Please don't ever give your bike to this service center. Please please please don't give your bike here. They will not repair instead they will spoil your bike. My bike is not getting started after their service. They are asking me to pay again to fix the issues caused by their service. There is one guy named vikram (Manager), he don't know how to speak with customers. Worst svc. Please don't go because you will get fooled. I had given r15s for a service on last week. My bike condition is very worse now after their service. I was facing few issues with slow speed and my rear view mirror was broken. They changed oil and replaced mirror, air cleaner and cost was around 3k. But after three days o[censored]se, condition of my bike was worse than before. Bike is not getting started now. They have not fixed issue with slow speed. Bike will vibrate and it will get heated up quickly. I don't what they did on my bike.

It has been more than 30 days since I've booked the bike Yamaha R 15 v3...I've not received it yet... The people who booked the vehicle before me have already received their bikes... Please get into the process as soon as possible.. Otherwise I'll need to go for another option...

    Okay so I am going to write what's my problem is. Firstly, I want to say I purchased this bike in hurry and it's first time I am buying bike, so I just asked the price and this happened to me -
    I purchased Yamaha Fz 25 from Ride on Auto Aligarh on finance and paid around 80000/- as down payment and was told by financer that my tenure will be for 36 months and of 2653. Later I got message from Hdfc about loan approval and I have to pay 2643* 33months.
    Financer called me and said pay 3 months difference amount to showroom or me.( FRAUD -1) I called HDFC and they cleared I don't have to pay anything and cancelled my two policies which financer applied on me without Informing (FRAUD -2).
    Then I asked Manager Amit about Amount, He said Amount is 144129 included taxes . I said give me in written what's included or what's not in this price. He said I will provide anything in Written.(FRAUD-3)
    He took money for Helmet and accessories and still he is not giving me any .
    I asked him why you imposed Helmet charges and accessories, He said I have to pay as I already paid that amount to other dealer (JM motors Agra).
    I have issues with the bike from 2 day of purchase-
    1- Bike starting.
    2- Engine Vibrates even in 60kmph and hheats lot
    3- Engine feels sluggish and struggling to reach 100.
    Later I asked Amit from where he brought the vehicle he said from it's Godown which is 9 kms away from the showroom. And after one month he is telling he purchased from Agar and this bikes come to Aligarh on tempo.
    I called Jm motors Agra from where they bought this bike, they told me bike is sent to Aligarh while by riding it.(FRAUD -4).
    Distance between Aligarh and Agra is 90 kms, so it's obvious they ride that bike above 80kmp atleast to Aligarh. Because of this my bike is full of vibrations from the first day and gives average below 30.
    Second day of my purchase bike is not starting, dealer promised to change it but still they haven't even after first service.
    Afterfirst service bike is become worse and bad then Pulsar 220. Overheat, vibrations etc.
    Showroom owner is not providing me Bill of anything, I don't have bill for 144129 which is expected from them.
    • I need help, I made complaint to your toll free number and they're just playing with me from 15 days and I am not getting any reply.
    Help me ...I want complete refund or replacement of my bike at cost. I am not satisfied with this bike and have doubt this is Test drive Vehicle.
    And this is being ride to Aligarh, I have proof of Voice recording of JM motors Agra, showroom Manager Vinod.
    HELP ME.

        Sir,

        I had purchased a yamaha r15-s bike
        (Bs4), model: 2017. My fuel indication is not proper from day one itself, eventhough i have mentioned, the problem is not solved yet (Even if the fuel tank is empty, the indication shows as 3/4th of the tank is filled with fuel. It is a false indication).

        So i have mentioned my complaint in the "cag yamaha, head office, coimbatore"

        I'm really very unhappy with their customer support.

        Please consider the above mentioned complaint as a high priority and do the needful as early possible.

          Hi,

          I am nithin sreenivas, i own a yamaha fz. I gave my bike for service at scarlet yamaha, mysore. I paid rs. 3600.00 for the service and took my bike. The the main issue for the fork was not resolved and the headlamp was pointing towards the sky (Before service this issue was not there).

          I came back after few days to the service center @ morning 10 am as per the confirmation i received from the showroom. They didn't even took my bike inside and made me wait for one hour. The reason they told me was, cleaning is going on inside. Since your working hours are from 9 to 9, this is not fair.

          If this is the way you are treating your customers you will loose your goodwill.

          I will share my experience in social media too.

