Hi! Please check the given below Shoes carefully due to sewing problem, Shoes not sew properly, I had purchased this product through Yebhi.com we are receiving defected product. First shoes is fine and second one is defected and third defected snap short show by indicate by the finger. Am all ready sent a mail to Yebhi.com before days and follow day by day but we did not receive any positive response so do the need full. I had purchased a shoes FILA. It is a good brand but after purchase

    My yebhi order number is YBH4511961. My yebhi order reached my destination (Kolkata) on 15th October and today is 28th October, but I still havent got it. I had ordered it on 6th October, 22 days gone, I still havent got it, and it was supposed to reach me in 5 days. Yebhi and Xpressbay both seem to be fraud. Yebhi customer service do not respond to mails and xpressbees is so disgusting that it dont even provide its contact number of the Kolkata branch, even yebhi doesnt provide it. Yebhi continuously told me my product would reach me in 3-5 days, but now 22 days gone I havent got it. If it has reached Kolkata on 15th, why am I not getting it even after 13 days had past. Its not just me, google and check so many people have called yebhi and xpressbees fraud and useless. Please do take necessary steps. They have become a headache.

    The one and only worst delivering service in India is XpressBees. I don't know what are they doing with the handed-over product keeping for weeks and weeks. I don't know how online shopping dealers choose the XpressBees for shipping the product. I think because of cheap delivery charge. I would request all the online shopping dealers not to use the XpressBees for shipping your product to the customer. If you people continue with this, then definitely you will lose your customers.

      First complaint was made via e mail on 28.08.13 I have purchased Forrestor shoe with item code BRUNSWICK FR-100135-A via order no YBH4073874 from yebhi.com. The shoe has been delievered to me on 31.7.13. After using it for about 10 days it was found that the pasting of sole is detective As a result the the sole has lost contact with leather on several places. The shoe cannot be used any more. How can I return it to A. Yebhi.com b. The original manufacturer The response of yebhi.com on 30.08.13 This is with reference to your e-mail dated 28th August, 2013 regarding order number YBH4073874. We do understand your concern. However, we regret to inform you that we have our 30 days return policy for the unused products only. Hence, we would not be able to except the return of the article mentioned by you. However, regarding quality issue you can contact the Brand as they will check and assist you. My Mail on 30.08.13 Can U forward me the contact no/mail Id of the manufacturer? My Mail on 07.09.13 This is to remind you that I have not received a reply till date. The matter is very serious. The defective shoe has to be replaced otherwise I will take the matter to consumer court. Yebhi.com reply on 09.09.13 This is with reference to your e-mail regarding order number YBH4073874. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Request you to share the snapshot of the article, so that we may check and assist you accordingly regarding refund or replacement. My mail on 06.10.13 Enclosed pl find the snapshots of the defective portion of the shoe. As you can see the sole is completely detached from the leather part in rear paortion of the shoe. The shoe is no longer usable. I, therefore demand complete refund/replacement. As it is clear from the above mails yebhi.com has not refund/replace the product. It has also not provided me with the details of manufacturer so that I can take the matter directly with the manufacturer.

        I have placed an order on Yebhi.com on 24th September, 2013 with order no. YBH4436118, which was shipped through ExpressBees Normal via AWB No. 2EBw1jUW on 25 Sep. The money has already been deducted from my account. Expected delivery date was within 3-5 days. But till date the consignment has not been delivered, almost 10 days have past. Several mails were written, but no satisfactory reply has come. While calling on tall free number, the customer care person gave the phone number of the courier agency. But that number is not responding. Also no particular website for the courier service has been found to track the order. I request your intervention to resolve my issue.

