Yamaha fascino purchased on month of dec, 2017 from your dealer national automation, gadhinglaj. But i have not got registered vehicle number of my vehicle. As well as, no service centre near my village. Many times contact to show room manager for registration no. But not cooperate to our request. Now, six months completely from purchasing and i am not satisfied from your dealer service. This vehicle purchased on my brother name. Mr. Yuvraj mahadev shinde, chandgad. My brother decided to should go to consumer court against dealer & company if not satisfied procedure on my complaint.

You only did telephonic communication but not have taken any action among on dealer. Last six months vehicle permanent registration number not got, no co-operate dealer and you not taken any action. And vehicle speedometer cable not has fitted. Many time I see, your service centre had closed. So, kindly tell me, what I should for service?
I would like mention really here, your service is very bad service.

I have got registration vehicle number but what you can about vehicle service?. Because six months complied of first service and two services remained. And your nearest service centre always closed. That in speedo meter cable not fit in vehicle yet. Therefore, kindly tell me, where I get the servicing and center?

    Hellow team,

    My bike was 6 months old having lot of issues even after valuable 2 free services by yamaha (Absolutely wrost).

    And now i really need a real time company check wheather my 1.2 lack worth 250cc bike is diffected engine or what?

    I've been served with 2 services and the issue still continues. Anyhow the service centres doesn't care when the service unde free category even the problems are real since from the start.

    And a normal mechanic other than yamaha service center, he able identify many problems listening to bike sound and a simple ride. And yes they are absolutely correct and i usually writes at yamaha service sheet all the times. They are,

    1. Lots of vibrations at 70-85 kmph speed.
    2. Engine generated a lot of heat just for 10 km ride also rattle sounds.
    3. Exhaust sound was completely changed in these 6 months but the ads of yamaha says that it has a consistent exhaust sounds for the longer life times.
    4. As per yamaha service guy we have many problems with gear shift in this model (He managed, because it's a free service). Has hard gear shift problem persist for life time i think.
    5. And the service centres are still not available with the spare parts of my model because it's a new model (Agian he managed because it's a free service).
    6. This one serious and it's not doable in free service as per yamaha servece centre attapur-mehdipatnam. Ie. Tappets are loose and they are must be adjusted with an additional cost of 500/-.

    I'm from hyderabad my first servece is done by yamaha service center available at ameerpet absolutely wrost. The second is at attapur mehdipatnam, better in managing customer than real problem.


    I truly trust the yamaha brand and i brought yamaha fz25, but this is time to prove because of so much trouble with all these. If team yamaha really respect the customer feedback i need an immediate solution on this.

    Hi,
    I recently got my bike serviced at perfect riders baneerghtta road bangalore. mine was 5th free service but i was not able to identify at time of delivery. Later found out that i was looted, they charge me service charge and i ended up payin 2000 Rs. out of which around 1000Rs is service charge.

    please help me this thing.

      Bought fz250 on 3rd may 2018. From shelar yamaha tingrenagar pune.
      Facing issue with rear tyre airleak since 1 st day.
      Went to service centre 4 times.
      Ist they said it just air pressure, next time they say it may be puncture check on ur own.
      And finally i got frustrated and i checked with mrf tyres they said its issue with tyre rim fittings.
      Tyre is fine. And finally i told them the issue.
      They say i need to bear the extra cost for evaluation and rim change whatever is more
      This is the service they provide after aelling bike in just 15 days...
      Worst service ever and the guys are service center are so rude they feel ots not even their job to take such cases... Ridiculuous

        After purchase of new 2 whlr, i got 3 calls for free service and after that there is no reminder calls for next free service, wen i reached showroom they said my free service is expired and there was no intimation. Today wen i visited the showroom they said that showroom is already taken over by suzuki. There is inconvenience of free service. Kindly do the needful by giving the correct information.

          Respected sir/madam,

          I have recently purchased yamaha ray from your dealer aarthi motors, choolaimedu chennai. With 5 months battery is not working properly, there are using low quality amco batteries and spoiling the brand yamaha. Why dont these people use amaron or exide?

          Once the vehicle is sold, the way they speak is different, since there was a fault in my battery i wanted to leave my vehicle there and the fellow there is telling we wont take responsibility for scratches. Is this how you talk to a customer? You give a faulty battery which goes off so soon and what kind of responsibility you take?

          Do you people think all this name and brand image you have can improve without serving the customers? Please kindly take care of your dealers, i would never recommend a yamaha to anyone simply for its poor support and dealers. Kindly look into the matter, maintain your brand the way the yamaha used to be. Dont support dealers like these people who dont care about customers

            Dear sir /madam

            We have booked the above bike on 3rd jan with pace yamaha hebbal.

            We are co-coordinating with mr. Shreyas and he is asking us to make the complete payment and than he will allot the vehicle on 28th or 29th may of this month but he is not sure of confirmed dates it might get delay too... Why do we need to make the complete payment 15 days early when the vehicle is going come by 28th or 29th of this month???.
            We are okay to make at 40 to 50000 rs but he is refused to accept the part payment and insisting to make the entire payment than he will allot the vehicle... He says this is the way of booking the vehicle..

