Dear sir

I am a loyal customer of yamaha, presently i am using libero which i bought in 2008 inspite of various advice i thought i should buy only yamaha and i booked and paid rs 137448 on 22nd feb through rtgs under the promise that the vehicle would be delivered on 23rd feb yamaha fz 25 by ms walters yamaha chennai kolathur
Till now the vehicle is not delivered and the service levels are one of the worst
Till the booking and money remittance they were calling me and now no response
I love yamaha and if this is the way your dealers behave no way, god bless
They want me to pay rto bribe more than that they want me to pay for the number plate which is ridiculous
Please refund my money so that i buy dominor or ensure i get my vehicle

    I have yamaha fzs v2.0 model, my cdi is malfunctioning because of which i cant use my bike as it is the heart of the bike, its been more than 45 days, they have lied to me that we have place your order on 7 feb but the whole month is gone they are not able to provide me this part moreover the showroon naman auto sales-new panvel are telling that you consult to customare care both are diverting their responsibility towards each other
    i will recommend to not buy this bike because of its poor parts availability and poor service from customer care

      I visit in divine motors yamaha (Amritsar) in[protected] and i was planning to buy razyr at that time so salesman person suggest to give some advance money due to booking of bike. Later on we change the mind to buy vehicle and we were not getting the receipt at home. We thought we misplaced so we not claim. But in dec'17 i found my receipt and visit yamaha store for refund of advance money rs. 500. At that time first he denied to say its became too late for refund then he given me time one week. Later on i contacted on phone every time he given excuses and give me time next 10 day and commit problem will be resolved. Its not matter of 500 but the thing is customer advance money how they can denied. I have recording where person given me excuses which is so not acceptable for reputed company like yamaha. There is nothing mention time limit on advance receipt. My receipt no. Is 1648 dated[protected] and contact no is [protected] kindly take action and solve my concern

      I'm not satisfied with the behavior of the lady present in the gate who stands here for not entering the customer to the service room. She is very non-sense fellow and doesn't know how to behave with the customer. The service mechanic and system for servicing is very very poor here comparable to other companies.

        Hello, this is uday from hyderabad this is my 2nd complaint in a span of 6 months against this service station. Even in my last complaint i clearly mentioned that this service station teams work is horrible and only after raising complaint with your team they fixed problem in my bike. Now i want to raise serious complaint and i want you guys to take some action on them rather just warning or sending an email. Coming to the issue i gave by bike for servicing in venkatesh motors service station in ameerpet, hyderabad. When i gave my bike for servicing bike was perfect and it didn't need changes apart from general service. Exactly after service next day while i was going on a long drive i was around 80km/hr speed suddenly bike was making horrible sound and when i was shifting gears from 2-3 bike was not moving freely it was running well after shifting all the gears up. I went to service centre after 2 days and clearly mentioned the issue. The senior technician had a test drive and said that chain pack was gone and i need to replace it. Just 2 days after service i had another service for replacing chain packs and they charged me around 3k for 2 times. Now exactly after 10 days my bike has same issue and now my bike is making horrible sound and doesn't move freely. I am out of hyderabad and when i checked with warangal yamaha service station they checked the oil and it was complete empty. I made a phone cal to hyderabad service station and they gave a silly idea to use any old oil and get the bike to hyderabad so that they will work on it. They charged me for oil change during service but haven't poured any oil and now my bike is making horrible sound near engine. Now after reaching hyderabad i took it to service centre and those guys told that there is a problem in the piston and i need to pay for it. It was there fault and i need to pay money for what they have done. I want to raise a serious complaint on there team.

Here bike service is deally and also those people are come first they wait and those people comeing late there bike service is first. Thats kind of behivour is not good for any customer.             Yesterday i buy one scooter ray zr. At that time it will not start properly but showroom। incharge says it's new and no battery so no problem. But today it didn't start. I buy it for my wife and she tries so many times but it didn't start. What will i do. It is useless she can't start from kick. She have pain in knees. I buy it from jitender auto rohini. Today i recd registration no dl8scg5072. This is totally fraud by your dealer. I don't want this scooter. I want another one.

