I tried to purchase a pen drive online from Yebhi.com on 2nd Jan.. after entering all the card information it took back to the shopping cart page.. after sometime received an email from CC Avenue that they will get back to me in 24 hours if the order went through or not.. next day I received a call from Yebhi.com asking me why I did not complete the order and if I would prefer cash on delivery.. I said my money was already taken and they said they will check and get back to me.. no one called after that.. I sent email.. they replied asking for snapshot of the bank statement showing amount debited. I sent and after that no reply from them yet.. I sent three snaps shots day after day and no call or email from both Yebhi.com or CC Avenue.

    I have been trying to buy a wrist watch on your website since almost last 1 month.
    These are the details of my orders placed:
    1. YBH2733579 – The item was dispatched and not yet received by me – complaint no. CC[protected] – and I am yet to get any update on the same – every time your customer care is asking for time of 48 hours to confirm
    2. YBH2854613 – Placed the order on 19th and the same was cancelled from your side, and after calling Customer Care I was informed the same is out of stock.
    3. YBH2860717 – I again placed the same order after getting confirmed from your Customer Care that the same is available – but that was also cancelled.
    4. YBH2865848 – Again I placed one order after talking to Customer Care that the item is available and would be definitely dispatched – again that was cancelled citing out of stock.
    5. YBH2867421 -: Again I called up Customer Care, and your person booked the item for me, after I shared my email ID & password, thereafter I paid for the item, online, but unfortunately that also got cancelled.
    I have paid over Rs 5500/- for a wrist watch over five times, each worth aprox. Rs. 1000/-. All the amount has been debited from my credit card, and you only have options to refund only to my Bank Account.
    Your Supervisor has also not able to help me in any way.
    It is really unfortunate that I am unable to buy a simple wrist watch from your site since last 30 days even having paid 5 times worth Rs. 5000/-.
    Please treat this most urgent, I have every option to seek relief from other avenues.

    I had buy a flipper from yebhi.com on 17 october at 6.25pm. and i got a message that your product has been dispatch on 18 october. 2.54 am via blue dart.       Dear Sir,
      I had purchased a watch on 11-DEC-2012 having order no CITI2812441 via online shopping from www.yebhi.com/citibank which cost Rs 1450/-.
      The order value is Rs 450/- as i had a coupon of Rs 1000/-
      When the product was delivered to me,after opening the packing i found the watch was not working.
      Then I had registered a complaint(return order) on 13-DEC-2012 with return Order No-CRO156857.
      But there is no response from the company regarding exchanging the bad product with the new one.
      I am getting harassed by such type of service from the company..
      Please look into this

        This is regarding the refund which should have been processed on immediate basis. I have been made to run around regarding this refund, which should have happened as soon as I returned the order which was a week ago. I have had horrible time in dealing with this one shopping experience, I have had with Yebhi.com. . The shoe size didn't fit hence, the item was returned promptly.However, after several attempts and speaking with, number of agents the issue is still not resolved. Each time you speak with them, you are met with false commitment that money shall be returned to your account. Unfortunately, the process has taken more than a week and still it;s not resolved. I request everyone to be cautious when doing online shopping from sites like Yebhi.com. I hope my concern is heard and issue gets resolved ASAP.

          I had a promotional coupon on Rs.1000 from yebhi.com which i used to purchase two pair of Adidas socks from their site. It cost me Rs.1078 and i redeemed the coupon and paid the extra amount Rs.78 through my credit card , complete detail for the confirmation mail i received from them is attached. But i got only one pair on delivery. I contacted customer care and they said it was out of stock and are denying to give me the complete benefit of Rs.500 left in coupon amount. I felt cheated and want my product to be delivered or Rs.500 in my account to purchase another product.

              No matter how much you try ....YEBHI will make you plead and not give you your refund easily...YEBHI treats its customers like DOGS>...

              so take revenge from yebhi.com
              You can order CASH on Delivery and give confirmation if you get a call....when Courier waala comes to your house...return the order....
              do this from multiple ids ...on your friends emails and addresses and that of your relatives..
              this will create inefficiency in YEBHI.com and also waste their time and money...

              Moreover ...You can publish your videos on YEBHI products on Youtube and also write articles against them on lot of websites...

              You should remember that YEBHI.com sponsored by Hindustan Times is doing in ethical business and behavior and everything is fair in LOVE and WAR,,,,

              DO in ethical and cheat YEBHI because they have been cheating people.
              DO not get bothered by the positive comments about YEBHI.com....Yebhi has just asked all its colleagues to publish these positive comments....so these are not true and correct sense of YEBHI which is DAKOO of ONLINE SHOPPING...

