My name is mukesh p i bought shoe from yep on 14 may but now m on 28 may till yet my product is not dispatched and when i am calling them they are not picking up the call only ivr speaks. Please help me for this and ask them to refund my money my order number is 3407338. I want my money back they are having worst worst services... Not a single phone got connected...

Updated by kamal1002 I ordered product shoes on 14 the may It's being month my product is not dispatched I need my money yepme is cheaters and cheating people and having fake website.making fool to all and i need graviancs details I want my refund any how...and there phone numbers are totally invalid and it's not getting connected all the time I i called on yepme customer I holded call 1 hour no response from agent he said hello n den hold request please look in to this complain and strick actions against yepme cheaters and fraudulent site.

    Order no. 34074080 has not been delivered yet. And your phone is not working. Nothing is provided on website to solve any grievance/ problem. Even tracking of order doesn't work properly. Please deliver the product otherwise return the paid money with interest. It is like fake online shopping website... Now i shall recommend others to never buy anything on this web.

      Order done on 16th May 2018. Status showing as "Pending Review" for more than week. It says expected delivery date as 22 may 2018 but till now no response.

      Tried to contact customer care multiple times but no luck to connect.

      Please check and proceed the order.

          Have already booked my prepaid order (Id[protected] in last 9th may. Still did not get any order confirmation in my mail as well as by text message & if try to call to yepme care team than say will forward your issue to higher authority. I have been call in 6time & they are saying same.
          What nonsense it is.

          If you could not able to provide any product as a particular time limit than why can't response to my call.

          If you have not the product than eatleast refund me as a right manner.

            I have been writing several mails, CONSUMER COMPLAINTS against yepme India. But still they are not yet ready to give my money back.

            I called today i.e 21/05/2018 the ### support team member put my CALL ON hold once he came to know about my mails and complaints against that ### yepme India. I waited 44 min on call but he didn't responded after the CALL ON hold.

            This shows the calture of Yepme India.

            I have a screenshot of the call please go through and please help me out in returning my money of ₹658.

              I have written several mails to above mail id of yepme against my refund issue. But not even once they have responded towards my complaine. Worst customer service team. Not able to pick call on there official number.[protected]. I have waited in call for more than 45 min.

              Please consumer court should take necessary action against yepme india.

                I am writing the 3rd complaint against yepme india. But still they are not refunded​my ₹658 from last 3-4 months. I have been contacting there irresponsible customer support team from 3 months but they are not able to pick my call after waiting for 40-45 min. And still they are saying technical issues for the reason. Yepme india is one of the worst online marketplace i have ever seen in my life.
                Please consumer complaints form should take strict action against yepme india. So that they learn leasson.

                        I have placed two pair of shoes in April 27th, 2018. I have done the Online payment for my order.

                        But, I didn't get any updates regarding my order and have made 3 complaints
                        But, they didn't respond correctly. Customer care also not working.
                        They take more than an hour to lift the call and every time they have asked me to wait for 48 hours.
                        I think this is a fraud company or this will a fake one.
                        Guys don't believe this company.
                        The government should ban this website.

                            Contact via phone: many times but not received. Some numbers are dead.
                            Email: customer. [protected]@yepme.com; mailed but bounced with reason “the email account that you tried to reach is over quota.”
                            Yepme was not cheater type brand because i placed many order from 2014 which is completed. Something going wrong but care of customer is first and yepme should refund and stop the online transaction from customer in their account because it’s a cheating, if you are not able to fulfil the customer order not don't want to refund.
                            Jurisdiction place is delhi. Yepme shouldn’t make benefits from outside indian customers under this clause.
                            Please provide refund of ordered amount rs.449.00 as soon as possible.

                            A order for shoe given on 29.04.18 via yepme app online and paid Rs.30/- (reward value) + Rs.269/- by credit card, expected date given by yepme was 05.05.18 but till date they neither deliverred the consignment nor any sms/email for the status update.
                            Kindly resolve earlier to avoid any legal complication.

But i have not yet received the product and was finally returned on 17 march 2018 but i did not received any notification regarding it.                                         I have not recieved or product from yep me yet. I been writting since one year to them. 698 need to refund by them no way to contact them. It been one year so far I have wrote here many time but they just responded to we will contact you but.no call from them and we can not connect to them I think I should write to consumer .gov.in it look like they are ignoring us while writing here. Please admin of this web kindly look into this matter to pass message

                                        Hi yepme customer team,
                                        I have ordered 3 set of shoes in total cost of rs.937 and paid the amount in online on march 28th but the product has not yet received and showing as order rejected. So kindly send products or refund the money of rs.937 as soon possible and share the status.
