Typical case of fraud.. - Order no. YBH5406670, raised on 4 April 2014 - Order mentions "Buy Joma Black Men - Running Shoes Get a Erke Backpack Free" - Money paid - Only shoes received - Customer complaint YBCSA344084 raised on 4 April 2014 - Received 2 calls so far - from different customer service representatives - that "the offer had expired on 25th March itself". When asked how it was still visible on site, and in my order, NO ANSWER - standard response - give us 72 hrs. Beware before ordering anything on this site. You are not likely to get what is shown on the screen when you place the order. If you still want to buy from this fraud site, opt for COD - NEVER PAY IN ADVANCE!!

Yesterday, I received a call from Yebhi.com, that they accepted that the failure was on their part. They had promised the bag but had not kept their promise. I said, no problem, send the bag now. They said that we can provide you a voucher of Rs 500, but the cheapest bag available on our site is Rs 669. I was not very happy to put some money on their site again, afetr my bad experience earlier, but finally I said, ok, send me the voucher for Rs 500, and I will purchase a bag from your site by paying Rs 169 extra. The person on the other end said, thanks, we will send you the voucher within the next 2 hrs.

It has been more than a day now, and there is no sign of the voucher. Yebhi maintains its tradition of lying, and not keeping their promises.
Still waiting for the voucher promised by Yebhi.com. This is a company that promises something, and does not keep it. Please stay away from such cheat companies.

    I have been shopping with Yebhi and other ecommerce sites from past few years. But this is something I wanted to bring in notice of all ecommerce customers. I had placed an order with Yebhi (YBH5305940) for several clothing items. One wrong product arrived with some other brand and not as intended (ADIDAS), and also the size was humongous. As I was out of country I just mailed back Yebhi stating this concern and expected a quick return pick up, as the product will be of no use for me. But this was not to happen, every time I write or call to them, they state different excuses and ask for next 24-48 hrs for the resolution and never respond back. Now more than 1 month has passed and Yebhi is being playing around this. Even the call representatives are making fun, which is unacceptable. The strategy by Yebhi is quite simple to easily ignore the customer concern and delay it as much as possible, so that the customer himself drops the concern.

    "Please give us 24 hrs, our concerned team is looking into your issue"
    "Please share the snapshot of the product we will get back in 48 hrs"
    "Now I cannot transfer your call to the management but surely connect a call back in next 24 hrs"

    Is this a joke??

    The money and effort lost is fine for me, in case customers are aware of these ecommerce sites and be judgemental before each buy. Similarly these sites have to become more customer centric, as in other countries rather than irresponsible a
    nd cheats.

      Sir, I had ordered one Zen M6i Flipper green mobile from Yebhi on 10.04.2014 for Rs. 1549.00 (Order no. YBH5433529) & had paid the amount using debit card. The delivery time was 6-8 days. On 17.04.2014 I had cancelled the order since there was no update about shipment which displayed "in process" only & the Yebhi customer care no. was not working. I was informed that the paid amount will be refunded to my wallet. After the refund to my wallet was made on 21.04.2014, I opted for a cash refund. I got a mail from them on the same day that the cash has been refunded to my bank account. I have checked my account & till today (23.04.2014) no cash refund has been made. Sir, on 22.04.2014, I visited my bank (SBI, NIT Durgapur branch) and the officials told me that NEFT is not possible without knowing my a/c no. Yebhi did not ask me for my a/c no., then how could they have possibly transferred the amount? Therefore, I again mailed Yebhi on 22.04.2014 sending my a/c no. to which I got only one automated response. Also all along throughout the process, the customer care no. could not be reached. Sir, please look into the matter. I want my money back.

        I ordered a casio watch from yebhi on 3rd April 2014(Order No : YBH5400369)…..the watch never got dispatched from their end nor a got any messages for the delay .I wrote no.of mails and even called their customer care(Believe me the customer care service is very poor, noone ll pick up the call). Even after all this, these guys didn’t even gave a to update me. On 4th April the status is showing as “Refund to Wallet Awaited”. I never had such a worst experience of online shopping earlier…..Thanks Yebhi for showing your standard. So, guys think before typing www.yebhi.com

          I had placed a order dated 11March2014 having order number "YBH5314666", Against the placed order I got wrong article delivered at my doorstep. For the same concern I complained/placed a return pickup at least 6 times but every time yebhi team update a false status at portal that shipment is not ready but in actual no one from courier company came to my door step for collecting the same. I escalate the same to customer care many times but nothing happened. Every time they said that first we pick the product then we will initiate the refund. And they are not picking the product.

          After posting complaint on "CONSUMER COMPLAINTS.IN" they picked up the product and yesterday I got the refund in my account. Thanks a lot. I advice to every one who will see this thread, please don't buy anything from Yebhi.com. I have very bad experience with them.