          Through the shopping portal Yebhi.com, on 23rd of Sept 13, I have ordered for two products one is Top Notch Black Full Sleeves Cotton Men - Non-Collared T-Shirt and the other one is Top Notch White Full Sleeves Cotton Men - Non-Collared T-Shirt through order no. YBH4426514 paid through YCS Payment Gate way the same day. The second product was readily available with them, hence they dispatched the same through ExpressBees Normal via AWB No. 2EBo6w5T on 30 Sep 2013 and confirmed the product would reach me latest by 5th Oct 13 and the first product was not available with them, hence was being dispatched later on through ExpressBees Normal via AWB No. 2EBljLIs on 03 Oct 2013 and the same would reach me latest by 8th Oct 13 as per their confirmation. Today on 9th Oct 13 I am still waiting for any one of the two delivered products into my address after making the payment on 23rd of Sept 13 when called the customer support, they were really apologizing and asked for my patience for another 48 hrs to get a call back by their supervisor who will tell me regarding the delay and then would arrange for another dispatch. Further to this when tried to track my order shipment with the AWB no provided, surprising to see even Google can't find the famous courier company ExpressBees Normal. This is completely customer harassing and needs to be dealt with proper jurisdiction. Waiting to see appropriate action. Regards Samir Raiguru

          1.No body picks up the call at the customer call center. The call will be hanged after some waiting.
          2.Poor service as the order does not reach even after 9 days.

          Hi,

          You might want to send a mail to [protected]@yebhi.com, wait for 24 hrs and if nobody replies back to you or you don't get solution you can also mail [protected]@yebhi.com. I had a similar experience and once I mailed these both, they will help you. It happens once, the support team is very good and work at your service literally 24 x 7 as in my case.

          Try this. It will surely work. Please don't call and waste your time with the customer care centre. You will end up going in circles.

            I have order 4 kurties and laggings from your site.My order number is YBH4460623 on 29th sept 2013. Its have been 10days till today but not getting my order. I have also complaint in your customer service twice. they said that my problem will resolve with in 48 hours but its very disappointed that its have been 10 days left but not getting any fruitful result. I have raised a new complain .my complain number is 158610. I also checked in internet but not getting any courier service which you are used i.e. express bees. Even am not able to track the airways bill number. they are not providing me the proper contact address and internet site of the courier company and also not get my order till today

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I had purchased 3 clothes from Yebhi.com 1 Jeans (Code: F[protected]B) & two kids clothings (Code: NSS13-083 & Code: NSS13-249) on 25/09/2013 10:01pm (paid in full via credit card at the time of order - Order No: YBH4443033) & according to Yebhi.com mailer on 26th the items were despatched through courier (Shipping provider: ExpressBees Normal; Airway bill number: 2EBJ8hCx) it was supposed to get delivered in 3-5days (No mention of 'Working Days' are mentioned in the mailer in terms of delivery timing); taking into account it should be delivered at my shipping address on or before 1st October 2013; I am yet to receive the same as on 03/10.2013, 05:00pm however, please find screen shot of the mail attached with the mail.
              Secondly once I was trying to get in touch with Coustomer Care on the same, lady called Miss Nisha (employee on payroll of Yebhi.com as she had mentioned) was very rude & insolent with her behaviour answering the quaries. She was unable to answer the question of delay in delivery where as the goods are already in Kolkata since 30th September 2013 (as per Tracking system through mentioned AWB No) & the provided shipping address is within the proper Kolkata (Pin - 700003). Once asked to transfer the same call to her seniors, she tried to bypass the same & once asked with determination from my end she had immidiately said she will not transfer the call to anyone of her seniors; I very much doubt on her competencies of being a public relations executive.
              Would like to inform the same that my past shopping experiance is the same with Yebhi a couple of months back & lastly I had to go & collect the same from Yebhi Courier Hub in Kolkata from on a given Sunday post 5 days of maximum delivery date.

                I have used yebhi.com to order an item which was delivered on 14th August 2013. Since the item did not my expectation, I decided to use the "30 days return policy" and created return order dated 4th September 2013 with details

                Instead of arranging reverse pickup, as per the policy I received a regret email that the order could not be arranged, and I should place another order !

