complaint about my scooter alfa my self Jagdeep i have serviced my scooter on time. but in the service station my scooter not repaired by your staff I want to know that Is there any person who is well trained. i have to face battery problem for three months. plz take some action about the this mail other wise I'll take action

    Hi, I got my bike serviced at Green Automobiles, Sohna Road, Gurgaon, service station 3 weeks back. They told me that they have changed mobile oil and shocker oil. My bike's front shocker started to create strong noise whenever i apply front brakes some 1 week back. I went to a local service guy and he told me that there is no shocker oil. Also he told me that the mobile oil is old and hasnt been changed. The service station charged me with 2300 but they havent changed mobile and shocker oil. This is the worst service I have got. Please advise. Ayush

      My complain is regarding Yamaha SS 125. I purchased this byk from Sirsa, Haryana and I run this byk only 18000 km after that abnormal noise started from engine. I went to yamaha service centre for engine warranty. There after checking their online record they told that they are not having online record for this byk, mean time engine starts leaking. After that I permanent shifted to Jodhpur. On 17 Feb 15 I went to Paramount yamaha service centre, Jodhpur. There after chacking all these problems they told that leak will stop and we will charge approx 2000 for leak and full servicing. After starting servicing they told that they have to change Cylinder and for this we will charge 2500 rupees more and you will get your byk in new showroom condition every problem will be solve and there will not be any abnormal noise like knocking, etc. and they will deliever that byk on 18 Feb 15. After that machenic told that there will be approx 7000 rupees will be charged and byk will not have any problem and we will give you 3 month engine warranty.After 18 they start postponding delievery date. On 21 Feb 15 they called for byk delievery when i checked that byk there was same abnormal noise coming out and knocking sound too. And they was charging for rupee 9000 with out solving problem. Due to your untrained workers in your service centre I am suffering and becoming victim of loot by your service centre.

        I bought a bike from Yamaha SZ RR Version 2.0 from Walter Yamaha Dealer's Chennai as of 10-02-15. But invoiced dated as[protected]. I knew that Yamaha quality is good. But this became distance dream for me. I like the handling of the Yamaha bikes very much that's why I gave up a good bike called pulsar. On the day one I took delivery I had the registration done. After driving 50 KMS I started developing shoulder pain which in turn I started checking the bike then I came to know its chassis of bike is bent like a good Katana sword but bike suppose to be in straight from front wheel to back isn't it. I don't even understand how pathetic is quality control in Yamaha. I asked the dealer to check the bike but they said its slight twist repair done. Not even a slight change felt like a for choosing a Yamaha and paying them full cash for such sucking bike. I asked to replace the spare which is causing this since its manufacturing defect they asked two day time to make such changes but they gave me a bike right to left leaning. They twisted bike to look straight now its going in one way. I don't understand who is cheating Indian consumer is it Yamaha or dealer. Convince a customer who trusted Yamaha for quality now feel guilty that he choose bad company to make his biking experience hell. I ask one thing only since I choose this bike I need new chassis and front body replaced since I bought a manufacturing defect bike from Yamaha. Which is failure of your quality control on both front in dealer and Yours best kaizen technologies quality control.         Just now checked other bikes (SZ RR) standing in near by showroom it has same issue chassis is not right. YAMAHA your quality is at risk. Act before this become bigger. Just now your positioning of brand is liked by many don't loose customer and trust of there's check check this might be your manufacturing defect in new SZ RR version 2.0.

        I checked your previous version too they don't have such issue (checked in showroom). This right now information for you and for me it's breach of trust I hold against your brand. Let se want kind of solution you will provide...

            hi,

            i had given my yamaha SZ-R servicing a week ago in SPRINT YAMAHA KUDLU GATE, HOSUR MAIN ROAD in BANGALORE, servicing is too worst, major problems i am facing are:
            engine oil always leaking
            chain lubrication not done properly
            no proper water wash
            no tightness of bolts
            mileage issue major after servicing
            not solving my issues which i told dem at the time of servicing.

