Dear Sir,
I have purchased one men's suite material and one ladies dress material from yebhi.com on 10th of July 2012. The order number for this transaction is YBH1999977 and amount of order is Rs. 1460. However till date I didn't got the delivery of the product. I complaint to yebhi several times by email and phone. Every time they have created reference number for complaint such as CC[protected], CC[protected],[protected], CC[protected], CC[protected]. Many times they said that they will call in 24hrs and update the status. But lately they are not at all responding.
I have asked for refund since its more than 2 months since I placed a order. But they are not giving any refund.
I request to help me to get my refund.

    I purchased a All in One HP Printer from a online shopping store named Yebhi. The product was defected. I returned the product as per their return policy and asked for a refund. Yebhi told me that I would not get a refund and they are not responsible for the defected product. I was asked to take the printer to a HP outlet to get it repaired. Their return policy does not mention that. I have made multiple contacts asking for a refund which I have not received so far.

    The website makes false promises about a simple 100 day return policy when the truth is that they do not even take responsibility of any defected products.

      I have placed and order no YBH2186394 on the 17th August 2012. It was not delivered. Apparently it was held up because of some tax issues at Kolkatta. I called up the courier service but they said that they have informed yebhi but they have not done anything. When i call up the company to enquire about the status all they say is that do u want a refund ?
      They insist that was the only option. Anyway i have called them back several times but they never respond. it is hard to get through to them and mind their phones are not toll free. i have finally placed the new order after a month and i called them, up to cancel my previous order to no avail. I think that customers should be aware about their double standards. They are helpful only if its a new order. If you have a problem with your order then they also seem confuse about it or the company policy is just not designed to help the customer.

        Had been to online shopping for the past 5 years, shopped with almost all the major player in online shopping but was letdown by only few and yebhi.com is the topmost among them.Recently shopped 4 times with them but was really taken back to see their poor unprofessional attitude of their delivery team in giving the right response.Last two times when i shopped with them the product didn’t reach on time and the last time the product(order no:YBH2214385) was not delivered even after 25 days with no refund till date and no clear information from delivery team even after contacting them for the last 15 days daily updating my complaints.So my friends take atmost care in dealing with them

          I did a Mobile recharge through Yebhi.com for the Mobile Number - [protected], BSNL, Madhya Pradesh
          The amount was deducted from my bank account, but I did not receive any recharge on the Mobile, But Yebhi.com received the fund as per their payment gateway reply.

          Order No - YBS10114
          Transaction details - IPAY/ESHP/CITRUSPSPL/17949433/Yebhi
          Transaction date - 08/09/2012
          Transaction amount - Rs. 110
          Reference number - [protected]

          I also contacted Citrus payment solutions which is your payment gateway and they said the payment was made to you.
          They also mentioned a reference number - [protected]

          Their reply:----

          "Dear Aayush,
          As per our records, this transaction has been successfully processed as per reference number: [protected]. You may check with the merchant for the status.

          I mailed Yebhi.com and they are unable to respond to my problem.
          It is a case of fraud.
          They are not responding.
          They got the money but they did not provide the recharge.


          Please help me to solve this problem to get me refund or the recharge on the mobile.

            This is regarding Yebhi.com....One gets to realize the mistake only after committing. The one is done by booking the order and the other by placing the return Order CRO127638.

            Not Sure if they are really customer centric and just to inform others who are thinking in a direction to place an order to have an understanding well engraved in their heart and mind to be ready for loosing that money. Pathetic customer service and equally pathetic agents/team attending the customers. No SLA, No commitment, No call back as promised etc... Not even thinking of getting things done. So far the case has been into oblivion. Every time you may have to check and explain after being on call for almost more than 20 min to hear the words from the floor supervisors. Such a great team is there on the payrolls of Yebhi.Com.
            After completion of 4 working days the Return order has not been picked up and is still scheduled in the Yebhi.com systems. Not sure if this is going to happen. Also professed [protected]@yebhi.com is so prompt that they don’t even revert after 24 hours. However, franchisee.[protected]@yebhi.com you can expect a forward to [protected]@yebhi.com but no service.
            I still wonder how lethargic systems can be appreciated and be in business.

