I had bought a Samsung galaxy Quattro from yebhi.com on 24-jan-2014 using my Citibank reward points and cash but they never delivered the phone. I called them numerous times to enquire about the delivery and they kept saying that the phone is not available i the market and they will call back in 24 hours - 48 hours but never called. Finally, they mentioned that they have closed the mobile section and said my money will be credited to their wallet as per their policy for part payment and I can buy something else from their website. I have spent my money for a phone and now they want me to buy clothes etc from their website using that and spend another 15000 on a new mobile from some other shop. If the phone was not available and they were closing their mobile section, why did they accept the order. I would accept their policy of refunding to their wallet if I wanted to cancel the order. If Yebhi has taken payment and they are not able to honor their commitment of delivering the phone, they should give me back my money in the same way I had paid them or give me full cash.

    hi this is regarding my high unsatisfaction to the bad service provided by your side.Despite by continous complain no response has been from your side.i m sending my details once again ... i have tried to purchase 2 coats with order i.d. YBH 4936783 on 13.12.2013 but due to reason of non recieving payment the purchase was cancelled .But my credit card was showing deduction of payment .On talking with customer care, it was informed that no payment has been received .after complaining at yebhi .com i recieved a credit of rs.3998 in my yebhi wallet. i asked for refund in cash option but till now i have recieved only rs.1999 in my credit card account... after contacting to hdfc bank they are repeatedly informing us that only one neft of rs 1999 has been made from pune. After contacting your customer care executive 3 times and asking for neft statement, has resulted in no response. ...infact promise of call back has not been fuflilled...if you have already send the 3998rs, then where lies the difficulty in sending the statement.please either refund or send the statement. i m unhappy with the service and if no action will be taken in response to this email ...i will be left with no other option apart from legal help... thank you

      i bought a jacket from yebhi.com with order number YBH5064117 ... a jacket is supposed to b worn above other clothing but its M size is smaller than M sized tshirt which i bought from yebhi.com as well ..
      it is defeted in sizing as it is M size but smaller than regular M size .. but now yebhi ppl saying they not going to return it coz it has zero return ...
      but zero days return applies when the product is perfect but here product is defected so companies fault not mine

        I ordered an Iron of Philips Steam Iron GC1905 on 12/12/2013 11:08:57 PM for Rs.1349.00 (YBH4937639) along with some other things and made the payment online via net banking. Next day I called to customer care regarding why is my iron order status still in pending and others are in process? Then Customer Care Executive replied that product is out of stock just canceled the order and place with new one. As he said, I canceled that order and placed it once again on 13/12/2013 11:25:06 AM but not the same iron. I ordered Philips Steam Iron GC1920 for Rs.1619.00 (YBH4939841) also made payment from wallet and remaining amount from net banking. I got the delivery on 16th Dec 2013 but apart from the iron. I called to the customer care and asked for the same he said "That product is not yet received from the vendor, you'll get the delivery within more 4 working days or you can cancel the order and place it once again for other options, your money will transfer to your wallet within 24 to 48 Hrs." after that I waited for 4 days but no reply from Yebhi.com. Again I called to the customer care for the same then he said cancel the order and place new one, the product delivery is pending from vendor's end. Then I said That is not my lookout it's your problem. Then he said, Sorry Sir but can't help it. I don't want to buy anything from you just refund my money back I said. Then he said, Sorry Sir we can't refund you money back. You can make a fresh order with same product and will deliver the product as soon as possible. I stuck with it and they are not ready to give my money back. I don't have option, I canceled that order once again and placed fresh order on 20/12/2013 10:44:16 AM (YRO4980358) with same iron as customer care executive said. Again same problem then I called to the customer care, he said wait for 7 working days. I waited till 15th Jan 2014 but that order still not received yet. I called to the customer care for the same and again he said, cancel this order and place new one. I asked for refund but I got the same answer "No Refund". Again I canceled that order and placed new order on 15/01/2014 11:50:23 PM (YBH5104628). This time I order Bajaj Iron MX 22 for Rs.1614.00 and I got that order on 24th Jan 2014. So friends, Don't buy anything from Yebhi.com. You have more better options from this which is flipkart.com, Amazon.com, Jungle.com, Jabong.com with best service and low price from Yebhi.com.

