fuel indicator is not working

Sluggish engine

I bought R15 V2.0 (racing blue) on July 31, 2013. I really enjoyed my ride for about 7-8 months and then I realised my bike was not in a good condition though she was maintained perfectly. Carburettor missing

After my free service My vehicle went crazy. I have to kick start each and every time since the self start does not respond. Even after the vehicle started I wont be able to race my bike. I managed to start it using the choke cable. Moving half the kilo meter carburettor stops pumping fuel and it goes . Worst service I have ever experienced.