              I purchased my bike in the year 2012 and earlier everything used to be fine(although there would be some minors here and there which r acceptable) with the servicemen but now the service center of Ashoka Motors, AS Rao Nagar, Secunderbad doesn't even have one of the basic stuff "Chain Lubricant oil" and it's been almost 6 months yet they say out of stock. And also earlier after service feedback is unavailable after I completed my free services. Not much not sure whether it's in their terms and conditions that only free service feedback should be taken. Not only these lots of times and most of them at the above mentioned service center face the same problem. N also I've changed my rear Break pads 2 times in 6 months and when asked they said that "these break pads are not durable and frequently have to be changed " Actually I was surprised with this response and feel like there isn't any proper guidance and /or training to the people over there Year of mfg: 2012 Engine no: ICK1031580 Chassis no: ME11CK018C2031393

                Problem - The Engine is Making very loud Noise and Heating terribly. And Horn is not working,
                I have returned the vehicle to the your dealer. Even I got the Phone Number of your Service Engineer ASHWIN by Phone. He sent one mechanic there and could not identify the problem.
                Yesterday they were saying that it got repaired and on observation.
                Now I came to the conclusion that your company dealer after getting full payment of 58, 474 rupees, he delivered me a DEFECTIVE VEHICLE. A Cheating a Innocent Customer.

                So that I demand you to Replace the Same with new one with good condition which i paid for.

                  I have purchased Yamha R15 Bike from ADARSH YAMHA Showroom Authorised Dealer F-26/4, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-2, New Delhi - 110020 on Dated 29/09/2014. Today I went to the Showroom Service Center for The Third Service. I have one Issue in My Bike as the Horn is not Working Properly and to the JOB Card maker. Then the Service Technician Told that This Horn is Duplicate. So I want to Register complaint against the Owner as they are Selling Duplicate Parts with the New Bikes in the Showroom and I want immediate actions also a Justice with me.

                  I want to Know Why the Thief will Catch take only the Horn and if he is Stolen the Horn of My Bike then Why He has installed a Duplicate Horn at that Time. Is this a Logic in India.