            I bought fz-s in the month of feb2018. Its almost 4 months now. With in this 4 months the bike got rusted at various places. Swing arm got rusted. This is crazy, i will explain it clearly. The number plates, saree guards, front bumper/guard all got rusted and i will confirm you that the bike did not fall or accidentally had no scratches. The showrooms charges 3000 for these fittings 3 items 3000 rupees and what we get is rust. I should have opted for gixxer instead of fz-s. You go on to the roads and observe the rusting issues of yamaha bikes it is 50% more than any other brand bikes. The service manual is just a joke, the service center will not allow you to go through the checks. I am now getting strange sounds from my bike engine. I have asked service center to check the issue and fix accordingly. I even asked them to change engine oil and oil filter. They just changed oil, sprayed applied some grease at various parts, sprayed some water and not even bothered to clean the bike. Even after showroom service, i can still see mud on my side panels and bike is dusted like hell. And yamaha says if you get the bike service at authorized service centers only the warranty will be valid. Service centers dont have proper skill set and bikes will be turned into scrap asap. If they cannot fix the main engine problem why should i get the bike serviced at authorized service centers. I dont understand.

            I am not sure, that i will be following for all the things. I am thinking to get rid of thus scrap as soon as possible. Just wasted a lakh on YAMAHA. I should have opted for other vehicles.

              TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

              I have purchased Yamaha Fz25, knight black, in September 2017 from VRB Automobiles, Malad West. My bike no. is MH47 Z5828.
              After the delivery I had asked for a Yamaha invoice as an evidence of my purchase from the showroom which I was informed is provided after 2-3 days of delivery.
              Till date, I haven't received any invoice from the showroom. Despite of 7-8 times of following up personally with the sales person of the showroom the showroom officials have still not managed to deliver a invoice. They come back with a reply stating their accounts team is on a leave.
              Last month I managed to have a word with the manager of the showroom. He gave me an assurance that it will be delivered to my address within a day.
              I am yet to receive my bike invoice even after 9 months of the purchase date. And I'm in no mood to visit the showroom 10th time and again ask for the invoice.
              Moreover, this incidence raises my suspicion on the genuineness of the licence and services of the showroom affiliated with Yamaha motors.

              Kindly please look into this matter and get this resolved asap.

                Booking name - punamchandra meshram we given all the documents to yamaha showroom (Near vishranthwadi pune) dated 9th june 2018. Three four time we ask that guys any thing more u want they said no all document are completed monday (10th) he called and ask for one more sign on form 20 my husband visited in eve time done all formality again she called for same formalitys still vehical is not pass from rto due that form 20. They take singnater from our end but misplaced that from there end so that form 20 is not avilable so rto formality is still pending. Pathetic service they are not reaponding and mr aakash every time he is not avilable in store

                  A periodic servicing activities carried out on my bike on 3rd of jun 2018 at popular yamaha panchkula. Since my purchase of bike, periodic servicing has never been carried out at any other local agency but yamaha.. Due to my great faith. But i am mislaying faith over yours... Since last servicing on 3rd jun 18 i am facing starting problem every now and then... It clearly indicates either the poorest quality of serving or any parts change of my bike causing trouble to me.
                  I have a lot of jobs to perform.. Rather than to contact the concerned servicing agency.. Please look into the matter seriously.. And do the needful by now..

                    I met with an accident on 9th may 2018 and gave my bike for repair to aadarsh yamaha shop no. F-344, old m b road, chatri wala kuan, lado sarai, new delhi, delhi 110030 under insurance on 11h may or 13th do not remember the exact date. But the main point is today is june 21 more than a month and my bike is still not repaired. On a saturday they called and said bike is ready just come with the money but it was on insurance so i thought i would claim it and get the money then i will hand it over to the service center. But when i called on monday they said parts are yet to be delivered. I don't know why but they do not have any records of the conversation they have. One guy calls and when i call the other guy says parts are yet to delivered. Again on a saturday i called and asked what about the parts that was to be delivered 2 weeks ago they said it's here we are just waiting for the insurance guy to check and then do the needful. I was happy that now finally after more than a month of waiting i will get my bike but when i went there my bike was in a corner in dust as if no one has worked on it for days and the clutch liver and footpeg on the left side was still the same. When i inquired about it they said the insurance guy is not here so just waiting for him to come he will inspect and then we will repair the remaining parts. Which was to be done on monday and i was there on wednesday. Remind you the guy who told me on saturday mr. Gaurav who is said to be the manager there, that due to eid workers are not there to show the bike to the insurance guy so he will come on monday and when i was there on wednesday they said it will take 3 4 more days. It is not the first time they were lying to me. It's been a month everytime i call they have a different excuse. Finally i got the number for insurance guy, i called him and asked that the service guy said you will be there on monday and today is wednesday. He told me that he doesn't have any idea of it and no one told him to come and check.
                    This was the first time me getting a bike for myself the wait time was more than a month.. It was not even a month and met with an accident and now i am waiting for more than a month to get my bike repaired which was to be done in 2 weeks as the showroom people told me.

