My order no is 34084119
I order 5 itmes on 1st july, 2018 paid from net banking money is deducted from my account.After order products I didn't received any confirmation like through sms, email about order.
Status continuously showing pending review, try to contact customer care but nobody pickup ph calls with long hold for a hour even, they people not responding at all I try to email yepme customer care there also showing inbox is full.
Product delivery date was 7th july, 2018 but I didn't received my order.
I am attaching some screen shot.
Kindly resolve this issue and deliver my order.

Placed 2 orders with yepme and those products were to b delivered on 2nd and 4th july...i haven't received any product till date..either return my money or deliver my orders.this site is not working now n people are not aware n dey r placing order with yepme.n there customer care numbers are not working.i tried to contact them but nobody picked up phone there.

I ordered shoes on 14th of june using my credit card I checked the status after few days which was showing Ready for Dispatch... But now it's 7th of july and am still getting the status ready for dispatch.. i don't know what they are doing with my shoes if it's already ready for dispatch... So It's my kind request that if you can't deliver my order plzzz cancel it and refund my money as soon as possible coz I don't hv money to spent on websites like this who cheat their customers.

I have placed the order on 24th June. After doing online payment I have not received the order id. Delivery was scheduled on 30th June but I did received the order. I tried calling the customer care but nobody is picking up phone. I also registered the complaint but I have not got any feedback.

I had ordered 3 tees from yepme on 20 June but did not get any delivery .After a week i checked the order status, it was pending for dispatch .After next 3 days I again checked the order status which was again pending for dispatch .I submitted a complaint for fast dispatch but nothing happened .After next two days I wanted to cancel the order but it was written there to wait for next 48 hours before submitting next complaint .After two days now it is not possible to cancel the order as their next complaint is not being submitted there.Nobody picks up their customer care numbers .I have made the online payment and I want my money back .It has been 15 days after I have placed the order.

I am fed up with them. People are not fools to waste time on calling them all the time! I felt its cheating customers by providing offers like this. Please help me on this. Thanks!

I ordered two T-shirts from yepme.com but even after successful payment I didn't received any order confirmation from them. The amount was deducted from my bank account but have not received any email confirmation or sms confirmation from yepme.

Dear yepme, the order given by the niharika has the order delivery date of july 1st and now it's 4 days late but i didn't get any response from you that i will get my delivery upto some particular date or not
It's not good for your company that if the customer paid money and didn't get the order means that they lose the trust on your company so kindly take my complaint seriously and deliver my product shortly

I had booked a pair of shoes from Yepme on 12th June 2018. Order number 34080766, in the name of Swapnil Mehta. I have made the payment through my debit card and I have still not received the order. Not only that i have tried to contact Yepme on the customer care number but no one answers the call. I have also not received any courier details for the same. When i check on my app it shows ready for dispatch since 13th of June 2018. Please help me get my order or the refund amount.

I made a payment of 339/- INR to yepme.com online on[protected] from my mob no. [protected], I did not get the order id by sms nor in email. If possible kindly deliver the product or refund my money. The website doesn't work properly. I have the sms of the payment done from the bank on[protected].

Ordered two jeans on 09 may, 2018... Till date jeans not delivered to me... After talking 3-4 times in customer care... Money not refunded. According to your refund policy, amount refunded within 21 days. Customer care personnel mr. Jitender kumar told me that after 20 may, 2018 - my refund process will be started. Till today on 04 july, 2018 - there are 45 days have been passed and no amount was refunded to my account.

Please refund my money as soon as possible.

I have placed an order worth 497 against order no:34082609on 20th June 2018 by online transaction but it is not dispatch yet.the helpline desk can't respond.it is already 10 days gone. So please contact them and tell them to deliver my order or else refund my money back...the customer care helpline number couldn't respond properly so please contact them and refund my money back...

I was tried to order a pant at 21 feb 2018 of rupees 602 and the order number is 34049343. At that time order is failed and money is also detected from my wallet (Mobikwik). I contact them and they said send us the wallet statement of transaction. I sent mobikwik statement of transaction and they raised ticket. On 7th march i was able raised ticket (Ticket no[protected] for refund of money which was detected from mobikiwk.com. They said that within 21 days my money will reverted back to my wallet but still i didn't get my money. Now i tried to contact them but the care number is not available now.

I had ordered 2 sweatshirts but they aren't even dispatched but they took my money through online payment but still not got the package. No one receives the calls also i paid Rs.1250 for 2 sweatshirts. Please help me in getting my orders if not in refunding my money. Please help please help.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.. Placed an order for a casual shoe on Yepme and it's been a month i have not received any updates on it. Tried customer service, but the call has been put on hold for more than 20 minutes..Waste of money..and worst online shopping experience.

Still i didnt get any comfirmation sms from yepme and i also raised a complaint through online, but no response from yepme. I called upon customer care they are ready to pick the call.

Very bad experience, i dont know whether i can get my order are my money refund.

My order id is 34070242 ordered on 27 apr. And cancelled on may be on 13 or 14 may as my order was not dispached till my cancellation day and then now its 24 of may i didn't get my money back which paid by me online. I called them more than 30or 40 times regarding my problem but after waiting about 10 to 15 minutes they receive sometimes only and say that we will solve ur problem whithin 48 hours or as system is in updation mode so call later thats responce i received till this time. I hope u understand my problem and help me.

I haven't received ordered product on 12.06.18 for sports shoe and track pant. Due date of delivery was 18.06.17. I have tried call centre several times but no reply. Please respond to my complaint. I order from http://yepme.com. i ordered for "yepme dwayne slim fit shirt-white-navy shirt size-42 | qty: 1". My order id is 34076679. I placed my order on "[protected]:30:00" and expectde delivery of order was[protected]. I have already made payment in advance for this order. I have not yet received my order till today.
Also, i have registered complaint for the same with complaint id : 3069295.

I am not satisfied with yepme service. It seems like yepme is a fraud. I have not received any response from yepme after registering the complaint, also i could not cancel my order. When i try to contact on helpline numbers of yepme, no one is there to receive call.
Now i feel that yepme has stolen my money, it is a fake company. No dignity is there of yepme in market.