                    To whom so it may ever concern Of the YAMAHA company Dear Sir/ Madam I have purchased one YAMAHA ALPHA vehicle on 06/02/2015 from your company Show room BANGALORE WHEELS, opp Ambedkar Engineering College, Nagarabhavi Ring Road, Bangalore. I have paid the FULL PAYMENT Rs.58474/- for the same. And the vehicle is registered in my wife’s name - Kalavathi, as KA 41 EC 9882 At the time of receiving the vehicle (at 8.00 pm) I noticed that Horn was not working, and I complained the same to the concerned person by Name Naveen, and he told that the horn is wet while washing, once it got dry then the problem will be solved. Since it seems to be a minor problem I took the vehicle and went to home. While parking the Scooter at my house I noticed some unusual Loudy Sound from the Engine. And my books and other things which I had kept in the storage compartment got Heated. So I noticed that engine is Heating terribly. As there was much crowd and heavy traffic in front of that show room I could not Identify the defective sound right there itself. As I had some Urgent work the next day, that is 07/02/2015, I could not went back to your showroom. February 8th was Sunday and your Show room was not opened. February 9th morning by 8.50 am, there was a call from your company ( ph no [protected] ) to get confirmation of on the vehicle etc. At that time I have complained the same issues to that lady. Then I went to your Show Room BANGALORE WHEELS and explained the Serious Defects in the Engine. The service mechanics checked the vehicle and said the Horn is not working it has to be replaced. And your BANGALORE WHEELS person agreed to the same. But the serious defect is with the engine. After much waiting The mechanics available there tried to diagnose the problem. Surprisingly they couldnot. After lot of discussion (which was unnecessary) with the people there, they gave the contact number of YAMAHA Co Service Engineer by Name ASHWIN. I have called him on the number [protected], and explained all the problems.. After 28 minutes of conversation he told that he was sending one mechanic by Name SAMPATH to check the vehicle. Sampath came and checked the engine, he also could not diagnose the problem. I was stuck with the scooter all the day. But in vain. Dear sir, Madam I Have high regard for the YAMAHA company and I know about the Quality of YAMAHA ENGINES. But now I have totally disappointed and I feel your Company people cheated me by giving Defective Scooter. I have hardly drive the scooter only 50 Kms. That is to my home and coming back to the Showroom that’s all. Even The registration number is not written on the vehicle as I got the number only by Monday that is 09/02/2015. But your company people are saying that they are trying to rectify the problem, and they deliver back the scooter after repairs. I am just wondering about a brand new YAMAHA scooter from showroom got repaired!!! So this is the condition of the vehicle. The engine with defects – loudy noise and getting heat terribly. The horn is not working yet. Why should I take all these burden ? Do you think it is correct to deliver a defective vehicle to your customer? Is your vehicles fit for going to repairs immediately After Purchasing, within no time? Is this the way to deal with innocent customers? Finally I came to the conclusion to return back the scooter and demanded to replace it. But your people there and your Engineer ASHWIN (through Phone) were not ready to took the responsibility. Ultimately I got one written assurance from the Dealer as saying they will solve the problem by next day. And now your people are saying that the vehicle got repaired, and they are keeping the same for observation drive!!! I am totally disappointed by the way your company representative’s dealing. A Pure Cheating!! After receiving all the Money they are trying to dump one defective scooter to me. So please look in to the matter immediately, and replace the defective vehicle to the new one which I have paid for. And relax me from all these burdens and mental agony.                       Hello I want to make a formal complaint for the pathetic and sub-standard service being provided by Yamaha dealer J.M. Motors located at A-4, Sec-10, NOIDA. Through this email I also want to seek attention of senior service management team of Yamaha India as dealer is not able to provide satisfactory solution to my problem. I hope there is some qualified service engineer who can help. On 25th Dec 2014, I purchased FZ-S 2.0 FI from your dealer (UP 16 AX 6199). Within two weeks I noticed there is an oil leakage and every time bike is left parked for few hours, there are oil marks on the floor. Till now I have visited the service dealer 4 times and problem remains as it is. 1st Visit: Went to your dealer to get it checked and they said its just lube oil from the drive chain. They did not even made an attempt to check the issue or cared to make a job card. I was told its nothing serious. With Yamaha reputation in my mind, I assumed that service advisor is experienced enough that he was able to identify the cause just by glance of it. So I went back home but the leaking never stopped. 