                    And everytime and i call them they have a different excuse all together like parts are not here, some parts are in back log, will take just a week now, waiting for the insurance guy to come and inspect blah blah.
                    I heard a lot about the bad experience people had with yamaha service centers still bought yamaha r15v3 because r15 was the only bike which took me to love motorcycling back in 2008
                    And now i have an experience of the bad experience with service center, customer service everything apart from the bike is bad about yamaha (As per my experience).

They said parts is here, it was not, dad went there they said will take 2 3 days and mr.Gaurav was on a meeting again.

                      Dear sir, i bought yamaha fz16 at platinum motors, vizianagaram. During my 4th servicing i have a low pick up, engine sounds and chain loose problem. I i'll completed all my free servicings till date problem was not resolved. I have been already submit a complaint about this problems. This is second time rise a complaint about this matter.                         I am B.VIJAYAKUMAR, DHARMAPURI, TAMILNADU. My Yamaha vehicle FZ-S(FZN150D) given service for SAFTY MOTORS, Perundurai. Yamaha bike is very good but service is very very poor most of the time given un wanted bill. I am given to my vehicle paid service for 18.06.2018 in safty motors, perundurai at the time mechanical put the bill Rs.1700 after that. I am asked last time did the paid service only Rs.684 but your un necessary put the bill. I want service only that mechanical told your come to 2p.m sir.SO I went to 2.30p.m that mechanical not did the service after that told oil change, oil filer cleaning put some amount Rs.1200 collected. I am waiting 3.30 hrs and then 5.45p.m delivered my vehicle and collect extra amount and also some of the disgraceful of the mechanic .Please necessary action taken sir. Thank you sir.

With me last 2 days ago i'll go and check my vehicle.. It's still same complaint don't any imrove i couldn't see that... But they are say's... Ill finish my work some mistake...                           Your service was very worst my bike accident on before 60 days I'll submit ah vehicle above 50 days but they have no any estimate give with me ...how to I find it ..I need ah perfect solution .. yesterday I'll go to see my bike .but no improvement in my bike I ask some one ..sir how's work going don't reply my question .worst service ...Madurai north Pranalgee motors ...spares late work late ...I need my bike .. without any complaints.

                            ​there are no proper spare parts and ganesh motors service personal has damaged my petrol tank side shields and also sliencer cover and they are charging when i have visited every service for 2 months gap service man is rectless and unanswer i cannot name them as they speak some lambadi language not respond to my telugu language and i have been visited today i. E., 16/6/2018 for changing my spare parts which are damaged and service man is telling we are not responsible i have communicated them for 3 to 4 months and also explain to you customer care about this fuel tank shield and silencer cover and also i have to go to showroom on monday i. E., 18/6/2018 as today i visited them told them that i have office on monday because there gm is not available i have to visit them again to ganesh motors why gm is not available that is not my concern please read carefully my complaint and let me know what to do as i have to go to my office at 10 am and gm of this sri ganesh motors let me know as a liable customer of yahama why you are intimidation me like this for 1000 rupees spare parts is very pitty from a largest bike dealer yahama
                            Please let me know correct information if they can replace it with out cost only i will visit or not don't disturb me by calling again and again

                            I buy a fz 250 in "MRC AUTO MOBILES" eluru division.when I get the delivery it was without trip button but I didn't notice that. I asked in showroom but they say the same story "we are taking complaint.we I'll solve in soon".so, please take care action on this un professional showrooms.

