Its my worst experience from yamaha, its such a careless and irresponsible company, i wanted cdi for my fzs 2014 model, first the panvel dealer (Naman auto sales) fooled for a month that they will provide me that part even if i was ready to pay advance cash, then when i complaint to customare care they told that very soon they will provide the part but till now they have not done it, its been exactly 45 days now since they are fooling me, and cant use my bike for 45 days and i am sure the people who wants to buy yamaha bike will not think of buying such a bike whose parts are not available because you will be a matter of joke in the society like me for buying this bike
Worst service from dealer and customer care both, and they dont have guts to pick up my call
