    i purchased a pair of sleeper from site www.yebhi.com cost Rs.99. i made online payment via net banking facility on my bank account. they deducted money for 2pair of sleepers,i.e.,Rs.198. then few days back they just sent a mail that your refund is in process. i also got a message on my mobile on next morning og booking that my product has been dispatched,but message was only half received. i went to their courier service in my city and she said that nothing can't be done. i am feeling helpless.
    i have order for Flippers-CHNSM-5 BLK/RED-Adult 11(EURO 45) and my order number is- YBH697614_Trans_[protected] and tracking number which i got in message is[protected].
    i want refund of 99rs. for that extra pair and also the one which i have really ordered for as soon as possible.

        I have made an order having order no YBH673410 on dated 14th of October 2011.Every time i called on yebhi customer care I got assured to deliver the product same day.But even after passing more than 10 days I am still waiting for the delivery,Moreover I One of My order having Order No YBH673297,delivered on 19th October 2011.But it was a defective One.It felt they sell Rejected branded product on their website,that's why able to offer discounts.Never Buy from this website

            Hi this is Rajesh and I placed an order on 16th Oct and when i made the payment it showed payment failed but my money was deducted from the account and then i waited for 2 days but still nothing and then i placed another order from someone else's account and next day i checked it showed payment successful on my account and next day it showed Delivered but i didnt have any idea about it and no contact with Yebhi.
            Called several time they put me on hold and nothing to be done

            and i am very frustated with this and DOnt know what to do

            SIr I am happy that you called me back, but I am really happy because this was just a "Goli" Given to a custumer and i will be satisfied when i will get the money back in my account or give me something satisfactory resolution ASAP
            and when someone places an order on your website then please contact that person and please survey that how much your customer are happy with you and

              Yebhi Online Shopping — non delivery of the product

              I had made an order on yebhi.com on 3rd september 2011 and my order no. is YBH561433 and they claim for delivery in 3-4 days and i hav not yet recieved my product.

              I do not think that yebhi sell duplicate but
              Yes, yebhi sells mostly defective items from seconds lot
              and that is 1 reason why they can sell so cheap with discounts
              and vouchers.
              Yebhi is a fraud site which do not disclose to customers that
              quality of the goods wouldn't be gauranteed and will be from
              rejected goods
              You should also visit desidime.com and post your experience of receiving defective
              goods from yebhi
              Dear Complainant,
              I also had similar experience of getting sub-standard products, a few number of times. As you are possession of the complete set of documents in relation to the purchase, you may file a case at the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum (CDRF) of your district. You can file the case personally or through an advocate. If you keep quite after getting this humiliating cheat, it will be a mind booster for this type fraud making firms.
              In my case, I have already filed a complaint at Legal Metrology department and the prosecution steps are underway. In order to prove my case with solid evidence I have made few more purchases even after filing the complaint.

                my name is fawaz abdul jabbar . i have placed an order for 1 sandal and a wax polish which is costing around RS 692.00. due to out of stock i was said that my money will be refunded. i have placed the order on 1 st september. my order no is YBH558398. i contacted yebhi customer care service more than 30 times and still they are saying it is refunded i has become 1 month and i haven’t recieved my money so kindly do take necessary actions so that i can get my money back

                I Zahid Muzaffar is a regular user of Yebhi.com, I returned an article MSS-025 / Mesmerize, order no. YBH1259335 because the quality of product wasn't good and product broke within two or three days of the delivery. When i spoke to customer care of yebhi they said to return the product and we will refund the money and it is a long time now and today i got an e-mail stating the article which you have returned to us hasn't passed the quality check and the same will be returned to you. I didn't understand first they said to return the product after that they replied like this and on Yebhi website there is a return policy also which states "Our Simple 30-day Return Policy

                If you want to return any product you can do so, within a period of 30 days, from the date of dispatch. Our ‘No Questions asked return’ policy means you can return the product for any reason whatsoever, even if you just didn’t like it. Once received by us, you can either ask for a cash refund, or a refund voucher. Please look into this and let me know as my email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                      I buy 2 item from Yebhi.com order number YBH639661 on 5th of October and I was expecting delivery by Monday 10th of October. They ship one item with different carrier on 6th and another one is other cheap courier on 7th . My first thing why they cannot ship both item with same courier as they was doing previously Bluedart .

