Hi 1. I have ordered a purchased from yebhi.com on 8/7/2014 order no YBH5733529. In this order had purchased two products. I am not satisfied with the quality. So I was returned both the products. But you refunded the money only one product and second product amount you added in my wallet. 2. I have second order YBH5727646 on 8/7/2014 in the order I had purchased two products. I was returned both the products. And you added amount in my wallet. The amount total is Rs 1148. This site is my wallet amount convert to 5740 coin (1148 X 5 = 5740) 3. I was purchased on voucher from this site. but it is not valid. Whenever I used this voucher I received message “this voucher is already used”. Cancel this voucher and refund my amount. I want my amount return in my account. I don’t want to use coin to purchase any product from yebhi site. In connection I already complaint in this site customer care executive. But still have not received my amount. This site is block my user id . so I am sending many mail in this site customer support team. But no response.

      Hi, A purchase of order item of Rs 1299 and order no -IN[protected] from yebhi.com was cancelled in the month of July 2014. Instead of money return from the site this amount got converted into 'ycoins' without my consent. I am not able to redeem my ycoins using yebhi.com purchases and by using its partner sites coupons. There were 2 separate coupons of foodpanda.com generated by me which are having same code as 'FPYBKVzNaQ' which is already used by some other person in Dec. 2014 (confirmed by foodbpanda.com). yebhi.com customer support number provided on their site is not operational - [protected] I want to get my refund for the cancelled purchase.         This is with reference my earlier mail regarding return my money . The following order I was purchased from yebhi site. 1. Order no. YBH5733529 dated 8/7/2014, In this order I had purchase two products. I was return both the products but you refunded the money only one products and second product amount you added in my wallet. 2. Order no YBH5727646 dated 8/2/2014, In this order I had purchase two products. I was return both the products amount you added in my wallet. 3. I was purchased One voucher form your site. but its not valid. Whenever I used this voucher I received message "This voucher is already used". Cancel this voucher and refund my money. I want my money return in my account, I don't want to use coin to purchase any product from your site. In this connection I already complaint in your customer care executive. but still I have not received my amount.

The choice given for the vouchers are very poor and is of low value. This is a huge inconvenience for me.

            We are one on the seller on yebhi who used to supply merchandise to yebhi.com. Company has declared to be closed suddenly and clearly denying to pay any outstanding. We have outstanding of 35000 but they are simply saying file the case, we cannot do anything. Even not releasing our FORM C. How can they simply play with the agreement and laws without any fear. Company still doing online business with different format but means yebhi did not have clear intentions

But i guess they dont value customer's who have been with them in their hey days... Have written upteem number of mails to their C.E.O. Mr. Manoj Agarwal but in vain... Please help me in processing the refund for order no-YBH5739244 Would request you take the matter very seriously with Yebhi.com so none of the Indian Consumers can be taken for granted...                 First of all they did not delivered my product but money charged in Dec’13. Later they converted wallet money into coins which. When I called customer care, they said that its not their policy to inform the customer before any such change. Second, I have to buy 6 to 7 different products as vouchers are of 100/ Rs. each for 500 coins. Third, there's no proper authentication and response from the Yebhi customer care guys. Sometimes they keep us on hold for more than 15 minutes or sometimes disconnect calls(happened with many of my friends too)Totally I think they are planning to take money instead returning it. The coins that we have in our account can be used to buy coupons for different sites like Jabong.com, flipkart.com. When I tried to contact their customer care regarding how to use the coupons, they didn't have any idea regarding any coupons from yebhi that can be used on their site. I have purchased from other online sites as well, but there is no fraud like Yebhi, they are crystal clear in their policies unlike Yebhi. on 12th december i converted my coins in to Snapdeal.com vouchers (conversion was 1000 coins = Rs 200 voucher of snapdeal.com) but to my surprise, voucher was valid for 1 day only i.e to us it by 12th december'14 only !!! Unfortunately i couldnt buy and now my money is lost. i wrote to [protected]@yebhi.com to extend the validity or to replace vouchers with extended validity, but they do not have any habit to revert or reply !!! they do not have any customer care number on their site. the number provided earlier[protected] do not work... I'm cursing myself that why i entered into this site to buy :-( After my earlier complaint dated 15.12.2014, I received a call from Mobile Number [protected] and the person called me just asked " what is the issue with Yebhi.com" and even before listen to me he disconnected the call after 5-10 seconds only !!! pathetic customer care and services by YEBHI.COM Please consider my request and do needful. thanks Naveen Goel [protected]

                  After my this complaint, I received a call from Mobile Number [protected] and the person called me just asked " what is the issue with Yebhi.com" and even before listen to me he disconnected the call after 5-10 seconds only !!!