          I have received a product at the Shipping address alongwith Retail Invoice 4254433 dated 6/01/2014. However the shipping address has been mentioned instead of the billing address in the invoice. I have paid through internet banking. I had requested to corrcet the address in the invoice mentioning the billing address or alternatively issue me a seperate Receipt for payment mentioning the name of the billing address, but I had been receiving the same reply repeatedly saying that my mail address is not registered. Though only mail that I have received against the said transaction is on the same mail address(Order Number: YCPQ3105419 dated 05/01/2014) No other mail or SMS has been received by me or the receipent before or after the delivery. I once again request to correct the invoice or issue me an receipt mentioning the correct billing address.             i have order a mobile phone from yebhi.com on 14 January 2014 and received the order on 23rd January 2014 late evening.

            At the time of delivery i was not at home so i have send one of my friend to collect order from courier. i came after one day and open the box and seen that mobile was damaged immediately i have contacted their support number[protected]. Support said that you have to inform us within 24 hrs i told them that i was not at my home and open the package next day.

            I have escalated this case to floor Supervisor Charu and she also refuses to accept the damaged product . i don't know how many of customer get impacted because of this and fooled by this.

              I had a really bad experience with yebhi. I placed the order on 13/12/13. They replied me with a fake airway bill no on 15/12/13. After that I have contacted their customer service, which is really pathetic, several times and they continued giving me fake info. Raised complaints, posted in there FB page. It has been 44 days now and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM NOT REFUNDED. I MY EXPERIENCE YEBHI IS CHEAT. DON'T USE THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE CHEATED.

                I have ordered clothes. According to Indian size it is showing M but it's small. I asked for exchange but they are giving silly reasons for the exchange. Policy states that it can be exchanged but they are not ready to do that. Many of them are facing problems with this products . So please stop this product and ban them

                  I paid to yebhi.com Rs 1349/ on 20/11/13 through online banking for a product (order no=YBH4803202) but they could not delivered the product.Than I again ordered an another item on 23/12/13 ( order no=YBH 4995164), but they also could not delivered the product. So I told them to refund my money to my bank A/C, But they do not refund my money till today.

                    Order YBH4939733 i have placed on Yebhi online on 13th Dec 2013. But order has not yest received. after inquiry of lot of mails and calla to customer care, it has been answered we are not able process your order, this i have received on 3rd Jan 2014. the reason yebhi told is due to stock issue. when i checked in online there is enough stock and 6-8 Days. Since i have used my CTIT reward points, yebhi not provided my reward point back, instead of that yebhi provided amount in their wallet. this they are making force to purchase on their site. After that i replaced same order YRO5053113 on 3rd jan 2014 i have not received any response. again i called up customer servise even they do not have details. this is make me lot follow up. my product not yet i have received.. I request you all do not place any order in yebhi. Yebhi do not looks customers satifaction. they are sitting for making money. quality of products also not good.

                      I Ordered a Necklace Set 0n 4th Jan 2014 From Yebhi Shopping site [Order No : YBH5055623 ] But I Received the Product damaged condition. The packing was really bad, necklace set was just wrapped up in Cover which was placed in ordinary plastic box and delivered to me. I launched complaint on the Yebhi. But those people are giving irresponsible answers and not accepting the damage was because of the improper packing. The precious jewel looks as duplicate one. I am struggling with them for past 2 weeks. They are not taking any steps nor ready to replace the product nor refund my money. Please help me out of it.

                        sir, i have purchased a blazer from yebhi.com but the blazer was not according to the prize as the quality of the garment was not good and it was not a proper fit. i asked the customer service representative for a refund/exchange but they are not listening towards it. as per according to refund rules they have forwarded me a mail regarding it when the blazer was delivered to me. Your cash back amount of 1000.00 has been credited to your Yebhi Wallet. Cashback can be used for any purchase on Yebhi.com till 15 Jan 2015. This amount will be debited from your wallet after this date, in case it is not utilised. In case you cancel or return this order after delivery have been completed, we will deduct the cashback amount from your refund. i will be highly obliged if a sympathetic consideration is given to my case. thanking you.

