Most of the product which they are showing as branded,I have checked at the brands’ original sites.

The products that yebhi.com sells do not exist at the brand’s site.

I mean the product number (codes.).

When I search rigorously on the internet (Google) with those product code, I only find some Chinese sites in the search result.

Hence, this is clear that that they sell fake...

I ordered a lamp from yebhi.com (Rs1493 + used yatra voucher (Rs1000). The lamp was broken, so i returned it back.
yebhi.com came back saying they don't have the product to be replaced. So they issued me a voucher of Rs1493 nor i can use yatra voucher rs1000
now.
Since they don't have the product, they should refund back the money.

I didn't understand why even after 15 days the status for my order says in progress. This is frustrating and ridiculous. Can you please simply explain the reason why all this happening.
