Yamaha is my most favorite brand of mine.
But the service i've got from yamaha cmpl automobiles pvt ltd chandigarh industrial area phase 1 chandigarh is really worst.
I've booked yamaha r15 there on 14th of april. They committed me to deliver the bike btwn 15-20may.in the mean time i've called many times but they didn't picked my cal at all. That's why have bought another bike and request to refund but the same problem facing again. Wrong commitment, no response of my call, refund time given by them also exceeded, but no response, i am fed-up by this type of casualty. This is not customer dealing man, i am also from automobile field. I request you to please take care of that. It is just spoiling customers & references...

    Hi,
    Myself karuppiah from chennai, last week i approached a yamaha service center in navalur chennai by afternoon for changing by speedometer cable. At that time corresponding person went to lunch so i enquired whether cable is available or not, they replied it's available and i left the place. Again i went back after lunch and asked same cable, but that service boy said that it's not available. I informed that already i asked and went them he noded that it's present but can't fix it. So i asked them to just give cable then they provided me the cable without bill. They neglected to give even after i asked. So i asked them to fix it there itself to get a bill. But after they fixed also they neglected to provide. I don't know what's the problem with them. Kindly consider it as serious issue

    While service they damaged the bike from side
    The side body is damaged by them
    There are scratches on the bike made by them
    Instead of helpinh us they are blaming the customer that we did not do anything it is done from your side

    I m ravi, I have new bike from aquad Yamaha showroom kamarhati in Kolkata on 21st February2018. After 1st service bike engine all parts r damage i need my new bike was replace but they not to do. When new bike have factory inbuilt problem. Then after repair how we trust. they repair well thats why plees replace my bike

        I have booked my bike r15 v3 in karur on 26 march 2018. But still i didnt get my bike. Dealers are telling me that the bike will arrive soon
        There is no positive and accurate responses. They are passing the days. Or else they must tell the correct date of the delivery of the bike. Production of the bikes cannot satisfy upto the demand of the customers.

          I have bought yamaha fascino on 8 october 2017. My father was not in support to buy me this he want me to buy honda activa. Honda activa had some benefits like its cheaper than fascino and a trusted scooter and most selling scooter too, it was very difficult for me to urge my father to buy me fascino as i wanted to go for style and looks. There is one more thing that activa is metallic body while fascino comes in fibre so this was also one of the major reason my father was not agreeing. But yamaha dealer were saying its fuel efficient its gives mileage of 66kmpl which will me 45-50 avg in my city so i made my father agree on this basis but its been a year and a half my scooter is giving avg of only 35. Is this what u meant of 66kmpl? Are u all lying as this is a serious issue, i have talked many times to my dealer star yamaha but no steps are being taken they talk so rudely also their workers also say each time"are abhi to aapki gaadi nayin h thode dino baad degi average" each time. Its been a year and a half plz take this issue seriously they are ruining your vehicle, company name. Each time they say "engine oil change kre de rhe h agli br se avg degi acha is br ye kre de rhe h ab degi avg tb degi avg" i am confused whether your scooter is a waste or my decision ws not right to go for fascino instead of activa take your dealership back from them. Once i saw a poster of fascino in wich a test was given to check scooter avg and then they will check it make it correct. I asked them for that test they said bhaiyaa subah 9;30 bje aayiye uske liye is time nhi ho paega and their showroom opens at 10:00 am. Tell what should i do suggest each and everyone not to buy this fascino who so ever is goint to buy and do opposite of what i was been doing since. My scooty was once fallen and its so many parts have got broken i had insurance i went to them but star yamaha said it will take atleast 15 days for insurance to work and u have to submit your vehicle and told me 5 times prices higher than parts and told me to mend it without using insurance and this will be done in 2 days so quickly. Plz take a serious action against them and take my complaint seriously and take care of my scooter average as 35 is not meant for fascine bajaj pulsar 220 and bullet 350 are giving 35 avg.

            I have bought the vehicle r15 s from raj yamaha omr the service is poor and they are not proper i feel very bad that i have bought the bike from this showroom today when i went for my fourth service they said they can't do water wash. Why do they do the service then. They never fix the complaints properly. Worst showroom ever seen. Plz dont ever go for this showroom.

              Mr. Vasanth, sales executive, guna motors madurai. We had booked fz - rear disc model bike. They promised to deliver the vehicle after receiving the vehicle esteemated amount rs 1, 01, 045 dated (28/05/2018), but they did'nt deliver it on time. Even till date they did'nt delivered on expected time. Totally i'am upset by their services. Is there any possibilities to change the dealers at madurai.

                I had complaint that my yamaha fz directly gets off at high speed of 80 after the servicing was done i had paid the bill of 8000 rs even if the parts where included still i am facing the same problem. Yamaha second time they took 4 days to service the bike didn't charge a penny but still the problem is not solved. Yamaha is known for performance but now it is not showing any because o[censored]seless service center.

                  Dear sir i gave my bike yamaha fz 250 in yamaha service centre for 3rd service on 25th may 2018 in the morning and they called me in the evening that your bike is serviced you can take ur bike i reached there and saw that my bike was not washed and i had doubt that bike is serviced or not but the said to me that water motor is not working your bike is serviced. Then i came to my home with my bike and saw in the morning on 26 th may that there were oil coming out side from tank... I again went to workshop and told then about preblem they said me that u can take ur bike in the evening.. They called me and said that there was a part has damaged and it will be take some days to repair it... Cause of this i am facing many problems... And still they not repair may bike..

