My Yamaha fascino BS 111, I serviced reqular intervals at Pollachi Surya Prakash motors, but this time very disappointed, my scooter drive my spouse limited km only we are using daily basic, but I given my scooter to service center properly. As also last month, They charging 1450/ because changed engine oil, and also Air filter, but after service my scooter was struggling to drive and changed total smooth, and also big noice. again I given to service centre, after I called to the service center, they are informed to me, scooter is ready, I asked service engineer, what's the problem, he told me that, Air filter and clutch was dust, so we rectify it, but I informed to the engineer and showed my bill for changed Airfilter and clutch checked already, than, how will come, but they didn't give proper answer, and returned to me my scooter, but any issues is not rectified, I am very disappointed. Anyone mind disorder people serviced my vehicle or learner serviced my scooter.

Updated by Rrk1981 At the same day, I raised Complaint through my personal mail to Yamaha Service center, next day the re collect my vehicle at rectify my issue.
But I won't give my vehicle to pollachi Yamaha Service center. Thank you
