i have ordered a pair of puma sandals in yebhi.com 2 days ago.they said that they will dispach it within 48 hours.the time period for dispaching is over and still my product is not dispached. my order no is YBH566229. when i contacted their customer care office they are not properly answering my questions. please help me in this issue so that i can get my product dispached.....

      there is a web site yebhi.com which provides online shopping. i ,shekhar kumar ([protected]) enrolled with yebhi . i placed order of a lee cooper shoes by having order no. YBH542647
      Order Value: INR 1485.08

      Payment Mode : Net Banking (thru CC Avenue)
      Payment Status : Payment Successful
      . the above mentioned ordered cancelled after four days of remittance of 100% advance money and while asking the cause the customer care people have different reason . some one will tell sir product was damaged , some one will tell it became out of stock, some one will tell bla bla bla. when will ask to speak to higher authority they will put us on hold and never any one of top management will talk or make call.
      the worst thing is not that , again i placed same product order YBH550034

      sir,being an indian citizen , i would like to know if such type of problem we customer face after payment of 100% advance money and these online shop people will continue with cancellation of order where will go for complain? because their executives will not talk . they will play with our money too.
      they will show product on site , will take booking and money ,will generate interest on that, will cancel product after 4-5 days. sometime refund or sometime will ask for purchasing of another product.
      sir, i have strong request to please send notice to these online shop website to stop playing with indian customers and stop all those nonsense activity. if they want money ask for donation where we will donate for their use.

      secondly i got a call when i was in meeting so cudn't recieve but when i call back ur customer care is not knowing for what purpose who called as u don't have any suh kind of customer care support system . even after my telling name and problem no one from ur executive end reply. may i know why u don"t have second call option when people didn't reply in one call ?
      this a worst web site towards customer support.
      this is very rigidity of my choice that i won't compromise . i have selected a product to purchase and for that i paid 100% advance and confirmed by ur end. now there is no choice rather than delivering that product to me.
      i will take this matter seriously as one time i can adjust not for the 2nd time.

      as per u the problem might resolved but being a customer i have no such assurance . neither i got my ordered product nor i got my refund.
      even i have said many time that i need the ordered product becuase i placed order 3 times in a month after one week interval approximately. each time 100% payment was made and each time u have generated acceptance and delivery order no.
      i can never accept such instances .
      u r requested to deliver me the same product . i already waited about a month and still can wait but i need ordered product.
      if it is ur monopoly that u can do whatever u want according to ur wish i.e problem creation and self declaration of problem resolve then i cann't say anyhting related to u.
      but till consumer forum will support me, i won"t agree/accept ur manipulated resolve.

        I ordered a shoes with order no: ybh505240 from yebhi.Com on 29/08/2011. It has been a month my order has not been delivered to me. In the meantime I have called several times and also sent e-mails to the customer service of yebhi.Com but they couldn't give me a satisfactory solutions.Initially they didn't even registered my complain saying that your order have been delivered, after my final call to them on september 19/2011 they updated me that my product is lost by the courier company(I.E., Bluedart). Then they confirmed me that they will create a voucher of the same amount so that I can order the same. I accepted that and told them to do it asap. But it has been more than a week now and I still have not received any voucher of that amount. They are playing games with me. Now they are not even picking my phones,the phone used to get disconnected after 4-5 minutes.It has already caused me a lot of problem and a lot of money has already been wasted. Please do help me out with this issue.

          I have got tired of yebhi.com sending me Spam SMS of products. I have not registered for them to send me spams. I atleast get 5 sms spams from yebhi everyday. It irritates me and is highly disturbing, as we might think its urgent, only to find its from yebhi.com.

          I would like to file a complaint against yebhi.com unwanted Spam SMSs.

            I booked for a sandals from Yebhi for Rs. 1299/-. After i booked it and checked the next day i saw the same sandal for Rs. 850/-. I called the customer care number and they said the offer is like that and you bought it when it was high. I asked them that it is not fair as the value of a product can differ a maximum of 5-10% within one day and cannot be more than that and i had to argue with them to cancel the product and arrange for a reverse pickup. They said they will arrange for a reverse pickup within 4-5 days. I called them after 7 days and they said they will arrange for a pickup. It has been more than 20 days i received the product and i am still waiting for a reverse pickup. They forcefully want to delay and make the customer use the product.

            Buyer beware you buy anything from Yebhi. You could be spending 200% worth the value of the product.
            thats right I bought a sandals of reebok worth Rs 1199/- on 18th Oct and on 20th Oct i saw the same sandal just of Rs 450/- and when i called them they did not respond properly and i had to hunt to talk to them
            it was really frustating and irritating dont know what to do ..

              It has been a very sad and disgusting expierience that I have had with Yebhi.com. You people did not have the courtesy to call me and inform me about the quality check and the defect that you guys found out at the last minute. You mean to tell me that when the product was made available online it was not checked for quality. Even on saturday the website was showing as size 9 shoes available, only after bringing it your CS member notice was the status changed from website.

