Hello ,
this guys from yebhi.com made me wait for my refund from :5/21/2011 . i contacted thier support and then made to wait again and after they came to touch with me after 2 conversation they said already cheque is delieverd. if the cheque is delivered then who recieved it if my parents or me dint collect it? they are not even giving me the airway or courier number and also i asked for which account they had sent the cheque to they dint reply to any of these and i m tired of replying . i have the right to know atleast who recieved it or for whose account cheque was sent cause i had never sent them any info of any of our bank account info..

I Bought a sandals and when i opened the box they were in bad condition and i requested them for the reverse and i did that many times and finally i got that on 12 Nov an since that time i did not get any call from their outbound team for the refund or anything and i have no idea whom to talk and called many times but no answer and put me on hold still nothing to do ...

I think they people are just to put us in trouble and what is the need of their Customer support and toll free number if nobody Answers.
I had ordered KURTA for my wife- on10/09/2014 . My order umber is ADR5767085. I have not received product yet and no any info updated on site.I had sent number of emails to [protected]@yebhi.com but no reply. Please look into.
ALL costumer care no are out of service.no communication with yebhi end.I am totally upset

    i would like to complain about the Bigshoebazaar.com or Yebhi.com and online shopping company.

    I was cheated by the Yebhi.com or Bigshoebazaar.com company. they are operating with the false company
    its regarding the 2 cases 1) refund not received 2) gift voucher as its date has been expired...
    i have ordered 2 slippers from ur web site out of which 1 was of small size i called for refund of the same it was adidas slippers on 17 of april the boy from yebhi took the slippers and that’s it..i inquired many times for the same lastly i was told that they will call as the refund is made.........
    after this again i ordered 2 more slippers adidas men 12 used a gift voucherof rs 1000 + made some payment and called customer care after order that plz check and deliver the articleof size as i ordered in the same month april again the articles delivered was not of size i ordered (short) i again called and politely asked not waste further my time and send me the proper size and take back the delivered things...... again a reverse pick up is maid and i was told that the gift voucher will be generated of the same amount and you can shop any thing again...despite of many calls i was not told about any thing...finally the gift voucher is generated after more then a month wait and was mailed on Wed, May 9, 2012 at 3:44 PM which was valid till 15 may 2012 i was not informed for the same,i was out of town and could access my mail now when i hv returned found that the website is notworking from 15 may onwards i called customer care again and wad told that u’ll be contacted fromrefund ASAP PLEASE WAIT. no reply yet i have been mailing, calling u @ [protected]@yebhi.com, from last 1 week continuously STILL NO REPLYnow please let me know that is buying a product from yebhi.com is such a big punishment i have to call u mail you select the product then return u again call u mail u finally wait for reply and u silently shut down your web site.and all my details are in my acc plz find then from there

      after so many complaints I got a cll from yebhi that they are sending me 150 Rs voucher as apologise.BUt again a fake committment by yebhi.Still waiting for the voucher
      finally I got an apologise call from Yebhi Customer care team and got a Gift Voucher as an aplogise from yebhi.Atleast Yebhi...Cares for customers

        i recharged my mobile from yebhi.com on 8 may and amout is debited from my account but my recharge is not done after so many complaints on there email adress there is not any reply from co. so i posted my complaint on yebhi facebook page after that co. officer call me an told me that co. recived ur amount after some time so ur recharge is not done by our syestum an ur amount is refunded on that day an amount shows in next four days in your bank account but amonut is no credited in my account an
        again i placed a complaint on yebhis fb page than co. officer call me an told me that plz remove ur complaint from our page it give nagetive effect to our coustomer an your problum is solve with in 24 hours but after so many time again no reply from co.

