I own a Yamaha FZ-S, I had a problem with my wheel alignment which I reported in my last 3 paid services at Raj Yamaha, Velachery, Chennai. They said we checked and its fine, but it didn't seem normal, and now because of that my rear tyre is gone at one edge, and now they are very cool to say that tyre should be changed and even now they are not commenting anything on the alignment issue. And the last 2 services am complaining about the control not being even in the front handle. There is this feeling of my handle getting dislodged from bike's body. And all they do is trial and error - they changed front wheel bearings, then said cone looks to have some problem, and now say fork doesn't seem good. I really doubt if these people are trained to find the fault in the vehicles or they just give a try on whatever they know based on the issue reported by the customer. And now after the last service, am getting some weird sound from my front wheel.
It should cost me around 15k to change all this rear tyre, cone set, disc pad and whatever crap these people gonna say this time around, leaving behind the 7k I've already spent.
Now, having said all these, I request Yamaha to take necessary action, else I got no way other than lodging a complaint in consumer court.
