Hi my name is b sai pavan teja i am using fz16 reg no ts08ek8510. My problem is not getting permanently solve in service centre at ganesh motors hyd. I regularly give services ganesh motors hyderabad only. First i got the problem at 20k. There r/p the cone bearings set. After driving one month or two months i am facing the same problem again and again. I replaced cone bearing set three times. It has completed 45k now from 25k i am driving like that only with out hundred percent satisfaction. I am getting kut kat noise in bumpy roads and when i am breaking front disc i hope you will do need fully and solve my problem permanently as early as possible. If you check my history you may know on the same complaint how many times i went to service centre. I stop going to the service service centre also. Because my problem is not getting rectified then why should i go to the service centre for engine oil change. I can do it in local workshop also they are giving much faster service then dealership

    This is my second complaint in online and more than 25 complaints to the showroom, still is my problem is not rectified. My vehicle is fasino and it is giving mileage of 25kmpl. I have bought my vehicle 7 months back but the problem is from day 1. Worst service ever from yamaha showroom i. E arjun motors, mysore.
    My vehicle engine has collapsed but they are not accepting it and they are doing their own stuff that too they cheat people by every method.
    I just want to give the vehicle to showroom and want my money back

      My relation with yamaha was very old starting from my father owning yamaha rx 100.
      Now i am owner of yamha szr - up53az 3792 which i bought from baharat trading company, gorakhpur.
      My recent experience with service of bharat trading company staffs specially mr dk pandey and supervisor was not good.
      On 26th feb 2018, when i went there to get my bike repaired and serviced through insurance then they didn't had parts so i have to pay in advance
      And give order. The order came in march 13-14, but then also i had to do followups and check if the order came, they didn't informed me inspite of
      Providing details like mobile number etc. I work in noida and specially went to gorakhpur to get my bike repaired on 17th mar 2018.
      I went to the yamaha service center which is at rustompur dhala and gave my bike at 12pm on sayurday. I repeatedly asked their help to get my bike repaired
      And they also told that it will get it completed today and they will call me.
      The call didn't come till 6pm, when i called they told that repair is in progress and it will be delivered at night and he will let me know by 7pm.
      Again the call didn't came and they switched off their phone.

      I went next day at 11 pm and saw that few things were replaced in bike and it was standing still. I again requested and i had to return back on sunday evening to noida.
      They again told "ho jayega.. Karwa denge".. Mr dk pandey told that call at 2pm and it will be ready.
      But again i called at 2pm and supervisor told that it is still not ready as the mechanic is on holiday and they don't have mechanic - i was really pissed off.
      Then i aksed him to get my bike delivered in whatever condition it is now as i have to leave in evening to noida.
      I paid bill of 4020 to this service center and when i came home - no meter was working, no horn etc. I was really shocked. I called supervisor and i have all recordings
      He told me that when you come next time, he will get it repaired without any cost.

      I had an argument with mr dk pandey and he told me you can go ahead and put complain in whatever forum you want and this is how they treat customers.

      I am also proud owner of honda activa and what they commit they deliver, i haven't faced these kind of issues. I had trust on yamaha but it shocked me this time
      And i will not recommend anyone in my company or in my social circle to buy anything from yamaha as it doesn't treat its customers with pride.

        Hi am sekar i have booked r15 v2 on adyar raj yamaha, i was applied for finance on shriram finance and he's asked some documents for creation of dealer code to the adyar raj yamaha mr. Ganesh sales manager he was so rude and his behavior wad not so good to give that and he said why you are asking these it is too many works i can't do and he's looking for to transfer finance for commission basis for another finance so i got tens so i need to file complaint on him i searched more on google there is no customer support to raj yamaha so i filled here all those complaints and im going to cancelled my booking too i need further action againts him.. And i need raj yamaha customer service toll free number

          Its been 7 months that i bought my new fi. From hebbal showroom and im taking bike for servicing on time. But my bike stopped in between many time.

          Last time they have charged me for oil change but they had not changed oil. And this time they have changed my battery new battery into some other old one.

