I have purchased Two watches from Yebhi .com( Oct 2011), The quality of the watches soo poor that after about 40 days of delivery both the watches starps was damaged. Then I contacted there coustomer care in dec 2011, and they assured me that the will replace the watches and they arranged for pick-up. On my surprise they same packet was again delivred to me. when I contacted with them they said by mistake they have send the same packet .On my several discussions, they again arranged for pick-up. Again no revert come from them and when I have inquired they have refuded me the amount for one watch and assured me that the second will follows. i am requlary in touch with them but till now no solution has been provided. Every time they said they will call back but they never turned up.Now I almost know all the persons working in there customer support. Bad experince again
I think they people are just to put us in trouble and what is the need of their Customer support and toll free number if nobody Answers.
