I have bought my yamaha fz v2 bike an year back, i. E. April 2015. From that time of purchase am facing issues with bike doom/headlight. Its pretty shaky. Especially in bumps, my complete doom, along with speedometer as well, even i cant see the speedometer properly. During nights, because of shaky lights, the road is not visible.

As per the service center, this problem exists with all yamaha fz v2 bikes, it cannot be fixed. During all my services i used to complain about this use, however they will just respond stating, they refixed the doom, however nothing happens. I know all the issue spare parts can be replaced within 2 yrs of bike purchase. Please look into this issue, as am not able to ride my bike, if the issue persists, i need to sell my bike no other go..

    When i enter the showroom where that sales peoples attitude was very bad. No response and not gave a single smile. Then i ask quotation that price was very high compare with coimbatore. And they gave more pressure for put the extra fittings finally took vehicle. After two days i met the managing director mr. Muthukumar and i asked why sir your peoples are doing like. Suddenly he got tension and scholed me in bad words. I never met a this type of man in my life.. I felt soo bad yamaha dealership
    Why you gave dealership for this type of third rate man.

      I brought a yamaha fascino on 30th december 2015, my scooty self starter not working so i went service center, the service men told me that there is no problem in battery, carbon is there in self stater due to dust, again after 1month same problem at morning i have to kick the scooty or after 6, 7hr same.so on 9.06.2016 i went jmm service center in guwahati, without seeing they told me that battery is not good or i have to change my self, i thought how its can be possible only 6month running i kept my scooty at morning and they told that they will return my scooty at 5p.m.The jmm service men told that my is damaged they wrote a letter and gave to me they gave a address of exide battery company so went there in battery company and i saw that jmm service center replace my battery and kept amco battery, what is the use of like jmm type service center what they will serve to people, service centre take advantages from us only.

        I purchase fsz green version 2 on 2015 September .on October just came one small accident..I make it all work with the hep of insurance it's on road on November last 2015. But on that time I didn't get two tank cover..but I paid money also for that..every time when I'm calling they are telling we forget next weak we will give..parts not available likethat..before also all my friends told me here it's bad service pls don't buy yamaha..but i like the design and engine power of yamaha...now I'm thinking why I buy this...with in 2 months I face very very bad service ..I talk with the showroom mange frome where I buy..he said check with service centre...what the stupid service your giving..respected yamaha team ...i[censored] can't give better after sales service pls don't make new model to attract the costumers..for more details any one can call me

          Hi all,

          Yesturday i have given my bike szr for paid service supervisor inspected my vehicle and asked the problem and explained facing problem.

          By default he also metioning many things blindly saying this all need to do.
          Approx 2000 rs it will cost.
          After 3 hours back called again clutch plates burned need to replace, i said ok

          I asked the supervisor to check battery rectifier, due to high charging battery gone and indicating bulbs gone in meter, asked to check that too

          Finally bill came 4 450.00 rs

          Evening when they tried to deliver bike its not at all taking shelf and starting asked mechanic and replied saying inside single clutch 3 spring will come in that one is week it has to replace for that separate labor which you have not told.

          For rectifier they have not cross checked when i asked during delivery they checked it and machanic himself is not confident to justify that its good or not and saying i[censored] want we will replace


          At finally somehow bike started and paid bill and taken my bike,
          And today morning while starting bike i notice rpm not working and i went back to service center and asked supervisor saying it was not working yesterday and mechanic saying it was shaking lightly.

          Finally they told its not at all working before i need to replace

          This is the second time i am facing this kind of service in this anurag motors

          They are mainly looking in to sale there spares and raise the bill not service
          Moreover the default service is 550 rs
          And for each component service labor extra.

          Please customers for paid service never go to this service center it far better to service your vehicle from local mechanics.

            Worst service by Walters yamaha - moolakadai, chennai. Fed up and planning to sell the bike in annoyance of not able to resolve my bike issues after giving it 6 times in Yamaha service center... I have spent 19k for the bike, my time and money has gone. What is the use of having a authorized service center if they are not able to resolve the problem..