          Manager is not bothered about this even after complaining. They are fooling customers

            I bought my yamaha fz-s on last year may from authorised yamaha dealer from kerala. I am facing the problem with digital fuel indicator as it is showing erratic reading.. Main problem is that i got stucked in the middle of road for so many times as we only depend on this indicator.. Also i informed my dealer regarding this.. There is no reserve tank for the said motorbike, facing lots of difficulty while travelling through remote areas where there is limited fuel station..
            I'm attaching the photo of indicator when my tank is completely empty.

              I purchased a yamaha fzsfi on 26th june 2017 from shreya automobiles bankura. On 19th july the bike stopped in the middle of a highway and frantically i contacted the dealership shreya automobiles where they sent some guys and said that the battery was getting down and advised me to run the bike regularly for 10-12 kms wasting petrol after buying a bike of rs1, 02, 000. On 2nd time also the same remedy was told. On 3rd time they kept the bike for 2 days running it for 2, 000 kms and assured me that the problem won’t repeat again as the plug was getting loose due to jerking. On 4th time i. E 16th october complaint number ic-33155-s3h6 was registered by calling yamaha motor. Technical advisor called me and said i cannot at this point of time as being diwali season there is heavy rush. Customer who purchase yamaha product are fools and they are exploited like this thinking they won’t be able to do anything. On 23rd october complaint was closed as dealership changed battery and the battery regulator iym:0001647. On 22nd october after completing 2nd service the problem recurred again and the dealership changed the wiring of the bike. On 22nd january the same problem called yamaha registered complaint ic-33523-l4v2. The dealership changed battery again. They only changed battery and fiddled with the bike thinking of no permanent solution and they were not skilled according to my point of view. On 5th of march again the same problem complaint registered ic-36380-k8s2. They refused service i each and every time the bike stops push the bike and bring it to the house. On 5th i was about to go college as i am a professor in department of economics at bankura zilla saradamoni mahila mahavidyapith and being such a reputed person yamaha motors along with the dealership played mind games with me and as a result i have to go with huge mental agony and harassment. My wife who was ill on 5th march needed medical assistance but i couldn’t as the bike stopped and the dealership said in an obnoxious manner we couldn’t provide service. My case is going on in consumer forum bankura cc/09/2018. My bike is lying idle from 5th march onwards and god knows when yamaha motor will replace the bike and provide me a new one. The dealership sent guys from the dealership on 5th march saying that they will be installing a kick starter in a fuel injected which sounds silly from an engineering point of view. The bike is sold in the market as a fuel injected variant. I refused to hand over the time as this is the 8-9 time i have to deal with the same problem and i won’t be installing a kick starter as it is a fuel injected bike also the dealership said in an obnoxious manner which hurt my ego. I also have the entire conversation in recorded form. Yamaha has to compensate for that and i want an explanation from yamaha motors regarding my harassment. Being a professor my daily conveyance has been affected badly as the bike is in idle condition now.

              I got a call from yamaha motor kolkata a service engineer called on 12th march i said i am busy in a meeting call me at 4pm. I rang him and he said i am calling just right now. I also have that entire conversation in recorded form.
              Thus yamaha in a period of 10months could not rectify the problem which occured 8-9 times and it can be a conclusion that the bike has a manufacturing defect which yamaha and the dealership failed to rectify from their end. The harassment that yamaha gave me will be addressed properly in consumer forum and all the mind games will be put to an end. The dealership will also have to give a reasonable and proper reason for this harassment. I want a new bike and compensation for the harassment that i dealt with.

                Since nov 21st 2017 i have purchase the bike (From aquad yamaha and my sales executive mr victor das) since till date they didn't provide me my final registration no, only temporary no has been given from salt lake and each and every day i am literally begging them for my permanent registration no which is liable to get from salt lake. As i am a sales executive without a two wheeler i am helpless to perform in my career. Sales manager of aquad yamaha mr rahul baidya and ms monidipa regularly giving false commitments that within this week you are going to get the permanent registration no, but this is four months to go i am still in darkness regarding my registration no. Please let me know what to do and when i shall receive my permanent registration no.

