I ordered set of clothes with the order number 34052376 which cost rs.2500+ on 22nd feb 2018, have made full payment via net banking, its been more than a month now i have still now received any product, tried calling them for more than 10 times now but no body picks the call and it says the number is out of order, i also tried their website but that is also not helping me raise any issue, seems like website is also having issue. Please somebody help me reaolve this issue, i need my money back.

Is 34058838 and the order is been placed in 15 march 2018. The status of the order is been showing always ready for dispatch even after the expected delivery date so please help me with this other wise i am going to the consumer court and it's a warning also.

        I had booked an order from this site but later due to some issues cancelled it and when i didn't got my refund i called on their costumer care number and they told me to wait for 21 business days which are over but still didn't get my refund and when calling them they aren't picking up.
        My order id is 34047388. I cancelled my order on 15 feb 2018 and now it's already 21 business days according to their policy but still no money is transferred in my account and when calling their costumer care service i'm just kept on hold and no response so complaining here hope i'll be provided necessary help as soon as possible.

          I have ordered 2 items worth around 1198 and total amount is 1298 including shipping charges, redeemed a SBI voucher of 1000 Rs and paid remaining 298 Rs on 24th Feb 2018. While the money got deducted from my account and voucher got used by YEPME. I got message saying that your order will be delivered in next 6-8 days but till date the items not delivered and in YEPME web page it is continuously showing “Pending for dispatch”.

          To enquire about this I have tried all customer care and other numbers of YEPME which are available in all web pages but no response and no one pick up the phone.
          On 20 Mar 2018 I have got auto reply from Yepme saying problem will be resolved and on yepme web site page in my order status it is showing pending for dispatch and given “Courier Name: wow express Tracking No:*P[protected]*” but in WOW couriers web site I tried to track this number it is showing no data available and on customer care no one is lifting the phone, so it is clearly showing all acts of YEPME is fake, just misleading the consumer and want to eat away the money.
          If we go to online YEPME web site I found 100% similar escalation are found. I think big scam is going on from this online web site and no one is seriously noticing, we should surely escalate it to “Cybercrime department” and “Consumer court” because I have seen similar kind of complaints are raised in YEPME app web site by so many consumers, maximum people are not escalating further and yepme taking this as advantage.

          Please resolve my issue by taking action against yepme.

              Here is another fraud company that takes payments and does not deliver and action complaints.

              The company has deducted payment from my account and there is no change in order status i.e. still pending and no action is being taken by the company to confirm order and dispatch goods

              They deserve to be shut-down.

                  I have ordered 3 products in the march 24 2018 and its is supposed to be delivered by April 1st week. But still i have not received the products and no refund as well and i'm not finding any way either to get refund or to track the product.

                    I placed my order[protected] order id 34032776. Still not dispatched. After make complain its shows dispatch in 48 hours but after 1 week there is no response even if we call its always not connect to person and only music for 30 min and we drop call. We dont have any option to do.. Is this your way to deal with your customer??? I request either dispatch or cancel this order and refund it...                           I have ordered the subject order on 24th feb'2017 and paid rs. 280 through paytm gateway but i have cancelled on the same day (24th feb'2017) because i want to buy other product.

                          I got a message saying that refund is initiated and it will take a week time to process.

                          It has been more than 2 weeks but i didn't receive my refund money.

                          As i tried to contact customer care[protected] they will keep me on hold for morethan half an hour long.

                          I doubt that yepme.com is cheating its customers.

                          Please look in to the issue and resolve the same at the earliest.

                          As per Yepme Refund policies it has to resolve the refund issues maximum within 21 days from the date of cancelling order. No it has been morethan 40 days but they haven't come back till now.

                          I tried calling customer care also but no use as they are not picking up customers calls.

                          Please take into consideration and look into the issue seriously as there are so many complaints against yepme and resolve at the earliest.
                          We have ordered wrist watch on[protected], wide their order no.34052668, Amount Rs. 538/- was paid online on same day, but after so many follow-up there is no response from the yepme. I want my money back immediately.

                            On 6th jan 2018 at 10:06pm. I order sports shoes from the yep-me site with the guest email id : [protected]@gmail.com and the amount has been deducted in my bank account. However, i didn't received any order confirmation email or sms. Even i logged complaint in the yepme site. Complaint number : 3057728. No response from the yepme side. Till now not received any order confirmation or cancellation email or sms. But the amount has been deducted.

                            Calling n number of time to the customer care number but there is no one to receive the call.

                            I clearly said the previous email that i order with guest email id and i didn't receive order number. Now you're requesting to provide the order number. How can i provide the order number?

                            After doing the payment i didn't receive order confirmation page or email/sms. But payment has been detected

                            I have only one proof that is sms deducted sms and otp received sms.
                            I'll provide my amount deducted sms and another screenshot through my personal email to [protected]@yepme.com.

But the order was rejected by them, i called the customer care about the refund and they said the refund will be within 21 days. Now its been over a month and still there is no refund and the customer care too isn't answering.

                                  I ordered shoes via online on 20th november 2017.

                                  Pay money via online.

                                  When i track the order it will show status is rejected i don't know why is rejected.

                                  I don't have problems with order rejection. But refund will be not credited by the company.

                                  Its more than 3 months. I don't know whats happening with this company.

                                  Please help me what i have to do.

                                        Yepme seems to be a fraud company.

                                        Order id 34022099; rs.1, 017/; 6-jan-2018 20:30:00
                                        Status: "ordered"

                                        It was a pre-paid order, payment done through mobikwik wallet.
                                        Money deducted from wallet, mobikwik has also confirmed payment to yepme.

                                        Till date nothing has been received from yepme.

                                        Yepme helpline number does not work, tried thrice for about half an hour, playing recorded voice only.
                                        Send a mail from registered mail-id on 27-feb-18 to [protected]@yepme.com. Till date no response, send a reminder today 9-mar-18.