            We are not taking the vehicle 1st time we have never come across these of kind issue earlier... This is the first time we are facing these issue and he does not know how to handle the customer... He is not the right person to handle the customer.

            Would appreciate to take necessary action and see if you can allot the vehicle immediately.

            Also i am sharing the receipt and the audio recording for your reference.

              I'm giving this complaint against the Sai Ram motors, Sakthi Towers, 882, MTH Road, Padi Branch, Chennai. I have given my bike (FZ FI)for free service. I have received a message that the service was done and u can get the bike. But when I reached there and see the bike, It was not even done water washed properly. When the complaint was raised, there was no proper response from the management. The people recruited for that particular branch was use less. They just want to get the money without doing any job. Even when the complaint was raised to the manager, he too simply does not care about that issue. There needs to be taken proper action against this Branch. This Branch is simply worst when comes to customer service. Yamaha is going to loose it's name because of such worst dealer's in India.

                I bought yamaha fz fi from laxmi international, bannerghatta road. The staff with whom i interacted was suresh reddy. He is one of the worst dealer i have met so far in my entire life. At first he told me to pay the full amount for the bike and i will be getting the bike within an hour with all the registration and number plates. But he failed to take the responsibility and turns out he cheats the customer in that way. After i paid the full amount for the bike, he said there has been some delay in the registrating the bike and i will get the next day with all the required papers. I thought he was saying the truth, now the next day i tried calling him before going at the showroom but after i made the payment he never receives my call even though after seeing my message in whatsapp he will just ignore it. Its been a week now and i haven't taken my bike out as i fear the traffic cops might fine me riding without a number plate. I call him everyday but he never receives my call. He charged me money for seat covers and other accessories which he didn't provide at all. The dealer is just trying to get money from us and forget after getting the money.
                Till now i haven't received my number plate and he keeps on making excuses. I asked for atleast a copy of registration proof so that i can take the bike out. But he denied for various reason which doesn't make any sense.
                I want to raise a complaint about him and take necessary action. And please get me my number plate as soon as possible.

                  I was buying yamaha seluto rx 110, appx 2 years back,
                  From addbike nalashopa west,
                  At that time is found clutch problem and paras yamaha authorised service centre people assure me that, your problem will resolve in first free service.
                  But they doesn't resolve the problem proprly in first service, and add bike resolve it from their end temperorry because i am his client.
                  Same issue start after few months & again i visit to paras yamaha two or three time but they can't resolve the problem every time they change oil & small setting & it will work for 15 to 20 days, due to that reason i went to outsider mechanic and he is giving bater solution than authorised service centre,

                  But it was not work for long time because there was some manufacture error, and he told me that there is some clutch bearing issue you should have to go for authorised service centre, and i went to paras yamaha but some how their licence was cancelled, and i came to vaibhav yamaha service centre, there was same staff for services, there was same person mr rajan who is managing all issues like paras yamaha,

                  I discussed all problem which i facing from purchase of the bike also introduce about clutch bearing issue as suggested by out siders mechanic, also complement about milage problem, he kept my bike almost 10 to 12 days and hand over it to me incomplete solutions there he gave explanation that clutch spring are not available in market that's way they didnt changed it, and promise me that come in next service i will change the spring,
                  But after using 15 to 20 days same problem come due to that problem i almost gone for die due to non transmission of gear, one auto rixa banged me from side,
                  Than also i came to vaibhav yamaha service centre and i told him why this problem come again & again,
                  Do something, call your engineer and sow it all problem and check whole bike is there any problem or not if found any resolve it immediately and i want report of your engineer, he kept my bike almost 15 to 20 days and he is not giving proper feedback,
                  I don't have any other option that's way i complaining now,

                  Please help me to resolve it.

                    Hi team,

                    This is to bring to your notice about the dricrabency in the amount being charged for the for the insurance renewal taken at on of your showrooms.

                    I need to being the flowing points with regards to my experience :

                    1. Why is a extra 2% being charged when the payment id done using me debit card.

                    2. An amount of 2000 inr is being charged for a insurance renewal and a hand written bill was given.
                    Next day the policy was sent to mail only upon my remainder to my surprise i is noticed that the insurance amount in the policy was only 1903.
                    If this is the case was an extra charged from me the day before and why was a hand written bill given that too for a higher amount...?

                    Hi.. I bought a bike mid of Feb, 2018. As far as bike riding is good. But they are using child parts quality is very bad. Within 3 months I got a problem in speedo meter cable is not working. I checked local workshop engineer. He said the cable is problem, you have to replace the cable. I had a worst experience of Yamaha child parts quality..

                      Suru se hi engin problem ya kea problem pata nahi. Jab 65km speed jata hu to
                      Taabi xleder ki tarap se ho kar sit tak vibration ho jata ha
                      Maine showroom wale ko kae bar bola lekin thik nahi kar paye. Mujhe lagta ha thik nahi hoga. Yeh bike paida e se kharap tha... Mujhe lagta ha ki yamaha ki bike nahi lena chahiye.. Itna kharap model ha yeh bike...