                  Fasino is worst vehicle, please don't buy it. My vehicle's milege is 25. Poor customer service, i had complained more than 25 times and they their old stuff. First they check by putting 100ml of petrol that to our petrol and if customer is not satisfied then 200ml of petrol but it will not work for customers. They are following fraud systems. I told them you can take back my vehicle and keep it with you, i don't want such a bull # vehicle which doesn't give mileage of 25. I have taken vehicle from arjun motors, mysuru.
                  This is the worst show room in mysore and yamaha is such a bull # company, they do fraud even for petrol and mileage.

                  My vehicle had run around 6000 km and it had taken cost of 15000 rs.
                  I just want my money back

                    I have purchased a yamaha fz bike on 28.10.16 with engine and maintaince/ service of bikes has been carried out from authorized service station time to time. On dated 14/1/18 the bike was serviced at authorised service station as per schedule and after servicing a small noise in chain set was noticed and the bike was taken to another authorised service station on 18/01/18 and after check up service person informed that looping of the chain set (Oiling/greasing) is not being carried out during servicing and there will extra charges for same. I agreed for said job work and paid the billed amount and after the job work bike functionally was ok with little bit noise from chain set but i ignore it and after passing of 10-15 days rust appears on bike chain. I spare my time again and again approached dealer on 26.02.18. I described the same to service engg. Present but he doesn’t provide any satisfactory answer about ques. That why rust appears on chain within one month of looping job work. It means job work has not carried out properly. The service engg. Replied that it may be due to a) environmental factors i. E. Due to rain, weather conditions it means that there is a design fault, inferior quality material used and yamaha has to cover the chain set in order to minimize rust. B) looping has to carried out on every 500-700 km if not rust will appear. I replied that i am running the bike from past one year and why the same has not appeared earlier but no satisfactory response provided and i have been again charged for looping.) from the above discussion two observation has been carried out 1. Repair/servicing is not satisfactory carried out at above mentioned service points. 2. Design fault/inferior material used in bikes.
                    Compliant also lodged to yamaha but no satisfactory response has been provided.

                      I'm dr. Prithivi raj s/o k. Sampath maharaja (Superintendent engineer, tneb). My bike is yamaha fz-s version 2.. Bike number is tn-31 be-3323. My bike met with an accident and i gave to sairam motors, padi, chennai on 20.2.2018. While giving they said applying insurance would delay repair by 20 days and incase of paid service they would service my bike within 4 days.. So i accepted for paid service. But even after 20 days they haven't returned my bike. Every day i call they said that they would return my bike within 2 days and that 2 days increased to 21 days till today. When i called yesterday, they said that bike was made ready and could be delivered yesterday (12.3.18) evening.. So today (13.2.18) when i went to take my bike, they were saying that bike isn't completely ready and they will deliver today evening because fuel indicator isnt working properly.. Its so bad atleast they could have called me and informed me earlier.. Im a doctor, they are wasting my time in my busy schedule, worst customer service.. When we question them for delay, they were saying that each day they were repairing 140 bikes and special care couldn't be given to my bike.

                          Dear sir/madam
                          We have brought yamaha's ray zr scooter since 6 months ago but from the second month we face problem with scooter. The vehicle is suddenly stop. We had told that problem to the showroom since 4 months ago they solved that problem 3 times but still vehicle not working properly. What we will do now please must reply us... Now we're frusted and we don't wanna get back that scooter again. Tell us how to replace it or anything. We're very harrasted by their service.

                            I got my bike (Fz25) delivered on 5th of june. After usage of 4 months, my real disk pad got damaged and i replaced it by paying around 1000 rupees. Now again on 6th of february my real disk pad got damaged. Hardly a period of 9 months since i purchased my vehicle, but the issue had occurred twice. This is how a well reputed company like yamaha manufacture their parts. Even last time i mailed yamaha regarding this issue, but there was no reply from them. Literally frustrated because of this.

                              I bought new yamaha sz-rr (Version 2.0 ltd) on feb-16, 2018. From feb-20 onwards, i am getting issues. Please find the following.

                              Feb-14, 2018 (Wednesday) : booked yamaha sz-rr (Version 2.0 ltd) military green color
                              From muthoot yamaha, ulloor, trivandrum, kerala (Cin no. U50101kl1993ptc006928, gst no: 32aabcm6186h1zh)

                              Feb-16, 2018 (Friday) : received the new bike from dealer
                              Bike was an on-stock product from dealer.
                              Engine number: g3j5e0005047
                              Frame number: meirg4514h0005171
                              Battery: amco ab5lb (Oe) 0mc7 326681

                              Feb-20, 2018 (Tuesday) : 11.30 am : bike was automattically turned off while riding. Self start and kicker start did not work.
                              It seemed the battery charge was fully gone.
                              After attempting a long time, started the bike from second gear in a slop down way.

