i have ordered a pair of Rockport Laced Sports Men Shoes K 55445 Navy Yellow shoe(Size: Adult 9 (Euro 43) on Date: 12/20/2011 5:32:24 PM on Yebhi.com and got a message of dispatching on Date: 12/21/2011.
But till now(01/01/2012) i have not get my product.
I have also lodged a complaint regarding this on 28/12/2011 (complaint no : CC[protected]), still no resolution and call back arranged for the same.

    I purchased dated :18/12/2011 , Sandal, my order number is YBH922932, but till now (28th Dec 2011) I didn't get my Shipment.

    I called the yebhi executive 5-10 times and every time they respond in a very casual manner, Customer Care told within 48hrs We will provide you solution but after 50 hrs there is no response from Yebhi.com,

    Requesting to concerned person to take kind attention.

      not received my bajaj room heater which i have ordered from yebhi.com with no [protected].it has been dispatched on 21st dec 2011 but i havent received it yet i am really very upset with your service....is this the way you deliver the consignments. when i tracked my courier it giving out of delivery area.what does that mean you dont even have details of where you have to deliver your courier.......
      As per your yebhi online shopping dead line the product is shipped to me on before 24 or 48 hrs and i will order that product on 21.3.11 and today is 28.3.11 (Plesae see below print scren attachment page for your ref )
      My order no is YBH324669, and there are two product and i want my both product on same time, but you are spilt my order and send me only one product which i dont want or important.
      And there are no any single revert back mail, phone call and massage in yebhi site about delay of my product can this is part of your his service.
      First yebhi.com are confirm the customer order and than after you told customer that due to stock issue from warehouse end we are unable to ship the product and pls select another product what is this or cancel your order. Very bad responce in Yebhi site.
      Pls see print screen of my product when i will buy online and Yebhi are mention shipping time.
      Plesae help me this matter, I want my product asap.

        ear Sir/Madam,

        I had ordered shoes on the 20th December on Yebhi.com via internet. I agreed to put the cheque amounting to Rs.1979/- on the same day. As my account and Yebhi's account is of the same Bank, the amount got credited to them on the same day. They informed me that they will release the goods after they recieve payment recieved confirmation. But till date, even after numerous calls, they are not ready to respond to my calls and fail to answer my questions. This amount got debited form my account on 20th December itslef. I have all the proof required for that as my Bank statement clearly states that.

        They are not ready to acknowledge my payment and thus I feel cheated. I also adviced them to return my money if they cannot deliver my ordered product. However, they aren't ready to listen to my grievance.

        Kindly help me in solving this problem

          I have purchased Samsung Bluetooth Headset @ Yebhi.com on 26/10/2011. Order # YBH728046. Since then I am following up with their Customer care but the product has been not delivered till date(22/12/2011). Whenever I call up or send a mail they simply reply saying "please allow us some time". They are only responding when I am following up but otherwise there is no call from their side informing the reason for delay. I am really very disappointed with the kind of response I am getting from Yebhi. I want a serious action to be taken against this site, so can some one suggest me.             i bought a puma shoes Code: 35083503 & an earing Code: PYER - 5505 from yebhi.com on order no. YBH852432,but i didn't like them & i returned them in a sealed packing box through overnite parcel ,tracking no.*[protected]* on 06/12/2011.but when they replied they said they got only 1 article(puma shoes),they r not talking about earing.how its possible?how they got only 1 product when i packed 2 article in a same sealed pack then where is my 2nd article gone.i'm sure they r lying coz they don't want to refund back to me.now i 'll never shop on yebhi.com & advice all other peoples to beware from yebhi.com.they r big liars & big thiefs in all online companies,shop on fashionandyou.com.i've never complaint with them

              my name is Prateek . i have placed an order for 1 Puma Bag which is costing around RS 639.00. and after check this bag it is so small, so that i had back this product by blue dart service and the next day it was shipped i have placed the order on 11/29/2011 12:48:17 AM. my order no is YBH836181. i contacted yebhi customer care service more than 30 times and still they are saying it is refunded. i has become 13 days and i haven't received my money so kindly do take necessary actions so that i can get my money back.....and my blue dart shipper's copy number-[protected]. kindly take action needful

                I suggest everyone not to buy any product from Yebhi.com. I had ordered a pair of shoes (order no. YBH890204) on 8.12.2011 and got it on12.12.2011.
                It was size 6. I received the box which had 6 written on it but shoes were size 7 inside. Looks like they never saw what is inside. I have seen so many complaints related to item returns that I have no courage to follow the process. I have decided not to buy anything from Yebhi.com in future.Yebhi.com seems some local "Baniya" shop going online. I read in some interview that they want to be like Flipkart.com but they forgot that Flipkart is owned by former Amazon engineers, not any local baniya. I use to shop a lot from Flipkart and they have never given a chance to complain.

                  i have talked to your customer care service many times but i get no favorable response. they just say the have forwarded my complain but still i cant access my account.