                This is highly unethical from the part of an online shopping service not to honour their policies, and make the customer suffer. I was ready with the shipment always after creating the return order, but did not even receive one courtesy call

                    I have placed order for “Padmini Megapro - Food Processor” on yebhi.com website on 21/04/2013 and order number for same is YBH3497117. The product price was Rs. 4599. I paid Rs. 1750 using gift vouchers and for remaining Rs. 2849 I tried credit card to do the payment. There was some problem at yebhi.com website and four transactions from my credit card (2 ICICI and 2 Citibank) got failed. Then fifth transactions from my ICICI net banking succeeded and order was placed. Later only three transactions were reverted back to credit card by Yebhi.com and fourth are still pending. I got confirmation from ICICI bank that the amount has been claimed by the merchant successfully and the authorization ID's for your reference is 326998, 895616. It’s almost 5 months but yebhi.com did not return amount for failed transaction.                       My experience with Yebhi was for few hours and which was so horrible that I don't want to even go back to lousy support people or site - Worst website (not user friendly at all, when I called up and complaint about it, I was told that this is what this is.. NOT convincing at all.) Try to cheat with the coupon code. I purchased it to use coupon code and due to their system issue, order was forced to cancel but never got back the coupon code again... no answer till date - so what else can you expect from highly unprofessional bunch

                        1. On August 4,2013 I purchased a Gitanjali Gold earring ( product No EGER024) from http://www.yebhi.com for Rs 7299.00 vide order No YBH4120987. Full advance payment was made in through Credit Card. 2. The confirmatory mail from Yebhi.com, received immediattely after stated that the product will be dispatched in 10 days. 3. However, the product was not dispatched in 10 days. I drew the attention of Yebhi.com towards this delay throgh a mail dated August 14, 2013 to their customer care. In reply mail dated August 16, Yebhi.com revised the dispatch time of the product to 15 days from the date of placing the order. 4. Meanwhile rising gold prices left me worried. However, I again got a reassurance mail dated August 20 , 2013 from Yebhi.com stating that here is a slight delay in dispatch of order and the product will reach me at the earliest. 5. In my mail dated August 22, 2013 , I asked Yebhi.com why the booking of the item has been accepted at the first place when the item was not available or the company was not in the position to supply? 6. In reply dated August 24, Yebhi informed that they have forwarded my query to their team with reference number YBCSA114909 and matter will be resolved in 2 days. 7. Since than, there has been no response in spite of my reminder dated August 29th , 2013 threatening them with legal action. Yebhi has neither delivered nor cancelled the order. Worse still, no one from customer care called or wrote to explain the position. With rise of gold prices, the item that I booked for Rs 7300 is now Rs 8000. 8. It is evident that Yebhi.com is not interested in resolving the dispute and more interested in taking customers for the ride. The only option now available to me is legal action. Hence I am making this complaint to seek your intervention to resolve the dispute and penalise the company for lack of service and unfair trade practice.

                          Hi Am realized customer of Yebhi who stupidly did online shopping of puma shoes thru YEBHI.COM from hyderabad. the products displayed in Yebhi site are pure duplicates ones. as they will show more discounts than other online shopping stores. customers get attracted to it. but will forgot to check whether its original or not. I strongly urge all the customers be aware of online shopping frauds cashing more money by selling duplicate products. I would like to file a complaint on Yebhi.com site for betray innocent customers selling FAKE/DUPLICATE products. but the website says all products are 100% original. Thanks, Srikanth

                            my name is ratna. i have ordered a saree on 17/7/13 with cash on delivery option. its almost 10 days and i didn't receive the product and they didn't have the courtesy to inform me about the delay. now when i try to login to my acct in order to check my order status, i am unable to do so. i have sent an email to them regarding this problem, but they didn't reply.
                            If you not give better service then it always be affected to our business, and as my knowledge Yebhi is leading shopping site and it's have own name and fame in market so please don't disappoint to our customer.

                            I give some more site (flipkart.com, Yuvastyle.com, shopclues.com) which is better in service.

                              I palace a order YBH4020976 from Yebhi.com after a long time on 20th July. I called two time customer care. Product not delivered yet. Even if we use india Post they are faster then Yebhi.com. Customer service is very poor they are really not interested to help us. Two time i called informed me same that today it will delivered :). I suggest every one don't buy any thing from Yebhi.com. Use other they are faster,cheaper and good in customer then Yebhi. When yebhi start they was useing blue dart and very good in customer support like I7 computer. Now they become P1 . Very bad service. I will not buy any thing from Yebahi.com. Ebay is bast and will be best as they have rating system.

