This is regarding my orders at Yebhi.com. I ordered shoes and my order # YBH5758405. This order was cancelled by Yebhi and instead of refunding the amount, they credited the amount to "My Wallet" of Yebhi. I called them and requested them to refund my amount as I have paid it, i.e. to my bank account, which they declined. So just to recover my money with them, I order again and paid some additional amount for this order. The second order # ADR5766866, which again they have cancelled and again the amount is credited to "My Wallet" of Yebhi, instead of transferring to my bank account. They are no product the buy on Yebhi, all are showing as sold out. If we get anything to buy, Yebhi is not shipping it and instead banking our money in their account.
I request to please refund my amount back to my bank account. Thank you.

Just after posting this complaint, i received a call from number +91-[protected] claiming to be from yebhi and asking details of my credit card and bank balance.
When i told him that how will you confirm you from yebhi, he disconnected the phone.
