I have ordered two shoes. Amount debited from my account. Still now i have not receive my orders. No response from toll free no. Expected delivery was 29 april. I can't cancelled my order. I can't do anything. Many of them are suffering from this online shopping in yepme. Please consider my request and solve the problem. Please do as soon as possible

    I have placed order 34056532 for 2 (Two) no tracksuit for rs 1457.00 on 09.03.18. On 10.03.17 order divided into two singla order. (I[protected]One no track suit if rs 729.00) and order (Ii[protected]One no track suit for rs 729). Received order 34056813 but the quality is very poor. So i have raised complaint and returned back the item to add provided by yepme by indiapost with awb no cw[protected]in on 21.03.17. But the item returned back on 13.04.18 due to insufficient address. After that i have emailed no answer. Tried to contact with cc no[protected] but no one receiving call. After that i was able to contact through facebook messenger and the said the return address mentioned in their website is wrong and provided another address but again returned back the item with awb no cw[protected]in. As the quality of the product very poor so i have not received 2nd product (Order[protected], and it was returned back to seller on 26.03.18. As per t& c 21 working days over yepme not refunded my money rs 1457 also no conformation or reply through email. Please take necessary action to refund of rs 1457 and rs 104 courier charges.

      First of all, i would like to ask how an online shopping company functions without a functional email id and a responsive customer care unit? It seems yepme is interested in customers only upto the completion of payment. After that one has to rely on their mercy to receive the ordered item. I have ordered a yepme jexter tracksuit item code 33037, blue black xl size form yepme.com on 24/04/2018. While buying i did not have any login id, since first time i was buying something from yepme. There was an option called 'easy buy' available on the webpage, so i entered all the details and paid the amount (Rs 498/) by debit card, as discount was available for online payment. My transection utr was[protected]. However after payment i never received any email or sms confirming my order. I waited for few days and then tried to contact customer care phone numbers, but in vein, no one picked up the phone. I called more then 15 times. I tried to write to customer care by adding a complain, but here to, they have laid a trap. Unless one knows the order number, no complain can be added. So there was no place where i can convey my grievances to them. Still, i wrote to them about my problem by entering information in 'suggestion/feedback' category, and this also met with similar result, no response even after 5 complains. There are so many sites in india where i shopped online, but this is the most horrible experience i ever had. Now, i simply want my money back, and no more yepme please. People go for online shopping due to lack of time, and this site trouble me so much that i better would have gone to local market to purchase the item. I hope yepme team has enough honesty and courtesy to refund me the money.

      So far no response from Yepme. And I don't think they will respond..this is a team of fraud people. In the name of online shopping looting money from us. Shame!

          I ordered shoes on 25th april and also paid for it using the debit card.. There they mentioned that it will be delivered on 1st of may and now its 3rd of may it still says order is verified its not even shipped yet and i know they won't ship it because now it's been 3-4 days it still says verified... This is cheating and fraud... If you don't want to deliver the product shut your company off. I ordered it and paid for it so that i'll get it soon and i can wear it to a program i want to go next week... Now i had to buy offline. We work for hours and earn money... We don't earn by doing such fraud... So please respect our money and deliver my shoes... Its a request to you... Or else return my money atleast...

            Order no.34063002 dated 28.03.2018 expected date of delivered was 03.04.2018. Raised complaint as well as escalated the complaint on mobile app of yep me. Complaint no. 305642. Tried calling customer help line[protected] as mentioned in the app. No response by any person on the helpline number. Only music keeps on playing for many a minutes. Email could not be delivered is the response when tried to send email. Raised complaint with national consumer redressal forum complaint no.712974. What more can i do? Please deliver my shoes at the earliest.

            How does yep me deliver products when ordered on Amazon but do not deliver the products when ordered on yep me mobile app? They are cheating customers. Reportedly they have wound up their business in March 2018. Then why do they accept orders on app ? Most likely this is their last effort to earn money by fooling customers.