                          I booked the 673652M06 model in black on Jan 1st 2014. But there was no update in order status. I followed up with customer care and they said they are waiting for Vendor. FInally on Jan 12th i got a mail stating they were not able to dispatch.(and no phone calls!!!). Hence i contacted them and enquired. They said the product was damaged hence they were not able to dispatch. And note what they had added my money in my wallet :( and am leaving India on Jan 31st. And also now the product shows "Sold out" God knows to whom they sold it!!! So i had to quickly order another product. Hence i booked this Fashion Street Green Full Sleeves Women - Jackets 673652M24. And the same status. No upgradation in status and am getting same response from customer care. One person named "Raghu" from customer care just cut my call. :( They saying either to cancel the order or to wait for the status :( And they are not confirming the product will be delivered. Am waiting still for the status :( I am worried av lost 4000 bucks forever

                            Hi, This is Shishal. I have ordered an item form yebhi oder no:YBH5067475 on 6th Jan 2014. On 12th Jan I received an email saying your order is dispatched Tracking no: *EH[protected]IN* Now When I contacted customer care (via email and phone and facebook), They said it will take another 20 days because it was sent via speed post. So What I calculate is its 1 Months to deliver a product at my place. Now tell me when I purchased this product, It was clearly mentioned there that it will get delivered in 8-10 days. Here is exact wording *'In Stock - Delivery in 8-10 Days*'. So, Who is responsible for it ? Tell me what I will do with a winter jacket after 1 Month? So, I don't care whether its already dispatched, I want my money refunded right now in my bank account. I am not gonna wait to get it delivered and then returned.                               Dear Sir,

                              I have bought a mobile phone at www.yebhi.com on 27th November and paid Rs. 5999 for it by credit card EMI for Order No : YBH4843696. Meanwhile on same day i have found a another good deal on this mobile on other site so i had cancelled this order on the same day. After 2 days i got a message on my registered mobile [protected] that Amount Credited for Refund of YBH4843696 for 8447624. When i have received the credit card statement i came to know that EMI for this mobile purchase was included in the statement for payment. I had called the city bank, city bank have told me that they haven't received the refund from yebhi for this order.

                              I have tried calling to yebhi customer care number[protected] on 25th & 26th December for many times but phone was not picked up by their representative even i had paid for these unanswered calls. When i am not able to reach them by phones i have emailed them on 27th December for the inquiry on the refund.Even i have also complained at their facebook Customer Service page on 27th December 2013. On 28th December they have replied to my Facbook Query-
                              Hi Sohan, Please be informed that as per our refund policy, initially all refunds go to "My Wallet" section, thereafter, you need to click on "Initiate Cash Refund" option in My Orders within 30 days from the date of refund. Once your cash refund is received, we will refund your amount within 4 business days and it will reflect in the next billing cycle of your credit card.

                              They have also responded my email on 29th December -

                              Please be informed that the refund for your product has been credited to “My wallet” under “My order” section Dec 27th, 2013. The wallet amount can be used for your next purchase at Yebhi.com and remaining amount you can pay through online mode of payment. You can also check the remaining balance, if any, under My Wallet.

                              Please note the criteria for cash refund:

                              Payment of the order must have been done through single payment mode. Payment made through dual processor, Gift Voucher, Reward points, Cash Card, Y-cash, wallet will not be eligible for refund in cash.
                              'Refund in Cash' or Wallet Encashment Request will be allowed only up to 30 days from the date of refund made to your Wallet. Any request, by any means, for encashment beyond 30 days will not be accepted.

                              For my surprise they are telling me all these terms & conditions after 30 days of my order cancelled it was good If they have informed me about these terms & condition along with my order cancelled email that they have sent me.

                              Then i have complaint again at their customer care and they refuse to refund my amount and forcing me to buy any products from their website. These people are keeping my Rs. 5999 and i am paying the EMI of the product which i have never seen, what a joke www.yebhi.com is playing with customers.

                              I am a customer of yebhi since a long time and there is no such kind of terms & condition that time. Whenever i have cancelled an order they have refunded the amount in the payment channel from whom i had paid. Even all the online shipping site are following this rule and refunding the money in the same payment channel from which customer paid. But Yebhi instead for refunding this amount to credit card refunded it in wallet without informing me.

                              So please take the appropriate action against www.yabhi.com and help me in refunding my money.

