I have purchased alpha in the month of may 2014. I have been told that there is a facility for ladies customer for the delivery of alpha after service at the house.     I own FZs I have complaints with the display and reporting to the service centre guys from 4 th service (now am in 7th service- paid). Every time I raise an issue they keep ignoring and give blame reason to win time. I have warranty covered for this but they are not willing to replace it. Not sure whether the process is tedious or they want the warranty to expire so they can make some money. And generally also the service is very poor. Definitely some action has to be taken so tat consumers don't suffer.

    The worst ever experience I have ever had. I am an owner of Yamaha SZ-R. The basic problem for which I gave was for the oiling. The service in-charge( Orion motors, Yamaha, Bangalore) informed me that the bike had a problem with engine and it will cost me around 6-7k. They gave an estimate of Rs 7000/- for the service. I gave my bike on 8th November 2014 and they ask me to come after 3 days. I went on 11th Nov 2014 my bike was on same position, no even touched by any engineer. I asked service in-charge about this he told me we don't have man power to do the work. Now what the hell I should do with his less man power. He asked me to come after two days, I agree on it. Again same result. Now he told me he will call me from front, you don't come again n again. Finally my bike has been delivered to me on 19th Nov 2014. That was my first disappointment with Orion Motors. After few days of riding bike I got same problem on 2nd December 2014. But because of my busy scheduled I wend there on 22 December 2014. I did not tell them that I serviced it recently. And engineer told me same issues whatever last time happened and was asking for same amount. I told him I recently did these fixes and showed him bill also. Then he told me I need to see and talk to my in-charge.I told him to talk in front of me. He did but they were talking in Kannada, I understood some part. He was saying that we already charged for this. Now they again started same game of delaying service. I went there thrice but everyday they are saying few more days. Now today is 07 Jan 2015 and I did not got any call from Orion motors. Its been almost 17 days. I am spending Rs.100 every day to go to my home-office-home. Is Yamaha will take responsibility of this amount. This is not acceptable and this will be taken to the concerned higher authority.

      I have purchase Yamaha Fz-S ltd edition on 10th june 2014.In 1st service the con set making noise so they change the con set.Now after my bike 3rd service get over. now colour of Engine and body getting remove.From that rust is happen.How can in 6th month get colour get remove.very bad product yamaha makes.

        Hello, I own a Yamaha FZ-S, I had a problem with my wheel alignment which I reported in my last 3 paid services at Raj Yamaha, Velachery, Chennai. They said we checked and its fine, but it didn't seem normal, and now because of that my rear tyre is gone at one edge, and now they are very cool to say that tyre should be changed and even now they are not commenting anything on the alignment issue. And the last 2 services am complaining about the control not being even in the front handle. There is this feeling of my handle getting dislodged from bike's body. And all they do is trial and error - they changed front wheel bearings, then said cone looks to have some problem, and now say fork doesn't seem good. I really doubt if these people are trained to find the fault in the vehicles or they just give a try on whatever they know based on the issue reported by the customer. And now after the last service, am getting some weird sound from my front wheel. It should cost me around 15k to change all this rear tyre, cone set, disc pad and whatever crap these people gonna say this time around, leaving behind the 7k I've already spent. Now, having said all these, I request Yamaha to take necessary action, else I got no way other than lodging a complaint in consumer court. - Ram [protected]

                  i have purchased yamaha alpha on 19 oct 2014, from BM Enterprise MEERUT (U.P), but from the very first day of purchase of that scooter fuel indicator is not showing accurate quantity of the petrol.                     I bought R15 V2.0 (racing blue) on July 31, 2013. I really enjoyed my ride for about 7-8 months and then I realised my bike was not in a good condition though she was maintained perfectly. It feels like sluggish engine and some kind of weird noise while revving up the engine and I have been complaining about those issues with the authorised dealers but I guess they doesn't event know about resolving the problem, they just replacing engine oil, chain lube and water wash-Is that a service?? Even a local mechanic can do the same or better. I must say about AMBAL MOTORS, EGMORE, CHENNAI please never ever think about servicing your bike at AMBAL motors, they're cheat and FRAUD. They are hiring a local mechanic guy to work for them, who doesn't even have the knowledge about R15 engine details. I have no words in the world to explain about my experience I had with them. Now I am regretting my decision of buying R15. You know what, the above mentioned problems was not yet resolved. I am just wondering did the authorised dealers in INDIA really know about YAMAHA bikes. I completely hate YAMAHA/R15. Please help me to get the above mentioned issues resolved ASAP.                     I ve driven my R15 for only 9500 Kms and since the last 1 month it seems as if its loosing power. Symptoms:
                    1) Engine vibrations which I used to feel at 4000 rpm can be easily felt at 3000 rpm, and hence seems overloaded.
                    2) On releasing the throttle even at low speeds the bike slows down with a jerk

                    Seems like there is some active de-accelerating force on the engine all the time.
                    Please reply if you know the reason or have experienced similar issues