                I purchased a Product from YEBHI.com, fro Credit Card:

                Transaction copy is as below;
                15/10/2012 BIGSHOEBAZAAR/YEBHI.COM New delhi IN INR 1119.00 DR INR 119.00

                It has been more than 30 days...

                and initially it started, with tickets and requests..
                and I lodged TICKET NO:CC[protected]
                and waited for 2 weeks, but no action was taken...
                It went so BAD that I had to Shout at AMIT MIGHLANI THE MANAGER WORKING WITH YEBHI....BUT he also took no action...
                and my amount is not REFUNDED till date...and neither my product is returned...

                I WILL ADVISE THAT GENERALLY DO NOT USE YEBHI TO SHOP ONLINE.

                  Hi All,

                  I wanted to tell you about yebhi.com. This is the first time I have purchased a product from this site. Product No: YBH2558734. They are not at all relaiable. They have rubbish customer support team. There products gets struck in Sales Tax Department and the customer is not at all informed about the same. They give false hopes of getting the product delivered on the proposed business days. They have lack of customer dealing skills and we cannot trust on them. Its a waste of money, time and trust for buying a product from this disgusting online shoppingyebhi.com.
                  Their customer support executives cut our call and are not at all bothered for tracking the status of the product.

                  karan.[protected]@yebhi.com not even responded to the grievance. He doesnot have business handling skills. He gives false hopes and tells lies.

                  A total bad customer experience. I want my money back along with the expenses incurred on phone contacting them for follow ups.

                  I would definitely send a legal notice to them.

                  I also faced the same problems, but I never Gave up…
                  Though I understand that YEBHI.com is one of the most FRAUD companies in Haryana, India
                  But the resolution on the same is I managed to get this contact no of one of their Managers AMIT Mighlani, email id amit.[protected]@yebhi.com, and called his cell no [protected], to created pressure using abusive language and following with him to get this REFUND back from YEBHI.com
                  But I must share that it was nearly impossible and caused a lot of harassment…

                  no exchange done for size issue

                  Yebhi is a fake site.They don't give any exchange for size issue. Also the product which I received was not new. They don't reply to mails and contact numbers does not exist. Beware of this online shopping site.

                      Yebhi.com services are not reliable .. first they dispatched the damaged product.. and while buying the product they say we can pick up the product from your shipping address.. and when the product was actually damaged they say they dont have the facility to pick up from this location. Moreover i have spend Rs 200 in dispatching the product and they are going to give me Rs 150 Gift Voucher forcing me to shop once agin with them Loss of Rs 50 not accounted for... and number of calls made to customer care is separate...its all crap.. dont shop from Yebhi.com

                        I have received thee WELCOME VOUCHER (ONLINE SHOPPING from YEBHI.COM PORTAL) of Rs.1000/- from Citibank. I did online shopping of Rs.1336.00 ( Rs.848.00 for 32 pc Alfa KP dinner set & Rs.488.00 for PC-5333 Short.) on 30.09.2012 (Order No.CIT2409464) from which Rs.336/- I have paid from my Citibank Credit card & remaining amount adjusted from thee promotion voucher. I have received my order around 4the or 5the Oct 2012, but when I opened thee box I found thee dinner set in damage condition. I have immediately called on theeir helpline & took theis to theeir notice. The call center executive given me thee option of refund or replacement & I opted thee replacement option as I liked thee dinner set, He assured me to replace thee item at earliest (Return Order No.CRO136226). But after 5-6 days when I have not received any confirmation mail or call from thee company I have inquired about thee same at theeir helpline & theis time I have been told theat thee same replacement is not available & theey will refund my money in thee form of gift voucher, which I agreed. After next 3-4 days I have checked my account & I only fond thee refund amount of Rs.213.16 which I have paid from my credit card (They have adjusted Rs.336/- into two parts Rs.213.16 for Dinner set & 122.73 for thee shorts). When I called up to thee company theey assured me theat theey will give me thee total amount & asked me to wait for 98 hrs. But after 4-5 days passed & I have not received any called from theem nor I could find thee amount in my account. I have again called theem, but theis time thee executive gave me thee negative response. She told me theat it is not in theeir policy to give thee refund of thee PROMOTION AMOUNT.
                        I have also send on email on 28.10.2012 regarding thee same but I have not received any response from theem (Complaint No.CC[protected]). As per company policy theeir response to any complaint takes maximum 24 to 48 hrs. It is more thean 48 hrs. & I am still waiting for theeir call or email, which show thee seriousness of thee company towards thee customer.
                        It was very annoying & frustrating theat after so much follow up, wasting of my time & energy I have lost my money & product.
                        Now I want thee company to give my promotion amount or give me thee replacement of my order. Because of my theis bitter experience withe YEBHI.COM, I am also considering to return thee CITIBANK Credit card. I found theen equally responsible for theis because theey have tie-up withe thee company who do not have any business etheic & are far from thee customer service.