              Dear team,
              Two samsung galaxy s3 was purchased from yebhi.com on 22nd Aug 2012 and still I haven't recived the product and wheñ I called yebhi they say that the delay is from supplier. While purchasing the product they said there are 3 pieces available in stock. One pirce I received but the second one is still yet to come. In the site it is written the product will be shipped in 7 days. 7days has been passed and still I haven't received the product. I need consumer forum to intervene in the matter.

But when i opened the box( which was sealed packed) i found it was not the product which i has ordered rather it was Nikon L23. After that i call to yebhi customer care even call to them they ask send the snapshot of product which u receive even i do that But didn't get any response.                   Dear Sir / Madam,

                  www.yebhi.com is a fraud and a scam online shopping website. First they send 50% off types schemes sms to their customers and trap them. WHen you see the price of the prosuct on home page you will see the lower price and when you add those products into your cart the price of the product gets increased.

                  If you notice and call them, their call centre staff says that the product price keeps changing if you want to buy, buy or else cancel the order.

                  They are running a big scam.

                  On 22-Aug-2012, I recieved one promotional sms from them "Get flat 50% off on ur order. Use code PC2867272KA2 to get Rs 1000 off on orders above Rs 1999. Hurry! T&C Apply"

                  I went online and selected 3 products for my purchase under order no. - YB2222518, they price of the products at the time, I saw were - Product-1) Item Code - GSA - 0031 for Rs 1124.00 Product -2 ) Item Code - 104337 for Rs 799.00 and Product -3 ) Item code - F38-6 for Rs 156.00. Total of Rs 2162.00.

                  How I had to complete my order and apply the Rs1000.00 promo code. At the time of check out I saw that the price of Product -3 is increase to Rs 239.00 instead of Rs 156.00.

                  I called their call centre, and spoke with one agent named Bhasker, this gentlemen was very rude and advised that the price keeps changing if I wish to buy I can buy or else I can leave their website. I asked for their Supervisor on Duty and spoke with Karan Thareja, this supervisor informed me that the price for Product - 2 is also increased to Rs 999.00 along with the price of Product - 3, he was trying to be smart in the beginning.

                  I told me that my order is completed on the price, I selected apply the promo code and complete my order, he did not completed my order and said he needs to check with his manager. I kept on hold and the supervisor came back to me saying that his manager has already reached his home in Dwaraka and will look into my concern when he comes back next day. He assured me for the resolution within 24hours and to complete my order on the selected price under order no. - YB2222518.

                  I spent around 1.20 minutes on the call with these people.

                  Next day I did not received any call from them, I gave them a call back again and after taking my details the agent refused me to connect to the team leader, I asked for the manager on duty she again refused. But some how I managed to speak to one of their manager - Mr. Sidiqui. He had neither information nor any handover on my case, as per him. He again tried to tell me that the price keeps changing on their website and if I had to buy I have to pay them as per their wish.

                  This was a pain again, the manager also wanted some time to accept my order no. - YB2222518 and apply the promo code, and he confirmed me that he will get back to me by 1500hrs - 24/Aug/2012.

                  Today, 24-Aug.'2012 I received a call around 1300hrs by a gentleman named Gaurav. He again spoke the same, that if I wish to buy I can pay them extra and they will complete my order. I refused and told that gentlemen that I will put a complaint against them in consumer court, this man laughed at me and said, go ahead and do that, we are not scared and w will also keep bothering you if you do so !!!!!

                  Quite strange, these guys are professionally fraud.

                  Please keep an eye on their activities and help me to force them to accept and complete my order no. - YB2222518.

                  I have already wasted so much time of mine and energy with these people.

