For my new vehicle, A Yamaha Aplha, which was due for a second free service last month was given to MSP motors, Banashankri, Bangalore and below are my complaints: 1. First of all my vehicle(brand new) was mishandled 2. The service station took 2 days to return my vehicle and did not have the courtesy to call me, I had to call many times to confirm when the vehicle will be ready for delivery 3. The vehicle had scratches all over the rear metal body which were non existent when I submitted the vehicle 4. The engine vibration got very intense and at a speed of 45-50 the vehicle started vibrating like its 10 years old in condition 5. The headlight got very low illumination post service resulting in problems during night driving, it was not the case before the service. I suspect the light electrical system was replaced by an old spare 6. The battery got dull impacting the vehicle electronics and the service station refused to own the impact. Again, I suspect that the battery was replaced by an old spare. Finally, looking at my 2 months old vehicle that now looks 2 years old, I sent an email to Yamaha India to which they responded at first and the MSP guys called me but with a very rude tone. I requested them to take the vehicle and service it properly and delivery it when it is in good condition. After this I sent a second email to yamaha India complaining about the rudeness and the vehicle damage to which I have not received a response yet. Today(feb 2), after 4 days two random workshop guys came to deliver the vehicle and in the attached photos you can see hoe miserably they treated my new vehicle. The black portion of the body is fully scratched for which the workshop guy immediately blamed me. The are gaps at the point where the metal body joins the black polymer body clearly indicating parts being replaced from the original set. To stop ENGINE VIBRATION they have put 2 sided tapes in the side lights saying that this is to stop the vibrations while its an actual issue they have caused to the engine. They have also damaged the seat cover for that matter. I am really frustrated by this mistreatment to the vehicle and regret buying a Yamaha vehicle. The people at MSP are rude and worst people one can encounter, the workshop guy blamed me saying that I gave the vehicle in such pathetic condition. Please take the necessary action, and get my vehicle to its actual condition that I had before the service or I will have to take some necessary step, un-forcefully. I am not happy about they way they are treating me and my vehicle. I will not rest till this is addressed.

    I am facing the self start problem with my scooty which was purchased on 16/8/13. This is not the first time this problem is occuring, I was facing this problem from the very beginning only but it used to start work in between . but now it has completely stopped working. I got a call from your customer service team regarding the same and was advised to visit the service centre. However, I deny to visit anywhere and expect a home visit by a yamaha enginneer free of cost as my vehicle is still in warranty. If I do not get this issue resolved asap I will have no other option expect going to consumer court for this poor customer service...

      Hi Team This is bring to your notice that few day ago I bought a Yamaha bike.. Just after first service I got a problem in chain set.. I had submitted Complain for same after that you have resolved the problem.. But At the same time the same problem is happening again & again. Same problem I got five time every time. Which is very horrible for a customer.. Minimum 5 Yamaha bikes my friend having but they are not having any problem. Why problem is coming to my bike only.. I am totally unsatisfied with Yamaha.I think I have done mistake to buy Yamaha bike. Totally unhappy next time I would not recommend Yamaha bike to any one...

        Hi, I am samparna and i had purchased Yamaha Rayz from Hindustan Wheels, Bhubaneswar.First I love to inform u that I m a very die hard great fan of YAMAHA from childhood. I am really very disappointed with the dealings of members of Hindustan Wheels showroom. First time when i went to that showroom to check the bikes and when we decided to buy a bike then ankita(Marketing) started to tell her family background story and told not to do any discount because if we do any discount then it ll cut from her salary and Specially I had fallen on her words and bought that bike with no discounts with only a company gift (Which she confirmed us before buying bike after asking to her boss).But then at that time they have no stocks and they told to give after 4 to 5 days.Till that time i have a grat impression on yamaha and also refered to my friends through facebook. But abhi itna jyada kharab impression he ki mann karta he ki police complain kardun. Ek toh jhuta wada karte he aur abhi 2 months hoagaya contact nahin karte he aur wah showroom pe jao toh ek dusre ke muhh dekhte rehte he. Itna bekar service maine pure life pe ni dekhi hun.Aur ankita ek toh call ni karte hi aur me karun toh jhut mut bolti rehti he. Sirf yehi showroom ke liye yamaha se nafrat hogaya he.Please do something and reply me back. Itna bekar service. Mann karta he facebook, quora sab me dal dene ko ye emotional atyachar story :)

              Regarding front shock absorber leakage (Replacement under warranty)

              Dear sir, I am ashok, Bike -FZS purchased on 24th sept 2013. My bike completed around 11800kms. Recently i found that my front shock absorber leaking, i complained to yamaha dealer in bokaro. They are not ready to replace it even if it is under warranty and making excuses of changing only Oil seal and i have to bear that cost (Because oil seal doesn't come under warranty as per their claim).So whenever in next month if it leaks then again...