        It seems great that the company is taking initiative to solve the consumer issues. Sometimes, because of the technical issues such problems occur but if the company is taking enough measures to keep the customers happy and content, that should be appreciated!!
        I have never faced any problem while shopping from Yebhi!!! It's one good site that listens to its customers with great customer support :)

          I have received my yebhi order no YBH1481257 on 30th april'2012 through blue dart courier AWB No -[protected]. on checking the items,
          i found one item (Product code[protected];Brand-Nirlon is damage(bend) condition and for that the lid/cover cannot be fitted. On 1st may'2012, i emailed them about the damage product. they had sent me an email on 1st may'2012 and gave me a Complaint number CC[protected].The email also said they would response to me within 24hrs. But even after 30 hrs ,i got no reply. Then i email again 0n the 2nd may'2012. then they replied " we have checked, the order number YBH1481257 has delivered to you on 28th April 2012. Since, you stated that you have
          received the damage article. We are sorry to inform you that we will not be able to accept your return as you
          have informed us on 1st of May 2012."
          issue has been resolved some extend

            Respected Sir,

            There were two orders placed on 13th April'12 and the product delivery was received somewheer between 16th April'12 to 20th April'12. An request was made on 30th April'12 for size change as the size was not fitting to the kids foot. But unnecessary policies were being disclosed at the moment the complaint was lodged & it was said that the replacement is not possible. Only refund can be done and the products can be collected back if wanted but no replacement. Would request you to interefere into this matter and get it resolved.

                I have purchased two articles from online shopping site Yebhi.com.My order no was YBH1018393,dated 15/1/2012.
                Out of two article one was defective.Accordingly I called the customer care and returned both the article via DTDC courier(K[protected].
                They have received the CN but told that only 1 article was there in the packet.Then I have confirmed with courier and found that weight at the time of booking and delivery was same.So no question of discrepancy from courier part.and the same thing I have intimated to Yebhi.com with proof from courier.But they denied and refunded only one article.They were supposed to bear the cost of courier also but they dint.
                Please help.

                Hi Sir/Madam,

                I had purchased a shoe form yebhi.com online( order code ; YBH966849 ) for size number 5 and had been delivered size 6. I was issued a gift voucher for the same amount ,e.i. 1400.00 Rs, which i could avail within 3 month's to purchase yebhi products. Second time also i opted for the same shoe ( order code ; YBH1000321) which showed size 5 and again on delivery received the same shoe with size 6 in the same shoe box. This time when i returned back the show and the people for yebhi refund dept. contacted me, i had directed them to refund the amount for Rs 1400.00 to my citibank credicard. first they denied for the refund instead said will send a cheque for the same amount in 10-12 business days and when told them would lodge a complain , they had put me through their refund manager mr biju. Biju promised me to refund the amount to my credit card a/c not refund have been done till dates and it's been two weeks that they are telling we will refund and they haven't. Also it is me the customer who is always calling yebhi.com , nobody from yebhi had tried to followup with me, whether the refund has been processed or the refund is going to be delayed.
                And today as i called up yebhi.com and asked to transfer the call to mr biju, i got a reply he is in a meeting. I had lost my pacience of waiting for refund and would like you to take a strict action toward yebhi.com. As the a doing fraud in open that to online. I have to pay my credit card bill for not which i have purchased. If you would required i will also provide you the creditcard detail when i purchased the shoe.
                They have solved my complain after publishing at ConsumerComplaints.in.
                i totally agree with you, i think its help customer to resolve our issues quickly without wasting time and online support team are well trained to resolve the problems of the customer. online portal help customers to save money and energy of the customer to make a follow up on call and emails !!

                  I purchased a shirt and perfume for Rs 2500/ online from http://emartindia.yebhi.com on 19 Februry 2012.
                  Order id is: EMT1152732
                  They sent an SMS that my items have been shipped using DTDC Consignment D09027813
                  When I tracked the consignment on 22 Februry on DTDC website, I got shock to see that the items have been delivered but I didnot recieved any of the items.
                  Inspite of my various complaints by email and phone to Yebhi.com, they till date have not given any resoution.
                  Their customer service is worst and they don't track previous customer communication history and on each call/email, they open a new incident and it all begins again.

                  It has been 10 times at least, they keep you on IVR for more than 30 minutes once you press 2 for order status on number[protected] thay you have to disconnect the call in frustration.