            Chassis no. Me1sed168h0073973. On 25/2/18 buy ray zr. But not start. Dealers send the macanics he open full scooter after 1 hour machanic try to reapir it but cant. And says problem in carborator. They willl replace carborator. Why i replace in my new scooter. Dealer knows it because at the time of delivery when it not start i ask him what is this why new scooter not starte. He says no no its ok. Now chok jaam. Kick hard like jaam. Already a day gone but not received any ph call from your side. Very poor service like same poor product

              Dear sir,
              This is your kind information that, i had purchased fz-s v 2.0 in october 10th 2017.. I had done my 1st servicing within time.. When i was going to do 2nd service they had completed the work but the service quality was very very poor... I told them that my front disc pad has noise from date of purchase. I informed them in the time of 1st servicing but they ignored, and again in 2nd servicing i told them same problem but that time they again ignored.. The disc plate condition is ok there is no defect. For your further reference i have attached the pictures.
              So may i request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve my query.

                I have a yamaha szrr bike. Now it was running out of odometer. I had alredey informed my nearest yamaha showroom at cherthala coir city ottappunna. They are not done my service and charged that odometer cable. It was really painfull for me. I am not satisfied with this kind of service, we all trusted and happy with having yamaha family so kindly please do the need full thing..

                  Yamaha as a brand had been a synonym for service and quality for me before this. I had given my bike for service to your service center at pathanamthitta, kerala. I didn't give it at local workshop and gave preference to your service center because i thought i will get genuine service. Contrary to that after service i get the bike in the same old condition as before and a bill of rs 17000. I don't have a problem paying the bill but whats the use of mere paying the bill if i have to ride the bike on the same old condition.

                    They are the worst ever retailer spoiling the name of yamaha...I bought my new bike on this February 1, 2018 and till date (16 of feb) they didn't take any step for vechile registration..! Whenever i cal them there response will be tomorrow will make it for sure sir ! But there words are only words no action! No apology ! Nothing they are doing from their side! They also made a ad has free helmet ! But nothing i have received from them..whenever i ask about helmet they r just saying that same dead answer tomorrow sir.. Atlast losing my patience, i went for showroom directly today..they treated my like a ### ! I made the inquiry about vechile registration with an member in the showrrom and suddenly one of the showroom incharge shouted at the boy and said come look other customers he (me)already got his bike why ARE YOU LOOKing for him.. at this point i realized there characters they are just using us to buy their bikes and once we got our bike they'll treat us like BULL###..### managent have to take action against such irresponsible persons..i rated 1 star for this showroom since because of no negative option available.. Peoples pls dont visit this showroom for buying new bikes..i[censored] prefer for yamaha visit some other showroom dont ever buy here ..i[censored] still want to take rist ur most welcome to our ### team..! This was my first bike but it al went wrong beacuse of this careless irresponsible lazy goozes..Stay away from VARADHAMAN OR else sure you'll lose ur self respect

                      Its my worst experience from yamaha, its such a careless and irresponsible company, i wanted cdi for my fzs 2014 model, first the panvel dealer (Naman auto sales) fooled for a month that they will provide me that part even if i was ready to pay advance cash, then when i complaint to customare care they told that very soon they will provide the part but till now they have not done it, its been exactly 45 days now since they are fooling me, and cant use my bike for 45 days and i am sure the people who wants to buy yamaha bike will not think of buying such a bike whose parts are not available because you will be a matter of joke in the society like me for buying this bike

                        I recently left my rx 135 bike for service st kavin motors, dharapuram which is an yamaha authorised service center.
                        But they spoiled my whole bike.
                        The engine got jammed and it took me an expense of 10000rs.
                        I think the technician is not yamaha certified.
                        I just need to confirm whether technician is yamaha certified or not.
                        For your information, i inform you that when i left my bike for service it was in good condition but after servicing it got jammed.
                        Kindly help me with this and take appropriate action against this.

                          I am sumit nath prasad from jamshedpur the owner of yamaha fz fi bearing registration number - jh05bg4462. I got my bike serviced in m/s car cure, kalimati road, near howrah bridge, jamshedpur - 831001 on dated - 15/02/2018.
                          My vehicle under went schedule service and clutch o/h but they didn't mentioned that the brake pads need to be replaced nor they have checked. Due to which when i took brake my front wheel got locked and i met with a major accident which led in damaging my right hand and leg.
                          Don't these people value life? Or checking of brake pads is a very lengthy work? Or it is a negligible thing? Is it not included in service? When i gave approval for doing every work wouldn't i have given approval for a 300-400 rs thing which is a life risking factor?
                          I being an automobile engineer and working in the same field with mercedes benz india think that all the points mentioned above are very important and life risking thing.
                          Seeking any action or reply from yamaha.