              I had given my bike which is a Yamaha SZR 2011 for an engine rebuild which included the cleaning of the valves to My Yamaha at Jogeshwari that is just off the JVLR flyover. I received an estimate from the manager, Mr Ganesh of the sum of Rs3500 for which i requested for a break up of the cost. He responded by estimating and replacement of 1) Valve stem, 2) valve oil seal 3) engine packing 4) chain tensioner and a few others. To which I knew needed replacement as predicted, However apart from the labour charge of Rs 1000 aprox, he proceeded to give me an additional of Rs1500 FOR VALVE SEAT LAPPING OPERATION This he said would be done on a lathe and would be given outside (Some lathe guy at Andheri) . As per company standard and as mentioned in the service manual of Yamaha, the lapping is to be done by the Yamaha mechanic with the application of original lapping compound and the use of Yamaha lapping tool to get the valve seating further more this all is supposed to be included in the Labour charge as mentioned. When I went there personally to supervise the work and started to question him on this, he justified by saying all motorcycle companies do this and add to that, he said he did not have the lapping tool or the compound nor the company mechanics had the expertise as much as that lathe guy to perform this operation. In addition after the whole operation i requested him to provide me with the pressure guage to test the compression pressure in the piston chamber to verify proper valve seal, for which he had the guage but did not have the adaptor to connect into my bike's spark pug socket. I was surprised with his line of excuses and justifications, 1) How can I be charged extra for due the incompetence of the Yamaha authorised service center to perform a operation due to the sole fault of the dealer itself. ? 2) Why is Yamaha not keeping a check to curb such deceitful methods to make a quick buck ? 3) Is Yamaha not proving appropriate tools to the dealers or is the dealer trying to make an extra buck at the expense of Yamaha's reputation of customer satisfaction and Honesty ? I also have the phone conversation recordings if it would be of any use in the future. I request Yamaha to look into this matter and make the necessary changes. Thank you.                 Daer sir, i have got a yamaha rayz on from pallimukku(kollam), kerala last year.and i gave my vehicle 3 or more times for service for an issue of some battery problems, they told me that there is no stock of battery there i have to bye it from some outside shops.i brought it from a shop because i dont want to create a scene there, but the same battery issue comes after 2 weeks again i gone to the service center at palli mukku(kollam), again they told me that it is the same issue of battery, i just replaced the battery from the shop twice, again the same thing if happening in the intervels of every two weeks then the shop owner told me that it is not the problem of battery some other issue will be there.then i gone to the showroom again they told me to left my bike ther.and after 1 week they called me and told me that it is the problem of some rectifier and i have to pay some 1000rs.i think it is on warranty period then why should i pay to them.so please take the actions to solve my problem my vehicle number is (KL 02 AG-4723)yamaha rayz

                  Dear Sir Motor cycle Yamaha R15 Dealer Amrit Motors Ludhiana I purchased Yamaha R15 on 26 Aug 2014 and problem with self starting from 2nd day which was solved by service center in 2 visits. But in last week my motorcycle was stopped during the way and i have to take it by push to home. After call to service center i request to send the person bcz my bike bike was almost dead, no indication was coming even not neutral one. they refused to do so and said take the bike to service center by my own. on Next day i went there and request to send the person with me then they said wait for some time.After waiting for 2 hours person was come with me and check the bike and said battery was dead and was to replaced and he takes it with him. on next day again i went there and they said they chrged the battery and it is ok and they again send the person with me and fitted the battery and bikes start and i drop him on my conveyence. but when i go to market again the bike was dead as before. On next day i again visited there and they send wait for some time and they send person with him who take the battery and will send to battery service dealer and will change it which takes 1-2 day. i asked him that it was already almost a week i come there and again 2-3 days time required. What is my fault. I have purchased the new bike 3 months earlier and its battery dead and they take many days due to that i suffer a lot.                     Hello, First I love to inform u tat I m a very die hard great fan of YAMAHA from childhood..atlasT I had a chance to buy a FZ16 on 2009 first edition .Sir I fixed my bike 2 months back(25/10/2014) for clutch and front shock absorbents problem in same service center(JK service center).but the problem persist and I managed my busy hospital schedule to reach out myself to JK service center tiruvannamalai.for the problems persisting and for a general service on 25/12/2014 as I requested them delivered it on 26/12/2014.but due to their busy working hours they requested my bike will be delivered on 27/12/2014. Alas they didn't delivered it on 27/12/2014 bur I got it on 30/12/2014 where the bike s ignition is damaged and my bike s petrol tank shield is damaged ..and as I asked regarding this the said to adjust already I have been through very great mental agony from 25/12/2014 to 30/12/2014 ..as a u now being a doctor attending emergency patient without bike is difficult and cant go n barrow bike every time when u got a call.. Already I started taking action against them and preparing to send a notice regarding this . Sir I request u take a severe action against this peoples still I m a great fan of this mean machine and very thankful for creating and providing this vehicle thank u