                  Complaint id from yebhi.com is:
                  CC[protected] lodged on Saturday, February 25, 2012 4:10 PM but NO RESULTION till date

                  I tried to find myself that where they deliverd the consignment and after my continuous efforts to find it and running between various DTDC offices, I somehow managed to get DTDC Delivery Run Sheet which is attached with this complaint.


                  Any illeterate delivery boy delivered it to wrong address as I never recieved it and when I called the reciever's number mentioned in Delivery Run Sheet , he refused to talk. On Delivery Run Sheet there is not my signature and mobile number.
                  I am frustrated and irate. I would suggest not to buy anything from Yebhi.com.
                  I don't have any hope from them but from indian consumer court now.
                  I want my items or I will have to report the entire episode to consumer court.

                    i had ordered shoes from yebhi.com on 15th january 2012 with order no.-YBH1017156 which was delivered to me by ARAMEX with Airway bill number: [protected] .but i found the shoes to be of poor quality so i called them for reverse pick up but they could'nt arrange for one so they said to send it to them.I send it to them by DTDC with consignment no.-D08016345 on 2nd feb 2012 which reached them on 6th feb 2012 .i got a call from them for conformation of receipt of returned product and said that i will be attended witin 24 hr which i was not...so i called them ,they gave the excuse that your request is on process & that i will called back within 24 hrs but i was'nt...after that i had called them many times but they give me the same exuse that they will call back within 24 hr which they never do....my complaint no with yebhi.com is-cc[protected]
                    I placed two orders on YEBHI.COM with details as below:-
                    1. Order # YBH727060- In this I placed order for two betsheets on October 26,2011. What they deliver was a bedsheet and one pair of shoes which i returned back on Nov 5th, 2011 via bluedart. with AWB # [protected].
                    2. Order # YBH707862 -In this I placed order for 4 puma T-shirt, all Medium size. Our of which one was delivered as Small size which i returned back on Nov, 5th 2011. via Bluedart AWB # [protected]
                    Both the shipment were delivered on Nov 7, 2011 and from that day to till date I have called them atlease 15 times. All they have done is that raising below complaint :-

                      I have purchased Two watches from Yebhi .com( Oct 2011), The quality of the watches soo poor that after about 40 days of delivery both the watches starps was damaged. Then I contacted there coustomer care in dec 2011, and they assured me that the will replace the watches and they arranged for pick-up. On my surprise they same packet was again delivred to me. when I contacted with them they said by mistake they have send the same packet .On my several discussions, they again arranged for pick-up. Again no revert come from them and when I have inquired they have refuded me the amount for one watch and assured me that the second will follows. i am requlary in touch with them but till now no solution has been provided. Every time they said they will call back but they never turned up.Now I almost know all the persons working in there customer support. Ranjan, Upansana,Karan, Anjali,Luxmi,Jatin,Anupama,Vasim,Gurpreet,Jaswant,karan arora,Gitanlai, .

                      Yebhi.com — Low quality products

                      Bought school bag from Yebhi.com and bag quality was so bad that it was not even in usable condition after 15 days. Tried return with yebhi but they refused to stand by quality. Selling really low quality stuff on website.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have ordered a shoe in Yebhi.com and my Order no. YBH905348 Order value:2379.00 at Yebhi.com on 13th December 2011. I found some problem with shoe which was not fitting on my foot so I have mailed on [protected]@yebhi.com on 28th Dec. 2011 as mentioned on site. I have waited till one month for reply from Yebhi.com but no response. After that one day I called to customer care of Yebhi.com and they provided a mail of amit.[protected]@yebhi.com; on which I have resent all issues on 29th Jan' 2012. But I never get back any response from his side or any others from Yebhi.com own-self. After a long followed with customer care on phone they have picked my shoes on 6th Feb 2012 and I was told that you will get money or return the shoe within 8 days .

                        After that I have sent so many mails to Amit but no response from his side. I am doing call continuous on Yebhi but still no exact update. Everytime when I made a call to customer care their executive give me only one reply "will be get back within 24 hours" but that 24 hours never came.

