I ordered my shoes on 20th july... Estimated delivery was 26th july... There were no notifications coming to me or anything... Order status is still-ordered
I havnt got my shoes still..
When i try to track my order... It is coming like - waiting to confirm..
When i try to call to yepme customer care... Maximum numbers are wrong numbers... And the call which gets connected... Nobody picks the call..

Yep me has stopped responding. Its been 1 month now since i placed the order. I have failed to contact them by all possible ways. They cannot be reached either by email, phone no, facebook provided by them. I have paid it online and thats where i made a mistake. Yepme's service has always been very bad every time i ordered something. Now they have crossed all limits. They take orders but do not process it. Moreover if you pay online the amount gets out from your account. And even if you try to cancel the order you cant. Because the site has become totally non responsive. I now dont want the product and want to cancel it. Please cancel the item and refund my money.

Updated by Abbasali Makhandar I had ordered 10 kurtas out of which only 9 arrived. 1 kurta was missing so i called and complained to the customer care several times but did not get any solution. I ordered a shoes on 9 july and make online payment .My order id is 34085724...and it is now 17 july and product is not delivered yet ...When I cancel order...it is not canceling...I request you to solve my problems...either you delivered my order or refund my money.i hope you solve my problem as soon as you can.

If it is not resolved what are the steps I can initiate against this company legally.

It is still saying that its not dispatched.I want my product to be dispatched quickly or i must get my money refunded.when i call the customer services of yepme no one attends the call.

Yep me order 34081352 was cancelled on 20th June 2018 as the order was not delivered. Order amount was already paid off to YepMe(was not a COD delivery) by card, while placing the order. The money is not refunded yet to me by Yepme. The timeline given for the refund was 10 working days and it has been well over 10 working days limit. Please help me with this.

I logged into Yepme.com as guest and placed an order for Rs.340 on 1st July, 2018. I didn't receive any confirmation mails/sms on the orders placed. And its been 11 days, since I didn't receive the refund amount.

I can share the bank statement proving that the money got deducted and orders not placed.