              I had ordered for an induction cooktop vide order no. YBH5159866. from yebhi.com. The product was delivered to me on the 3rd or 4th of Feb 2014. On opening the package i found the body was cracked and it was also not in working condition. I mailed them about it on $th Feb2014. They promised to get the issue resolved in 3-4 days. When they failed to even contact me i called them up and they said they wanted pictures of the product with the defect from different angles. I did that and sent it. They again promised to solve the matter in 3-4 days. Again no response. So i wrote to them and called back again. This time they told me to send the pics of the outer covering . I did that again. Again the same promise and no response. After that I called and wrote to them several times without any result. In the first week of march I was out of station and i got a call from blue dart saying that he wanted to collect the item. I told him i would be back on 9th, he could collect it thereafter. He promised to collect it on 10th. After waiting for another 10-15 days, i wrote to them again and this time i got the ultimate reply. Thirty days crossed so your request cannot be processed. I have the records with me proving that i took up the issue in less than 48 hours and the delay has been absolutely on their part. I want the product returned since i have already bought another induction.

                Dear Sir, I recently booked a red jacket online with the booked id: "YBCSA343892" they have sent 5 to 6 days delivery and till now I have not received the product. I wrote an email to "[protected]@yebhi.com" and they replied back stating I have to register before ordering any product, however in the website they have provided an option for booking through guest option which I choose. Now they have cheated me and I would like to say to all my customer friends not to buy any products with this company " Yebhi.com" they are cheating customer by taking the order and not delivering it to them. The order amount is - Rs. 2239.20 Customer

                  Hi, I ordered a Spice mobile on Yebhi.com on 25/03/2014 and order no: YBH5366434. On their website, they said" product will be delivered within 6-8 business days" which didn't happen till date. I called twice and sent email for checking, that time also, they gave wrong info and made me a big fool, I have those email conversations. At last I called those people on 7/4/2014, my mind got blocked after listening to their answer. They said" product is not available, so will not be able to ship and have to cancel the order". I deeply hurted with their service. After wasting 13 days of my time, they told me to cancel the order and wait for 7-10 business days to get refunded. This is really not acceptable, so I want you people to take strict action against Yebhi.com people and do justice to me by giving compensation amount apart from my refund. Your action should send a strong warning to all shopping portals who mislead, cheat and wasting consumers valuable time. Please do the needful. Thanks inadvance. Regards, Srinivas.

                    I had ordered five items(2shirts, 2 combos o[censored]nstitched shirts and a pair of chapple) from yebhi.com (Order No. YBH5310876) But when I received the sealed package from Aramax courier one item(Shirt) was missing from the packet inside the package there were only 4 Items instead for 5. I immediately informed to customer care regarding this and they asked me to submit photographs of the same. I submitted everything and they have raised a complaint number for this. I dropped them many mail every time I received a mail stating that the matter will be resolved in two days. I sent more than 15 mails to them for which I got the reply the matter will be resolved within two days. Then after 20 days again they asked me to submit some more snapshots of the invoice and i sent the same to them, Again after 4 days they asked me to send the snapshots of the packet from different angles, which I promptly sent about 15 snapshots. It is almost one month now they have not sent me the missing item for which I have already paid the full amount. Neither they are sending the missing item nor they are refunding the amount. I have contacted them through their support, Complaints, as well as on their Customer care. When ever I send a mail to them they reply will be, we will resolve the matter in two days, now it is more than 20 days and nothing has happened. I Called there customer care many times and wasted my money as well as time. But no body ever told me what is happening. They just know one answer that - we are working. !!! Now I have understood Yebhi.com is such a waste website which is indulged only in cheating people. I urge users reading this post not to trust this site and go for some renowned ones like FlipCart., Homeshop18, Snapdeal, E-Bay, Amazon. Never trust Yebhi, they are cheaters, Frauds.

                      PEOPLE PLS DONT BUY FROM YEBHI... THEY ARE REALLY FRAUDS. I ordered for a Pigeon Kitchenmate PLUS Mixie (Order number YBH5296890 ) but I received a Pigeon Kitchenmate Mixie. Since Yebhi's return policy is 30days, I raised the return request online about 2 days later to return the product as I was unwell. But later when I called them to confirm the return, they said that, I need to have called within 24hrs of receipt for a damaged product. When I said that the prdt that I have received is not damaged but only wrong, they said that I need to send snapshot of the mixer. I sent that mail too. Later, the reverse pickup happened. But even after 8 days of return pickup, I neither received the replacement or refund. When I called Yebhi, they said that the same prdt is being shipped back to me coz as per policy, I need to have called within 48hours. When I quoted that there is no such rule written in their website for the same and it only states 30days return policy, they then changed the plot to say that I have sent a used product. I was completely shocked. When I argued with them that i dint even take the product completely out of the box, they later said that 2 lids of the jars were missing in the pack I sent. When I said that I packed it in the same received condition with all parts received and 3jars with lids were there, they said denied it and said that they are shipping the same product back to me - Now iam receiving a WRONG PRODUCT AND A DAMAGED ONE. They are literally offending customers and treating them like cheaters where in the real scenario, YEBHI is only THE MOST BOGUS COMPANY. I have also registered a complaint in the government consumer court. Whether or not I get a redressal, I will be little relieved that I have tried to stop atleast 1 person from getting cheated by this website.