                        Now my Hard cash and shoes both are with them and I don't have exact update what is going on. Due to this I am very much disturb and sleepless night. As a customer Rs. 2379.00 is very much value for me.

                        They are promising a lot on site towards customer satisfaction but in real there is no service and feeling their response when customer is in trouble and there is no time frame for solution.

                        I have all the mails which was sent by me.
                        The same issue with me, bloody cheats.

                        Don't buy anything from this website, they don't have anything as return policy.. Bloody thugs will tell you that customer executive came and rang the bell which would never happen to collect the product.

                        I would never recommend them and would file a suit against them in consumer court, would make sure they have to repay for all the hassle..

                              i placed order on 4/1/12 for rebook deodrants and puma shoes....order was short delivered,as seen apparent from sealed packet dat puma shoes r absent...i refused order after consultation wid customer care..packet was sealed n reached their warehouse....they gave me credit of Rs 203 in form of gift voucher only inlieu of reebok deodrants......10 days passed they still not provide me credit for puma shoes worth Rs501..i wrote them several email n talk 2 their customer care but in vain.i was very much mentally harrashed by them.....now i want u 2 provide me justice inform of refund...i will be very thankful to you.

                                My father has gifted me this Tablet and your person doesnt bother to take a response.

                                The tablet is pathetic. Internet can be worked only with one Internet Dongle which is Huawei 173 and i have gone to 8 galleries and it is not available at all

                                I also spoke to the Funtab empoyee. His no is [protected]. His name is Naresh every time he comes up with a new excuse. I asked him to provide the solution but he himeself is cluless of his own product.

                                I am at mercy of Yebhi.com. an amount of 8000 is not easy amount which i can forget

                                I am wondering is someone can help me in this.

                                I HAVE SENT A MAIL TO YEBHI AND ALSO SPOKE TO FUNTAB THEY SAY THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have purchased one Nokia Asha 200 mobile and a Memory card from "Yebhi.com" order no. "YBH1022280" on 16th Jan. 2012. for which I have paid through Credit Card, today is 27th Jan. but the mobile & memory card not yet deliver.

                                    followups:
                                    1. When I ordered online I have got an message that "will ship in 48 Hrs." (I have copy of that).
                                    2. When I called at customer care, they told me that this order will reach you in 7 days.
                                    3. After 3-4 days when i called at customer care, they told me that order will ship in 7 days from their end and reach you on 8th or 9th day.
                                    4. After continuous followup on 27 Jan. (after 11th day) they inform me that they can not deliver the order and they can return the money.
                                    5. They also inform me that return of money process will take 5-7 working days.

                                    Issue:- I am not able to understand what action I can be taken against them. I am already harrased for 11 days, money already deducted and generated in Statement. money will return in my credit card a/c, if I paid dues, this will charge me Double. If i did't pay dues and they will delay in return the money and I will be charge for credit card interest then who will paid the charges.

                                    Pls. help me and advise

                                    u wer a fool 2do online payment through your credit card...dis is a lesson for u 2 make u realise dat online payment is not smartness but foolishness...wat i can suggest u now is complaint against the higher management level of YEBHI co.
                                    and make sure dat whenever u do online shopping always choose cash on delivery option...

                                      YEBHI.COM is a total fraud site, they have charged me for 2 products and dispatched only one mentioned in the bill as well And I am contacting these frauds from the past 5-6 days and none of the concerned person is reverting back with the solution. Now after so much of disgusting calls I have decided to escalate the case to consumer court.
                                      As they are neither refunding my money nor dispatching the product.

                                        Hi My name is Jyotsna Lijo. I have purchased a Polo T-shirt (Peter England) From Yebhi.com online on 24 October 2011 and i have made the payment of 1423 INR. Delivery has to be done in Qatar and they said yes it will be done within Seven days. I have paid 924 INR for Courier and 499INr for the T-shirt all together 1423 INR.But till the time product has noot been deliverd.I spoke to them as well and they said it will be done in next 2 days.Now It's been 22 days.Please help me to get out of this issue.