              Secondly when I call up you inform me about the quality issues, when the same should have been done from your side. Not once but I have called your CS team 3 times and after the 3rd call this is the reply that i am getting from your end. This is utter disregard for the customers time and money. It appears that you are taking the customer for granted. You are utilising my money, by sending only slippers whereas the order was for Shoes and slippers. You had promised delivery of goods within 48 hrs, i am yet to recieve the goods even after 7 days have passed.

              You people at Yebhi have cheated me and now want to give me a gift voucher instead of sending my shoes for which the payment has already being made. It is my last request to you to please send me the shoes that i have ordered for and payment for which has been already made to you through internet.

              It is high time that my order is sent to me. I do not care if you beg, borrow or steal but i want my product. I am not interested in your Gift voucher or your refund as i just want the product for which i have made the payment in advance. I hope the same is loud and clear. If there is still no change in your attitude then it will leave me with no option then to go to the Consumer court for getting what is mine and mind you i want the SHOES and not the REFUND.

                  I had purchased a product from Yebhi.com and was quite satisfied by it. But ever since that I'm getting messages from the site regarding new products and deals. I've called them twice to unsubscribe and once filed by unsubscription online ( which said my number wasn't even registered ?? then how come I'm getting these messages). But so far, nothing has changed, I'm still getting those pesky messages multiple times everyday, almost makes me wanna tell other people never to buy anything or ever provide your details to yebhi.com.

                    Dear Support team (Yebhi.com),

                    Please refer my order nos (Order No. YBH 486632,YBH518484,YBH499100)
                    which are all wrong deliveries due to your inefficient team. My repeated attempts to get the right item from yebhi.com has failed since the time of booking the order first time on 18.07.11. Everytime,you keep sending wrong item. Now, I am waiting for the reverse pick up since 06.08.11.Neither refund nor correct delivery is happening to me.

                    Your online shopping site can book order even if the item is not available in the warehouse. The unavailable items are not marked on your website and many customers may book the items not available with you and make a payment. It is an ill system of inventory control wherein your team sends different item in place of the ordered article while keeping the cost of the item same as paid by the customer. The total cycle of delivery of article is not 48 hours from the time of booking of orders as displayed on your website. It takes more than 04 days in any case. This is a cheating to the customers who visit your website. Your items on the website do not bear any code and hence it can be safely assumed that the chance of wrong delivery is very high with shopping at your website. Even there is no prompt updation of the reverse pick up. Your team does not come to know before three-four days. Now a days even reverse pick up is not happening which is a further harassment to the customers who are waiting for the refunds.

                    This may be treated as final notice from my side and I am approaching the forums available to the harassed customers to make my problem public so that in future no customer falls in the trap of yebhi.com.

                      I bought a pair of slippers online on 5th July, 2011. The product was to be delievered within 7 days, as the site promises. However, till 14th July, no delivery was made. Following which I sent many mails asking for support but no reply. I called up the courier service provider Aramex. They told me to collect it from the regional office which was 20 kilometers away from my place. I collected it today after 2 weeks.

                      In spite of 4 calls, 3 emails and countless online chats and repeated complaints, no support was provided and I had to collect it individually from the regional office of Aramex.

                      It is dissapointing to see how Yebhi.com gives FALSE PROMISES and PATHETIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

                      If yebhi.com knows that my place is out of the service area of the courier provider, why dont they select another courier provider. BAD EXPERIENCE.

                        I bought a necklace from yebhi.com on 25/Sep/2011 with refrence no. ybh610296 for around 1800 rupees, however they sent me a defective. after continuesly following up with them, ghey arranged a pick on 8 oct 2011, and since then i have not got my money back...i am continuesly chasing them with no success.                               I ordered 3 products order no YBH398690 dtd 22/5 on yebhi.com payment made on 23/5 2 products I recd in 7-8 days but third product they have not dispatched till today when I contacted customer service they told we have directed the concerned dept to do the needful but after 24 hours what they have done is change info on my a/c as "to be moved from warehouse" which earlier was "will ship in 48 hours" only reply I get is give us time why ? because they already have recd the money for product so why bother let customer cry they randomly cancel orders without asking or even informing the customer so be careful with this site many products are also in poor condition
                              Yebhi.com and Yepme.com are the worst in delivering the products to customers. So be careful while purchasing on this online shopping sites.

                                  I lyk a stuff on yebhi.... they claimed that d stuff which I selected is instock... I completed all the required amount processing steps and after successful payment they said that that product was out of stock now. My product no. is YBH312749. When I tell them to refund my money back they said that u'll get amount within 7 days... but today is 12th day and now d customer care showing really poor response they don't give me any satisfied answer, they just told me to keep patience...

