Hi Yamaha,

I have given my bike in service center they have replaced my LED headlamps with straches one when I asked them they said come next week will replace and give you new one we don't have stock from Yamaha. They have not removed my screw as well & replaced my chain with rusted one. When I have been there to install my new head lamp they were installing with use LED lights. I told them so they said it was bymistakely then they installed new one. Request you to please resolve my issure.

    Hlo sir am deepak bose from karur, in karur krishna mobikes, i do service in the show room but they did not do properly i do my full service on feb 27, 2018 but they did not check my full service and i have a complaint in my bike they did not check the lube oil on disk brake
    So i do again service for disk lube oil, in than show room i was there and am seeing how they work, they go out side and by a lube oil and fill the lube tank and it’s is a not a yamaha product and after i paying a money they did not give the lube bill they cheeting the customer in karur show room i pay the bill for 600but they give the bill for 453 and i not satisfy the full service pls take immediat action

    In this i attached my 2 bills copy pls refer and take immediate action on krishna mobikes

      I am disguised by yamaha motors. I have purchased yamaha fz 250 from ride on auto banna devi aligarh on 1 may 2018.
      I asked them price and the said, it's 144329 and never told me what things are included except rto and insurance and never provided me any bill or delivery chalan. I bought this bike on finance from hdfc, and that financer also asking for unessary money. Loan passed by hdfc is of 2643 for 33 months. And financer asked me it's 2653 for 36 months. And forcing me to pay 3 months to the company and showroom manager too. He also create two policies for me, which i don't even want. And he is not cancelling them at all.
      Now coming to the price of bike, i asked them what included in bike tell me and i did so today only as i purchased bike in hurry or you can say i was desperate to buy so, and after being scammed by financer, i asked them what's included in 144329 rs, why you're not giving me bill or estimation slip, he said we can't provide in writing as it's include,
      Transportation charges -2000rs
      Hp or hhp - 900
      Broker charges for rto - 1300
      Accessories charges-1900
      Helmet charges-1320, rto charges - 13425 or more
      Insurance - 3329
      These are charges are verbely told me by manager and when i asked them to provide in written he said no.
      I insisted him and he said no by misbehaving.
      When i went showroom for bike delivery, amit (Manager) told me that i arranged this bike from aligarh warehouse.
      And today or 3 days back he told me i arranged that from agra on tempo or small carrier truck.
      I called the yamaha showroom in agra jm motors, vijanagr, he told me bike is taken from agra to aligarh by riding not on any tempo.
      He lied to me regarding this, person who bring thid bike to aligarh roughly ran it above 90kmph for sure, which is very harmful for new bike and my engine is being overloaded from that day and because of that i am getting 30 or 29 as average and lack of power plus bike vibrations even in speed between 50-60.. Please see this issue.
      Now transportation charges, why you want it when bike came by riding on it?
      Why broker charges?
      Why accessories charges, i don't want it.
      Why insurance which is my right to choose?
      Why helmet charges, it's local and can easily be available within 300 rs from delhi?
      I need clearance in all this. Plus my engine is being rev without even telling me and providing me old bike or test drive vechicle, i want replacement of bike.

        During servicing, they damaged the fuel tank of my yamaha fz v2.0. I have given complaint at the service center one month back. That time they told, they will replace the fuel tank within a week. But they are ignoring the same. I had visited three times to the service center, but they are telling parts has not come and making other excuses. Please kindly solve my problem. I hope you will help me.

        I have taken a Yamaha R15 v2 2 months ago, problem in bike is crack sound coming from engine I have given a bike in service center last 4 days ago till now no response From the service center so please try to give solution to my bike as soon as possible.

          Today i am go for our motorcycles first service to your authorized service center, name - patna motors, kumhrar, patna, i am not satisfied for servicing because no proper system of numbering, who come late time his motorcycle service don before he come for service. And wash man take money from customers if customer want not to pay then he requiting long time.

