mai yebhi pe regular custmer hu kafi tym se..pahele jo bhi prblm hoti thi 24to 48 hours me solve ho jati thi...but last mnth se pata ni enko kya hua hai meri koi prblm solve ni kar rahe...mai jab bhi call karta hu everytym new req dal dete hai sale..ki ane aap req dalwa dalwa call karna band kar dega.... Mere kafi orders hai jiska mujhe abhi tak refund nahi mila...nd ek order mera pata ni kisi aur ko de diya ya fir dtdc walo ne khud khapa liya aur mare hi sigh kar diye us packet se dekh kar...mera delhi se jaito ke liye aa raha tha courier aur bathinda me se hi gayab kar diya aur abhi tak kuch nahi kiya salo ne...daily call karta hu..but kehte hum nahi denge refund kya kar loge aap....

    my order of 11/11/2011 i will not agree for this so make it clear that this article u send me as soon as possible. i have made the payment to ur axis bank a/c in the name of " shop online trading pvt. ltd" so check verified and send me my articals. this is connected to 16/10/2011s article which is valid and i m reordering the difrent article. i didnt receive my order yet . this is the 10th day when i call cust. care they say within 1/2 days but no confirmation from their side.

      I have two unresolved issues with Yebhi.com. No satisfactory response I am getting for the last two weeks. The issues are
      1. Against the returned items yebhi.com issued me Gift Voucher of about Rs 628. I tried to make a purchase and it could not be completed but yebhi.com started to show that Gift Voucher had been redeemed. I made complaints but I was asked every time to wait wait and wait.
      2. I made another purchase and again I returned few items (4 pairs of slippers) due to wrong size. They only generated vouchers against 2 pairs. I made at least 10 complaints. Nobody cares. Again I was asked to wait.
      Further, on every complaint I was being asked to tell the things from A to Z. I do not know what I can do to them.

        I bought shoes from Yebhi.com order # YBH372594. I selected red tape shoes from website and ordered online as I thought it was a good deal but unfortunately i received a fake product. it was a replica of red tape...totally duplicate product. do not believe on these cheaters. online shopping portals are most of the time fraud. I would suggest to be careful before ordering online.
        I asked company few times about this but they just says sorry about this and don't take any action. Is there anybody who can help me to solve this issue?
        Go to Consumer court... Claim 10, 000 INR
        The sunglasses sold in Yebhi.com are [censored] DUPLICATE!!. I had experience twice and I agree this complaint.

          My self ANIEL i order a watch on YABHI.COM on 17/10/2011. and deposit the 7995 through cheque on their icici bank account ,same time the amount is credited on their account...but till now their neither send me the watch nor they refunding my amount ...i used to call several time on their customer care number they say ..that the stock is not available.... .....and when i say refund my amount ...they simply harassing me and making wrong committeemen always saying tomorrow we send it to you.....today we will send cheque to u..etc..

              But, after that nither i recieve any call nor any refund or Coupon. i called to customer care too... every time they say they have esclated the issue to higher management. but no result.

                Hello,

                This is regarding my courier package which was supposed to be delivered through the most PATHETIC courier service - Aramex. I have no words to let out my frustration after my disastrous experience with Aramex. The employees are dumber than ever and not to forget the phone numbers which I have dialled over the period of time who do not respond properly or rather I can say they aren't true to their words. They just LIE ALL the TIME !!!

                I had this bad experience with Yebhi.com and after the traumatic situation i went through, the money was refunded in my yebhi account as a gift voucher. I purchased a small item to just check whether it will reach properly and thought maybe one delivery has suffered, any others in the future won't suffer. And then after 2-3 days i ordered few things and paid through the gift voucher. After literally calling 100 times in a day to yebhi and Aramex, I got my later order. When I asked them about the order I made before this order, the delivery guy had no clue. Customer care 'RUDE' executive told me I am receiving both the items on the same day which makes sense. I don't understand what do you do with somebody else's courier. You are asked to deliver it to a particular place and you do it. I mean it's your job. But they don't. Probably, they frame it and keep gazing at it in their office. When i called so many times, i got my first courier, so if I hadn't called I wouldn't have received my courier at all !!!!! I was shocked at all this. I spent close to 100rs calling people not to mention the efffort was so unfruitful.

                Now after 2 days of assurance that the second item will get delivered, it's still not with me. I had opted for CoD that's why I am so paitent till now. I mean, what in the name of God you do with somebody else's courier. Dont they understand that they need to get going and deliver and finish it off........why make the customer call for it again and again as if my life depended on it !!!!!!