                    I don't know what to say. I am so fed up with YAMAHA. In previous comment I mentioned AMBAL MOTORS, EGMORE for their sluggish work and they did called me and requested me to bring by bike there, so they will resolve all the issues and they took 2 days for that and they returned it with all the issues I mentioned, they just did water service and returned it. I am just wondering do YAMAHA dealers in INDIA really know anything about this or not?? PLEASE don't ask them to call me again and waste my time, I am sure they wont do anything to resolve these issues and I don't trust any YAMAHA dealers in INDIA. Its my fate to bought YAMAH R15 and I completely hate MOTORCYCLES. Please take back my R15 and I will turn around YAMAHA henceforth in my life. I don't like to sell it to anyone and letting them in trouble but you do haan?? I would recommend everyone not to buy YAMAHA and I won't let my neighbours, friends and everyone around me to buy YAMAHA MOTORCYCLES. I am thinking about file a case regarding those issues and I will meet up in COURT, believe me I am working on that. I am one of your ''MILLION FRUSTATED CUSTOMERS'' and that's your great record in INDIA. You are proud of it don't you??
                    Question for you INDIA YAMAHA MOTORS
                    Do you really want the customers to be happy or what??
                    Are you really checking on DEALERS or letting them in their sweet way to frustrate customers??
                    Are your motorcycles really worth or waste??
                    Does the YAMAHA engine really performs well or slugs well??
                    I don't want to compare bikes, but I really want you to know What's going on
                    CBR 150r really sounds good and it remains the smoothness and performance all day long, but R15 performs good only for 2-3 kms to the maximum and slugs after 3 kms. So is it worth paying 1.3L on such a bike???
                    Please do necessary steps to resolve my issues and this will my last comment
                    I want my bike replaced ASAP or else please resolve my issues.
                    Don't let down all your customers. I should have gone for Duke 200 or Honda, now i'am feeling it I made a huge mistake.
                    I completely REGRET!!!

                    Yamaha Motor India — fz16 rear rim bent, I have completed only 1 year with my fz16.

                    Hi, I purchased Yamaha FZ 16 from Orion Motors Bangalore at 21/04/2014. nowadays I observe that rear tyre pressure decreasing within 3-4 days only, and I observed that rear rim slightly bended at one point. Thanks, Kundan

                        Hi, I bought a Yamaha FZ Version 2.0 in Hyderabad on Nov 4, 2014. I see a gear shifing problem when i move to gears 3 & 4. This is clearly reproduciable and this i observed it after 15 days from the date of purchase. I never expected a problem with Yamaha so soon in this regard.                         coolant light. overheating bike just a day old

                        My bike it just 2 days old and there is a sound when i turn the stearing to the right. I drive just 200 meters and the coolant red light comes on. What should i do. I bought it from a sub dealer. In andheri west.

                          The worst service experience, i never seen in on my Latest Service in Sreenidhi Motors PVT.LTD, 29-13/7/A1, Vijayawada, ANDHRA PRADESH. Phno:[protected].they Did'nt Change engine oil, clutch plate, air filter. when i was completed all my services from (SREENIDHI MOTORS, Vijayawada) but they only taking money from my side and thy just washing and after they saying service completed, The worst service, Even after complaining bike could not rectified. strongly requesting to u all Please provide good service

                            My self is Balaram, i have given my R15 two wheeler service for issues like front side doome noise and bake side disc noise in panche enterprises, Behind reebok showroom Indira nagar, even i am having free services i had given for paid service. after making 4 times also same issue repeats, i am lossing the money and time but the issues are not able to resolve .very bad service they did. please do the needful.                                 The worst ever experience i have ever had. I am an owner of a tata car, a herohonda two wheeler for the past 15 years and i do regular service. Recently i bought a yamaha FZ for which i neeeded a full and complete service. The basic problem for which i gave was for the rear tyre problem. The service incharge( orion motors, yamaha, bangalore) informed me that the bike had a problem with the fork, chain, battery, brake and so and so excluding the main problem of rear tyre( for which i was consulted). they gave an estimate of Rs 11000/- for the service. I was shocked and asked to do the most required one. After the service, the service incharge called me for the delivery and the final bill came to Rs 7000/-. I have to travel 25km in bangalore city to reach the service point. Inspite of the busy schedule i reached on time for the pick-up. To my dissapointment, i was shocked to see that the basic problem for which i submitted the vehicle for service, that is rear tyre is NOT DONE!!!. air was leaking from the tyre. Rest all unnecessary jobs was done!! On enquiry, the incharge informed me that the rear rim(which was defective according to him) was out of stock and could not change. Ok, I agree... Why did he not informed me three days back on submission of bike?? Why did ne not informed me before delivery?? The incharge told he will take two more days and get it done. I said NO, and payed the bill and asked to deliver the bike.. On starting the bike, I NOTED THAT THE FRONT BRAKE WAS NOT WORKING AT ALL!!! I was shocked, what primary check-up of bike was done?? NOT even the brake!!!.. On further checking, the REAR BRAKE was not proper!!!... This is unpardonable and this will be taken to the concerned higher authority. What if this would have caused serious injury?? A serious action is to be taken for the protection of all the customers in future.

                                  I have purchsed a Motor cycle model SS125 from Sai Yamaha, Bailey Road Patna on 20.07.2014 . 2 free service has been done by service centre and advised to change the Battery. Battery exide make has submitted to service centre on 12.11.2014 and says replacement will be handed over within 10 days.