            I bought my bike (Sr-rr 1.0) on 17-jan-2014 in banglore and in march 2015, i moved to pune city. I got extended free service book at the time of buying bike. Its been more than 3 years, though i have extended free service book, i am paying for paid servicing. Every time i go for service, they make some excuse and make me pay for paid service, no free service. They simply denied to accept the free service book in my first extended service in pune city. And i wonder how can be every time some part of my bike is damaged. Some times they asked to change or some times they don't even ask, they changed without informing me and add it into the bill and then i had to pay. Didn't even know they really changed that part or not. They have two different database for paid and free service. From last 3 years they are having my database in paid service record and after that they said its my fault only. Last december 2017, there were some old person, who said my extended warranty book is valid, but all the free services got lapsed, from next time i will get free service they said and gave 10-jan-18 my next service date, which was almost 15 days later why should i come back again after 15 days to get free service after make payment of paid service?. I did not create issue and complaint in yamaha, because i thought mistakes happens. But again today's morning, again same thing, they were not accepting free service book. Now i just got call from them that my service will be paid service, and cluth cable is damaged. I am really got irritated from this satav service center (In solapur road, pune). I asked them to give me hard copy of last 3 years bills. They denied. Every time they say new things, make new excuses and i had to pay more money. From now on, i won't go some authorized yamaha service center and never ever suggest someone to buy yamaha bike. These guys are pathetic. Either give me my money back (Extra amount i paid in last 3 yrs) or i will go to consumer forum and complaint there. And even if need do something else to teach them a lesson i will do that. Its not all about money which i lost, its also about the problems and mental tension i had. Its really irritating and bad experience. Take some action against them, please make sure that i get back my extra money which i paid in last 3 years because of their mistakes.

              I bought yamaha fascino from muthoot motors trivandrum on 5th nov 2017. We are facing the complaint of the self start of the vehicle for the last two months. I reported and checked the same in muthoot yamaha service centre, but i got the report as no complaints at all now. But now we are facing the same complaint on every day morning time. So i totally frustrated about the performance of this vehicle. Kindly inform to the concerned service centre to rectify the same and overall checking.

                I had a very worst experience with elite motors (Yamaha) avadi...
                I had left my fz16 for servicing with some complaints like fork alignment, carburetor cleaning — bike is getting off frequently, chain adjustment and some general servicing, by end of the day they charged around 3000rs and gave my bike return... I have noticed that all the problems still exists, still my bike fork is not proper, bike getting off frequently, chain making noise... I can't understand for the whole day what the guys did with my bike...
                And the yamaha service center guys where not capable of resolving or repairing the problems in bike, they where much interested to change the bike parts with new one they wont repair... I don't know whether the yamaha company suggested them to sell their spare parts instead of repairing...
                And also the servicing guys where even don't know to screw all the removed screw they where missing some of the screw and we should check whether all the removed screws where fixed and we should ask them to fix only then they will fix that too with very difficulty they will do with out any interest and also they will miss some of the washer in the screws, if we are asking them means they won't be responsible... Over all yamaha doing a worst servicing and customer caring...

                  Hi,
                  I have given a service of my bike in medavakkem for the compliant of engine sound, my has not completed the free service so they are just done the water wash and gave me back.

                  Still i am hearing the engine as different when i ask them they are saying that the engine sound will be like that it's my 5th service i have not get convinced by their service.

                  Such a worst behavior of the workers i won't believe that they have given me the good result.

                    I have given my yamaha r15 bike service to (Moto world. Bommanahalli, bangalore) i had worst experince. I uderstood it is newly started showroom but they dont have proper spare parts they accepted bike. While hand over the bike they uodated in job sheet. But after completion of service they said they dont have stoks. Simply they charged 2k of changing oil and other oil charges. Kindly take necessary action on above...