                              Feb-21, 2018 (Wednesday) : 10.30 am : went to sevice centre (Muthoot yamaha, ulloor, trivandrum, kerala, ph:[protected],[protected], [protected])
                              And detailed the issues to the service center.
                              They have taken the bike and told me that they need bike and battery for 1 day for their checking.

                              Feb-22, 2018 (Thursday) : 9.45 am : i reached service center.
                              Service center authority told that they charged the battery.
                              The battery might be charged off, that may be the reason.
                              They told the bike has no problem. I picked the bike from service center without fully being convinced with the service center explantation.

                              Mar-01, 2018 (Thursday) : 11.45 am : bike was again automatically turned off while riding. Self start was not working. Started the bike from kicker start.
                              Since this happended near to service center, i showed the bike to service center immediately.
                              They told the battery has no charge. The issue may be battery side.
                              They collected the battery waranty card (Amco ab5lb (Oe) 0mc7 326681) from me
                              And told they will replace the battery by going to amco service center.
                              They taken my battery and put an old battery for temporary and gave back my bike.
                              (Using that old temporary, self start was not working, only kicker start will work)

                              When i ride my bike with the service-center temporary battery, i faced the same issue twice. Bike was automatically turned off while riding.
                              Started the bike by kicker on during these times.

                              I called service center in mid of mar-01 and mar-05 several times. They told the they given the baterry to amco service center, and battery guys
                              Are checking on this, did not get a reply from them yet.

                              Mar-05, 2018 (Monday) : 10.15 am : i reached service center. They told battery service center updated them as no issues in battery, so can not replace the battery.
                              Yamaha service center picked my bike to check and asked me to wait for 1 hour. I waited there.
                              After 1 hour, they told that they checked the bike and no issues seen and told that the issue is from my side on how i drive my bike.
                              They told i might apply brakes while riding. So, brake lights were on, so battery charge was going off.
                              I have been driving bike for the last 15 years. I used yamaha libero on most of my times (That is the reason i again opted to buy an yamaha bike this time as well).
                              I am pretty sure that the service centre explantation is very rubbish.
                              I do not want to continue this bike, i want to get the amount fully reimbursed back since this bike is quite unusable to drive any more.

                              I purchased a Yamaha Fzsfi on 26th June 2017 from Shreya Automobiles Bankura. On 19th July the bike stopped in the middle of a highway and frantically I contacted the Dealership Shreya Automobiles where they sent some guys and said that the battery was getting down and advised me to run the bike regularly for 10-12 kms wasting petrol after buying a bike of Rs1, 02, 000. On 2nd time also the same remedy was told. On 3rd time they kept the bike for 2 days running it for 2, 000 kms and assured me that the problem won’t repeat again as the plug was getting loose due to jerking. On 4th time i.e 16th October complaint number IC-33155-S3H6 was registered by calling Yamaha Motor. Technical Advisor called me and said I cannot at this point of time as being Diwali Season there is heavy rush. Customer who purchase Yamaha product are fools and they are exploited like this thinking they won’t be able to do anything. On 23rd October Complaint was closed as dealership changed Battery and the battery regulator IYM:0001647. On 22nd October after completing 2nd service the problem recurred again and the Dealership changed the wiring of the bike. On 22nd January the same problem called Yamaha registered complaint IC-33523-L4V2. The dealership changed Battery again. They only changed Battery and fiddled with the bike thinking of no permanent solution and they were not skilled according to my point of view. On 5th of March again the same problem complaint registered IC-36380-K8S2. They refused service I each and every time the bike stops push the bike and bring it to the house. On 5th I was about to go college as I am a Professor in Department of Economics at Bankura Zilla Saradamoni Mahila Mahavidyapith and being such a reputed person Yamaha Motors along with the Dealership played mind games with me and as a result I have to go with huge mental agony and harassment. My wife who was ill on 5th March needed medical assistance but I couldn’t as the bike stopped and the dealership said in an obnoxious manner we couldn’t provide service. My case is going on in Consumer Forum Bankura. My bike is lying idle from 5th March onwards and god knows when Yamaha Motor will replace the bike and provide me a new one. The dealership sent guys from the dealership on 5th March saying that they will be installing a kick starter in a fuel injected which sounds silly from an engineering point of view. The bike is sold in the market as a Fuel Injected Variant. I refused to hand over the time as this is the 8-9 time I have to deal with the same problem and I won’t be installing a kick starter as it is a Fuel Injected bike also the dealership said in an obnoxious manner which hurt my ego. I also have the entire conversation in recorded form.Yamaha has to compensate for that and I want an explanation from Yamaha Motors regarding my harassment. Being a Professor my daily conveyance has been affected badly as the bike is in idle condition now.

