Hi Team,
I have placed an order from my debit card.After one week of order placement and repeated calls to customer care, they gave an explanation that product is not available and for this reason they themselves cancelled my order. Yebhi asked me to send a mail with my Bank account details, I followed the same but instead of crediting the money to my Bank account as discussed with customer care, they refunded it to yebhi wallet. This happened twice with the same order. Later they converted wallet money worth Rs. 699 into coins which could not be converted into vouchers as this coins program was not yet completely introduced in Yebhi. When I called customer care, they said that its not their policy to inform the customer before any such change. Second, I have to buy 6 to 7 different products as vouchers are of 100/ Rs. each for 500 coins. Third, there's no proper authentication and response from the Yebhi customer care guys. Sometimes they keep us on hold for more than 15 minutes or sometimes disconnect your calls(happened with many of my friends too)Totally I think they are planning to take my money instead returning it.
The coins that we have in our account can be used to buy coupons for different sites like Jabong.com, flipkart.com. When i tried to contact their customer care regarding how to use the coupons, they didn't have any idea regarding any coupons from yebhi that can be used on their site.
I have purchased from other online sites as well, but there is no fraud like Yebhi, they are crystal clear in their policies unlike Yebhi.
Please consider my request and do needful.