                      Yesterday I have received 1 item .and I called customer care for another item. They answer my call after 5 min hold and then one support guy Ashutosh Shrivastva who don’t know English spoke with me with a poor communication to say sorry with everything they don’t know anything else then sorry . He told me yesterday that item will delivery by next 12 hours. After wait 24 hours again I called him and he is telling me lots of thing and when I ask any question or status Ashutosh Srivastva again say sorry and told me in last that wait for 48 hours more and cut my call.

                      Please check attached order detail also.

                      This is actual picture of Yebhi.com. Please don’t buy and thing otherwise you need fllow up more with very bad customer care .
                      Very bad service. I will not try again anything and suggest to other also.

                      I like to know that why you are shipping a item in different day with different different courier. Why your customer care is use less. How you think that this is your best service yesterday you or some one from your team call me and told that if you order 4 item then we can ship same courier in on same day. What it make seance ? You won't give service who are buying 2 or one item.

                      Hi,

                      I had ordered few products from Yebhi through order number : YBH4174164. But, after placing the order and money was taken from me, one of the item HN-13-401 was cancelled from your side and money was refunded back to my wallet.

                      The problem now is, yebhi has refunded back 63.34 INR to my wallet. What do I do with this money? I have to spend at least another 500 INR to get a free shipping or else I will have to pay 75 INR as shipping. Now, to get my 63.34 INR, I have to spend so much extra money. Basically they are putting me in loop and forcing me to shop from them again and again. This is a ploy to loot money from innocent online buyers.

                      Probably this is the way Yebhi.com is thinking of making money (this is another way of making money for Yebhi !). Would have appreciated if my issue would have been resolved by delivering another product (of different colour with free shipping.

                            About a month back I placed an order for PUMA T-shirt on website www.yebhi.com through netbanking.Due to server error at their end my order was placed twice as it said TRANSACTION FAILURE initially when I tried to place the order.As a result of the failure,I again tried to place my order because of which duplicate order was placed.The same tings was notified to yebhi via customer care number.The person who attend me on the call made the necessary updates and only single PUMA T-shirt(though amount was deducted twice) was delivered.The twice deduction of amount was notified to yebhi via email at [protected]@support.bigshoebazaar.com and [protected]@yebhi.com.Till date there has been long long list of email chain which is still in active mode.No actions has still been taken as yet to credit me back the extra amount that was deducted for the same product above.I have notified them through Customr service as well but no go.There is no reply to my email for long time now and I am very disappointed by there customer care services and support.I have also recieved and email from there end stating that yes the amount was deducted twice and the refubd process has been initiated by them.However,The same doesnot reflects in my bank account summary.

                              mere paas company(Yebhi.com) ke pramotion coupons bhi msg me aate the

                              maine 21 sept2011 ko ek shoe ka order place kiya jiski market price 2795 thi mere pass 1200 Rs ka discount coupon tha maine use apply karke shoe order kiya but isse company ko 1200 Rs ka loss ho raha tha ....kyoki shoe ki market price 2795 hi thi.

                              to company ne 10 din taak wait karaya or order cancel kar diya

                              iske pehle bhi mene promotion coupon ka use karke same article order kiya tha tab bhi kuch quality issue bata kar order cancel kar diya

                              ye company koi promotion/discount coupon msg kyo bhejti hai jab wo article discount rate par nahi de sakti ..

                              sabhi product is site(yebhi.com) par market ki price par hi milenge .....to accha yahi hoga ki market se purchase kar liya jaye cause market se lene par warrenty and gaurranty milegi but yahha kuch nahi milega.......

                              ek baat or

                              jab bhi aap koi article return karte hai tocompany use le leti hai .. wo article dobara sell ke liye site par daal diya jata hai matlab second hand product bhi sell hote hai....

