Respected sir / madam
I have taken loan for yamaha bike from bussan auto finance india pvt. Ltd.
My loaned bike no is uk08ad9210 and i have paid my loan and not receive noc for the same, i sold my bike & put my bike papers at rto to transfer on second party, rto require noc for transfer. I called to baf thane office they told me to send. I requested them to send it as soon as possible but i did not received it before i went to abroad.
I request you to please help me out this matter as am in abroad, and i have sold my bike it is still pending for transfer. Please help me.

Y should I pay extra charges through card payment
I am purchese Fz25 on jun 2017 .i pay extra fitting cost rs.1980 but still not fitting foot rest .i am talk to service center many time but no response poor service .last week fitting front pamper .cheting to customer invotion yamaha dealer .till 10 month compltead

    I brought new fz fi 2.0, it looks like used one while delivering, i thought it is showroom displayed bike, more scratches and looks very old and also they don't tell the manufacturing year correctly, after asking about big scratch in the petrol tank they immediately change the tank side part so i don't know whether that part is original or not, i'm buying a new bike they have to give the bike as such company providing, how the seller can change the parts before delivery?

      Hi team,

      On april 14th 2018, walters yamaha (Ayanavaram, chennai, tamilnadu) delivered me a brand new r15 version 3.0. I rode the bike, its really fantastic experience for me.

      I started to learn user manual book about console screen and
      When i try to make reset the trip a but unfortunately reset button not worked. From that day i am following up my showroom service advisor but still my problem is not rectified.

      That is my first new bike, now i am totally disappointed about your service.

      Please take necessary action asap.

        Once again inform you that I am not technical man to understand your technical explanation and request you to considered as common man owned the vehicle. But Yamaha has to understand the genuine compliant of one common customer and try to resolve permanently vehicle KM running not exceeds 8000 km so far and not completed one year since vehicle delivered only in the April 2017 end.

        Once again request you to do the needful at the earliest possible.

        Dealer : SHANTI MOTOR (pallikaranai, Chennai)

        I have purchased YAMAHA BIKE(FZS Version 2.0) from SHANTI Motor, they cheated me that BIKE sold with old Battery.Later i was found and argued with them after one month lot of argument and dispute they accepted and changed the New battery.

        Second thing that at every time when was bike delivery after service there is delay in service, they messed me that Bike was ready to delivery after reaching venue then only they going to start the work and convenience us to wait for long time this was happened often.

        Third thing service manger head had bad attitude to approaching the customer those behavior(Service Manager, Head) and bike service not upto the core.Best to Cancel dear-ship of SHANTI MOTORS, They project their Posture/Guts to Normal/Common people.you can see the google user reviews against that showroom.

        Please take the necessary against this matter as soon as possible.

            Dear yamaha, i am pravin kumar, customer of model yamaha fz 250. My registered mobile number is [protected].
            I am very disappointed with your service.. I have not expected this from you. As i complained previously many times at your sevice centre and also to yamha india about my gearbox problem. My bike has completed just one year in this month and i have to leave my bike in your service centre for 6 months.
            Gearbox of my bike has been changed many times inspite of this i have to face same problem everytimes after i travel 100-200km. I have paid three times for servicing my bike and your company had also paid three times.
            Many parts of my bike are changed but again after few days same problem arise... And i have to leave my bike again in service centre. I m tolerating this for one year. Now this is intolerable. Due to this problem i have to face milage problem.. Last time i got milage of 50km in 5 litres. Again same problem arised, my engine sound is changed, also engine get too hot and produce burning smell.
            Now you tell me why i had paid 1.4lakh for this intolerable bike. Either you take your bike 100% free ar exchange this bike. I dont want repairment becuse i will have to face same problem again. I am attaching available repairment bills and bills of purchasing the bike.
            I hope you fullfill your promises.

                  I have purchased yamaha fz25 on 09-sep-2017 in geejay yamaha at pattukkottai. But unfortunately my bike headlight not working from 10-march — 2018 still not completing 1 year. I can't able to drive the bike without headlight in night time. I directly went to dealership to rectify this problem but they have told to change new headlight by own cost. I love yamaha bikes, but in this dealership customer support is not good. Still have not received my service manual book also. So please guide me to solve this headlight issue.