                      Dear SirMadam I am Anuj Raghav living in Delhi Karawal Nagar I Purchased a New Bike Yamaha FZS Bike No -DL 5S AJ 9100, REG. DATE-19/11/2013.. from ... SHIVA MOTORTS West Jyoti Nagar Delhi 94 After two free service There is a problems start happening in my bike and which is still there after completing of all free service...Breakshoe is still making some creepy noise after being replaced so early and noise is still there i asked service guy he replied "sir sab badlega paisa lagega" clutch plates is also being replaced so early only on 16000km of runs...As per YAMAHA quality products its hard to beleive that clutch plates required to be change that much early in new bike...and i am sure there is no need to change that clucth plates...whever i go there for problems they replied "that this is need to be replaced" i am really pissed off how can be this happend that only 16000km of runs bike"s parts need to be replaced most of the time...the service guys there laugh and making fun of the clients there and said "Bewkoof bana diya n all" on last service what i paid for problems are still there..please help me and i will be realy oblized for this ..                         I had booked an R15, 15 days ago and completed its initial payment.The bike was left in the showroom until the registration.The showroom officials are not allowing the bike to be taken even after the initial payment .I kindly ask you to register my complaint and relieve me from this inconvenience.Please take necessary actions so that i can get the bike as early as possible.Hoping you will look into this matter soon. Another thing !! They are saying a rule that bike should be deliverd after the registration.. i was asking each and every show room nearby ... all are saying tats false !!                             I own FZs I have complaints with the display and reporting to the service centre guys from 4 th service (now am in 7th service- paid). Every time I raise an issue they keep ignoring and give blame reason to win time. I have warranty covered for this but they are not willing to replace it. Not sure whether the process is tedious or they want the warranty to expire so they can make some money. And generally also the service is very poor. Definitely some action has to be taken so tat consumers don't suffer.

                            The worst ever experience I have ever had. I am an owner of Yamaha SZ-R. The basic problem for which I gave was for the oiling. The service in-charge( Orion motors, Yamaha, Bangalore) informed me that the bike had a problem with engine and it will cost me around 6-7k. They gave an estimate of Rs 7000/- for the service. I gave my bike on 8th November 2014 and they ask me to come after 3 days. I went on 11th Nov 2014 my bike was on same position, no even touched by any engineer. I asked service in-charge about this he told me we don't have man power to do the work. Now what the hell I should do with his less man power. He asked me to come after two days, I agree on it. Again same result. Now he told me he will call me from front, you don't come again n again. Finally my bike has been delivered to me on 19th Nov 2014. That was my first disappointment with Orion Motors. After few days of riding bike I got same problem on 2nd December 2014. But because of my busy scheduled I wend there on 22 December 2014. I did not tell them that I serviced it recently. And engineer told me same issues whatever last time happened and was asking for same amount. I told him I recently did these fixes and showed him bill also. Then he told me I need to see and talk to my in-charge.I told him to talk in front of me. He did but they were talking in Kannada, I understood some part. He was saying that we already charged for this. Now they again started same game of delaying service. I went there thrice but everyday they are saying few more days. Now today is 07 Jan 2015 and I did not got any call from Orion motors. Its been almost 17 days. I am spending Rs.100 every day to go to my home-office-home. Is Yamaha will take responsibility of this amount. This is not acceptable and this will be taken to the concerned higher authority.

                              I have purchase Yamaha Fz-S ltd edition on 10th june 2014.In 1st service the con set making noise so they change the con set.Now after my bike 3rd service get over. now colour of Engine and body getting remove.From that rust is happen.How can in 6th month get colour get remove.very bad product yamaha makes.

                                Hello, I own a Yamaha FZ-S, I had a problem with my wheel alignment which I reported in my last 3 paid services at Raj Yamaha, Velachery, Chennai. They said we checked and its fine, but it didn't seem normal, and now because of that my rear tyre is gone at one edge, and now they are very cool to say that tyre should be changed and even now they are not commenting anything on the alignment issue. And the last 2 services am complaining about the control not being even in the front handle. There is this feeling of my handle getting dislodged from bike's body. And all they do is trial and error - they changed front wheel bearings, then said cone looks to have some problem, and now say fork doesn't seem good. I really doubt if these people are trained to find the fault in the vehicles or they just give a try on whatever they know based on the issue reported by the customer. And now after the last service, am getting some weird sound from my front wheel. It should cost me around 15k to change all this rear tyre, cone set, disc pad and whatever crap these people gonna say this time around, leaving behind the 7k I've already spent. Now, having said all these, I request Yamaha to take necessary action, else I got no way other than lodging a complaint in consumer court. - Ram [protected]