                                www.Yebhi.com has been sending me their promotional eMails and SMS even after I unsubscribed.

                                After I reached out them and asked to unsubscribe they responded back with an email....providing me a link to the page where I could unsubscribe my phone number and eMail address. But even after doing so I'm still getting SMSs and eMails.

                                Additionally they do not provide a direct option through their website to Unsubscribe from these kind of service plus there is no option to delete account.

                                I've uploaded an image file which is of their eMail they sent me in regard with the process to unsubscribe.

                                Frequently I am getting a message depicting as " We appreciate you for being our valuable customer. Your have been renewed for love tips for girls. Se4rvice Rs. 15 charged.

                                I have never asked for sending any Tips and question for renewal does not arise at all. Please take necesary steps.

                                  i have purchased a wallet from Yebhi.com on 5/16/2013 and i have also done the payment .After 3 weeks i didn't get it delivered .So i called there Call Center (which is not free as i m calling from Kerala and this call center is at Delhi) and they are telling me the product is out of stock and will refund it to the wallet and i can buy something else.Today its 12/7/13 and i have already called them more then 6 times and nothing has refunded till now. Everything when i call them they tell me we will refund it in 48 hrs .I m fed up of it, never faced such problem in any online sites ever. they are not even bothered about the customers.

                                  Hi, I am trying to reach yebhi from past 6 months. but there all nos are not reachable. i was having 7329 ycoils. which is around 1250 rs. but as currently it showing 0 and what abt my lost amt. i want to get it resolve soon.

                                    Worst Service: I had booked one Wildcraft bag on 17the June 2013 withe YBH3817783 which was not delivered even after 8 day, wen called customer service I got an experience of patheetic customer service where thee agent communicated theat theey take 10 days for shipping and 5 days to reach customer. When requested to transfer thee call to his manger thee answer was"My Manager do not work after 5 pm".... but registered complaint withe complaint id YBCSA81023 which is not actioned at all... today when i called customer service I got a shocking answer theat theey have refunded my money back to my account witheout my request and said theat theey don't have stock as of now... but none of thee agent confirmed about thee stock wen ever i called.... theis is worst e-commerce website i have experienced. If your company is really is customer concentric theen resolve theis issue or else reply to me on consumer complaint forum.

                                      Hi,

                                      I had purchased a fila sandal from yebhi.com on 24th Feb 2013 and paid Rs 1623/-. I used it for 4 months now. The sandal is tearing off. I asked yebhi.com for help, they are asking me to contact local store.

                                      I contacted few local fila showrooms, but they refused to entertain me because I didnt purchase it from them. I called back yebhi.com again for help and they say they cannot help me out. I know they have a 30 days of return policyand nothing had happened to the sandal in 30 days. It has happened after 4 months. So I feel yebhi.com is responsible and they are the one who should be helping me out.

                                      Kindly help me to sort this issue out. Rs 1623 is not a small amount. And the response from yebhi.com was not right.

                                      sandal — have not received the sandal

                                      I have ordered one sparx sandal from ur branch factory outlet in pathankot near about 20 days ago.. bt stil i havnt got that sandal... Ur employees says that come tomorrow, u will give u the sandal.... this was happening since 15 days....... Now i expect that the sandal which i have selected, plz give me as soon as possible......

                                      in www.omgpop.com...yebhi ad says puma cap is Rs299.. but by clicking the ad and when we go to yebhi website... the very same cap is RS 419 the code of the product is 65114502... if there is problem like this.. how can we trust yebhi and buy products from them..?

                                        I have placed an order for Micromax Canvas 2 A-110 mobile on 11th June – 2013, and its been 7 – 8 days. Order No. is: YBH3781353 and the value is 10598/- but there is no clue about the dispatch status or anything. I have already made the payment using my credit card and now if I call up the Customer Care of Yebhi.com they are saying to wait 1 – 2 days more every time. I am experiencing the worst service by Yebhi.com, I am planning to go the local police now after few days if the article is not delivered.