              Hi

              I am writing this mail with great disappointment to inform you regarding the experience i had with sidharth auto, new railway road gurgaon branch.
              I owned a yamaha fz-s v2.0 army green color, registration no.-hr99xbtemp2129.
              Yesterday i was their for the first service of my bike. I booked appointment for the service for 12 june 2016 for 12 noon. I was at the service center around 11. 45 a. M and checked with the supervisor their regarding the service time.
              The supervisor checked regarding the appointment but he said he will not be able to deliver the bike within 90 minutes, as i was informed at the time of appointment as it is a sunday and they don't book appointment for sunday as they have a lot of bikes coming for service on sunday.
              Well first of all, i think that the supervisor lied to me as he already checked on his system that appointment was scheduled.
              He didn't honored the appointment and the commitment of 90 minutes servicing as promised by your representative while booking the appointment.
              I called around 2.15 p. M, after around 2 hours 15 minutes of the time i gave my bike for service as i didn't received any communication from the service center. When i asked regarding the servicing of my bike he put me stopped responding, i disconnected the call after waiting for 2 minutes. Around 2.39 p. M, i received a call from service center and they informed me that my bike has been serviced and i can collect my bike now.
              My complaints are following:

              1. The supervisor was very rude.
              2. He didn't honored the commitment of 90 minutes and i received the call that my bike has been serviced after 2 hours 40 minutes.
              3. When i submit my bike, the petrol tank was half filled and after servicing, the petrol tank was empty. When i informed the guard and supervisor regarding the same the said they didn't took any petrol and this is just the sensor.
              If it is the sensor don't they have to change the sensor?
              4. When i informed the supervisor that i will complaint regarding the same, he started talking in a very disrespectful manner and said that i can complaint anywhere i want and nothing will happen.

              If that's the case than it's ok with me, i will get my serviced from outside, and will start a campaign on facebook and twitter against sidharth auto gurgaon and yamaha, as i am a customer and i don't deserve this kind of treatment.

              Please inform me if you are going to continue same kind of customer service, so that next time i will visit some one else for my bike service.

              P. S — their are something's worth mentioning of sidharth auto service, new railway road, gurgaon.
              1. Their is a manager or sales rep, named - ashu, he is very helpful and respectable.
              2. Dharmender in finance is also very helpful, hardworking and respectful

                Hi yamaha,

                1st mail:
                I have observed some noise from engine. This was happened 45 days back. Then i went to rise yamaha - hyderabad and one of the technician has examined my bike (Fz-s : ap10bd2812) and told that noise is coming beacuse of chain. But i did not accept that reason (I know sound\noise is coming form engine) and finally i believed that yamaha technicain blindly (Because he is working for great yamaha) and purchaged & replaced entire chain kit.

                But this replacement was not resolved my noise issue. Then again i went same rise yamaha. This time they told that issue was with "clutch bell assembly (Primary driven gear comp-54be[protected]". Once again i blindly believed yamaha service people. They ordered this kit and they got this after 25-30 days. I went to my home with my bike but did not run a single km. After multiple followups with rise yamaha, i got conformation that order (Clutch bell assembly - primary driven gear comp-54be[protected] was received.

                This time, they have replaced primary driven gear comp-54be61500100. But issue was not resolved. This time their explanation is "need to check engine".

                I have handovered my bike to rise yamaha on 6/6/2016 and i'm waiting for positive reply.

                Below are my questions:
                1) how yamaha is maintaining the technicians without minimum knowledge on the issues?
                2) is this the trick that you are using to sell you rindividual parts?
                3) why yamaha service is playing with customers by trial& error methods

                2nd mail:
                Yesterday (6/8/2015 7pm) i have received my bike from rsie yamaha. But still issue is not resolved. Due to late evening and heavy traffic i did not identify the engine noise and i received the confirmation from rise yamaha (Tarun\nagesh\another person) that issue was completely resolved after replacing below parts.
                1st time:
                Primary driven gear comp

                2nd time:
                Gasket, cylinder
                Gasket, cylinder head1
                Gasket, crankcase cover1
                Gasket, crankcase cover2
                Bearing
                Crank shaft bush replace.

                Today morning (10am) i have given call to rise yamaha and explained the same story. They are saying rudely, no polite manner that just handover the bike again to the showroom. Now they are again asking my bike to analyses the problem. I need answers for below questions from yamaha service people.
                Rise yamaha people are asking me that "how you have taken your bike without checking". This is the beautiful answer from rise yamaha technician (I don’t know his name).
                1) how they are saying to the customer that issue was resolved.
                2) why they replaced clutch bell assembly and above listed item?
                3) how many days they want to analyse simple engine problem?