                                On 24/12/2013 I placed an order for two shoes (order no YBH5000640 and order value is INR 1698.3). For this order they have provided incorrect air bill nos. . Then after 4-5 days later the amount was refunded to wallet. I have sent email to the customer support to refund the amount but they refused to refund my amount. Again I placed order for one formal shoe and one woman bag from my wallet(order nos YBH5032659 & YBH5032448 ) on 30/12/2013. For this order also the airway bill nos are incorrect while I checked online. shipping Provider: Blue Dart Normal Airway bill number:[protected] & [protected]

                                My order no YBH5032659 & YBH5032448 dated 3th December 2013 also refunded the amout to wallet on 2nd and 3rd January 2014. Then again I placed an order (order number YBH5065006) on 6th January for a formal shoe. For this item also they have intimated incorrect airway bill number and the amount is again refunded to wallet. Please do needfull action against yebhi.com

                                  I am coplaining against yebhi.com. I have bought a garment on 05/10/13 from yebhi.com. But till date i have not got the delivery of the item. When i contacted with them, they did give any positive response. Till date i have contacted them almost 10-15 times and all time they said me to wait for 48-72 hrs.
                                  On 22/12/13 when i requested them to refund my money, they denied to do so. Today when i contacted the customer care service of yebhi.com, they said me to wait for 48 hrs again.
                                  My order no was YBH4505751 and item code was MSFS-1778-CH.BLUE
                                  Please take strict action against yebhi.com as soon as possible.

                                    Please check the return order created CRO244118. I created this for the 2nd time today.

                                    The first time I created was about couple of days back. And I got a call from the Blue Dart people in the evening. When I told them that I am at work and I will be back after 7, they said they don't can't pick that late. I asked to come in the morning before 8. That also they denied. I told them to collect the parcel from the security for that also the denied!! For your kind information they have picked the parcel from the security once as per their request.

                                    I placed a complaint with Yebhi but sadly their is no action to it! And in turn I got this below email (some automated email) Its sad to see that before sending out such emails you don't even check once what is the status of the customer!

                                    Today again I recreated the Return Order and at 5.25 I got a call from Blue Dart and again they denied to come after 7 pm and to pick from security and just slammed the phone saying we will cancel. Why I have to go through this torture again and again????

                                    Resolve this asap as this is highly frustrating.

                                    Yebhi — Yebhi is Fraud

                                    Your website and your agent sucks. I placed an order and the order is been cancelled. Now I do not have my cash nor item. The agents says the company rules does not allow for a refund. This is the best way to make money. Great! I would never recommend anyone to purchase from Yebhi.

                                      i had placed an order with yebhi on 25th of oct 2013, it hasnt been delivered yet and nobody at the customer care is answering my calls since then. . i dont know what to do. .i cancelled the order today but im nt sure ill be getting refund or not. . i want my money back asap. .ordering at yebhi was abig big mistake. . i should have read some reviews before ordering. . my order no. is ybh4628871 thankyou

                                        yebhi.com commits that they shall give free vouchers on every new sign up as it is displayed on the page when you click on the sign up page on www.yebhi.com, by seeing that i did sign up as a new registration as [protected]@rediffmail.com ( on 6/11/2013), after that when i checked in my yebhi account and also my registered email id, there were no gift vouchers( 200, 300, 500 off and 1000 cashback, as displayed on yebhi sign up page). Then i called up yebhi customer care, their executive told me that they does not provide the vouchers instantly on sign up and shall provide within 48 hours, he even told that may be they would send in 2 hours. I was disappointed as all websites like MYNTRA.com, JABONG.com, WATCHKART.com and many more does provide offers as they are displayed. Till 8 november i they did not send me any vouchers, now 6 pm on 8th november i again called up yebhi cc, i was shocked as they told me that it could take 5 or 10 or more days( acc to their convenience ), and executive even told me that yes it is an offer but they do not commit about days on their sign up page. I felt CHEATED at that instant. I, ve been a CUSTOMER of yebhi from LAST 3 YEARS (when their name was bigshoebazar.com), i was one of their initial customers from a remote area like GURDASPUR, PUNJAB. I reside in VILLAGE- BABOWAL, and has to get to city to receive my couriers..yebhi can just checkout through my registered phone no [protected], i've ordered a lot many products through my other registered id with yebhi, more than 50 products, i would ask yebhi, just come and ask even the courier services of bluedart and DTDC or even fedex( they have been yebhi partners in courier) in my city, all those couriers have known me personally as i've would soon visit them to receive my couriers, Now i am really disappointed and felt cheated. This is it, and yebhi is now a big shopping site but they don't keep their promises any more...