                        This is my first experience with yamaha totally disappointed me.
                        After purchasing FZS double disc from Gurgaon branch Surya Kiran Building-5, Mehrauli Road, Opp SBI, Sec-14, Gurugram, Haryana 122001.The sales manager promise if i am purchasing the bike they give me discount by paytm & also provided leg guard & seat cover of bike free.But on the date of purchase they don't give discounts & not provided accessories but give me a slip after asking time to time for confirmation and said whey the stock come they provided accessories. For your confirmation please keep this slip but now after 3 month they don't give accessories and behave like a animal & talking rudely.We are not giving any type of accessories.such a bad experience with yamaha

                            Hi team

                            I got my yfz r15s on may 19 th 2017 from sprint yamaha next to phoenix market city.

                            So the problem is they called me for 1st servicing but after that, they never called for 2 nd servicing.

                            The worst part, they damaged the front of the bike while 1st service and now the shop changed to whitefield yamaha.

                            I am a loyal customer to yamaha for 6 years.

                            This kind of negligence is unacceptable.

                            I need immediate action on this and i need a proper replacement.

                              I purchased a fz 25 from raj yamaha from kurla all the time when purchased the bike i loved it whithin a week's time the bike i booked came with the registration and all done after a week the bike had a major accident which was bad luck that i had to which on later took the bike to the showroom and came to know that the bike is under a comprehensive insurance i was shocked that why did the representative did not do a 0 debth insurance instead a comprehensive one i was like didn't know how to respond i was in the response of that the representative made a insurance accordingly without even asking the consumer about it i thought all the new bikes comes witha zero debth insurance so why i have to bear the cost now it was hardly even 1 week passed that the bike met with the accident so i need u'll to resolve the issue regarding the bad service that is provided wherein no proper information was provided to me and want ull to resolve the issue for the repair and maintenance of the bike or else will complain higher if required...                                 fascino makes more noise

                                I bought a fascino bike 11 months back.. From the day one i am facing breaking issue.. When i apply break it gives heavy noise.. I already posted this in the forum it not rectified year.. Past 3 4 service i mentioned the same in the service center they not taken care and saying all the bikes create same noise. I am not getting any responsible answer from the dealers. If they do any minor tweek it works for 2 days again huge noise is coming....

                                Dear yamaha:
                                I purchased yamaha fzs fi v2 from sree kanna yamaha motors dindigul on 29.04.2017.
                                This product is defective because the front fork oil is leaking. I don't know what's wrong with my bike. My bike is just 3478 kms rode. Within 3500 kms fork oil is leaking. I bought this bike for the name yamaha. I never thought that yamaha products are this much cheap.
                                According to warranty. I am entitled to replace the fork oil, fork oil seal and fork dust cap.
                                I am requesting that contact me as soon as possible to discuss the matter and give the further instruction.

                                  This is inform to you that i had service my r15 motorbike on dated 25.04.2018.
                                  After done service and while made payment through debit card when i swipe debit card of rs 2658 /- it had been debited from my account but employee of yamaha said, not credit in our account, i were wait till 1 hr at their service centre to confirm that but amount not credit to your account according to you bill desk employee and same statement also given by service centre manager mr. Gobind ji. Then i made case payment to took the bike and manage said that amount will be refund in 48 hr in your account, but still my account not credited. I call to mr. Gobind and he said that your online payment not showing in our bank statement and jst said to me contact to your bank and disconnect the call. I have contacted to bank and they are saying amount has been credit. I attached some document please find tha attachment above.

                                  Second is, after servicing my bike, it isl not working good still, engine or whatever is going bad, i said before the service to engineer but he didnt look on this matter and made bill.
                                  Bike still making sound like kat kat kat from engine area. This not good thing,
                                  You guyz should understand customer is not free that for frequently come at your service centre even not his fault. So tell my what i do???

                                  I visited service center for service of my scooty zr and expected professionalism from your staff but was disappointed by their behaviour and was also shocked by the quality of job done and there is no clear time schedule.                                     I brought yamaha alpha on diwali celebrations, there not issues offers and they told bikes features has wrong, i told i not satified digital speedmeter, they forced and given it. But problems r they i given it first sercice and pick up on 45 days back, but the problems r same what can i do, i call serice manfer mr. Stalin he adjust and told id nwxt time the complaints r they i should refried, but second time the complaints r same the not pick my phone also, pls help me what should i do, i don't need it bike is complaints not cleared.

                                      I booked Yamaha R15 V3 on the name of Sahil Singh at M/S Arjun Motors, Kompally Medchal Road, Hyderabad ( receipt No. 322, dated-16/3/18). At the time of booking dealership said one month waiting period i.e should have received vehicles around 15th April. today after 45 days also they are not in a position to confirm the date of delivery. Dealership team SM Mr. Vivek does not have any clue on delivery status. Mr. Vivek managed to take me on Conference call with Yamaha Company official ( Name Mr. Afsar) who was not even willing to reveal his contact details. Mr. Afsar state way said wait for one month without thinking for even one month. I requested if that is the case please give it in writing which he refused and said if you want to cancel you are free to do so. His behavior was very rude behaved like goon of Yamaha.