                From the beginning, i have been explaining that noise is coming from engine. But rise yamaha people is just doing trail&error methods. They even don’t know the exact problem. They are blindly cheating the people with low quality service and un-necessary parts replacement.
                I need written explanation from the beginning. I think rise yamaha is not having proper technician to handle this issue. If they do not have, they have to suggest another service center or they have to accept the fact that they do not have exp technician.
                Please treat this as high priority and please escalate this to the higher level.

                  Dear concern... I purchased my yamaha fz in bangalore wheels (Rajajinagar) and use to service there but after 3rd service the ride quality became worse inspite of requesting several times they never responded well... After a year when i got fed up i started giving it to pacer yamaha (Hebbal) for servicing here also initially they serviced well but now from past few months their service has become pathetic... The bike has no mileage, full vibration, brake sound is like truck, bike speed never crosses 80 km/hr, down gear shift doesnt go smooth we have to accelerate and downshift... I requested several times but nobody responds... They keep the vehicle for two days and don't even wash the vehicle... I don't think that they even service the vehicle... People go to authorized service centeres to get the problems fixed but here in case of yamaha service centres they dont even fix the issues but create few more and make riding experience worse... I will never ever advise any of my friends or relatives to go for yamaha vehicles after this horrible experience... Keep doing the same and soon you will loose the indian market.

                    My bike meet with a accident on 4-may-16 and went to repair my yamaha fazer v2 in sairam motors padi. Front assembly, side scope and forke twist was the problem suggested by the service engineers. I spent around rs 10000 to repaid my bike and i am not satisfied with the service. My front scope had a minor crack which i didnt notice at the time of delivery and offen my forke is getting twisted again and again. After the service my bike engine is also getting over heated and chain makes lot of noise. I am getting irresponsible answers from the manager mr. Elango and they are kicking my front tyre to remove the forke twist with is a temporary solution, its been done thrice and i still have the problem. By bike is just 1 years old and i feel like driving a old vehicle because of the forke twist chain noise and the engine sound and heating (Not sure if the oil is changed but they have charged me for it. Very bad experience with yamaha service center.

                      I have purchased a yamaha r15 s in March 2016.
                      But still the RC book has not yet given by the show room(Chrompet, Chennai)
                      called many times regarding the same however I didn't get a proper update with out RC book I will not be able to ride a bike which is against law.

                      Kindly take a necessary step and try to provide the RC book as soon as possible...

                        I have given my bike for service in one of the hilton yamaha authorized service centre in vazhimukku, balaramapuram (Trivandrum). On may 26 due to engine shaft complaint. As per the dealer, the shaft will be replaced & will be returning back within two days.

                        But, till date i am not getting any positive response through phone for the past 8 days regarding the return date. So, i went directly to the showroom today & found that my bike engine was totally opened & there was no service person available. As per them, there is no service person available to repair/refix it & they are not given any assurance regarding the return date.


                        My bike details : kl 20 d 1805, yamaha fazer

                        Service centre : hilton yamaha, vazhimukku, balaramapuram (Trivandrum).


                        I am totally unsatisfied with the service/response from the dealer side & i am thinking to exchange yamaha to any other motor companies if i didn't get a positive response following this complaint.

                          Yamaha company service outlets are poor .
                          even the service station manager doesn't no which part comes under warranty and which does not .
                          they all are simply replaying that it does not comes under warranty.
                          if we argue they will simply say contact yamaha or show where it is written.
                          how we show a list if they even doesn't know about it,
                          they make fool o[censored]s by saying yamaha company need to test the warranty covered parts, i mean why are they calling them self as authorized dealers and service shops if they doesnt know anything.
                          kindly tell them to stick are make them print parts which are covered under warranty in service books.

                            I am g. Senthilkumar i purchase a yamaha fz fi bike the date of 5th august 2015. From kavi motors, trichy. Chassis number: me1rgo716f0046732. Engine number: g3c8er0173130 colour: red. But till date my bike is not registered. I raise a compliant many time to kavi motors but they have not response to me. They ask the some time of 20th may 2016 through the mail. So, i agree the assurance of your company area sales manger. But right now my problem is not cleared. I ask the status yesterday evening. Again they did not gave the clear solution they speak the bad words from the 3rd party of kavi motors side. And also i gave my bike on 20th may 2016 to kavi motors show room. So, please do favor to me. Thanking you. Also, i enclose the bills details below. And also they have the 2 bill for same bike. They cheated me.                               Hi this is ashwini, purchased fasino from crystal yamaha, kengeri
                              I rate 0 for executive and rto person.. I have requested to give registration number excluding 3 and agreed to pay fees as per rto norms due to negligence of rto person i have received a no as 9223 i am not at all happy with the service given by dealer and quality of customer service is very low, they do things as they wish i am frustrated by things. There is no proper customer follow up i have decided to leave my vehicle back to showroom and take my money back hopeless service.. Very worst experiece

