I had ordered (Order No. YBH5652085 dt. 19.6.2014) for product No. SKD-607 against making full payment of Rs. 5, 700/-. and the product was due for delivery within 9-12 days of order. However order confirmation received from Yebhi group only on 28.6.2014 i.e after 10 days of ordering.. The said order was cancelled by Yebhi without my consent and the amount was transferred to my wallet on 11.7.2014. I requested Yebhi to transfer the cancel proceeding to my bank account from where I had made payment. However no response came from Yebhi group. Since the huge amount was in my wallet, I once again ordered for the same product (Still available in Yebhi website) under Ref.: YBH5696652 on 12.7.2014. Till date even the order confirmation has not come from Yebhi group. My E-mail enquiries are also not responded. Further the telephone numbers of customer care centre are not working. Absolutely irresponsible approach by Yebhi group. Yebhi to arrange for immediate despatch of item ordered, alternatively refund the paid amount with penalty immediately.

    I had purchased two products from Yebhi.com on 23rd and 26th June worth 1229 and order number is YBH5667549 & YBH5660844. I returned products as one seemed to be used one not like new and other was different and was not like advertised in their website. After return, i have sent emails requesting NEFT transfer along with details on 10th July, 11th July, 14th July and 16th July for which i got no response. I had personally called on 14th and 15th July and informed to customer care executive, she told in her blunt english that they did not receive any email from my end and i shall sent NEFt details. I was amused to know that and forwarded mail again and till date i did not get any such update from them. Its really irritating experience to shop from Yebhi.com. First of all their website product image vary from actual one and they shall do prior check before shipping to customer and have some executives who have good command over langauage and with consumer speaking skills. For not fault of mine, due to their poor service i had to waste my time and caused mental agony. I want refund of money along with compensation for their irresponsibility and caused mental agony else i would be approaching consumer redressal forum.

      Dear Sir, I have worked in yebhi.com as permanent employee from 3-8-2012 to 3-2-2014. They have hold my two month salary( Dec & Jan 2014) including leave en cashment.Total amount due on the company is around 150000/- rupees. After doing several follow ups by emails, phone calls, they are not ready to give my hard earned money. Its already 7 months are passed but they are not ready to release my dues. So I request you to please do the needful and help me to recover my money. I am facing financial issues and I have my family responsibilities so I hope you will help me out.         The product which was delivered to me at 1.15pm today has a damage(broken zip and broken holder).
        Looking forward for a faster service because there was a great delay in delivering the order and now i have been delivered a damaged product...dissapointing!!

            Yebhi.com is worst online shopping website. 1. We can't select items 2. Offered promotion codes will not allow 3. Very Very Very slow website 4. Payment will be deduct from our bank account, the same will not update in their website yebhi.com 5. They unable to dispatch items. 6. Conciliation amounts will not refund. P S Raju

              Its been 12 days since an order YBH5662725 has been placed. Yebhi.com not even dispatched this item. And the worst thing is they don't care about complaint mails and phone calls. Every time we mail or call customer support people they apologise and then request us to wait for some more days. Their customer service representatives who picks the calls are very rude.

                This mail is regarding the refund of order no. MYB5652537 There's still one item left whose refund has not been credited in my wallet. Now the yebhi customer support are saying that the product I have sent is used so they won't be able to refund for the same. but it is completely obnoxious as I had received the product on23rd jun and on the same day only I had putted the request to pickup for refund of the order. Plus The amount of shipping is also to be credited as the product was shipped by me backed to you. And I also want my whole wallet money to be transfered in the bank account. details of which has already been sent by me several times. I would also like to something yo your attention guys that yebhi.con is the worse shopping site I have ever shop on. they show the products overpriced first and then claim to give high discounts. plus there customer service is the most pathetic there can be they do not reply to your email there phone support gets disconnected automatically. request you guys not to shop from this site in future.

                  Defect in service !!! I had placed an order on 3rd JUNE that i more than 1 month back and still its not delivered. even after making numerous calls and sending mails no satisfactory response is given by them !!! Order number 7298568 date placed 3 june I want you to take immediate action and deliver me the products ASAP plus give me a valid proper response else I will approach the consumer forum/court !!!

                    I placed return request for a product in my order so may times. they always cancelled it saying that we tried that we tried to contact you and no body was available and i never got any call from the website. i mailed them regarding this issue but did not get any reply and now my 30 days return period got expired and when i called them they said we can not do anything. This is the service the website is providing. the worst service have ever seen.i will suggest to not purchase from this fraud website. They should mention on their website that No Return are accepted.

                      I ordered sandls on 06/05/2014, Order# YBH5614066 till now i didn't get my sandals and i contacted customer care more than6 times, same answer every time as we didn't receive goods from vendor. I don't know how many months they will take to sent the goods. and customer care are postponing to 24hrs but they are not giving any resolution. i asked to connect to there higher authority, they are not doing that so. and telling u will get call back with in 30mins..(That is one more false statement) we won't get call back...I asked them to cancel and sent back money as cheque. but they are not doing that. I don't know how many days i need to wait. and what to do this type of FRADE Website??. they don't care abt the customer experiance. WORST site which i see in my online history.

                        I had ordered SLANZENGER MELBORN on 16/06/2014. Order Number: YBH5647015. Till today I have no update when will I get my order. I had already registered complaint regarding this with Yebhi and Aramex.                           I have ordered t-shirt from Yebhi.com with order no.YBH5583898. In their page it is written as 100% cotton but when I took order, it is not at all 100% cotton and it also not fit in my body. I have written more than 10 mails and I also called their customer care office more than 10 times but got no help at all.please do something as soon as possible

                            I ordered a dress which was supposed to be delivered by25th May but they did the delivery on 13th JUNE. that too not the product as in the description. It was way too smaller and looks defective. Ordered was Large size where the product description said Chest size 36. Check image what is been delivered.I have been chasing the customer care service people and with numerous mails. But not even single soul is showing interest to rectify the problem. The product details and the reference number as below for tracking. Order No : YBH5560303 A ticket has been created under the Request number YBCSA383245. THIS IS THE PATHETIC SERVICE EVER&gt; I have wasted more than 600Rs calling the bloody STD customer service number. I will make sure this complaint is there on every complaint forum possible and take it to any level. YOU PEOPLE SHOULD SHUT DOWN THIS STUPID WEBSITE OF YOURS. AND WILL PASS ON THIS WORD TO EVRYONE&gt; LEARN LESSON FROM MYNTRA OR JABONG GUYS&gt; You people are HORRIBLE!!!

                              this sad experience I would never try to buy anything from YEBHI .

                                I have received my order on 17.6.2014 . When opened am shocked. Ordered product code is 373172M07 . But received product code 373173M07. Product is totally different. In BARCode it is clearly showing 373173M07. Next to that one slip pasted that is showing 373172M07.

                                Kindly arrange to send me the required product. For your reference attached the photocopy.

                                    Sir/Madam, I had placed an order on the website yebhi.com the order consisted of four curtains worth Rs.1785/- and I had made online payment for the same.Now I have received only one curtain even after 13 days of order date.I tried calling the number they have put up on the website but it doesnt exist and I have mailed them along with the screenshots of the order mail 4 days back but the company hasn't responded to this even now.I'm feeling that the company has looted me.Please respond to the complaint and make them deliver my product or refund my money.

I have UNSUBSCRIBED from yebhi.com and followed all the instructions to get out of their promotionals emails and sms. But I have been getting emails regularly.                                         Have purchased 3 items and i was told that i can return if quality is not up to the mark. Have returned two items of small amount.
