Pathetic broadband speed

Hi I am staying in abhishek circle, Mysore. My current plan is 2 MBPS but at any time my speed won't even cross 0.5 MBPS. It even went down to 0.03 MBPS once. Really pathetic speed and service. Please do not go for this cheap connection as it don't worth even that. I have complained multiple times but the issue is not yet fixed. Attached are the speed screenshot from their own website and these are the speed instances of different days....

Repetitive Ignorance over the issue giving Internet connection

I was given a assurance of getting the new broadband connection By 10-12 working days of the paid date but it has been more than 20 days and yet i have not yet received the connection. I want strict action should...