2nd Visit: In few days when bike clocked 900kms, I went to dealer for 1st service and specially asked them to fix the leakage issue in the service. The advisor making the job card AGAIN did not even check for leakage source. All he was concerned about doing the paperwork for first free service. Because leakage is only apparent when bike is at stand-still for few hours, I could not check for any signs of leakage at the time of delivery (which was actually delivered to me after dark). However, the next morning it was pretty evident service guys did nothing much except for washing and general check of electricals etc. 3rd Visit: After few days I went again to report the leakage issue and they told me your bike needs a good pressure wash the issue should be solved. They made the job card for wash only. The water station was not functioning and it took them 3 hours to sort it out, (someone should do inspection of the wash station, road-side wash is better equipped). The vehicle booked at 9am was delivered to me at 1pm, while the delivery time given to me was 10:30am. You can imagine the type of service and how well is the delivery time management. Anyways, I was again assured the leakage should not happen. But alas that was not the case. 4th Visit: Yesterday, 11th Feb - I again went to dealer with same issue and this time I told them to write on job card about the leakage issue and I don’t want any sort of washing, cleaning or general check-up. All I want is the oil leakage issue to be fixed. The advisor said the oil seal from clutch cable connecting crankcase will be replaced. The service guy replaced it and yet again I was assured the oil leakage issue has been completely solved. To my utter disappointment, in the evening when I checked again there were oil marks on the floor!! I am not sure why people at service station are not able to identify and fix the problem or they are not trained enough to diagnose? Unlike other service centers of Bajaj or Hero – no one does random checks/rounds on the floor to see how service guys are doing the job. In 1.5months of owning the Yamaha bike- I have received not a single feedback call from either the dealer or Yamaha to know – am I really satisfied with the service? I am a businessman and I do not rely on motor cycle for my daily commute. Biking is my passion and I am a senior member of PAN India Biking club XBHP.com. I have owned several motorbikes in the past and currently also ride Bajaj Pulsar 220, GSX 1000r. Honestly, with the entire experience with your dealership, I am also saddened that a premium consumer bike like FZ-S 2.0 could build-up leakage issue within 2 weeks?? This is not quality of service I expect from Yamaha either. I have suffered enough in 1.5 months of owning this bike. The joy of owning a Yamaha product has gone already. I would certainly not recommend it to my follow Bhpains and will be writing my first hand service experience with your product/dealer on several 100 auto blogs/forums that I operate including Youtube video that I took of your dealership facility. I would also be seeking legal assistance in consumer court if issue is not resolved. Therefore, I would request someone at Yamaha to look into my complaint and fix the issue reported above or replace the faulty equipment earliest possible. Thanking in anticipation.                         Dear team, I've received a very poor & struggling service from an authorization dealer of Yamaha. Discussed the same with 'Suvi' from customer service over the phone, Kindly share the same with Suvi & ask her to help me on high priority. Also she asked me to hold my complaint to consumer court & asked a chance for Yamaha to help, so kindly prioritize Yamaha's help as am already struggling with your vendor. Vehicle delivered without Registration No. after 20 days of delay, without Insurance, Documents, Tool Kits, Free Service coupon book with Guarantee certificate & Battery Guarantee card. Am afraid that, the vehicle was delivered to us without Regn No. & Insurance. .. . . . . Hope Yamaha would take responsibility if in case vehicle is stolen / lost.                           I am Benson. I have a Gladiator SS (2009) model. I gave it for Paid service at Sairam Motors, padi branch, Chennai on[protected]p0:00 am. They took note of all the problems in it and gave me the promising date of delivey as[protected].30pm. But when i went at the time of delivery they told me that they had not yet completed the service and need one more day time. It took 2 whole days to fix just one bike for the whole crew in that service station. I had a good feeling about Yamaha but now i dont because of the service Station delay. I will hereafter advice my friends and others not to buy the Yamaha two wheelers since there service is the worst. I have attached the slip containing the promising date of delivery as evidence.