                    When I was procure the bike I faced the major two issues
                    Problem - 1 . in low idle condition Engine hunting is more I observed this issue from starting itself and I complained every service period, with dealer executives they told run the bike around 10k kms it's automatically getting resolved but I told clearly it's having problems in Engine but they should not consider my words. Finally I fighten them and rectify the issue and resolve with warranty parts (the nature off problem is internal driving gear free play is more then yours Yamaha standards)

                    Problem - 2
                    More noise in chain sprocket area while I'm driving the bike the chain is heavily created the sound when pass the rough road the sound is more. And once dealer is tighten the chain and it will automatically loosen next 100 kms this is happened in my bike only I checked with colleagues bikes also
                    This also lot off time I told to your dealership but they not considered my words. I hope there is some manufacturing issue

                    In Vehicle the main function is powertrain but I have lot of issues in powertrain, I totally disappointed with this bike

                    Every 500 km i maintain my bike chain with nearest dealer (Singaperumal kovil) and every weeks two times I maintained the Tyres pressure also but there no better results from vehicle.

                    Till one year and 3 month are completed.

                    Please take necessary action on this issue.

                    Hi Yamaha India,

                    We were looking for a bike which was suitable for our day today use so then we decided to buy YAMAHA Fz 2.0 after very long discussions.

                    I was so existed to buy the bike and finally, we got the delivery of Fz 2.0 back color model in 2017 February then i got my RC smarts in March end, but there was a defect in RC smarts card. The Model which i purchased was Black color Fz 2.0 but in Smarts it was mentioned as "Grey" Fz 2.0 then we returned it to the same show room manager to rectify the defect in Smarts card also he agreed to do it and took around 600 Rs from me.

                    After many follow up with them there was no response and now( date: 21-Apr-18) they are saying like the returned RC Smarts card is not with them the person who took from show room manger is absconding, and now then are asking me to take a duplicate copy from the RTO which is not acceptable.

                    This is very bitter experience with CRYSTAL YAMAHA Motors Kengeri, Bengaluru, Customer Experience is worst :(

                    Please take the appropriate action.

                        Worst guys ever, can say these guys are cheaters, my vehicle is not even a year old, immediately after my third service i had more problems in my bike than before, hope they would have changed parts to other vehicles. When i visted them back to report about my problem and their response is too worse & doesn't care to listen what i say. Wouldn't recommend public not to give service here.

                        I have booked R15 v3.0 on 9/3/18 in Senthil Kumar auto agency, Dharmapuri by paying advance Rs:6, 000. But now this showroom is closed. Whenever I called them they were saying tomorrow or a day. There is no showroom to go and ask them.

                        I experieced after sales service.
                        I paid rs 4000 in a service of fz s v2
                        I paid two times for oil seal of the front shock absorbers
                        after service of my bike the main issue is the heating of engine and noise in the engine.

                          Dear sir,

                          I have purchased the bike from thane aim yamaha showroom on jan 2018 and everything was ok until then.
                          When i visited yamaha service center in thane (Kothari compound) for first service on 17th feb 2018 and it was a very bad experience the service center guy mr. Hemant took my bike at around 11:00 am and told me the servicing will be done by evening, when i asked him can you do it little faster i. E, around 5 o' clock he arrogantly answered no will give you at 7:00 pm in the evening as i was having some work i took my bike the next day i paid the money and took my bike, the problems reported were such as i have reported engine switch off problem i. E., engine gets switch off in middle of the road and again i need to start the bike and move further.
                          Now i visited the for 2nd free service on 7th april 2018 in yamaha service center this time there was mr. Sandeep to attend me i reported him the the problem faced. Below listed are the problems reported.
                          1. Engine gets switch off automatically while driving the bike.
                          2. Tail light does not glow.
                          3. Facing problems with average.
                          After reporting the problem he created the job card and informed me to come in the evening around 7:00 pm again i requested to give the bike by 5:30 pm this time this guy was polite and he told he will try his best to give the bike by 6:00 pm again as i was having some work i visited the next day 8th april 2018 at 2:00 pm. Firstly they asked for the money and gave me the invoice of rs. 1186, when i asked for the details for charging the this high they were not having any details and just informed me that the bill was wrongly generated and changed the bill to 700 rs, now if i have not asked they would have charged me extra 486 rs for nothing and they did'nt even take pain to explain the details in the bill after giving the same. After paying the 700 rs i asked for bike they took me to the bike which was yet not serviced i. E., even after more than 24 hours the bike was not serviced. When i asked the reason again the service center guy mr. Hemant said that servicing is done it is just remaining for washing and arrogantly said that will wash it wait and he was having his lunch ignoring me. When i said i have to move urgenly and you have yet not washed then what proof do you have that you have serviced my bike he again arrogantly said "lunch nahi karu kya tera gadi karta hu bola to karta hu rukh thoda time" and said "servicing ho gaya hai tujhe bata hu kiya ke nahi wo". I informed him to give my bike on urgent basis and dont wash it will report these problems faced he again said "haan ja jo karna hai wo kar".
                          Now they gave me my bike fzs fi in the condition which was even more bad than the bike before giving for servicing. I checked the problems that i have reported. Below are the comments for the problems reported.
                          1. Engine gets switch off automatically while driving the bike.
                          Checked driving the bike and it still gets switched off in mid of the road no change in driving experience.