                  Please refer the snap shots of the screen in atachment, as how in seconds the price increases and they are prepared to cheat their customers and give csutomer harassment ,waiting for an earliest resolution on the above case.

                    I purchased a bangle from www.yebhi.com through order no. YBH2075477 product code was JP-JUN-001 for INR 800 on 28 July 2012 . When I made purchase it was showing in stock but after I made payment online a few days later I was surprised to find out that product was not in stock.

                    Later when I inquired they gave me a gift voucher worth INR 800. Then I purchase toe rings through order number YBH2130260 on 8 August 2012 of INR 795 through online payments. same thing happened with this also the product was showing in status at the time I purchased it but later when it was not delivered within the time I was promised they told me that it is not in their stock and will arrange it soon. On my several reminders and complaints I got response only twice. They are still asking me to wait for this product.

                    It seems they take money from hundreds of their customers and accumulate interest on it. They are completely misleading there clients.

                    I request you to take suitable actions against them so to prevent them from doing such unethical practices with their customers.

                    It is to inform you that I purchased a DIWAN on 16th August 2008 from Big Bazaar, Ambience Mall, Gurgaon.
                    I had asked to deliever the said Item on 21st Aug 08 or before.
                    They have not Informed me anything till 21st Aug. After Lot of pursuation they informed that they will deliver the item in 2-3 days time and till the date it is not delivered. when i personally met them to get my money back then they offer a free marble table with said item which had to be deliver on 12th sep 2008.

                    but til today 25th sep my item is not delivered.
                    i think they are fake..i will surely like to go to consumer court soon

                    Shame on you guys...and i recommend not to purchase anything from yebhi.com
                    After posting in public forums...i got response from their side and got the product delievered...since product was good so no hard feelings...but the communication system has to be upgraded...and delievery system needs urgent attention...
                    my issue was resolved now.

                      i have purchased slippers from yebhi.com, my order no is YBH2029939 worth Rs. 249/-, code no is F20-47, due to the size vary. I have returned slippers yebhi.com, after requesting many times yebhi.com,person from blue dart on the behalf of yebhi.com came and received my slippers on 26-07-12. Blue dart docket number is [protected]. Here in the website of blue dart after tracking docket no. product has been delivered to the gurgaon. but there is no confirmation i got from yebhi.com. They are just still saying they didnt get product and told me that as soon as product received we will get u in touch. i have called many times in customer care but i didnt get any proper response from there side. i dont know where my slippers is now. yebhi.com executive's all time giving me insufficient reply. executive's names are Karan Sharma, Rahul Bajaj, Mustehsan Siddiqui, Mehul Chadda and many other executive's to whom i talked. here with i m attaching courier receipt also. pls help me in this matter.

                        The portal is fraudulent, they show you one thing and would deliver one. Whilst they mention that they have a particular size available, but they deliver a another size, following this they arrange a reverse pick up and hand over a gift voucer to you to make another purchase. So some which way you would be stuck to make another purchase (by force). Also the customer service team based out of Mumbai and their Manager Ops - Amit Miglani, Head of Operations Soumya Chatterje and above all the Dear CEO Manmohan are deaf & dumb people.. you write to them 50times and if you are lucky they will arrange for one of their brainless Executives to call you .

                        Guys unless you wish endure the pain and truama of dealing with this guys.. please avoid them.

                        I was a loyal customer to this portal for more than a year and was a site which had great deals (BIGSHOEBAZAR), but now seems more customers have got their eyes rolling to sky.