                            myself eldho george purchased a yamaha fzs fi from springs yamha showroom kjothamangalam 10 days back. they told during purchase that i have 6 free services. and am done with my 2 services today. anthy have charged me with 500 and 530 respectively. payin for oil change is fine but i don understand how can they charge 150 for chain lubrication. please be kind enough take necessary action against their looting.

                              Hello Sir/Madam, I am Abhilash Mohanty, I own Yamaha Bike FZS and bike was having Oil leakage problem then I went to Utkal Automobiles Ltd, Unit-iii Kharvelanagar to check the problem. Utkal Automobile’s service man has opened the bore piston to check the issue but even though there was an warranty of the vehicle Utkal Automobile is ignoring and keep on delaying to repair theBORE PISTON. It’s been more than two month I am asking to change the bore piston but Utkal Autombile is juat playing with time to pass on the warranty period. This is Crime with Customer. We are trusting on the BRAND Yamaha any buying the Bike, in hope that we will get good service but at the end of day we are surprise with your service. I request you to take necessary action on this issue or else I will go for a consumer complain. I have all the evidence with me with video recording conversation with Utkal Automobile Service department. I will write at all the blogs.                                 For my new vehicle, A Yamaha Aplha, which was due for a second free service last month was given to MSP motors, Banashankri, Bangalore and below are my complaints: 1. First of all my vehicle(brand new) was mishandled 2. The service station took 2 days to return my vehicle and did not have the courtesy to call me, I had to call many times to confirm when the vehicle will be ready for delivery 3. The vehicle had scratches all over the rear metal body which were non existent when I submitted the vehicle 4. The engine vibration got very intense and at a speed of 45-50 the vehicle started vibrating like its 10 years old in condition 5. The headlight got very low illumination post service resulting in problems during night driving, it was not the case before the service. I suspect the light electrical system was replaced by an old spare 6. The battery got dull impacting the vehicle electronics and the service station refused to own the impact. Again, I suspect that the battery was replaced by an old spare. Finally, looking at my 2 months old vehicle that now looks 2 years old, I sent an email to Yamaha India to which they responded at first and the MSP guys called me but with a very rude tone. I requested them to take the vehicle and service it properly and delivery it when it is in good condition. After this I sent a second email to yamaha India complaining about the rudeness and the vehicle damage to which I have not received a response yet. Today(feb 2), after 4 days two random workshop guys came to deliver the vehicle and in the attached photos you can see hoe miserably they treated my new vehicle. The black portion of the body is fully scratched for which the workshop guy immediately blamed me. The are gaps at the point where the metal body joins the black polymer body clearly indicating parts being replaced from the original set. To stop ENGINE VIBRATION they have put 2 sided tapes in the side lights saying that this is to stop the vibrations while its an actual issue they have caused to the engine. They have also damaged the seat cover for that matter. I am really frustrated by this mistreatment to the vehicle and regret buying a Yamaha vehicle. The people at MSP are rude and worst people one can encounter, the workshop guy blamed me saying that I gave the vehicle in such pathetic condition. Please take the necessary action, and get my vehicle to its actual condition that I had before the service or I will have to take some necessary step, un-forcefully. I am not happy about they way they are treating me and my vehicle. I will not rest till this is addressed.

                                  I am facing the self start problem with my scooty which was purchased on 16/8/13. This is not the first time this problem is occuring, I was facing this problem from the very beginning only but it used to start work in between . but now it has completely stopped working. I got a call from your customer service team regarding the same and was advised to visit the service centre. However, I deny to visit anywhere and expect a home visit by a yamaha enginneer free of cost as my vehicle is still in warranty. If I do not get this issue resolved asap I will have no other option expect going to consumer court for this poor customer service...

                                    Hi Team This is bring to your notice that few day ago I bought a Yamaha bike.. Just after first service I got a problem in chain set.. I had submitted Complain for same after that you have resolved the problem.. But At the same time the same problem is happening again & again. Same problem I got five time every time. Which is very horrible for a customer.. Minimum 5 Yamaha bikes my friend having but they are not having any problem. Why problem is coming to my bike only.. I am totally unsatisfied with Yamaha.I think I have done mistake to buy Yamaha bike. Totally unhappy next time I would not recommend Yamaha bike to any one...

                                      Hi, I am samparna and i had purchased Yamaha Rayz from Hindustan Wheels, Bhubaneswar.First I love to inform u that I m a very die hard great fan of YAMAHA from childhood. I am really very disappointed with the dealings of members of Hindustan Wheels showroom. First time when i went to that showroom to check the bikes and when we decided to buy a bike then ankita(Marketing) started to tell her family background story and told not to do any discount because if we do any discount then it ll cut from her salary and Specially I had fallen on her words and bought that bike with no discounts with only a company gift (Which she confirmed us before buying bike after asking to her boss).But then at that time they have no stocks and they told to give after 4 to 5 days.Till that time i have a grat impression on yamaha and also refered to my friends through facebook. But abhi itna jyada kharab impression he ki mann karta he ki police complain kardun. Ek toh jhuta wada karte he aur abhi 2 months hoagaya contact nahin karte he aur wah showroom pe jao toh ek dusre ke muhh dekhte rehte he. Itna bekar service maine pure life pe ni dekhi hun.Aur ankita ek toh call ni karte hi aur me karun toh jhut mut bolti rehti he. Sirf yehi showroom ke liye yamaha se nafrat hogaya he.Please do something and reply me back. Itna bekar service. Mann karta he facebook, quora sab me dal dene ko ye emotional atyachar story :)
