I am tired of complaining them to stop sending me promotional SMS. I unsubscribed from yebhi.com for SMS and Emails but still they keep sending me their useless offers. They have a very unprofessional kind of a website. Nothing really works in there. I called them twice and lodged a complaint (YBCFA380873) but still no change. I have been trying to call them from a long time but their phone numbers do not work. I beg you to stop sending me your stupid promotional offers. I am not interested!

    This is regarding the Juicer order, order no: YBH4606086 which got delivered with damage. 1. On 22nd October 2013, I have made payment for the above mentioned product with order no :??YBH4606086 2. On 30th October 2013, I have made a return request (Return order no:??CRO237846) as the product was delivered damaged. 3. I got a call from your representatives that the product would be picked soon. 4. Since then I have been calling Yebhi support to arrange pickup and was told it would be done.

      ad sent the email for unsubscribing from yebhi sms alerts and got an automated response from [protected]@yebhi.com. 2 days gone but no action taken or reply from yebhi. still receiving sms promotions daily. also called on the yebhi customer care no. [protected] but got disconnected twice after being put on hold by the IVR. PLEASE UNSUBSCRIBE ME FROM YEBHI PROMOTIONAL SMS ALERTS. ITS VERY IRRITATING...My no. is [protected]

          I have a horrified experience with Yebhi.com. I had purchase a single item from Yebhi on 20th May, 2014. The order no was YBH5573778 and the item code was F8SA68. The purchase was made against a gift voucher of Yebhi.com. Though it was mentioned at the time of purchase that it will take 8 days to deliver it but it's been 18 days but not delivered. I was calling there customer support every day 2-3 times and received a confirmation of delivery date each time. But in spite of these false confirmation my item didn't delivered yet. Please let me know what should I do next?

            Yebhi is spamming me with innumerable SMSes on a daily basis despite of many complaints and requests to remove me from that list. There is a sham option on their website to unsubscribe, which says my number is not listed. Yet I get them without fail. This is harassing and should be stopped immediately.

              I placed an order on Yebhi.com – Order#YBH5571607 which was placed on May 19th, per the portal the order should have been delivered in 6 to 8 day’s however it’s still not been delivered. I have been after this order since May 25th both on e-mails and phone but could not get a confirmed answer so far. On May 27th, Soumaya Mishra Customer Service Specialist replied saying order should be delivered in 10 working days from the day it’s been requested for, so far no sign of it. I have been sending e-mails and every time I would be getting an automated reply saying ticket has been raised and shall be getting update in two working days and still no luck. If you try to reach to reach them over the phone you will be on IVR for 6+ Min and the call gets disconnected, you certainly need to be lucky to get hold of someone over the phone, which I’m not till date.

              This is one of the WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD SO FAR. YEBHI.COM ARE THE CHEATERS IN DISGUISE

                i ordered the product from yebhi, the product was damaged, ( Order No : YBH5563494) i sent them mails requesting return of the order, but they did not respond to the mail, when they got to know about the defect in order they stopped picking up calls. and they opposed us by saying that the product wasn't defected at first place. It seems like they were aware of the fact that product was damaged from the time of shipment. they don't respond to the mails or calls anymore, please help ! i have shared with you the snapshot, which clearly shows the teared cloth line. the damage line shown in snapshots is on both inner and outer side of the clothe and easily visible.they have assigned to their customers easy 30 days return, then why are they acting strange to us, please reply to our complaints as soon as possible, we are students and are in deficiency of money. thanking in Anticipation.

                    I bought two pair of reebok shoes via order numbers CIT2782777 and CIT2779257 from Yebhi.com I wore these shoes for around one week, that time my friend told me that the shoes does not appear to be original.I stopped wearing the shoes that time.Recently my another friend who owns a reebok showroom confirmed that the shoe is not original.                         I had ordered for a Lee Cooper shoes worth Rs.2799 from Yebhi.com. However, on receiving the delivery, I didn't like the shoes and I returned the cart. The refund amount of Rs. 2799 was credited into my Yebhi account. I wanted to transfer this amount of Rs.2799 into my Bank Account. Owing to some voucher that I had redeemed while buying the shoes I could not transfer the entire amount of Rs. 2799 from my Yebhi account to my bank account. Only Rs.1799 out of Rs.2799 could be transferred and the remaining amount of Rs.1000 was to stay in my Yebhi account itself. They transferred the amount of Rs.1799 in my bank account, but unfortunately the amount transferred didn't reflect in my bank account. So I contacted the Yebhi Executive and informed him about the transferred amount not reflecting in my bank account. The Yebhi group then provided me with a transaction ID number. On providing my bank with the transaction ID number, they investigated and then informed me that the Yebhi group had wrongly transferred the amount in some female named Mrs. Manpreet Kaur's Bank Account and so the amount wasn't reflecting in my Bank Account. I then informed the Yebhi group about the accidental transfer and also provided them with the evidence of the same which was provided by my bank. The Yebhi executive told me that they would investigate into the matter and return me the money but somehow they have failed to do so and I haven't received my money as yet.

                            To whome so ever this may concern but I am writing to report the most pathetic service provided by your company I had placed as order no : YBH5530304. 1. The products which came were totally damaged shoes are in messed up condition and quality is worst of its kind. 2. Then I create this return order for the items I get this random call from a blue dart company who doesn’t even noe for which company they are doing this return pick up so I assume that its from your company. 3. Usually in these cases people from other inline stores come and check product tell me not to pack it we will chk and then pack it but this guy from blue dart is giving me an attitude that you pack it first then only ill accept I we do not accept open packets. Hello what if the imesi give you are wrong aren’t u supposed to chk it and this guy gives me an attitude of non-acceptance. 4. I demand an apology for this behavior and also send a sensible guy to pik up the order. Ps. I will never ever buy any product from your website and ill make sure I spread this word across and tell all my friends and family not to buy anything from your website.

