On August 31st, I ordered two items and my payment was successful but my orders are not placed. I have been calling them since 31st no response. Now they have converted my money into coins you can buy voucher from that of other company. This is ridiculous. So many complaints have been raised. I feel This is their system to loot the money from so many innocent people. They should be punished.

    Atlast I recovered my Money struck with Yebhi (2344/=) through jabong vouchers. I was to try 23 times to get 23 vouchers each Rs.100 and that too it was possible only with jabong and no other onlline shopping sites!!! Relieved from Yebhi cheating and harassement gone through in last one month!!!

      Hi I had ordered 2 shipments from yebhi.com on 3rd august. (order no YBH5728745 and YBH5728275) worth INR 18500. They confirmed the delivery on 5th august but no product was delivered. When connected with customer care they said product was defective hence the product would not be shipped and money refunded. I have been following up with the vendor for over 1 month yet no positive response has been received. They took my bank details for refund however no response has been received yet. Now for last 15 days, there is no response from their side. Their customer care numbers are not working and also no acknowledgement mails are received which I used to get earlier. Kindly help.       Just after posting this complaint, i received a call from number +91-[protected]+91-[protected] claiming to be from yebhi and asking details of my credit card and bank balance.

      When i told him that how will you confirm you from yebhi, he disconnected the phone.

          i had refund for Rs around 2800 on site, and now when i am trying to ask them to refund they are telling me that they cannot be refunded, u you have to buy vouchers for the same, I tried redeeming Vouchers, and i see that there are no available vouchers on the site, What kind of cheating is this ? they take money from customers, and dont provide with refund nor other benfit and pocket the money themselves ??? I have even mailed them but no response, This is simply not accetable being customer. Plz. help and call in case any details needed call on : [protected].

            Yebhi.com Order No: YBH5735450, Date: 8/8/2014, Rs. 2437.6 paid via net banking are not delivered yet and the money is also not refunded. Lots of mails were sent to Customer Support but no reply. Lots of calls to Customer Care No., but only one tricky answer “complain ticket no. issued and will be solved by 2/3 working days. They booked the shipment at First Flight Normal via AWB on 09/08/2014 but not shipped, so that I could not cancel the order by myself and the money could be retain in their a/c. In this way they are starting to earn money by cheating the customers. Therefore I am leaving my hope on you, so that I can get my money back. Regards Manash Protim Nath Mob.No.[protected]

              Order id returned to Yebhi 8/8/2014. Out of the 3 articles returned refund for 2 processed. But for the 3rd one refund not processed till date. Repeatedly writing to them & calling customer care for my refund but every time the same story it will be processed in a day or two. Horiible site to shop anything.

              Got the refund today in my bank account but it was really hard to fight for a small sum. Posted many negative comments on FB wall of Yebhi, that might be the reason they have processed the refund.

                Problem in our country is that we as citizen don't have strong grievance redressal system. Yebhi like companies makes best use of looting the customers. I want to take up with Consumer forum but it is a long process!! Because of this many o[censored]s don't take legal action. IF IN OUR COUNTRY BASED ONLINE COMPLAINTS WITH DOCS, IF POLICE AND CONSUMER FORUM'S START TAKING ACTIONS ON THOSE COMPANIES INDULGE IN FRADULENT ACTIVITIES, THEN WE CAN FEEL THAT WE ARE LIVING IN A SAFE COUNTRY WHERE CITIZENS AND CUSTOMERS ARE PROTECTED. HOPE TO WISH THAT TO HAPPEN...??????!!!

                  I ordered 4-5 items from this store but when i received the items one of the item was wrong. As it was coming in 30 days return policy. I tried to contact them but their phone no. were not working, so I sent mails but no. reply at least 15 mails I had sent but not a single reply i got. So i started searching online their alternate costumer care no. and daily in between 10 to 5 i used to try their no. After 15 days I got through their no. but they rudely refused to return and told that policy has changed now. I told them, when I purchased it was clearly under 30 days return policy, so now if you have changed your policy at least you should have some provision for purchasing under old policy.But they were so rude and not interested to even listen to me. So now I have no choice but to keep these things although it is of my no use.

                        Yebhi is the BIGGEST fraud online shopping company. I had similar experience which many others are facing in last one month or so.Now Yebhi is calling Wallet money as coins. Instead of REFUND they are crediting in terms of coins. One has to buy voucher (100/=) and then you have to use with concerned company like jabong, Myntra etc. UNFORTUNATELY IF YOU WANT TO USE THIS VOUCHER YOU CAN'T USE DISCOUNT VOUVHER OFFERED BY THE COMPANIES LIKE JABONG, MYNTRA ETC!!! ULTIMATELY YOUR MONEY WHICH WAS PAID WHEN IT WAS EARLIER YABHI HAS BEEN LOOTED!!! I WISH POLICE DEPT SUO MOTO FILE F.I.R. AGANIST THIS COMPANY. THIS IS FIRST OF ITS KIND IN THE HISTORY OF ONLINE SHOPPING!!!
                        I have the same problem. In fact i told them to credit back on my card two months back ...they dint do it and suddently they have changed it to coins...thats not the only problem. I have ten thousand points...how many vouchers should i buy? and I can t use all the vouchers at same time...how many times should i buy on the websites. I want to file a case ..please can people help. Does anyone work in media? can we bring this cheating to light?
                        Yebhi keep doing cheating with customers!!! Who are you to dictate terms to customers to buy from other companies the money which we paid to yebhi??? Who are you to hold back our money?????