                      Now the order is showing a refunded status and when I called their customer care to confirm, they say it has been updated in error and Iam only receiving the same defective wrong product

                      I do not have any mobile number registered in my Yebhi.com profile, still I am getting SMS spams from Yebhi.com. I have sent them emails, tried using "Unsubscribe Mobile number" page, but no use. They just do not stop sending any SMSes.

                          I have ordered few items through Order no. YBH5218319 on 17th feb, the products were delivered in trances. One of the product with Item with code# MF308 was delivered after 5th March. The product had issue with the quality and the size and hence I updated for the return pickup. Even after follow-up for the return pickup no one came, I had sent mails to them on 19th March stating by when will the pickup be arranged. To my shock on 21st I received a mail stating Reverse Pickup cancelled due to Shipment not ready. The Packet containing the product with all the tags have been kept ready by me the day I received the product. No one called me, neither did I received any mails stating the pickup has been arranged. Earlier an SMS used to come stating the details of the person coming for pickup, well other websites also do that and till date are doing it without any issue. But Now you cannot expect that from Yebhi. You will not receive any mail when you update the product for the return pickup, the acknowledgement of the return pickup will work against them and hence it seems they have done away with that process as well. Today is 24th March and till now I don’t have any information as to why they had cancelled my earlier request for the return pickup. I had to initiate the return pickup request again, I don’t know if they are doing this knowingly so that 30 days get elapsed and they are reject taking the return claiming the Return Policy of 30 Days. Just imagin the product was ordered on 17 and till date I’m stuck in this pathetic loop of poor services right from delivery, poor quality, no response on the mails sent to [protected]@yebhi.com, return pickup being cancelled, re-initiating the pickup with no response from the team. I’m not sure when will I be getting my money back for the product. That too(should I call myself lucky or unlucky) would be credited to the wallet.:(

                            i am totally upset with yebi.com online site. i purchased two products from this online store on 13-mar-2014.they promised to delivery the product in 4 days.but till i am not received products.cutomer care is worse i ever see such type of service any where.no one answer my calls, and that customer service not toll free.i last so much time and money to try to connect it.so please take action on the site my orders details are order number one YBH5323052 order number 2 YBH5321986

                                Hello Sir/Ma'am

                                I preached the jacket (http://www.yebhi.com/431123/PD/fashion-street-black-full-sleeves-men-coats.htm) from the Yebhi.com website. The size of the product is incorrect. When I tried to change or return the product and request for the large size then I did not get any kind of this activity. Even I talked with their customer care executive on

                                  I ordered a Q&Q Attractive Grey and Gold Female watch on yebhi.com on 15th feb, 2014 Order code-DA25J103Y and the order no-YBH5214767. I received it on 21st feb, 2014 that is today. The strap of the watch is not up to the mark it is damaged, is not properly bind at the edges(please find the enclosed attachment for reference). The size of the watch is not similar to image that is shown on the website, rather it is over sized.

                                    I have booked orders of gold coin of Rs 50K between 26Jan to 30Jan 2014 online through yebhi.com.As I got mail that your order will be dispatched within next 8-10 working days.Before booking I called them about the item availability they said you can book and you will get your order next 8-10 days.Now it is almost 22 days over no one orders are get dispatched.When i called them on their customer care number [protected] they are saying that we have canceled service of selling gold coin now and you can cancel your order and your amount will be credited to your online wallet and book any other item.But you wont get the money back.I told them I want my order otherwise my money back.But they are denying this.They are saying you have booked your order by using gift voucher and you wont get the amount back.I am telling that if you canceled the service of selling gold coin then you have to tell me while booking the order.But they have not told anything and even online also they have not shown.Till booking of order they said only to book the order and after booking they are saying we have stopped selling of gold coin online.Please help me in this.Because I invested 50K and worrying about the amount returning.                                       I ordered 1 Samsung Tab 3 on 21st January (Order id YBH5125956). I followed up for 20 days, made around 10 calls to them with no success. Every time there was a fake promise that product will be dispatch by evening/tomorrow. Yebhi.com website still says that product can be delivered in 6 to 8 days and accepts order even though they don't delivery in 20 days and don't give any firm delivery time line. You may get as many fake commitment as you wish for (as per standards of a fraud company). I cancelled my order of Samsung tab 3 on 9th February to get my money back however as expected with fraud company, they refused to refund and blocked my money. To use my money, I ordered Samsung mega 5.8 on 9th February (order id # YBH5194459). Delivery time line as per website at the time of order was 6 to 8 days however product has not been delivered so far as of today (20th February 2014). When we checked yesterday, response was that they can check and let us know however it might take another 10 days to process order. If you check the website, it still accepts order of Samsung mega 5.8 with delivery time line of 6 to 8 days. I even offered them to delivery Samsung grand 2 in case Samsung mega is not is stock however no luck. What can be done now? Best Regards Amit Goyal