                              Dear sir[protected] i bought a yamaha fascino at srinivasa motors dondaparthy. From the date of 1st service im facing fuel indicator problem, till now the problem was not resolved. The service people dont know how to check fuel gauge. They are checking with screw driver dipped into petrol tank and said fuel gauge was good.. I cant expect this type of service. And if i found the training department head i just # him.. Blody service... Finally i concluded that yamaha brand is good but service is very very worest i ever seen. Please close your service center and train the people first.                                 I have purchased yamaha fz25 at vedha moto corp at vellore that is located near chennai silks beside chennai bangalore highway. After my purchase (Finance) they did not provide single document regarding my emi details and loan details. They simply said busan finance will debit my emi on 8th but still they did not debit my emi and i have enough amount in my acclunt. I did not get any confirmation mail or text from finance. And the showroom did not give rc book (Even copy) its almost 1month after registration. And i exchanged my old bike with the showroom but they still did not provide valid sales order to me. If i ask any of the above details they are not responding well. Very bad third rated customer service. And it definitely affects the image of yamaha india. Please take into the consideration and fix my issues with yamaha showroom. I did not even get a proper invoice of the bike i bought.

                                  Hi Yamaha,

                                  I have given my bike in service center they have replaced my LED headlamps with straches one when I asked them they said come next week will replace and give you new one we don't have stock from Yamaha. They have not removed my screw as well & replaced my chain with rusted one. When I have been there to install my new head lamp they were installing with use LED lights. I told them so they said it was bymistakely then they installed new one. Request you to please resolve my issure.

                                    Hlo sir am deepak bose from karur, in karur krishna mobikes, i do service in the show room but they did not do properly i do my full service on feb 27, 2018 but they did not check my full service and i have a complaint in my bike they did not check the lube oil on disk brake
                                    So i do again service for disk lube oil, in than show room i was there and am seeing how they work, they go out side and by a lube oil and fill the lube tank and it’s is a not a yamaha product and after i paying a money they did not give the lube bill they cheeting the customer in karur show room i pay the bill for 600but they give the bill for 453 and i not satisfy the full service pls take immediat action

                                    In this i attached my 2 bills copy pls refer and take immediate action on krishna mobikes

                                      I am disguised by yamaha motors. I have purchased yamaha fz 250 from ride on auto banna devi aligarh on 1 may 2018.
                                      I asked them price and the said, it's 144329 and never told me what things are included except rto and insurance and never provided me any bill or delivery chalan. I bought this bike on finance from hdfc, and that financer also asking for unessary money. Loan passed by hdfc is of 2643 for 33 months. And financer asked me it's 2653 for 36 months. And forcing me to pay 3 months to the company and showroom manager too. He also create two policies for me, which i don't even want. And he is not cancelling them at all.
                                      Now coming to the price of bike, i asked them what included in bike tell me and i did so today only as i purchased bike in hurry or you can say i was desperate to buy so, and after being scammed by financer, i asked them what's included in 144329 rs, why you're not giving me bill or estimation slip, he said we can't provide in writing as it's include,
                                      Transportation charges -2000rs
                                      Hp or hhp - 900
                                      Broker charges for rto - 1300
                                      Accessories charges-1900
                                      Helmet charges-1320, rto charges - 13425 or more
                                      Insurance - 3329
                                      These are charges are verbely told me by manager and when i asked them to provide in written he said no.
                                      I insisted him and he said no by misbehaving.
                                      When i went showroom for bike delivery, amit (Manager) told me that i arranged this bike from aligarh warehouse.
                                      And today or 3 days back he told me i arranged that from agra on tempo or small carrier truck.
                                      I called the yamaha showroom in agra jm motors, vijanagr, he told me bike is taken from agra to aligarh by riding not on any tempo.
                                      He lied to me regarding this, person who bring thid bike to aligarh roughly ran it above 90kmph for sure, which is very harmful for new bike and my engine is being overloaded from that day and because of that i am getting 30 or 29 as average and lack of power plus bike vibrations even in speed between 50-60.. Please see this issue.
                                      Now transportation charges, why you want it when bike came by riding on it?
                                      Why broker charges?
                                      Why accessories charges, i don't want it.
                                      Why insurance which is my right to choose?
                                      Why helmet charges, it's local and can easily be available within 300 rs from delhi?
                                      I need clearance in all this. Plus my engine is being rev without even telling me and providing me old bike or test drive vechicle, i want replacement of bike.

                                        During servicing, they damaged the fuel tank of my yamaha fz v2.0. I have given complaint at the service center one month back. That time they told, they will replace the fuel tank within a week. But they are ignoring the same. I had visited three times to the service center, but they are telling parts has not come and making other excuses. Please kindly solve my problem. I hope you will help me.
