Hi, My vehicle was affected in Chennai flood. I left my vehicle in Yamaha service center (Sri motors) on 22/12/2015. It has been more than 2 weeks and my vehicle was not even started to determine the repair issues. My vehicle was insured and I am claiming the service through insurance. I talked to the Relaince general insurance and they told I can go ahead with the repair. But the service center is not responding properly. And I have called them many a times and no one is picking up the call and they are also not giving proper response. The service center guys are saying that they are waiting for insurance surveyor but it is not true. They are simply bluffing. Please resolve my issue. When ever i go to pick my bike after the call from this service center, they are keeping me waiting for more than a hour and they are delivering. And also they have changed my pillion seat for the first service and they refused to tell the truth why they took mine fit some others seat in my bike. And also they are properly water washing if i have given for teflon coating, i Still find muds in my engine and Silencer after the service, then i have put some fight with service man to get rid of this issue. Every time i go there, i will make some fight becoz of some irresponsible workmens whom are not properly taking care of my bike. For the free sevices itself i have met many kind of issues in this service center. Now i going to change the service center

I have purchased new Yamaha FZ at Sri motors in Chennai last September month..

December month tyre damage ( I got cheat tyre in back tyre)

Now Batary and led light not working.

Dealers told me both not cover for warranty .

But sales time getting 750 RS for extra warranty charges..

Please take action to dealar Sri motors eekaduthangal brach .

And please arrange my warranty claims,

Hai,  I gave service for my bike Yamaha Fazer version 1 the vehicle number TN 10 AT 0045 on[protected] for engine noise job card num 36607 the supervisor completely checked my bike and taken for a service at the time self-start was worked and even my battery also new one but its take more time to get my vehicle delivery almost month end I got the vehicle without self start at the delivery he said your battery not working we are not responsible for that when I'm beginning shouting for this manager said will replace the battery in low cost and said to reduced some amount in the total bill of service cost at that time they have solved the problem and gave spare battery for my use they said once to get the new battery will call, almost month crossed again I got the same problem and provided service again for the same complaint this week job card num 39376 they said will change the battery. 08/07 /2022 today I came for took delivery but now Mr.NemanthKumar is telling me that we are not able to change and he is telling me that we didn't commit for that I have an audio proof for that and very worst customer service they are giving they are giving false commitment to solving the problem on that time and they are talking very harmful and using hurtful words bcoz I'm coming from kolathur to Sri Motors Ekkaduthangal for service having works and family not able to come many times for that he is telling that's not our problem. finally, I'm not going to take delivery they need to solve my issue and I need delivery to my home.

      I Have purchased YAMAHA FZS- FI bike on 15/10/2015. Initially bike was running good but within 15 days its self- ignition has stopped working. After some days even it stopped starting. I had to call show room owner to visit bike. This was only when bike ran only 74 KM. Mechanic from showroom visited my bike 3 times but unable to start. These 3 times they fully opened bike parts near to engine. They did all on bike which generally mechanics do to 10 year old bike. Fourth time he somehow managed to start it. I dont know how he did. He told me it was due to dust in oil tank. That time he also changed battery. May be he charged old one. After this i thought now my bike will work like normal one. But again from 02/01/2015, My bike is not starting again. I have already spoken with showroom owner but problem is not solved. FYI at this time bike only ran 184 KM. From the day i bought this bike, There is always problem in bike. Sometime it did not start, sometime battery not at all gives response. Resolution- Pls take this bike. Either refund my money or replace this with new one. I don't want this bike. Mechanics from showroom has already opened it many times which don't go okay with me at all. My bike no. is OD23C 7055.           My Yamaha Ray-Z given for the service to S.M.Marketing in 8th mile, Bangalore on 22.12.15. For Genl. Service, Tube change, oil leakage information passed which was informed as a 3rd time. But @same day got call from them & was informed that gear box was cracked need 3-4 days. I said ok. But while collecting on 28.12.15. The fuel which was full while leaving & had found with empty, also informed that only Sealing had went & the same was replaced at the Gear box .When taking back from there, on the way found that meter guage was not working took back asked to fit it. Complained about the fuel empty to the Branch manager he didn't care of it. But when I was back to home found that no tube was being changed. Please take up this complaint with my contact no.             I bought New Yamaha Saluto Disk brake on full cash payment from Ganesh Enterprises, vikhroli, Mumbai delivered on 22 nd December 2015 evening. While coming back from the showroom, I found the bike is not steady and loosing its ground. I immediately complained to the salesperson Ms Mrunal. The next day in daylight I found rear wheel of the bike is imbalanced. I showed the bike to the service mechanic Mr Gayaprasad at the showroom on 25th Dec 2015 but he was least interested in the complaint. He did not even bother to look at what I was complaining. I got video of the bike. Please suggest what can be done next.