                      I agree with you that yebhi.com is a fraud site...not refunding the amount and sending article's of different size.
                      I have ordered 1 puma t-shirt , socks and perfume on 18 of april 2012. This is my order number YBH1452094 . I used a promotional code to get discount on my puma products as they sent me the promotional code on my mail box. when I got the my order I showed it to friend and then I came to know from my friend that they’ve charged way to high for the perfume. I’ve got the same perfume from fetise.com @ 460 rs and yebhi charged me 935 rs for that perfume. I returned the perfume back to yebhi I spoke to amit on 27 of april at 6:18 pm he told me that I will get the refund within a week .he never game he his badge number not even his last name. I had some doubt in my mind so I called them up on 29 april at 6:45 am they keep disconnecting my call after 4 times of disconnection I’ve got rohit kumar singh on phone he told me that I will get the refund within 15 days same as amit he didnt gave me his badge id he gave me his extension number (4019) he assured me that i will get my refund within 15 days for sure. I’ve got my refund on 10 on may .all of them keep lying abt the time process of refund and the main thing is that I supposed to get 935 rs but they gave my check for 480 rs . Now when I call them they listen the entire story and then they disconnect my call . no one is willing to help me in yebhi No onw is ready to transfer me to Manager. my entire family’ve been using yebhi from such a long period. On thier website it showing that they've refunded my entire money back . I will suggest all of my friends and my family members not to purachse anything from yebhi.

                        I purchased an OLYMPUS camera on Yebhi.com on 23rd Nov with Order No YBH816362 with a hope of receiving it in 7 days. I planned it as a gift for my wife. Till date 7th dec, I have called 3 times and all the times the customer care guys says " We are sorry for the inconvience, we will look into the matter and ship you ASAP. Unfortunately today when I called them up, the product has still not shipped. Moreover they say that someone will call you up to followup, Never received any call.
                        Yebhi is still showing the same product online and says "InStock - Shipping in 7 Days". I really feel cheated that they would be fooling a lot many other customers since they still say that product is available and till yet they have not delivered. When asked on why still the product says Instock, their reply is WE DONT KNOW.

                        Key takeaways:
                        a. Never buy from Yebhi.
                        b. They are fraud & cheat customers by false promises.
                        c. Customer service is PATHETIC. Always give false hopes.
                        d. Never buy with Credit card, COD is a better option, atleast you pay when you get the product.
                        e. Yebhi lies to its customers a lot.
                        f. Provides false statements on its website ""InStock - Shipping in 7 Days" to lure customers.


                        Appreciate if someone can esclate this issue with YEBHI & take stern action so that they never ever again cheat or say lies to customers.

                          This Yebhi.com had entered into the cyber market, and simply created havoc among the customers by not delivering the product and in case of a refund, not processing it. I can see from their facebook website hundreds of customer had expressed their grievances(see the website http://www.facebook.com/Yebhi.Customer.Service)...here you'll find someone called "Vijay Kumar" is supporting Yebhi.com, which is a fake profile. ...they are dacoits.....

                          Please take prompt and effective action to stop this public plundering.

                            I have returned the item 9905BR from order YBH719434 along with invoice. But yebh.com is processing the refund for item in YBH800268 as it was purchased at lower price. I returned the item as it had a mark on the face. I want refund for order TBH719434 as that was the item I returned and i need it asap. I got 4/5 emails saying they are looking into it. But how much time does oen need to corrcet a return when already its there in the system? Its real sloppy customer service. I have really not boiught expensive items since with cheaper clothes/accessories only their service is sloppy. Then what can one expect with electrical/electronc items.

