Hi I am staying in abhishek circle, Mysore. My current plan is 2 MBPS but at any time my speed won't even cross 0.5 MBPS. It even went down to 0.03 MBPS once. Really pathetic speed and service. Please do not go for this cheap connection as it don't worth even that. I have complained multiple times but the issue is not yet fixed. Attached are the speed screenshot from their own website and these are the speed instances of different days. Speed goes above 1 MBPS at some moment like for 5 min. But overall, most of the time (99%) it will be below 0.5. Think before you go for this service. Its a complete waste of money. None of this photos are morphed.

    I have paid Rs 2311/- on 16th april to thee the concerned authorities of Yashtel (Internet service provider).A part of thr Yashash Cable Networks Pvt Ltd #2713/ 4, Lakshmi Building, Adipampa Road, VV mohalla, Mysore -570002
    I was given a assurance of getting the new broadband connection By 10-12 working days of the paid date but it has been more than 20 days and yet i have not yet received the connection. I want strict action should be taken on the company for failing to act on its part.

    Yashash Cable Network Pvt Ltd — Not delivering promised speed.

    I have subscribed for a 10 Mbps 40 GB plan from Yashtel in Vidyanagar Township, Toranagallu, Karnataka. Ever since I took this connection, I am not getting the proper speed and ping time. I have repeatedly complained to the customer care but still my problem has not been resolved. User Name - BEL136

    I was given a assurance of getting the new broadband connection By 10 working days of the paid date but it has been more than 22 days and yet i have not yet received the connection. I want strict action should be taken on the company for failing to act on its part.Everytime I call they just give false promises.