              I bought R15 on 18 August from OSWAL AUTO, H.O. A-20, G.T. Karnal Road, OPP. Model Town Part-II, Azaadpur India, REGN. NO- DL8SBR2894 Owner name Neeraj Chand . I'm facing the problem in starting the bike, it got three services even after it got in problem during start, Whenever we go to the shop they asked us for charge in repairing the bike, and it again got fault and due to that we have to regular visit the shop, pay the charges . I doubt about the bike is new or not. So i never recommend the people not to buy any Yamaha bikes.

                I regret buying a Yamaha two wheeler after the incident happend today. My bike was totaled due to recent chennai floods. Cant even able to move bike. I have somehow bought the bike to Raj Yamaha Velacherry around 9.30 Am today. But the service attendant didnt accept my bike for service saying there are no space to accomodate a bike and bring it tomorrow. I have even asked them to just leave my bike outside the road as like few bikes are already parked, instead they asked me to take my bike inspite of my pathetic situation. Problems in my bike now: * Rear chain sprocket broken * Oil from engine is leaking * Fluid flowing from front suspension stem * Head lamp not working * Both brakes are not working

                  Really had a bad experience again with Yahama. I already raised a complaint with you before few days regarding my bike service so u guys called and spoke with me and told my issue will be resolved but nothing has happened.Another worst experience i had wit yamaha.Dealers are not treating their customers properly even after the complaint.Now I clearly understood complaining is you is waste of time so i'm not going to suggest Yahama bikes to all my frds and relatives who are planning to buy Yahama.You guys have worst dealers in Chennai but ur bikes are best.Really worst service provided by you.Bajaj service is 200% better than urs.Thanks Yahama to make me to hate my bike now.Will sell my new bike and will buy some other bike in Bajaj or Suzuki.

                    I had lost my radiator coolant cap and went to showroom to replace cap they given cost as 3026 rupees but went and got outside they took 40 rupees..there should be some basic common sense for mentioning dat mich of cost...total fraud..

                      Not stock in spare parts. Dear sir, Our city adarsh yamaha service centre, service is so poor so i will do some work on my bike yahama fzs version 2.0 for bike repair but spare parts not avilable after few days i call in service center they r told not in stock, so its to bad .so u solve. how i repair my bike spare parts not avilable in one week and 1.12.15 to 16.12.15 i wait for your yahama spare parts then my bike repair and i use it...

                        I gave my bike on Friday 11th of December.They promised yo give the bike on Saturday 12 th but i waited and today is 15th December 2015 still waiting the time us 5.54 pm . I paid the money at 4.50 pm but they are delaying like anything...saying bike is strucked in lift and silly reason...customer service is zero in Korattur (near padi signal)Yamaha service center ...for past 10 service i gave so many complaints they got the money but solved 15% out of 100%...I demand an explanation to Yamaha why this is happening ...dont say sorry for what happened...I want strict explanation.pls contact me in [protected] for further details. Please rectify this issue.