                Utterly useless people at Aramex. Nothing works. To yebhi people, I am sorry I am really disappointed that inspite of going through a horrible experience with aramex, you again sent my courier through them. And look at the shamelessness from Aramex's side, inspite of knowing that I had a bitter expereince with them, they didn't feel taking some caution this time. They are the same. I wonder how they deliver products across so many countries. And their website, is USELESS!!!! you just get to see the shipment going in and out for delivery but it never reaches you, MIND YOU!!!! still a secret I am yet to crack. On Yebhi,com's side, they failed to follow up with the Aramex people. Emailing doesn't work for lazy people like aramex. over the email even I can say 'Sorry' and end the matter or say i am working on it. I really don't seem to understand this term 'I AM WORKING ON IT'.........you don't really have to work on it but move and deliver the said parcel to me.

                I am totally frustrated. I am convinced after going through this hell for the 3rd time in a line with yebhi/aramex courier delivery that the history is going to repeat.

                BOTTOM LINE: I am never going to shop on yebhi.com and aramex......I haven't even heard this name before.

                To Yebhi.com: I am very upset, angry, frustrated and raged. I know you cannot understand my situation. You cannot understand what happens when you keep calling the customer service every 2 hours at aramex and then they give you some vague reasons. you don't understand how it is to wait for the delivery guy from 5pm till 7.30 pm and that too when he says he will come before 5pm. You cannot understand how embarassing it is, when you have to surprise gift someone and the courier never comes and the day is already gone when the person was to get surprised. You and your services are not reliable at all.

                Jeez, thanks !! It has been taken care of and I am not shopping with Yebhi.com ever again so that I don't have to go through this ever again !!!

                By the way, the earring which I received is in slightly damaged condition. This shows how much care Yebhi people take while shipping the products but I am in no mood to send it back and keep calling yebhi/aramex to ship it back to me. So, my loss 380rs + mental trauma.

                  I purchased a bag from yebhi under order no.: YBH544096. The bag did not meet the required criteria and i demanded a reverse pickup which was accepted and executed. I was promised a full refund within a period of some days, however, i did not receive any money yet. Every time i contacted yebhi.com, i was assured the refund to be accelerated and processed immediately within 24 hours. It has now been almost 2 months and I still don't see any refund.

                    i order the Reebok shoe online from yebhi.com on 25 Oct. 2011 and the payment was done successful through the net-banking. But still I have not received the shipment. Regarding this daily i called to the call center of yebhi.com, but they are always giving me the 24 hours time limit. On 2nd Nov 2011 i booked the complaint (complaint no. CC[protected]) but still it is pending.
                    The delay is due to the 50/- octroi charges. The AFL courier (from which the yebhi.com send my shipment) given a call on my mobile and demanded the Rs. 50/- as an octroi charges and such charges are not mentioned anywhere while doing the online shopping. So i refused to pay the Rs 50/- as an octroi charges and because of that they are not delivered. Also the remark the AFL courier make is the "REFUSED DELIVERY" which means I refused the delivery which is wrong.

                      i have done some purchasing on 16/10/2011 and paid the cheque amount through bank chanel of axis bank from my account to ur account . but till date i didnt receive any confirmation from u nor get any reply on the mail ? just reply me for the same. my order no-YBH683596

                        Hi, I am Ginto Joy Njattumkala. Recently I bought one shoe from Yebhi. Order number YBH672462. It was a defect product. So as per their comments I returned the shoes through a reverse pick up. But now they are not ready to provide me the tracking number or they are not refunding my money. What I can do against these cheats?? The products they are selling is duplicates and not having any quality.I have mailed and phoned them several times but no response.

When I enquired, blue dart told me that its the merchant site which will provide us the airway bill number since it ia an online purchase... Anyway I understood I lost my money... I called your customer care many times and you people told me many times that the issue will be sorted in two days...But now its 3 months... I suggest you all online customers looking to buy something... dont buy anything from Yebhi.com since they are providing damaged products and are not giving any value to our money... I experienced this twice... So please be alert...