                    Purchased in the month of march 2018. Its hardly two months back and following are the issues
                    1) engine vibration
                    2) battery full down (I. E. Kick is not available, hence not in a position to operate)
                    3) fuel injectio's speedometer is not working
                    4) service show room is not ready to accept the problems.
                    5) raised a complaint to their yamaha motors but dint get any response from them.
                    6) two servicing are over still problems are not resolving.
                    7) even spoke to the showroom guy, but he says we are only sellers of the product manufacturer hence we are helpless

                      fz-s bike service complaint

                      I took my bike for services on 13/05/2018 the handle bar was bent and it was not properly repaired I had to go back again to the service centre the issue is still not fixed and one more thing there is to be noted is that after I got the bike back from services the engine oil was leaking so I'm highly disappointment that Yamaha is not giving proper after Sales Service...

                      I have fz version 2 / i have given my bike to service in jmb yamaha t nagar, chennai bcos of some noise in engine and also asked them to do general service.. They asked 5 days time for that one bcos of continuous string of vehicles. I agreed and left / but its been 13 days till now and they have not serviced till now / if calls are made they are telling irresponsible answers and the way they speaking to customers is not good. Also i visited their once and they left my bike idlely and no service is done.. Is this the way to treat customers.. The way they spoke to me is not at all acceptable / if this continues surely yamaha will suffer bcos of these guys.

                        We have bought yamaha fasino in october 2016 with a warrenty of 5 years. Whenever we visit your service centre at gutkar mandi, himanchal pradesh india 175001 they used to provide pathetic services and never understand what is the issues we are facing in our scooty. We are facing number of issues while using it like head light, indicator speedometer is not working properly and we have made number of complaints in the service centre for this but the are not taking any actions for this.                           I have purchased new yamaha sz rr (Version 2) in 19/10/2017 from the show room named, yamaha tanuska auto (Address: bb - 102, vip park, ground and first floor, narayan tala, west prafulla kanan, kolkata, west bengal 700059). From the 1st month i'm facing problem in rear tyre. After 2 or 3 days every time i need to fill air in the back tyre. I told the same in the showroom, which also has the service centre. But they told me that tyre issue is not handled by them & it is not the company's responsibility. After that i took my bike to a tyre shop near the showroom & after checked the mechanic told me that there is no issue in the tyre. Also no puncture is there in the tyre. Maybe the rim alignment is not ok & for that the air is leaking when i'm riding the bike. This is very irritating for me as yamaha is very good company, but they are selling defective product to me. So kindly look into this matter as early as possible & resolve the issue.

                            My fazer fi for 1st service is done by rc motors lodhipara mowa raipur chhatisgarh they well done but they didnt repair my front succup and they have taken mony from me. They dont have any trained mecanics for all reaparing. Thats why they couldnot solve any customer problems. Its only 500km running and defacts are here succup defects n we give free mony to this compny

                              I have purchased my bike (Yamaha as rr) as on 2015.
                              But i have received faulty bike. We have facing only 1 problem since while purchase bike (Sz rr), also still not resolved my problems from our bike service provider's. I have complaining regularly but it's not done from our side all the workers and also service provider's are layer and unprofessional.
                              They did not mine customer complents and satisfaction, they are working for salary only in pcmc pune.
                              I have complaining since last 3 years regularly to kamala yamaha (Pimpri, pune), but finally kamala yamaha sells and services has been closed as in last year and new sellers are opened our showroom in there and also all staff is regularly moved from kamala yamaha to new dealer, not only me all customer are erected to all staff.
                              I requesting you that please resolve my problems or suggest also please please and please remove all staff from there for good customer satisfaction and services.

                                I have request for bike name transfer which one is purchase from the same showroom. The guy (Sapan surti) is said to me that they are doing this so that i have given all my require documents and advance rupees (2500) also on 3rd feb 2018.
                                Then after waiting for all most 2+ month he is not responding and i tried many times to contact him but given excuses and than i cancel my request for bike name transfer and say him to give my document and money back. He say okay will give me all return in a 2 days. Than after again till 2 months he is giving excuses and return documents to me and say in 2 days he will return the money. But till today 24th may 2018 he is only giving next date and not return my money.

                                  Bought fz250 on March 2017 from bangalore wheels, Bangalore.
                                  Very next day I observed the engine oil leak at mount point and gas kit. I went to show room and reported the same, they did some work and said issue is resolved. However after raiding 1000 km I experience the same issue. Since then I had been to show room more than 5 times, called the Yamaha customer care thrice and finally Yamaha India (IYM:0001952 ) registered complaint. I had been to show room once again they did temporary fix and again engine oil leak is showing up. I feel the engine oil leak at mount points and gas kit is very serious issue and feel the engine itself found to be fault. As all my options are exhausted, I request you to kindly provide the relief

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I have purchased a yamaha fascino two wheeler in november 2017 from showroom bikes point nh 33 mango jamshedpur, after first servicing scooty was giving so much trouble like sudden pick up gone down than in second servicing i have complaint the same but not resolved the problem and i have no time to go every time to service centre because i am working in sales and marketing job.

                                    On 19 may 2018 scooty given starting problem and not started than i took it to service centre by pushing self there they said it happens oftenly and open the engine.
                                    Now i want to know in just 6 months engine given trouble so why i should take that scooty i want new scooty or you guys keep it.

                                    I expect some positive response from your side asap.