Its already taken two months to deliver my product. So, try to understand how we are facing each and every problem to earn money. But u people r playing with our money.                 I placed two orders on 25th march and 26th march, order was suppose to be delivered by 31st march and 1st of april. I have not got the product and i can't find them under purchase history, so yepme might have canceled it. I have not received the refund for the payment made online using airtel money.

                Have tried every possible way to contact them but without luck.

                How do you go about filing a legal case, as they fraud in general.

Upto now i didn't received any mail or massage from yepme, i have called them for 8 times there is no response from them, i need my money back, yepme is the worst online shopping website.

                      Order 5 shoes paid online 1572, expected delivery day was 24 apr 18 but still not received. When tracked my order showing pending for verification.
                      Till date not received a single mail or text message from yepme.com. Tried calling them countless times but still ringing no response after ringing for 45 mins though. Mailed to [protected]@yepme.com but still no response, complained on yepme.com site also but still no response asking to escalate put its not escalating.

                        Have order a watch vide order no 34065980. The watch i have received, analog watch is not working. I tried to raise a complaint by calling the customer care number thrice but noone picked up the phone even after waiting for 30 mins. Even tried to raise through app by complaint doesnt get submit. Tried to raise through website but didnt received any otp even after 45 mins.

                        I have contacted through the facebook messenger for my complaint & got following response

                        "we would like to inform you that reverse pickup have been arranged from our end. This will be done within 72 working hours. The courier person will contact you before coming to your place. The courier person will provide you a courier receipt after successful handing over of the product to him by you.

                        We request you prepare the parcel for return with original packaging, tags and invoice

                        Once we receive the product, a quality check will be done. Post the quality check is cleared; replacement order will dispatch in next 72 hours"

                        Till date noone reported for reverse pickup & i haven't got any update though tried calling repeatedly.

                        Please specify this is how you treat your customers. I think that i have done wrong thing by ordering from yepme. If you are not going to entertain please specify so that i can stop wasting my time. I will think that i given this amount in charity to yepme

                          I have placed an order vide no.34067481 on 13/04/2018 and when i placed order it has shown expected delivery before 17/04/2018, but on 17/04/2018 also i have not received any updates. I have called your customer care and complained about the delivery of my order and told to them to deliver on or before 19/04/2018, accordingly they lodged complaint also and the complaint number is 23560420.

                          Still now i have not received my order. I have called more than 30 times to your customer care number i. E.[protected] and[protected]. After selecting the options it says that they are connecting to your fashion team, but nobody is lifting / no updation though i have waited for 3-5 minutes each time, but simply getting music only.

                          I request you cancel my order no.34067481 and refund my amount paid of rs.977/-.

                            Order rejected by yepme because quality issue, it has been almost two month, still no response from yepme. Customer care. The customer care representative told that money will be refunded within 14 to 21 days. I waited upto 25 days then i gave call to the customer care regarding refund status.                                 I used to purchase shoes from you online on regular basis.
                                Recently on 9th of this month, when i went to purchase for shoes with my id.
                                It showed a message that your id and password is invalid.
                                Again i have requested for password change.
                                It is also confirmed that the link has been sent to my mail id.
                                But i have not received any communication from you (Both sms and mail)
                                Then made purchase as a guest for two shoes via net banking.
                                Forgotten to note down the order no.
                                This time also, i have not received any message or mail.
                                I have forgotten to note down, because of the hope that i may get mail or sms from you.
                                I tried to call your customer care no, keep on ringing, no response.
                                Afterwards, i made two purchase on14th and 16th for two shoes.
                                For this also, i have not received any communication.
                                Till date, booking has not been made.
                                I think there is a problem in system or may be facing any other problem.
                                But i am not interested.
                                I want either my cash to be returned or goods to be dispatched.

                                        It has been 10 days since i placed the prepaid order yepme has not shipped the item i tried several times to call them but thier customer service is always busy. The phone doesn't connect for 15 minutes waiting. Their website or app do not have complaint accepting section. You can not reach them. I am clueless about contacting them.