                          Today had a worst time in my life in Bikerz service station located in Nandanam. They haven't serviced my bike properly but arguing and charging.They are very rude even to my sister.Hereafter i wont recommend Yamaha bikes to my frds and family.Already we have 2 yamaha bikes and planned to buy 3rd one but changed my mind.Thanks Yamaha your dealers are the worst and customer care is very bad.

                            Hello, My name is Vishal Ingale. I purchased the bike (FZ-S version-2, core blue collar) on October 22, 2015. I had a gear issue (Gears not properly work) when I received the bike. I have already complaint twice about this issue in the service center, but still, haven't got any appropriate solution from the service center. It was defect before delivery or at the time of manufacturing of the bike. Please looking into this matter at the earlieat and provide a proper solution on the same. If not dealt appropriately I might have to file a complaint aganist the Company Yahama and their service centre in the consumer forum court. Looking forward for a positive reply. Vishal Ingale

                              I went to Yamaha service center (Rajaji nagar, bangalore)to replace front fork oil seal and there is no stock. people in service center are not sure when they will receive stock. is this the way Yamaha maintain their service centers? shame to you, i heared that Yamaha is a leading motor company but i think it is the worst company in terms of service. i was totally fed up with the service.                                 I had purchased bike from monarch Yamaha from Pune I am doing all services from same dealer my bike 21 month old now my bike both front shock absorbers leakage I had repairs it from same dealer they charge me 1200 for this purpose. But they told me my both inner pipe are damaged how it happened they don't know only told me pay 2400 for new one no replacement in warranty only interested in increasing bill value not customer satisfaction. Low quality spare parts how can inner pipe damaged? Is it quality of Yamaha?

                                  Dear Sir / Madam I purchased your Yamaha FZS vehicle before seven months. Which is continuously knocking since from last 2 months while driving, When cross speed of 50 km/hr. I visited to your Jyoti Yamaha service center four times. 1st time they (Mr.Vikas, service In-charge person ) check normally, second time I left my bike for complete checkup. After checked they told me that now your bike is "OK" there is no problem in your bike, but till time it is constantly Knocking. They said We are unable to sort-out this problem. When third time I went to your service center they told that Engineer is coming from Pune within in 5 days but till time i.e. from last 42 days I am waiting for your engineer. When he will to reach at Aurangabad from Pune? Can you advised me ? Or If your not able solve this problem please take your bike back to your company and pay me all money with interest amount which i gave you through dawn payment and installments or otherwise i will complaint against your company in consumer court.                                       Chasis No-ME154B035B2025015 Engine No.-54B3025083 The bike since purchased is giving me an average of 35-38 kmps against 48-50 km which other bikes in the same make and model provide. During all the free servicing it was pointed out to the manager but not attended. two much rough noise was coming from engine from the day of purchase but this issue also did not get attended during free service. small things like washing of the bike was also not done properly. I had purchased the Bie from Naman Yamaha, Alibaug, Maharashtra. later i moved to Pune and hoping that my issues will get resolved in a metro i raiseda a complain in Yamaha motors vide complain No.IYM:0001222 I was asked to get my complains attended at Yamaha Factory Shop @ Wakdewadi, Pune and assured that labour cost will not be taken from me while i will have to pay for parts. while i went i had to spend close to 4000/- rs and even i had to pay the labour cost. but my issues remained unresolved. i again visited the showroom on 28/11/2015 and explained my issues in detail to the service manager and the service in charge @ Yamaha Factory shop, Wakdewadi, Pune hoping that due to dealership change and staff changes my issue will be rectified. but this time i had even worse experience on their services.the bike after servicing and spending 1300 bugs was not serviced properly and the riding experience was pathetic since my bike was not set ot idle clutch and engine settings. all the emotions of purchasing a good bike from a multinational brand is wiped out when the bike enters a service center. I want Yamaha India to make good all the losses i.e. financial, emotional and damages caused to the bike due to un proper servicing.