                            I am disappointed with chikkaballapure yamaha showroom staff. Me take a alfha disk bick.. But bick cations not good... Its back weel sound.. Bomper sound.. Bit no one is solve in service senter ether chikkaballapure showroom... I am suffering about this bick... I reguest u chikkaballapure showroom peoples. Plz dnt fool to customers bfrs we porches bick in shoroom givng many of tak about service but aftr porches no one b taje series of customer complaints.... Dont do ths like...                               My name is rejish rajamani, ph. No. [protected] & i own a fz25 bike. Yesterday dated 18th feb 2018 i had given for service which was 2nd free servicing.
                              Service centre :aims yamaha, kothari compound, thane.

                              I received the vehicle late evening at 7 pm on the same day. When i received the vehicle the rear logo of yamaha was found missing.
                              I need the logo as it was.

                              Expecting a positive response from yamaha motors.
                              Yamaha Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              General service takes three full days no proper intimations from service center service also very worst i paid around 2000 rs but the water wash itself not good totaly vexed.
                              The workers are making unnecessary delay willingly causing wastage of time of vehicle owners during servicing.
                              At lunch time they are taking extra hours more than scheduled.

                                From, koramangala bangalore, i had gone to the showroom (Perfect yamaha showroom koramangala 6 block) on 15 of february approximately 11 in the morning to buy a new vehicle and also to exchange the vehicle which i have, there was a executive i asked him about the details for exchange but he said the valuation person and the loan person wasn't available so they sent me back and again i went back yesterday and the said the same thing that the valuation person is unavailable, they said that he will come at 1 pm and again i went at 1pm even then they did not come and i gave my no telling that once he come please do call me but till this time i have not received a call from them. Is that a place for selling vehicle or is it kept for exhibition?, is this the way they deal with customer? Very poor and worst customer dealing service.

                                  I gave my fascino for 3rd service 5 days before. They told me i can collect it the very next day. Unfortunately due to my duty timings i couldn't collect it that day.. The next day was a holiday.. So i went to get the vehicle the day after that.. I had told them about the fuel gauge problem they dint get that done saying parts were not available. Water service was not done saying staff was on leave.. They didn't tell me all these lame excuses at first. They started to tell all these only when i noticed the poor condition of my vehicle after they gave me the key n sealed my 3rd service column.. I had to literally raise my voice.. I had no. Intention to do that. But it was far beyond my patience level... I am a doctor. I was on my duty off after 24 hour day and night duty... Whoever it is isn't there any value for customer's time.. Is this called

                                  I have given my fazer for servicing on 13/02/2017 . Today only i got my vehicle. Aftr 3 days and still mentioned complaints were not solved . Very poor service.

                                    I have purchased yamaha r15 in the 2015 now its 3 yrs old bike it was going good for 3 yrs but recently i m facing a problem with fuel injector and fuel pump for this problem i went to yamaha service center at the 1st time i showed them the problem they told me the battery is not charging but that time i told them that i have already change the old battery into new than the mechanic told me that the charger is not charging the battery properly that's why this problem is getting than i have asked them to replace the charger they gave me quotation for the same but that time i have decided to change the charger in the next few days due to financial problem. Than after few days i went again to the service center with the same problem this time i told them to check the bike by saying that while riding suddenly bike get shutdown and many time it twitches this goes every time while riding. They have suggested me to clean the fuel tank and fuel injector too for this they have charged me an amount of rs.1300 including a oil of yamaha to into the fuel tank by saying that this will always protect your injector and fuel pump but finally no solution for the same and again after few days i went back to the service center now they are saying to replace the fuel pump which cost around 5 to 6 thousand but they are not ready to give guarantee for the pump by saying that its electronic part. Kindly help me for the same

                                      I bought yamaha fz5 on sep-17. From the purchase itself i am facing lots of technical issues. Like, slow speed off, fuel indicator is not working, rpm level is not maintaining. Yamaha showroom service people also tried to clear the issues but still its not cleared. I can't ride the bike on national highways, if i tried to rise the speed to 70kms automatically bike gets stuck and stops in the middle of the road. Really i totally disappointed and depressed because of this technical issues. Though unnecessarily spent lakh of rupees on this bike. Still i hope on yamaha will resolve the issues and make me happy to ride the bike.

                                        It has been 8 times i am facing the same issue with yamaha fz-fi 2.0. The battery charger and the relay are not working properly, it is giving me the problem after every 60 to 90 days. "ignition is not loading up except orange flash light. The issue is still same. I will not purchase any product of yamaha.
                                        Your engineer pradeem kumar has also checked my motorcycle still getting the issues. Self is also not working properly and the showroom employee are showing attitude.