                                Eight months back i procured the fz-s fi v 2.0, the expected performance by the yamaha was not happening. Head light focus is very low compare to other 150cc bikes. The pick-up is very low even when driving in 3rd gear. I am not satisfied with the performance of fz-s fi v2.0.Instant pick-up is not available in these bike. Engine is getting over heated once after travelling a non-stop 40 km distance.
                                I have posted the complaint to yamaha motors india but they didnt respond properly. And still i'm waiting for the solution for my issue.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam i have purchased yamaha fascino from your dealer Vinayak Yamaha in domlur road Bangalore on 21-05-16 i was in a hurry & had trusted the brand as well as the showroom staff and took the delivery of my vehicle & came home and parked in my parking and yesterday suddenly i saw a slight difference in the paint and when i called the showroom to inform about it they did not respond me properly and i directly went there so the staff was like we cannot do anything now then i spoke to the branch manager Mr.Deepak he was also like we cannot do anything sir you might have painted the bike so thats why the difference( No commonsense for the manager there bike is purchased just 2days ago & meter reading is just 60kms) and he tells u have painted the bike sir i really felt very pity for the customers who have purchased these yamaha bikes or scooters. Really these people cheat alott. Am damn sure its happened some where while vehlicle delivery in the carrier or somewhere those people know that better atlast he said we cannot do anything once the delivery is done you cannot come with complaints like this and walked away.. I have alot of trust on Yamaha the brand & the service so i please request you to solve out this issue asap. And for the customers plz trust me i suggest or prefer Pacer yamaha or someother but you people just ignore VINAYAK YAMAHA Domlur road bangalore..

                                    I've booked yamaha zr under exchanging my old scooty pep. I informed them scooty is not in running condition and asked my expectation price, i asked them 3000. The customer executive said they'll offer the best amount. Then i booked the ray zr. After few days i took my scooty to the yamaha showroom, they said it is a scrap piece so they can offer only 1500. After a lot of bargaining also the showroom manager doesn't increase 1 rupee and asked me to get back my booking amount. Finally, i agreed for 1500 rs. As the manager said, scooty is scrap, i removed the battery from the scooty, but the manager becomes angry and started shouting at us that, how dare you'll remove a battery and asked me to get the booking amount back.

                                    The manager of the showroom is not willing to sell the bike, he should convince me in that 1500 rs and he should have politely informed me to not to take the battery, his only intention is to return the money. Word by word he's asking me to take my money back and behaving very rudely to me.

                                    Next day, i went to get the money back, i noticed that many customers came to give their bike service is also complaining abt the manager behaviour to customers.

                                    Yamaha should look into these kinds of behaviour from their employees and should give proper training to their employees, that how to interact with customers.

                                      I am owning yamaha fazer bike. Today i left for service at s. S. Agencies, namakkal. They gave an work estimate.In that they mentioned the spares cost as rs.1725 and for that the service charges are rs.1765. They did not give a proper explanation. It is very much disappointing. Service is also not so good. Atfer the comletion of free services, they continued the paid and they didnt tell about the bonus services also. Till now i have done 6 paid services.

                                        I have one 3.5 yrs old yamaha fz.. All the services done from ur authorised service centre within every 2000kms (You have data, you can verify any time) and paying lots of money every time... That is more than the bike price.. And the performance is zero... Same problem occurs after every services.. During the time of purchasing your behaviour very good.. But after that it's crossing beyond limit
                                        This time i asked them to checkup pick-up issue, which i am telling them from last 1 year. They said change choke wire (Changed same day), clutch wire (Changed same day) after this i told them still there is issue. They told this time we need to check engine, they opened it and saying there are scratches in cylinder bore (Just 35, 000 kms, services are done within every 2000kms and oil also changed everytime). I have yamaha extended warranty also. They are not taking that also in consideration.
                                        There is only possibility of scratches in cylinder bore if you are not changing engine oil in every service (I am doing). I am sure they were not changing the engine oil in any service.
                                        Take this matter in to consideration