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      This is a complaint with regard to the servicing of my motorcycle (Yamaha R3), (KL-11-BC-2219) at (Shinrai Automobiles (P) Ltd. Maradu, Kochi, Kerala). The motorcycle was given for service on[protected]. It was found that some staff were involved in riding the motorcycle for no reason concerned with its service. The incident involved two Yamaha R3 motorcycles where they were driven arrogantly and with utter negligence of traffic rules and speed limits. Predictably one of the motorcycles crashed (not mine). News articles and photographs of the motorcycles (with registration number clearly visible) appeared online and in newspapers in subsequent days. This has caused a lot of inconvenience personally.Where by the incident caused to tarnish my reputation over the riding community and defaming me to a reckless driver. The incidents will also affect my motorcycle’s resale value. Monetary compensation for the above has been requested from the service centre. Kindly see to it that the compensation is payed and the necessary action taken against the concerned service centre so that such incidents do not happen in future.

                        I've booked yamaha r15 there on 14th of april. They committed me to deliver the bike btwn 15-20may.in the mean time i've called many times but they didn't picked my cal at all. That's why have bought another bike and request to refund but the same problem facing again. Wrong commitment, no response of my call, refund time given by them also exceeded, but no response, i am fed-up by this type of casualty. This is not customer dealing man, i am also from automobile field. I request you to please take care of that. It is just spoiling customers & references...

                          Hi,
                          Myself karuppiah from chennai, last week i approached a yamaha service center in navalur chennai by afternoon for changing by speedometer cable. At that time corresponding person went to lunch so i enquired whether cable is available or not, they replied it's available and i left the place. Again i went back after lunch and asked same cable, but that service boy said that it's not available. I informed that already i asked and went them he noded that it's present but can't fix it. So i asked them to just give cable then they provided me the cable without bill. They neglected to give even after i asked. So i asked them to fix it there itself to get a bill. But after they fixed also they neglected to provide. I don't know what's the problem with them. Kindly consider it as serious issue

                              I have booked my bike r15 v3 in karur on 26 march 2018. But still i didnt get my bike. Dealers are telling me that the bike will arrive soon
                              There is no positive and accurate responses. They are passing the days. Or else they must tell the correct date of the delivery of the bike. Production of the bikes cannot satisfy upto the demand of the customers.

                                I have bought yamaha fascino on 8 october 2017. My father was not in support to buy me this he want me to buy honda activa. Honda activa had some benefits like its cheaper than fascino and a trusted scooter and most selling scooter too, it was very difficult for me to urge my father to buy me fascino as i wanted to go for style and looks. There is one more thing that activa is metallic body while fascino comes in fibre so this was also one of the major reason my father was not agreeing. But yamaha dealer were saying its fuel efficient its gives mileage of 66kmpl which will me 45-50 avg in my city so i made my father agree on this basis but its been a year and a half my scooter is giving avg of only 35. Is this what u meant of 66kmpl? Are u all lying as this is a serious issue, i have talked many times to my dealer star yamaha but no steps are being taken they talk so rudely also their workers also say each time"are abhi to aapki gaadi nayin h thode dino baad degi average" each time. Its been a year and a half plz take this issue seriously they are ruining your vehicle, company name. Each time they say "engine oil change kre de rhe h agli br se avg degi acha is br ye kre de rhe h ab degi avg tb degi avg" i am confused whether your scooter is a waste or my decision ws not right to go for fascino instead of activa take your dealership back from them. Once i saw a poster of fascino in wich a test was given to check scooter avg and then they will check it make it correct. I asked them for that test they said bhaiyaa subah 9;30 bje aayiye uske liye is time nhi ho paega and their showroom opens at 10:00 am. Tell what should i do suggest each and everyone not to buy this fascino who so ever is goint to buy and do opposite of what i was been doing since. My scooty was once fallen and its so many parts have got broken i had insurance i went to them but star yamaha said it will take atleast 15 days for insurance to work and u have to submit your vehicle and told me 5 times prices higher than parts and told me to mend it without using insurance and this will be done in 2 days so quickly. Plz take a serious action against them and take my complaint seriously and take care of my scooter average as 35 is not meant for fascine bajaj pulsar 220 and bullet 350 are giving 35 avg.

                                  I have bought the vehicle r15 s from raj yamaha omr the service is poor and they are not proper i feel very bad that i have bought the bike from this showroom today when i went for my fourth service they said they can't do water wash. Why do they do the service then. They never fix the complaints properly. Worst showroom ever seen. Plz dont ever go for this showroom.