                              I got a call from Yamaha Motor Kolkata a service engineer called on 12th March I said I am busy in a meeting call me at 4pm. I rang him and he said I am calling just right now. I also have that entire conversation in recorded form.
                              Thus Yamaha in a period of 10months could not rectify the problem which occured 8-9 times and it can be a conclusion that the bike has a manufacturing defect which Yamaha and the dealership failed to rectify from their end. The harassment that Yamaha gave me will be addressed properly in Consumer Forum and all the mind games will be put to an end. The Dealership will also have to give a reasonable and proper reason for this harassment. I want a new bike and compensation for the harassment that I dealt with.

                                Had booked an fzs in coimbatore cag showroom on 19/02/2018. But till now they are not giving proper response regarding my few vehicle and i had paid rs.25000/- as advance payment. They are hiding something and saying tomorrow, tomorrow like this for past one week. We are from poor family bec of that they are cheating us like this. If they says tomorrow we are going at mor 10am and leaving the showroom at 4pm by beliving their commitment on tomorrow. So i request to pls take care of your own yamaha customers.

                                    I have yamaha fzs few days back accident happened. I leave my bike in yamaha service center for repair. After 1 month work not started on my bike. Then some discussion with service team they promise to give me within 2 days. When they call me to inform about completion of work, i ask how much money to pay then service team replied only rs9500. When i asked for bill they gave me a bill of rs 4500. They lied and tried to take extra money. When i see my bike i full of anger they make bill of lots of parts but they didn't change those parts. They repair old parts and polish them, charging money for new parts. So bad service and trying to rob me. Plz tell me what should i do.

                                      I purchased "fz darknight 150cc" on "22/02/2018". I noticed that back mudguard is slightly bent to right. I complained to showroom on the delivery day only but they told to bring d bike on monday and they will fix it, when i took it on monday they told to bring it on friday, and when i took the bike on friday they told me to leave the bike in the showroom only and it will be fixed by next day. When i went to get the bike today it was not yet fixed. I feel very bad about it sir. The showroom people are very careless, they didn't respond to my problem in a correct way. So i'm registering a complaint to you. So please take the required action about the service centre and my bike.

                                        I have ordered new yamaha fz-s 2018 model on feb 9th in near yamaha showroom. They said it will take 15 days to reach. I also informed that i need bike loan and we can start the process of loan. They informed me that loan process will be completed in 2 days using zipride of hdfc. They also mentioned that they will contact me before 2 days of bike arrival but once the bike had arrived on feb 26th and they called me and asked to do payment immediately because of month end formality. I said that i need to apply loan and i tried for zipride but offer got expired. On immediate basis i applied for two wheeler loan where the process takes 5 days time. Once my loan is approved, i called them to confirm my delivery date. Then they stated that bike delivery will be delayed because new load is coming and it will reach by 8th and when i questioned them about previous delivery they tried to skip that topic. I asked them to cancel the bike as i got fed up with their service. Later location manager called me and said that they already sell the bike to someone in order to complete their monthly target. And they thought another load will come in 3 days. His manager said that it was his mistake that he didn’t check and now he wants me to wait for one more week to collect the bike. I got fed up with this and i’ll communicate regarding this in social media and i’ll ask my prosecution to file a case against them as because of their under promised timelines and no communication till the time i called them off.