Buti recieved another product from Yebhi.com by speed post.Then i contact yebhi customer care the reply me to send a mail to the supportyebhi.com with some snapshots of the item I recieved. I send the mail on 29 august, but till now i have not recve any response from yebhi after i call many times to yebhi customer care but no rply from there. But to my surprise the amount was converted to Wallet and I m provided 100 Rs vouchers to use for any other products. I just want my money back not the vouchers.                           Hello, Very dishearting given the service provided by yebhi.com...i have been associated with yebhi for almost four years when they were big shoe bazzar...for reference my user id with yebhi is [protected]@rediffmail.com order no-YBH5739244...had purchased an addidas t-shirt from the website as there was a size issue i had returned the product...on completion of their quality check rs 599 was credited to my mentioned user id with yebhi...as per policy i can utilize the amount(rs 599) in my account as and when i make a purchase from the website ...to my surprise and shock yebhi has gone ahead and converted the amount into some coins which is applicable for purchase at different website...Firstly i have made the purchase with YEBHI.COM. so am noy concern with any other e commerce website...secondly without intimating me they have gone ahead and converted the amount into some coins as mentioned earlier...I wirtten upteem number of mails to co founder Mr. Manmohan Agarwal but in vain ...Guess INSTEAD of having a CUSTOMER FIRST ATTITUDE they are building a CUSTOMER LAST ATTITUDE...I am disappointed because have been purchasing with them for past four years...Would request you intervention for the same for REFUND of Rs 599/- Regards, pradeep shetty mob-[protected]

                            Hi Despite of multiple time unsubscription of email notification. still I'm receiving the email, can someone from Yebhi explain me this why this is happening or yebhi is not able to handle this kind of request. my email id is manas.[protected]@zensar.in this need to removed at earliest and also if possible need to deactivate the account as the request is not being handled properly. the reason why every time i unsubscribe it says that the request will be completed within 72 hrs which is more than a week for me now.

                                it was shipped on 12-aug-2014

                                they are not responding to my mails.

                                when ever i'm calling to them, they are telling that we have forwarded to concern team, they will look into this,

                                they are not refunding the amount

                                almost i've wasted my money 60/- only for calling to the customer care.

                                pls look into this.

                                  Hi Team, I have placed an order from my debit card.After one week of order placement and repeated calls to customer care, they gave an explanation that product is not available and for this reason they themselves cancelled my order. Yebhi asked me to send a mail with my Bank account details, I followed the same but instead of crediting the money to my Bank account as discussed with customer care, they refunded it to yebhi wallet. This happened twice with the same order. Later they converted wallet money worth Rs. 699 into coins which could not be converted into vouchers as this coins program was not yet completely introduced in Yebhi.                                   I lost my money too 2140 Rs converted to only 2900 coins not sure how ?
                                  they say 1 rs = 5 coin.

                                  They drunk our money :(

                                    Hi Team, I have placed an order with number:YBH5479077on 23 Apr 2014 with EMI process from HDFC Credit card, after repeated calls they have been failed to deliver my order in time and for this reason I cancelled my order on 13 May 2014 and as per the request and money back Yebhi asked me to send a mail, I followed the same and sent a mail on 14 May 2014. But instead of debiting my first month EMI into my account they are converted it into points which has not in progress and the points program has been not yet been completely introduced in Yebhi. When I called to customer care, they siad that the points program has been introduced on 1 Sep 2014, but I cancelled my order on 13 May 2014 itself. Second, they have been deducting my rest of the EMIs from my HDFC Credit Card after cancelling my Order. Third, there's no proper authentication and response from the Yebhi customer care guys. Totally I think they are planning to rob the money instead returning it. I have purchased from other online sites as well, but there is no fraud like Yebhi, they are crystal clear in their policies unlike Yebhi.                                       This order was placed on 17 aug 2014 and the order was not delivered and i have spoken to customer care four times.First the customer care executive said that the order could not be delivered and said the amount will be refunded back into the bank account and after few days again i called back the care center executive said the amount would be returned in the form of coins and they did not returned and again i called the care executive on 23 sep 14 he said the order was not cancelled and it will take 10 more days to refund in the form of coins.I requested the care executive to initiate a full refund but he denied and said i am help less.

                                        Damaged product delivered & not taking back I have purchased blue belt on 8/23/2014 2:12:57 PM of rupees 499.00 which i received within a week but it's material is not admirable as they have described. So i have tried to return that product through their site, I called them more then ten times & also mailed their given [protected]@yebhi.com mail id. But they have not replied me single time & today when i have called them on their customer care number[protected], they have said their return policy is changed so they can not take back this product.