                                I purchased MTV sunglasses on Yebhi.com first of all it is not original and they told if I don't like that product they take back and I got that product from blue drat courier and they had reverse pick option and now they are telling there is no reverse pick option then i asked the blue drat courier service they told me if company send a mail to us we will pick up the article from u and now Yebhi company telling lie we don't have reverse pick up option plz take strong action against Yebhi.com endless shopping shop online trading private limited second floor 8 balaji estate kalkaji new Delhi 110019 tin number [protected] product code al-007-c-201 brown brand MTV

                                  I ordered PUMA shoes from Yebhi.com on 22nd sep 2011, my order no. was 602494. As per website they claim that product will be delivered within 2 working days. today is 30th sep 2011 and i haven't received my product so far. i had been calling customer care from last 3 days and each time i get same commitment that it would be delivered next day. On the day of delivery their was a mail which i sent stating that i need delivery within 2 days.
                                  Need to take serious action and deliver it today itself or else i have to cancel order and need refund with compensation.

                                  I ordered a Playback casual shoe YCPQ3607079 at YEBHI.COM on 21 August, 2014 which i made payment at CCAVENUE.COM as shipping address to my location i.e., Dimapur-797112 is not possible. However i have not been informed when will my purchased item be delivered? Please do kindly notify me on the matter.

                                    YBH531527 is the order no which i placed on 13-8 2011 for a sandle which when i recieved was too small fr the standard size.i called them n i was promised a reverse pickup but fr 10 days no one came nd then when i called again n again i was told to courier it myself subject to they paying the courier charges.i was ready to recievee egift voucher for all the money both product nd courier service and was redy to buy something else.but now they are giving me only gift voucher fr product cost nd only 29 rs for courier,,just imagine ?
                                    cheaters,,telling me to go throw their company laws ,,,,when i was commited to be paid thewhole cost wr wr then the company ,,,,,,,i jus want to inform all the reders here that if thy wish to purchase from this site do think manny tomes before...they make false commitments..i have asked now fr return of money as thy have clearly denied to give courier charges but there is no response from them.
                                    hey plz help me...i have two account on yebhi.com 1 is ishq.[protected]@gmail.com and 2nd is [protected]@gmail.com..i have placed a order YBH528886 i have received 4 product of this order but one is incorrect in size it was FMJN size 28.i called hai n told for a reverse pick up.they told that give me sum tym.1 month passed but they still dint do any reverse pickup.and now they told that they are unable coz they takes only 20th days old product.what should i do???

                                      since a month this site is making false promises about my courier charges.i purchased a sadle from this site wich was too small for the said size.i was promised reverse pickup fir ten days but after that i was told to courier it myself as the charges wil be paid by them.but till date thy have only created gift voucher fr the cost of product only but no courier charges,everday i am told that within 24 hours it will be done but now a month is going to complete and they kept me hanging.they are very quick when orders are palced but when it comes to resolution of their faults they always show non serious approach
                                      i have seen lacoste essential perfume going from 2400 to 3900 for 125 ml. yebhi offer discounts and then raise prices much more than the offerred discount. Yesterday that perfume for 75 ml costs 1750 around and today it is 3000 with 40% discount. What the is this. Myntra is far better. Atleast they do not mislead customers. also the apparels are duplicate. i have ordered two and found them to be fake and poor quality compared with the ones in showroom.

                                        I am a existing customer of online site (e- commerce) yebhi.com and i received a SMS on 07/09/2011 at 12.15pm and the msg read "Double bonanza offer.Use code PC16089455N2 and get Rs 300 OFF on purchase of Rs 1200 or above. Offer valid till midnight tonight. Shop on yebhi.com. NOW".But when i called to order a shoe which was above Rs 1200. The call centre executive said we are offering discount so that product is not covered.I have recorded the conversation. The SMS doesnt mention any such terms and condition nor an *.This is misleading for consumers and misrepresentation of facts as well.