                          This is to bring it to your notice. That I have ordered a belt but I did not get the same one which I have ordered. I am keep on trying yebhi.co customer care number however its not connecting. I have written several mail to them but so far I did not get revert on mail i also left my number but no call backs. I have shopped from small websites as well the big one but never face such a bad experience as I got with Yebhi. They are not even bothered for their customers. I'll make sure I will not order anything from Yebhi also I will post on all the social media websites the review of Yebhi. Thank god I did not order anything with a big amount.                               This is regarding my orders at Yebhi.com. I ordered shoes and my order # YBH5758405. This order was cancelled by Yebhi and instead of refunding the amount, they credited the amount to "My Wallet" of Yebhi. I called them and requested them to refund my amount as I have paid it, i.e. to my bank account, which they declined. So just to recover my money with them, I order again and paid some additional amount for this order. The second order # ADR5766866, which again they have cancelled and again the amount is credited to "My Wallet" of Yebhi, instead of transferring to my bank account. They are no product the buy on Yebhi, all are showing as sold out. If we get anything to buy, Yebhi is not shipping it and instead banking our money in their account. I request to please refund my amount back to my bank account. Thank you.

                                I just ordered a product from yebhi(order number YBH5735474). But i got a damage product, When i tried to contact customer service using ([protected]@yebhi.com) and i can't get them using phone number ([protected], [protected] etc). There is no return product option

                                    I placed an order after referring to their return & refund policy, which basically said if cancelled the money would be refunded back to yebhi.com wallet. Which later can be either used at yebhi.com later or refunded back in cash. The order was not dispatched in 6 days so i cancelled and money was refunded back to yebhi.com wallet. Now during this they changed the whole website and even the return & refund policy. I had a hard time finding a way to speak to someone at Yebhi.com as they don't even have a working Customer Care number. Below is what i was answered: Wallet money cannot be refunded now according to new policy. You are bound to spend it on yebhi.com by buying a voucher for some other merchant like flipcart, jabong etc They don't care about the old policy, to which many customers agreed and spent money which is now stuck at yebhi.com wallet. I wish yebhi.com runs out of business completely, gets its website hacked and shut off.
                                    Almost same happened with me too. They refuse to return the item because now they have changed the policy.but when i ordered it had 30 days return policy but now costmr care is not even bothering.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings!!! Yebhi.com has accepted the orders : YBH5736719, YBH5735975, YBH5736097, YBH5747786. I made payment through my credit card. Then Yebhi.com FAILED to deliver the products and refunded the money to WALLET (all the wallet money that is accumalated till date is due to FAILURE of their SELLERS to deliver the products of accepted order), where I am compelled to BUY some other products from them. My requirement was only those items which I have ordered, not any item they sell. They have not REFUNDED the money to my credit card account through which I made the payment. I made several requests to Yebhi.com to REFUND as it is their mistake in not delivering the product. But they did not oblige. Either they have to send the products I ordered or they should REFUND I request you to take up this complaint and considering it has case of "CHEATING the Customer" as they have failed to deliver the product saying out of stock and inturn failed REFUND money to my credit card account citing some reasons. . Yebhi is not responding. I raised once again REFUNd issue with their Ref.No.410872 dt 23-8-14 but they have not refunded. In the mean time using my money in possession of Yebhi I placed another orderYBH5749786 and YBH5758880, YBH5759070. But yebhi on their own canelled the order. Thus they are neither sending the products nor making REFUND to my credit card account. This is never seen with any business company/online shops where literally they take money and don't provide products. This needs to be brought to the awareness of public so that they can be careful while dealing with Yebhi. Now a days Yebhi is following another trick. They display some products at very reasonable price. Customers pay and order for that. Then yebhi will say product is out of stock and credit the money to wallet and compel to buy some other product. when you try for another product the story repeats. Thus Yebhi is "locking the money" without REFUND. I have several cases with order no. This is ultimate cheating. How to bring the Yebhi.com to JUSTICE???????                                         Hi All, Some days back I bought a product at yebhi.com for Rs.1000/- and after sometime I cancelled it. Instead of refunding money, they have given points that worth Rs. 1000/- on my wallet of Yebhi account. Now, I am trying to use the available point. I am unable to buy any product on this site, it is redirecting to other online shopping sites like flipkart, zovi, myntra etc whenever I select a product, where I cannot use my points. Now, I feel like I lost 1000/- as all of their customer support numbers are out of order. Please help me to get my 1000/- refund back to my account or help me to get a product from yebhi.                                         I was also cheated in the same manner. I ordered a kurta. After a week they said it is not available and credited that amount to my wallet. Now suddenly their site has changed and the money is put as coins and there is no way to use it. Never had this kind of experience in online shopping. There are plenty of good sites this is the only one that cheats its customers. Please let me know if you figure out some way to use those coins.