                              I am back again to complaint for yebhi, yet again. One of my friends had ordered a deal last week which was the first deal for him and he got it within 2 days. And then the nightmare started with the 2nd purchase. I think they only give you good service the first time to lure the customers into making the 2nd deal and once the 2nd deal is made; you are in for a surprise. He ordered a supersaver deal within 2 days of ordering the first deal. order no. YBH819851. When he was trying to check online for the courier status, airway bill no. [protected] doesn't work. It says wrong waybill number. When he called the bluedart customer care, they said that the order was held back at yebhi and they don't have the courier with them and that's why he wasnot able to track the shipment online. When I called yebhi, since I had so many numbers of them, one customer care executive named some Monica or something spoke to me in some language similar to English which I didn't understand because it grammatically made no sense. I understood in bits and pieces and she was trying to put the blame on blue dart. When I told her that I had already spoken to bluedart, she got alerted and said yes, the warehouse people haven't sent out the shipment.

                              So I am not the only one customer who has got cheated, it's my friend whom I had warned but we thought the incident wouldn't repeat with anybody else. She didn't give me any clear assurance/commitment on whether the courier is going to reach or not, just was simply giving me the dates and the days in the past one week ( as if I didn't know !!!!) We have no idea whether the shipment is even going to come. The trick is that they will send over the weekend and expect us to be there in the address and without even calling will take back the shipment.

                              I am waiting to hear what excuse yebhi representative is going to give this time.

                              Truly pathetic service, on 3 instances from my side now !!
                              Well, in continuation to my previous complaint, the shipment came way beyond the stipulated time and we sent it back as we lost our cool. Whenever they want they will ship the product. When we asked the bluedart guy to take it back, we didn't even receive any call/mail asking us why we declined the shipment.

                              This is what they claim 'caring for the customers !!! They didn't even bother to check why a particular customer has declined the shipment. They did not feel the need to check whether the customer is satisfied or not.

                              I have decided never to shop with Yebhi again and my friends have sworn the same.

                                I had placed a order in yebhi.com on Nov 16, 2011.

                                My money is charged twice for a single order (YBH796108). I had contacted my bank also & came to know that 2 payment requests of same amount on the same day were received from yebhi.com for the single transaction. PFB the same...

                                I chatted with customer care & was assured that the issue will be resolved within 48 hours, but no help... Every time I chat with them, they ask 48 hours more. Even after dropping several mail to [protected]@yebhi.com, I had not received a single response. I had escalated the matter to provided escalation id ([protected]@yebhi.com), but still no response is received...

                                Could you please look into this & resolve the same ASAP..

                                    I've placed an order for woodland shoe and I received it, I found it was bigger than the size that I actually ordered, so I called up the customer care and they arranged for the reverse pick up and the refund of my money was given to me as gift voucher. I used that gift voucher money 2095/- to buy a Micromax Q6 mobile which costed 5713/- from yebhi. The balance amount 3618/- was paid through net banking. This happened on September 2 2011. I found Micromax Q7 was better than the one that I have ordered so I called the yebhi and informed to stop the process since I need to change my order, and they informed me they cannot do it now and asked to receive the product after that I can return it to yebhi then change the product. Later one guy from customer support informed me to refuse the delivery from the courier company so that this process will work much faster. So I refused the delivery on 5th of September. The courier company has returned the product. I was informed that the product reached yebhi on 10th of September. I was asked to choose the refund type either cash back or gift voucher that I can use it again to purchase on yebhi. I informed I will get the money 5713/- as gift voucher so that I can use it to purchase a higher end mobile from yebhi which would cost more that 10,000/-. I was planning to use a promo code given by yebhi and rest of the amount to be paid through net banking, but the customer care people informed me that I cannot use the promo code if I'm using the gift voucher. So I chose to get the cash back of 5713/- and they informed that the process will be started on 14 September 2011 and I will get the money back within 8 to 10 working days, which did not happen yet (22/11/2011).

                                    I've received the partial payment of Rs.3617.99/- on 26 Sep 2011 which I paid through net banking. When I called enquired about the balance amount 2095/-, I was informed that it will be sent as a cheque through courier and it will take 8 to 10 working days to reach me. After a long wait and so many times calling yebhi for this refund finally they informed that the cheque is dispatched on 14th of October and when ever I called I was informed to wait, so I waited for it but I did not receive any courier. So I called back on 27 October and I was informed that the courier is delivered to me on 24th October and they provided me a Track ID: Z49109068 of DTDC courier for reference.
                                    When I contacted the DTDC courier I was informed that the courier was delievered to my house owner and they informed her name was "Sarojini" and when I checked with my house owner I found they did not receive any courier on behalf of me and there is no one with the name "Sarojini" in their house. I called back and informed this to the courier company and when I asked without contacting me and without my permission why they handed the courier to someone else. I got a rude reply from a lady in DTDC courier customer care that it is my responsibility to stay at home and receive the courier. She created a case number for this issue "SH149". When I tried to call them back ([protected]) to enquire about it I was not able to reach them till today.