                              I placed an order... the address was wrong so they asked me to cancel and reorder.. the order was a gift for a frnd in mumbai... They not only sent both the orders (even the canceled one) but also they sent both to bangalore instead of mumbai... I have proof of the confirmation mail about the shipping address being mumbai... When i called them... they said they cant do anything about it... and i shud drop a mail.. I dropped two different complaints... its been 6 days... not even a single response... I had written a post few days back with my compliant...I sent two mails... and i have been sending reminders everyday asking for a response... The cust care does not give a damn about your complaint... I have been chasing them/... still no response...

                                I have placed order on March 28 and paid the full amount for it, did not get any details even after writing so many times and calling them so many times at last I cancelled the order and reordered other product on April 28, the same issue continues. Dont ever purchase anything from Yebhi.com. They are cheat. Order No 1: YBH5375924 (Cancelled Order) dated March 28, Cancelled it on April 28 Order No 2: YBH5500682 dated April 29. (No proper status as of now) I still have around 1000 Rs. in my wallet. I think if I order again they will not dispatch anything.

                                  Dear MD/ owner of Yebhi.com

                                  Please note i don't wish to receive any promotional SMS or email from your website. I have tried de registering my number from you website some 10 times however it doesn't seem to be working.

                                  With all due respect would request you to delete all my details from your website and database since i had my fair share of experience with your comp and i don't wish to have any further interaction with you. Account deletion will be even more apreciated.

                                  Please note my number is registered in the NDNC and you should scrub your leads properly before making sales calls or SMS. This is a clear violation as per the Indian telecom act and I hope that you understand that.

                                  Also I have notice that post sharing my details on this website (which was my mistake) my number has gone out in the market and lot more junk is making its way to my contact.

                                  Request you to please take all that off at the earliest i.e. by EOD 8 May 2014. I don't want to get any of your heavenly goddies from you or any of your associates that you have shared my contats with.

                                  If I get disturbed any further beyond the date that i have mentioned above Ill go all the way to ensure DOT takes the right measure to get this fixed once and for all. Please take this as however way it helps you to get the point.

                                      I ordered a T-Shirt from yebhi on 17th April 2014(Order No : YBH5458505)…..T shirt never got dispatched from their end nor a got any messages for the delay .I wrote no.of mails and even called their customer care(Believe me the customer care service is very poor, noone ll pick up the call). Even after all this, these guys didn’t even gave a to update me. On 2nd May the status is showing as “Refund to Wallet ”.Till now amount is not credited to my account. My point is when they does not have stock why they do false commitment. I suggest in such situation they should refund money with interest. I never had such a worst experience of online shopping earlier…..Thanks Yebhi for showing your standard. So, guys think before typing www.yebhi.com

                                        30th April was the worst day and worst customer service I have ever experienced from YEBHI care. I don't believe that I had rated them as a best customer service when I made my first purchase through them. After two years there service sucks and they are the most rude service I have ever got. On my recent order, I placed order for 2 items out of which they cancelled 1 item without any reason and credited the money to YEBHI account instead of refunding it back to my original payment mode. The nightmare now starts, When I called YEBHI service to inquire why they cancelled my order and why is the money credited to YEBHI wallet. The agent (Sonal Arora) was so rude and dis-interested to talk on the phone. The instruction she was giving me was not understandable. I requested to repeat herself 2 - 3 times. When I couldnt understand her I requested to get a supervisor on the line which she clearly denied stating there is no such option to transfer the calls to supervisor and she started talking so rudely and adamant to provide service. Which made me more irate as I knew there is an option to transfer the calls to supervisor. Its just her who refused to transfer. I clearly stated I don't want to talk to her and want to talk to someone else or talk to supervisor only who can politely give me answers to my query. But she kept declining with rude tone, interruption and yelling back at the me (Customer). I had to disconnect and call back to talk to a supervisor. When I called in the 2nd agent first stated he can get a supervisor but he placed me on hold and went to that previous agent. When he came back he started arguing with me as well for 10 mins stating I was abusive to previous agent and he cannot get a supervisor on the phone either as they are busy. 2nd agent was a lawyer for the 1st agent who was defending her and instead of hearing out their customer they talk what they want to talk. They have no courtesy to hear out their customer and treat customers with respect. Are they doing any favor to us by answering our calls???? Dint we pay for the product and the service what they promise???? YEBHI treats there customer as . No respect, empathy and problem solving skills. When I started yelling on top of my voice after 10 mins agent got a supervisor on the phone. That too when I mentioned I will wait all day until they get me a supervisor on the phone. After 15 mins of phone conversation I finally got to talk to supervisor who then tried to make up for the damage. I am very dissatisfied with the service. It was a harassment and mental trauma to deal with YEBHI customer care. Which caused me nervous breakdown. I request you to take my complaint agent the harassing behaviour I had to deal from YEBHI customer service. I've also read in Facebook pages wherein all the customers been complaining about the rude unprofessional services they are getting from YEBHI. The type of service I received has mentally disturbed me and also I had to spend money on the phone call I had to make 3 times to talk to someone who can hear me at YEBHI customer service. Since the customer service is based in DELHI it charged me ISD rates. I am looking for justice and some action so that no other consumer goes through the type of service from YEBHI.
