Hi. I m puneet goyal . Order no is ybh3811107. That shoe is very uncomfortable for Me packaging is very bad quality is too bad. Very bad experience i think yebhi staff people buy cheap quality shoes. Or may be store manager get money from under table
Thet pass the quality of the shoes. Like we see thevbollywood movies. I dont know where to check the quality if is it possible. Then i m going to consumer court. They cheat he customers. Its .. Yebhi executive staff are corrupted i m pretty much sure. I want someone get action about quality for the products thanx

Yebhi — kept me waiting for more than a month for a sari. Finally they cancel the order without informing me.

I ordered(Order no:ybh2607778) a saari on YEBHI.com. They promised that it will be delivered within 10 days.But they kept me waiting for more than a month for it. Finally they cancel the order without informing me.This is what they call CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    I reshipped two articles ( two shirts) brought from Yebhi.com on Jun 13 2013 and as per the courier tracking results http://www.tpcindia.com/trackone.aspx?id=PRO479394 on 14 Jun 2013.

    They have not updated me any information on the reshipped commodity or have refunded the amount. I have been contacting them over mails and facebook but still they are not responding with the right information.

      The complaint is in regard to the Order no YBH 3649709. One of the items in the order was a Stainless Steel Soap Dish as mentioned on the website and on delivery it happened to be a Stainless Steel Soap. On mailing the representatives there was no conern from them and also the order status was not updated.On request the order status for updated as delivered and on[protected] a request for the return of the same was made and was collected by the representative on 28-5-13 and till date the refund has not yet been credited and i have been continuously making cals to them and in return getting frantic replies from the executives.Such a response from such a reputed website is least expected.

        In the last month i have ordered one product form yebhi.com, i recieved the the product but just i would like to replaced it with another size order change. But still now i havent recieved the repalcement order nor money refunded in my bank account. Several times i hav enquired with customer care executives they were replying that your amount will be refunded in ur account but not it is not done.

          Ordered a product in www.yebhi.com on '5/16/2013'. status of consignment change to delivered on 21st May 2013, but I did not receive any courier from above. people of yebhi dispatched it with FedEx, tracking number 1018457342541062514700799774880233. Made a complaint regarding, get the response to wait 3-4 days to resolve in first call. time has passed away to 4 days, called back again, received a response to wait again for next 4 -5 working days. how long time they needs to track order? it does not even take an hour if put efforts.

          please help to get my order back or to get the refund initiated

            i have ordered some item on the online shopping portal www.yebhi.com on 29/04/13 vide order no. ybh 3539084.but till today i have not received my product.while talking to their customer care they are telling the item has been delivered.they are not returning my money also.kindly do the needfull.the complaint no. on the cstomer care of yebhi.com is 43387.always they are manipulating the things and refusing to return my money also

              I had placed Order on 26/04/2013 but did not receive till now . I am following up with yebhi support team from 2/05/2013 but product is not delivered yet Executives always gave a commitment only and nothing else .even i had also logged a complaint but there no impact of that and did not receive any intimation regarding delay in delivery from there side

              the process for delivery is very bad
              i havent received 2 products ordered on 8th of Dec'11.

              its been a week now.
              customer care executives are at wits end.
              plz do the needful at the earliest.
              no response still..
              is it coming next year..??
              and i am tired calling the customer care since i have around 3-4 complaint numbers and their response being the same.
              they ask me to wait for 3-4 days.now those 3-4 days is like 2 weeks.

                I have placed an order YBH3494972 on 21 st Apr 2013 to be shipped and billed to my address in Ghaziabad U.P. but its delivered to Hyderabad A.P.. Surprisingly after placing order on their website I cannot check my shipping and billing address details .While placing the order I have clearly mentioned my Ghaziabad address for shipping and billing.Inspite of this they delivered to wrong address.Now they want me to return the item. Now how is it possible for me to send back their item for refund/replacement when i did not receive it yet.
                I request yebhi to please provide me the order at my shipping address(Ghaziabad) or else refund my amount without delay.

                    My Order No: YBH3209036 & Order Item Code: CELLULITE BRISTLE BATH BRUSH NBA 1/1, Date : 3/5/2013 8:31:20 AM. This product is broken in it's edges, are break it self, just one time using in water? When used in water, it's edge is not break, when water drying, it edges are breaking, it self. I have attach snap short refer it. Please arrange reverse pick up for this product and replace or refund. This is manufacturing defect, seller not give any re-solution about this matter, and also they are not replace to this item.
                    This product is not defective when receive. When we are use in just single time goes it self for breaking the wood. I want to know who will response for this kind of disqualify products? If purchase with shop we can go to ask them, you're selling this product, so that asking for this. This product wood is not original, so that it's breaking it self. You must conduct that brand company and show my snap shorts, otherwise test your sel[censored]sing in water and get dry that, know your self. I don't want these type o[censored]seless products.

                      This is really annoying to write this email on behalf of my order number stated in subject line. Today is past 20 days when my order is not delivered to me and also no status reminder from yebhi side. I called many times for this order but again no help.

                      I used this online service after understanding the urgency of my work and my time but now all went in vein. This is really a worst experience with this company.
                      I want this company to pay me for all this loss(time and work) I have faced due to negligence and no support.

                        I have purchased the product ( Manitoba FR-100138-B Brown -Foresster Men Brown - Boots) order number YBH3049757 from yebhi. But when i opened the box ( which was sealed packed) i found it was not the product which i had ordered ,Delivered product was Manitoba-FR-100138-D Camel. After that i call to yebhi customer care even they ask send the snapshot of product which u receive and create return order .Even i do that 3 time delivered wrong product. In frustration i canceled return order and accept same. But again i place new order and shocked to see yebhi again delivered wrong product. Before Placing order I spoke to Mr.Karan Sharma who's Sr.costumer care executive , he said before placing any order pls contact me. But when i contact him , he didn't get any response.Now I create return order no .is CRO174410 and complain to costumer care. Yebhi is totally fraud website plz dont buy any think from them.