                          This is in regarding fraud by the new delhi based online portal named *
                          yebhi.com*
                          i have ordered one t shirt on 8/5/2011 they have a policy of two days
                          shippong so for three days it showed me
                          to be shipped so i called them what is the problem they told me that it is
                          out of stock while purchasing online it showed me
                          that it is in stock. so they told me that they WILL refund the amount in 2-3
                          days but after 2-3 days also i didnot get my money back
                          so i called them again this time they told me to wait for 7-10 days so
                          waited for another 7-10 days still i didnot get my amount back
                          when i mailed them that i didnot get my amount back they told me that they
                          have refunded but still i have not get my amount credited
                          *this is the whole issue. they have never contacted me any time i have to
                          regularly mail them or call them.*

                          You might want to send a mail to [protected]@yebhi.com, wait for 24 hrs and if nobody replies back to you or you don't get solution you can also mail [protected]@yebhi.com. I had a similar experience and once I mailed these both, i got a complete refund of my amount. It happens once, the support team is very good and work at your service literally 24 x 7 as in my case.

                          Try this. It will surely work. Please don't call and waste your time with the customer care centre. You will end up going in circles.

                              This is related to Yebhi.com. It was my first shopping experience when I got carried away with the offers and ordered a simple slippers just to check how there service and the product quality is. The slippers reached in 2 days but the condition was so so pathetic. It was looking like some slippers they picked up from a seconds market, believe me even chor bazaar has better quality. I sent it back citing quality issues. They refunded in the form of yebhi points which means I have to shop on yebhi to get the worth of my money X-( grrr!!!! that was the second thing which put me offf!!! the third thing was that I ordered Aiva heeled footwear on 21st Oct 2011 and asked to deliver to my Pune address. When I am checking the track history it shows that the parcel is out for delivery everyday but I don't receive it. I dont think I stay in some Amazon forest that the address is hard to locate. When I call the Aramex guy in the evening on 2nd Nov 2011, he tells me that I will receive it in 1-2 days. When I refresh the aramex site immediately after the call, I see that the parcel was delivered in the afternoon itself. How did the customer care executive mislead me???? that means he didn't even check the details under my delivery online. I was so so angry. Then next day i.e. today 3rd Nov 2011, I called the yebhi.com customer care and the executive was talking pathetic english. This was his language, please let me know if you understand anything, ' koostomer nat gat the kurrect parsell' I was so disgusted with the language (1), then there was a chaos behind him as if he was sitting in a fish market !!!!! he was so bad with everything, not only english.....when i asked what he's going to do about it he said 3 days I will receive the parcel. I was like WHAT!!!!! you got to be kidding me..........3 days????they have written that it will be delivered within 2-3 days and here I am struggling to gift the delivery which was suppose to be a diwali gift after diwali :( If all this was not enough, the aramex delivery guy has only taken the signature of some person he has delivered the parcel wrongly. Aren;t the courier people suppose to take the name, number and the signature of the person receiving the courier. I don't know which lazy courier people has Yebhi.com appointed to send their parcels.

                              After this bad experience, I have decided that I am NOT GOING TO SHOP ANYTHING ON YEBHI.COM EVEN IF THEY OFFER PRODUCTS FOR FREE. I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE PARCEL AND DON'T KNOW WHETHER I WILL RECEIVE IT EVER :(

                              Thank you indeed, for issuing the gift voucher in response to my order. I understand that is purely a one of, cases. I also want an assurance that this will not be happening again. I will keep a check on my orders henceforth and see if this repeats.

                              Meanwhile, if anybody has similar experiences with Yebhi.com you may directly mail [protected]@yebhi.com or [protected]@yebhi.com. They addressed my issue in less than 2 hours. I just wish I had mailed escalations alittle before this, I wouldn't have gone through this trauma for almost 2 weeks.

                              With this I hope, I will feel trusted in my future orders.

                              Thanks to the yebhi support team because of whom I am left with a smile after a long time and can concentrate on something much productive than calling the courier/yebhi call centre round the clock.

                                Called their customer care on the 24-oct-2011 and was given a blue dart number to call for reverse pick up. When I called they would not pick up the product unless they get a call from yebhi end ,Again called the customer care on the 24-Oct-2011 ,which I was told it will take 96 HRs.No Reverse pick up done till[protected].

                                i Have been asking for my status in Face book customer service page and was now told it would take 6-7 working days its now been 7 working days and no reverse pick up done.

                                They would not acknowledge the wrong product was sent to me.

                                        I logged into this site once, and subscribed to its daily mobile subscription. After some 10 days or so, I wanted to unsubscribe myself form these SMSs. So i logged into the site and searched for the option. When i found it and entered my phone number to unsubscribe, the site said, no such number is associated with the site. So, I thought okay, I might have got lucky and somehow i got unsubscribed.
                                        But the SMS continued.
                                        Even after having registered for national DND, I continue to get their messages.