                                  Hi, I am Ramkumar from Morvi (Gujarat). I had placed an order at yebhi.com n my experience is very very bad. At the time of placing a super saver order i had selected 3 products combo super saver, just as i confirmed the order one main product got out of stock in just a minute (Amazing). after that i had talk with their tooooooooo slow cusomer care. they had instructed me to change the product. i had done that also, since 13-10-11 i had received only one product, n other one is on the way since 13th (Once again Amazing... someone tell them this is only in india to deliver a product. it is not a overseas... that taking such a long time). n the greatest matter is that the main product for what i had purchased the combo is once again out of stock or something other. the gr8 yebhi peoples had generated a 249 rs voucher for me, to shop another product. amazingly the same product is available on normal purchase n i have to pay more 700 rs for that. gr8 yebhi.com stop all this foolish practise please.

                                  I purchased one sandwich maker dated :9/12/2011 and when i open the sandwich maker i.e broken from inside, i call and return the sandwich maker on 14/12/2011 against which the new PC code & gift voucher issued to me, but its very shocking that the PC code is not working on any sandwich maker .

                                  i call the yebhi executive 5-10 times and every time they respond in a very casual manner that the PC code will be correct in next 24 hrs ...as their main manager for correction of PC code is not available at the movement .

                                  they issued me several compliant numbers that are;cc [protected], cc[protected].& after that when i call them again they say please drop a mail in reference to your complaint to Mr. Karan Arora at karan.[protected]@yebhi.com, i drop him mail from my mail id [protected]@ymail.com 4-5 times but no action taken as the PC code given is still not applicable on the sandwich maker and they not even concern to revert back on mail in this reference.

                                  hope they will issue me a new PC code against my Order Number ;YBH893644

                                    i ordered a sandal from www.yebhi.com worth Rs-995 under order no: YBH302205, on 2nd march 2010, through my amex. credit card having the Airway bill number:[protected], Shipping provider:Blue Dart... the site showed that the item will be delivered within 2days from the date of ordering the item . however i have not recieved the item at all, till today..... kindly, direct them and make them to refund me the said amount without any delay.. as they have really disappointed me.
                                    What a response Esclation Team of Yebhi.com As I can see that complaint was made on 6th March and you guys responded on 22nd August..what a response time...shame on you guys...Accept your fault and try to give importance to the customers...I will not recommend yebhi.com to anyone because you guys are not professionals...

                                      During match between India and Ireland, I won a wicket coupon and as per the same Rs. 1000 discount was won but in the cart after the payment it was observed that only Rs. 400 discount was given. Now when I called the customer care, It was explained that by mistake the coupon code was forwarded but I fail to understand, even if they say it was forwarded by mistake why don't they rectify their mistake and allow discount as per their rule instead the customer care executive said if I dont want a discount of Rs 400 I can cancel the order.

                                      This is nothing but seer cheating.

                                      Yebhi.com is running a world cup promotion on Facebook. The terms and condition of the contest is as follows.

                                      This promotion code wasn't posted by us. It was posted by somebody else who had created a fake id by the name of yebhi and used our profile pic to post wrong codes.
                                      Its fraud...
                                      They are offering that register & get 1000 rs. voucher.
                                      Don't register they r not sending any voucher. its fraud...be aware of such kinds of website.
                                      See you were running a promotion and should have foreseen such possibility.

                                        Hi,
                                        i would like to complain about the Bigshoebazaar.com or Yebhi.com and online shop[ping company.

                                        I was cheated by the Yebhi.com or Bigshoebazaar.com company. they are operating with the companyh name "Shop online trading p. ltd." based at New Delhi.

                                        I purchase a pair of Lee Cooper Shoe, Product # LC1094A Adult 10 (Euro 44), through order number - BSB 153181. these shoes are of very bad quality. I used them for only 3-4 times and the Sole of one the shoe has come out. the condition of the shoes is still very good and like the new ones but the sole has come out. i asked the company to replace the product but they are refusing saying that it is over 1 month. now. It is clear that they have cheated me by selling the bad, low grade and rejected product by repairing it.

                                        i am attaching herewith the pictures of the shoe, so that you examine them for the deffects.

                                        Bigshoe bazaar or Yebhi.com is cheating their customer by selling such low grade, defective products. They just do some repair to the deffective products and sell to their customers. Such repairs stays for some weeks and then it comes out after 2 or 3 months and then they refuse to replace the products. They are simply cheating their customers.

                                        Big shoe bazaar or Yebhi.com should be banned immediatly as they are just cheating their customers.

                                        i would request to forward my complaint to the concerned authorities and pennalize the bigshoebazaar / yebhi.com for their wrong practices.

                                        i would also request you publicize their bad and worng practices so that they can not cheat anymore customer.

                                        i would request you to take strict action against such companies.

                                        i highly trust your portal and expect strict action against such companies.