                          I have placed an order on this site on[protected]. Order No. - AXS2025097 for Rs. 6710/-.After calling to their customer care today, i was shocked to know that the Item is out of stock and the representative told me that they will refund the amount back. I want to know that if an item is out of stock then why you don't show this status at the time of payment on your site. At the time of selection of the said item the company representative called me twice that the order is being placed and your item will be delivered within 7 - 10 days and you can proceed with the payment part. WHY YOU ARE MAKING FOOL OF CUSTOMERS? YOU ARE PLAYING WITH OUR HARD EARNED MONEY? WHO WILL BEAR THE INTEREST FOR THESE DAYS? I have not even received any call or mail mail from the company side regarding this out of stock. What about my money which i paid from my credit card and also about my corporate promo code of Rs. 3000/- used during this purchase. I want my money back with interest at the earliest as i have to pay for my credit card. I will also advice you to shut down this site and stop making fool of customers. I don't want to listen apology from your side i want only my money back with interest and also my promo code back. Do also tell me if your site can provide me anything in stock worth Rs. 3000/-.

                            its been 15 days since I am requesting that refund for orders YBH1980132,YBH1949389 and YBH1968668 be done back to card - i have been requesting this from the time return was initiated. Still they generated gift vouchers and have been saying refund will be processed in 24hrs but action has not been taken. I do not see refund on my cards after 2 weeks. I don't understand why its so difficult for a COMPANY to REFUND customers money back to card.

                              Hi Sir,

                              I wanted to bring to your attention the issue that I have been facing since last 2 months. I am trying my best to get one issue resolved from Yebhi, but I do not feel that your support team or management is ready to help me in doing so. I had purchased 4 articles from Yebhi. There was 2 articles that is 1 Puma shoe and 1 white towel on order# YBH1848082 amounted to Rs 1428.94. On order YBH1835259 there were other 2 articles 1 Puma shoe and 1 red towel amounted to Rs 1197.99.

                              When the product reached me I noticed that the shoes were not fitting me and the quality of towel was not worth it, so I requested for a reverse pickup. All the 4 articles were taken back my Blue Dart on AWB# [protected]. This was taken back on 09th June 2012 at 17.30 pm. The moment I gave the parcel to them I informed Yebhi team, that I have shipped back the product and I need the refund for it.

                              I got the refund for order# YBH1848082 on 14th June. However the team confirmed that they had not received any articles for YBH1835259. I requested them to check and they said that they will do so.After sending many emails to and fro the team got to the conclusions that they have received the shoes but not the towel. And they said to me that it will be shipped to me. I was in continous contact with the Team Lead named : Mustehsan. He said that the product is being shipped on Order# YRS1935045. The order was shipped on 26th June 2012. It was shipped via Yebhi Express AWB # N[protected]AG. The product was shipped back to Gurgaon stating the delivery is out of coverage. Later on Mustehsan said that he would need the AWB# of Blue Dart to check about the shoes and towel because he felt that it was not received by support team. If they had not received the articles then how come they decided to send me a new one. There has always been a disconnect in what your team says first and the next time, they are totally blank about it. I then informed the team and they mentioned that they have stated that the shipment is lost by them and also in the meantime the team was able to track the Red towel book on YBH1835259.

                              The last time I spoke to was Karan Thareja , he is another Team Lead from your support team. He said that as Mustehsan was out he will help me and he said that he escalated the issue to his manager and the manager decided to give me a Gift Voucher between Rs 250 to 300 for the towel. This was said to me on Monday 16th July and till now I have not received any voucher, I gave a call to your team in the night at 11.30 because Karan works at night. But the beauty is it takes 20mins to 25 mins to get connected to your team, which is not a toll free no. I have paid more than what I should have received as a refund. Karan said last night that till today morning I will get the refund but I haven't got any.

                              Request you to please look into this ASAP and get my money refunded to me.

                                I was charged Rs.509 two times for the order YBH1908787. First time I made the order on 18th June 2012 using my net banking. Even though Rs508.95 was debited from my account,the payment was shown as unsuccessful in the order page. I am attaching the document to support the above mentioned fact. I contacted your customer support guy and he told me to wait for two days. I waited for those two days when I called on 20th June 2012, some other person told that, you can pay for the item again and your excess money will be refunded. So I again made the payment using my credit card on 20th June 2012. This time the payment was successful and the product was dispatched.