                                    I called the yebhi and asked to cancel the cheque that has been sent to me since it has landed in some wrong hands because of the DTDC courier company and asked them to send a different cheque through a good courier company. This process was started on 3rd of November and I was given a Ticket number: CC[protected] and I was informed that I will receive the cheque in 10 to 12 days since the refund team has to cancel old cheque and issue new cheque. Till now I did not receive it and whenever I called I'm asked to wait for 24 to 48 hours and show all the empathy but it is not worth believing them, cause they have not done what they have promised me. They used to give fake commitments that they will check with the issue and call back after 1 hour, 2 hour, in the evening or the next day but it won't happen. I have called them through [protected] which is STD call for me and it was paid service. Each time when I call I was put in hold for long time and the highest was 25 minutes where the whole call duration was 37 minutes. If they keep the call records they can check it. Due to the repeated calls that I made to yebhi to check the status of my refund for the past 2 months I had to spend more than 500/- rupees amount and mental torture because of long hold and I used to inform about this on all my calls and they reply "We can understand your pain Sir" but they gave the same pain again. Last week when I talked to a customer support person called Rahul from yebhi and along with my issue I informed about the paid service he informed there is a Toll free number and provided it to me :[protected] which I started using it now.

                                    The last call I made to yebhi was yesterday morning 10.30am (22/11/2011) and after long hot conversation and since I demanded to talk to some senior person which I was not provided till the 45th minute of my call, finally Assistant Manager Amit or Amir spoke to me and he has taken note of my concern and he informed that he will personally mail to refund team and he assured me that I will get a call back on the same day within 6pm in the evening. I believed his words and waited for the call. With no surprise I didn't receive any call from yebhi. I'm frustrated with there service and I feel I have made big mistake by using Yebhi.com for online shopping.

                                    After all these struggles with Yebhi I want to inform them I need my money 2095/- back and compensation for making me wait for 2 months for my money which I did not receive it yet.

                                      Dear Online Consumers,

                                      I would like to share my 1st bad online shopping experience with Yebhi where they have eaten my money and not dispatched the product as yet after 13 days.

                                      On 14/11/2011 I purchased some stuff (Yebhi Refrence No. YBH786186) from Yebhi. I was provided the information on their website and through system generated email stating it was dispatched on the same date 14/11/2011 through Quantium Courier (http://www.quantiumaspac.com/qtracker/track.aspx) with courier AWB No. SO113844 and the same will be reached to me within 3-4days. On 18th I talked with Yebhi Customer care executive (Ms. Lakshi and Ms. Kusham) and she told due to some courier delay it will reached to me on or before 21/11/2011 at any cost. On 22nd I had a online chat through Yebhi webportal and Mr. Ajay gave me a complaint No. CC[protected] stating the same will be reached to me within 24-48 hours then after that I spoke with Yebhi’s Team Leader (Mr. Yogesh) he also assure to me that the same will reached to me 24-48 hours but nothing happened. Even they do not have courtesy to update customers.

                                      I am surprised till the date my stuff is not deliver to me. It seems Yebhi has eaten my money.

                                      One most important thing I would like to share that Yebhi is total unprofessional online store and they dont have any ethics very poor costumer care.
                                      I would like to appeal one and all customers of India please think 1000 time before any online purchase from Yebhi.

                                      Please be aware of such kind of Fraud website like Yebhi.

                                        respected sir my name is mudassir ahmad and i have buy a jeans and a stream iron from yebhi dated on[protected] , INR.1133, order no.YBH725776, but both item not shiped by yebhi,
                                        I got a call from Yebhi c.c they says we can not ship stream iron because some quality issue in stream iron so we will refund for stream iron, and jeans will be ship in 24to48Hr, i have got refund only for stream iron, but sad after long time waiting my jeans is not yet shiped and i don,t got refund of my jeans then i have contact yebhi c.c many times but there is nobody to hear me for jeans related issue ,
                                        I have complain many times to yebhi c.c and they says we will refund of jeans but refund not yet got.
                                        So plz resolve my jeans related issue ,plz refund money for my jeans THANX.
                                        So i hope here i will get my money back.