                          I have booked Carbon K 65 cell phone on 9th Jan 2013 and made payment through credit card. Yebhi.com promised me that I will get the cell phone with in 2 to 4 days but after too many reminders Yebhi.com failed to do so. Then on 18.01.13 I requested Yebhi.com if they do not have this cell phone then cancels this order. I got back my money back in my wallet on 22.01.2013 and booked the Nokia Asha 200 white cell phone which was ready available to dispatch with in 2-4 days as per Yebhi.com site through order No YBH 3008308 dated 22.01.2013. Till date I have not received the cell phone despite too many reminders. Every time the representative of Yebhi.com promised that I will receive the cell phone in next 48 hrs. At last on 09.02.2013 I talked to Mr Wassim Siddaque (the floor manager), he promised me to resolve my problem by 11.2.2013 defiantly but in vain. Every time Yebhi.com making fool to the customer and they have no responsibility and value of the time of the customer. They are enjoying the money of customer by making false advertisement in their site.

                          I have spent too much money on telephone and time to get my order but in vain and I am very much mentally disturbed with attitude and behave of the Yebhi.com. There fore you are requested to look into my complaint seriously and make arrangement to get my money back along with interest of credit card for the period, telephone expenses, time consumed and faced mentally disturbance through Yebhi.com.

                            I have ordered an ornament from yebhi.com on 13th Sep, 2012. Its product code no is A[protected] Gold/white. Its cost was 3999.00 INR.
                            But it could not delivered to me. Then i called the customer care. i traced the airway bill no EH[protected]IN but it could not reached me. Then i asked again to customer care and they told me that the airway bill no was wrong, for that purpose the product was not dispatched from there. Then they promise me to dispatch my order again. But they did not dispatch it yet and now i mailed them a 10 no of times and i called them 100 times also. But neither they are dispatching it nor they are refunding me back.
                            I mailed them the bank details for refunding, but after passing more than 5 months, i am not refunded yet.

                                I wanted to purchase a mobile phone very urgently for my mother, Since I didn't have time to go to the store, I ordered one Karbonn Mobile Phones 4plus Titan White, from Yebhi.com on 22nd Jan 2013. The website stated that the product will be shipped in 2-4 days (snap shot of website atttached).

                                Four days went by and I did not get any delivery and I called the Vendor on their customer care no. On talking to them I came to know that since they don't have the product in stock (which still shows IN STOCK on their website) the delivery will be delayed for another week.

                                Again when I called the customer care center on 31.01.13. I was told that the product will take another 2-4 days (same schedule given on the date of order) to get dispatched. It was so frustrating to get the same reply every time I called them. I would like to point out that it was not just about the money I spent, my purpose was about my need to get the handset early to save time, which obviously got defeated due to the pathetic service by YEBHI.COM


                                It was a clearly case of non fulfillment of delivery commitment. Can some one tell me how to take this case forward.

                                  i ordered a nokia asha cell phone on yebhi on 6th jan. it was advertised on the website that it would be shipped within 2-5 days..i have called them twice and they say that they cannot even tell me how many more days it will take but they are still advertising on the website that it will get shipped within 2 -5 days to make a fool of the Indian customers..their customer care executive have absolutely no idea what is going on can not give u any information..shop with yebhi.com only i[censored] want your shopping experience to be the most horrific one..

                                    Today i got the following mail from yebhi.com. in which they clearly mention that it support 2 g & 3G dongle.

                                    and i also got the call from yabhi.com and they advised me to remove the complaint. i only ask one thing when they wrote that it support 2G & 3 G. then why it does not support tata indicom 2 G dongle.

                                    i only want to change this model & give me updated model. i can pay extra for this.

                                    Now i request to all of you please don't purchase any item from yabhi.com. and there is no any return policy . Once you got the order no one refund this.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I ordered 2 Kenstar Induction Cookers and one Jaipan Dry Iron from Yebhi.com in single order (Order ID YBH1867347) on 3 June 2012. They delivered Jaipan Iron, but they cancelled orders of both Induction Cookers saying reason as Out of Stock. I was shocked to see their email, as payment/order was successful and at time of order item was in stock as well as item remain in stock showing at their website about 7-10 days after my order date.

                                      I complaint them and ask them to send product and I also ask them to refund my money to my bank account, if they unable to send the product. I also informed them that I will not buy anything from them later. But they cancelled order and even did not refunded my money. They issued me Gift Voucher and ask me to buy any other thing from their website without confirming with me. I call their helpline, their people denied to refund me in my bank account and said that i have to buy any other item from them by Gift Voucher.

                                      Till date I have not used that voucher. I am not interested to invest more or to buy from this company. Please help me in getting my money back from this company along with compensation of 1000rs from all kind of inconveniences occurred to me in dealing with yebhi.com. Its more than 7 months over this company eated my money....

                                        Today i received my BSNL penta 709 c that i gave the order on line . But the specification that mention on yebhi.com is different. it does support only limited dongle. 2 dongle is coonected by connector. there is a small usb port so that it can not connect directly. I want to refund this . i gave full amount to yebhi executive ( 4300 Rs. ) .

                                        But no action will be taken .

                                        and i also got the call from yabhi.com and they advised me to remove the complaint. i only ask one thing when they wrote that it support 2G & 3 G. then why it does not support tata indicom 2 G dongle.

                                        i only want to change this model & give me updated model. i can pay extra for this.

                                        Now i request to all of you please don't purchase any item from yabhi.com. and there is no any return policy . Once you got the order no one refund this.