                                I contacted yebhi customer support atleast 20 times via mail and atleast 5 times via phone number provided in the site. Every time I get a response that my issue will be resolved in 24hours, 48hours ans so on. Till date they haven't called me.

                                On 21st June 2012 I got a mail from yebhi that 'My first payment was declared successful by the respective bank'. But till date they haven't refunded the excess amount that I payed.

                                I am attaching my credit card statement and bank account statement, just for your reference and for confirming the fact that the amount was deducted twice.

                                  I ordered Skull Candy headphones order # MAG2010822 on 13/07/2012 priced at 1223 from Yebhi.com. I applied promo code supplied by yebhi i.e. 300 off on 1000 and above. So it priced me for Rs 923.

                                  I paid total amount 500 as Gift Vouchers and Rs 423 from my debit card.

                                  On Saturday i.e 14/07/2012, a company member # [protected] called and asked me if he could deliver me the product on Saturday. I replied that I had Sat-Sun off so not present in office. So he told me that he would deliver it on Monday.

                                  On Monday, the product is not delivered till evening and the status of the website is "Bag assigned to Anil". I decided to call the customer Care. They told me that the order is refused by you only. I was completely shocked. As there was no phone call or any type of intimation from yebhi.com about the delivery of the product.

                                  When I told them that I din't recieve any call and I din't say no to the product, customer care told me to ensure the delivery on priority.

                                  But there is no delivery till date and when I again called the customer care, they told me that nothing can happen now and you have to make a fresh order of the product ( which is out of stock now).

                                  Please look into the issue as I have ordered the headphones on behalf of my Manager at office who yelled at me and who actually dont believe in online shopping. These mistakes by yebhi.com are actually making customers hate the online shopping.

                                    I have ordered for a Shirt worth Rs 499.00 (after coupon) with the order id YBH 1940775. I have paid them through net banking. To my dismay, my account got debited twice i.e 2 x 499.00. The same thing has been intimated to [protected]@yebhi.com on the same day i.e on 27.06.12. They have responded saying my request is a priority to them and shall get back to me in 48 hours.After that I have been regularly contacting them either through email or by phone, they kept on issuing some random complaint numbers. I have even included a screen shot of my bank statement as well.Suddenly they have stopped giving any response through mail and I can never reach their customer support number through my phone. I have been a regular customer to YEBHI.com. I have recommended yebhi through out these 2 years. But to my shock, they seem like cheaters (420).

                                    One more thing is for the same order id i have requested for a return pickup as the garment was under size. They have arranged for the same and the same have been received by them (Tracked through AWB, Bluedart). And till date they did not communicate anything regarding this. So My 2 X 499/-INR is stuck up with them for trusting them to the core and making an Online payment in prior thinking that they are genuine. I should have opted for Cash On Delivery option. So I request your good selves to look in to the matter.

                                      I placed an order on Yebhi.com regarding a diamond pendant . After deducting the amount the order was confirmed and the status changed to "Verified" but even after 4 days there was no sign of dispatching the order. After calling CC they said they''ll dispatch the order soon. Then suddenly the order was removed from the account history and the company did not informed the customer about this. Then after calling CC they told that the order was out of stock ( even though the order was there on the site ) so they cancelled the order but even after this they did not intimated about the refund. Such a ridiculous service is given by Yebhi that the they take full guaranty to harass the customer. I recommend not to buy anything from Yebhi as they are running a fake company by deducting the money and then cancelling the order.

                                        With refeence to order no YBH1885517.I hav order a product but wrong product dispatched to me.After returning the product ,again wrong product dispatched by yebhi...Such a shameful act by Yebhi..Nver buy anything from Yebhi... Just a waste of time and money.after so many complaints I got a call from yebhi that they are sending me 150 Rs voucher as apologise.But again a fake committment by yebhi.Still waiting for the voucher
