would like to make the payment to Yamaha authorized dealer, he suggested I shouldnt as Yamaha would charge me more than he will. Next when I gave my audio system to the Yamaha music store in Kolkata they connected me with the same individual who had earlier visited our house. It has been over a month and no one from Yamaha is answering our calls (including the owner). I have recordings of the individuals concerned, both video & audio to substantiate what I'm saying. My father has been continuously calling & writing emails to the owner of 'Yamaha Music Square' Kolkata (Camac Street), regarding our audio system to no response.
                            Im going to follow up these complaints with in other forums as well, my music system has been lying with Yamaha (Kolkata) for over one month. There are others who have experienced, similar / worse experiences by exactly the same individuals ! There are other reputed businessmen in the city whom I have spoken to, who have similar complaints about specific individuals in Yamaha, Kolkata (including the same person mentioned earlier). once again I would like to re-iterate that I have evidence & proof to substantiate everything I have mentioned above. I have contacted Yamaha Kolkata via mail informing them of the same and with this as an intimation of the same to Yamaha head office, India. My email id is 'raaj.[protected]@gmail.com' I plan on continuing to escalate the issue, until theres a resolution of the same.

                              I have one 2.5 yrs old Yamaha Fazer ..all the services done from ur authorised service centre .and paying lots of money every time...that is more than the bike price..and the performance is zero...same problem occurs after every services..during the time of purchasing your behaviour very good..but after that it's crossing beyond limit..take this matter in to consideration...

                                  I was publicly harassed by the staff and most important of all the manager of the Orion Motors (Agara Post) Yamaha service station. He publicly called me a Liar, defamed me in-front of other customers and service staff. He was not at all helpful and polite was super rude. I want to press charges and file a legal lawsuit against the manager and staff member Mr Hari as well as the service station. Please help me for further actions. Publicly shamming me as a customer was traumatizing.

                                        I was bye your saluto yamaha bike on 10th March at meenakshi motets, madurai 625007.
                                        Your executive & your brochures said bike given 78 km
                                        But my bike given only 44km only .
                                        I am really disappointed with his bike on your words . Solve the issue.
                                        Otherwise kindly change the bike.
                                        Your dealer give a worst service I had completed in my first free service .
                                        Milage not impressed so I go again your dealer that do sum work . But that time bike starting problem raised. It not 1 St time every 2 days once I will go to your service senter only for bike issues.