                          I had ordered one Fila shoes through from yebhi.com, in just 4 months, sole of both the shoes got crack badly. Amazing, in just 4 months, original fila shoes busted, I spoke to fila's local dealer, he said, had it been bought from retail counter, i would have get it replaced in 2 hours. Then i came back to these guys, yebhi.com customer support and they dont want to entertain me. They simply said no, we cannt replce or escalate this matter to the company.

                          This could be a big shame for fila but seems a common for yebhi.com team. I assume they have been selling duplicate products. So please beware of yebhi.com.

                            In regards to order no YBH2497547 on dated 17th October 2012,I got a mail on 23rd October 2012 that my product has been dispatched.On dated 26th October 2012,I got a message on my mobile that the product is out for delivery and given the name of delivery boy and his number.After waiting for more than 8 hours when I contacted the delivery boy ,I was told that the same will be delivered tomorrow bcoz the packet is still in office.Again calling on next day ,I again got reply that it is still in office and it will be deliver with in one or two days.My concern is that when I got the message that the product is out for delivery and I am waiting for it @ delivery place then why it has not been delivered on time and even not informed by yebhi regarding delay....Again poor performance by yebhi

                              Most of the product which they are showing as branded,I have checked at the brands’ original sites.

                              The products that yebhi.com sells do not exist at the brand’s site.

                              I mean the product number (codes.).

                              When I search rigorously on the internet (Google) with those product code, I only find some Chinese sites in the search result.

                              Hence, this is clear that that they sell fake products that mostly comes from China, and other countries.

                              I have checked some products from Woodland, PUMA, Reebok, etc.

                              And thats the mystery (which is not now, but the fact) , why they give so much discount.

                              Once (and only once) I had selected two to three items on Yebhi.com.

                              Then due to internet connectivity problem, the order remained stalled.

                              Afterwards, they mailed me, to complete the order or contact them.

                              I called them on phone. But every time, the machine answered.

                              And I spent about Rs. 70 only on the phone and they they never responded (spent above 5 to 10 mins each time).

                              Later, I searched for those items on the net.

                              I found they were available only in two Chinese sites, and even they were not in the brands’ site.

                              ’’Strange!’’.

                              I request everyone to check if the above is true or not, before they hide those fake products from their site.

                                I ordered a lamp from yebhi.com (Rs1493 + used yatra voucher (Rs1000). The lamp was broken, so i returned it back.
                                yebhi.com came back saying they don't have the product to be replaced. So they issued me a voucher of Rs1493 nor i can use yatra voucher rs1000
                                now.
                                Since they don't have the product, they should refund back the money.

                                  i am trying to buy monopoly shoe from yebhi.com and its my first online shopping, i had paid rs.799 and the amount was deducted from my a/c but it doesn't reflected in yebhi account...i called up customer support but they disconnected my call plz help me, i want my money back and requested you to take strict action against such fraud company

                                        I didn't understand why even after 15 days the status for my order says in progress. This is frustrating and ridiculous. Can you please simply explain the reason why all this happening. I have ordered a kurta to wear in function. But the way you are doing I am scared that I will get the kurta delivered only after the function is over.

                                        I have called so many times to yebhi.Com support team they only made commitments but no action taken yet I am still waiting for my order to get delivered....yebhi.Com's service is worst ever I have seen, they are unprofessional, they made false commitments and they don't care for their customers.

                                        Worst ever experience with yebhi.Com. Try not to shop with Yebhi.com they cheat.

                                        I had placed an order a month ago still its not delivered to the proper address . Raised a complaint also still not resolved, so again raising .Please look into this and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                        had ordered for an item which costs nearly 800 rs else please pay back the money and wont do shopping again through your Yebhi.

                                        Hi Despite o[censored]nsubscribe the email option multiple times still I'm getting email notification from Yebhi. Is this some thing which cant be handled by Yebhi.Or is there some one with whome i need to talk . Let me know.