                          2. Tail light does not glow.
                          I checked the same and found to be not working and when i asked the service center guy he told that is pending and changed the bulb in front of me.

                          3. Facing problems with average.
                          Need to yet check the problem regarding the same and will check and give the feedback.

                          Even the reported problems where not solved what have they done in servicing and charged me 700 rs. This is very disappointing service from yamaha. I will not prefer not to own a yamaha bike not because the bikes are faulty but because of the service center problems and the behaviour of the service center staffs on customer.

                          Request you to kindly look into the reported matter and help us to smoothly move further with yamaha.

                          During the process of oil replacement, I caught two labours mixing the old oil and saving the fresh oil in my Yamaha fascino while sitting in the customer lounge. Actually they thought I'm there and I wasn't but the moment I entered they didn't noticed that I'm in there and I saw as I mentioned.

                            They have technically certified technicians from yamaha technical institute but they really lack the service related knowledge in full.

                              Dear sir, my vehicle name Yamaha RayZR I had purchased my vehicle on 14/7/2017, at Crystal auto sales and service, as per the service dates issued in bill, I had given my vehicle for servicing. My requirement was indicator burzzar not working and back side mudguard reflector It's been my fourth service now but still the service centre has replaced the parts. In my second time service mechanic is complaining that brake shoe kit and pad is worn out. Air filter also has to be replaced. I mean it's just six month old vehicle and do the parts which they use is of bad quality. Parts used for vehicle r genuen or not. And the bill raised is Rs 1321. U guys say it's free servicing.And today it's 17/4/2018. My running vehicle is stopped. My recent service was done on 28/02/2018. Whom should I blame now. Everytime I have a very bad experience at this centre. Please help me with this issue. Mechanic r not trained at all at this centre. Crystal auto, padmanabhnagar Bangalore.

                                    में yamha szrr बाइक[protected] तारीख को खोरीदा था। assam dubrugarah "moran yamaha zone", 7000 kms चोल रहा है,, ओर problem होना सुरों हो गेया । बाइक का problem ये है कि पुरी carburetor खराब हो चोका है, जोब बाइक raning में रहता है तो अचानोक बाइक का excel कम हो जाता है और start बोन्ध हो जाता है । होर रोज ऐसा हो जाता है, start में बाइक नही रहते है, atimeticly बोन्ध हो जाता है,, बिना chok के बिना start नही होते है, ऐसे होने से मेरा बाइक पुरी तरोह से खराब हो चोका है, और मेरा मन बहुत दुःख होवा है, ।में dibrugarh saevice center में गेया था और meneger ने बोला कि ऐसे ही सलाते रहो,, होम जो कर चोकता है बो कर दिया, dilar वालो ने मेरा पोरा carburetor खोल के बोस साफ ही कर दिया,,, ओर carburetor का जो पार्ट्स है बो बदल दिया, फिर भी problem पहले जैसा ही है, । इतना पैसा देकर ऐंटेना खराब सिज मोझको नही चाहिए और मेरा carburetor exchange कोर दीजिये । plz sir help me एटना बोड़ा compani एक carburetor exchange नही कोर चौकते है क्या???                                         I have purchased two wheeler in november 2017 mh 14 gq 5891, from rishaan motors chinchwad pune maharashtra, on dt 01 april i went to service center for servicing, they had taken my vehicle in on 10:00 am but till 4:00 pm not done anything, unfortunately i have to taken without servicing. This attitude of service center is not good. I have attached some photos for your reference. Due to this i can't able to get service on time i have do on next week, there for only sunday i have weekly off.

                                        Sir I bought a new FZs FI a 2 months ago
                                        Now I have some problems in the bike
                                        The bike gear was stuck in while shifting the gear down and also the oil is leaking from the bottom of silencer. The bike was over racing when start the engine and bike vibrating in 5000rpm.

                                        Paid 6000 rupees for servicing. There are few problems 1. Front tyre beaking system is not working properly 2. Bike's rear light is permanently "on" since servicing 3.seat fitting is improper, All were in good condition before servicing, when I asked them to fix it they are giving such nonsense technical answers, and asking for more spending.

                                        1.Very bad service from Rishaan Motors Yamaha . The service advisors never call to update on the status or billing information.
                                        2.The customers have to follow up to know the status of the vehicle.
                                        3.The phone calls made to the service station or the service advisor go unanswered and do not call back.
                                        4. The spare parts are always unavailable which leads to longer days for getting the vehicle serviced.
                                        I will strongly recommend people not to deal with Rishaan Motors Yamaha due to the kind of service I have got from them until now.
