Hi Sir/Madam,
hope you are doing great,

I (Mohit Bafna) Residing at Balkampet Hyderabad, have placed an order of shoes on 19/04/2013 online for 499 shoes of size No-10( Order number[protected] and when I received the delivery i was surprised it was size -7. I made the payment to courier boy of 499. I raised a complaint online and provided my account details and all for refund. Replacement has taken place on 25/04/2013, and yet my account has not been credited. I sent them several mails and tried their customer care but no satisfactory response. in the process of replacement and refund I have almost spent Rs-100 and more of mental harassment. Till today my amount is not been credited. Today I have sent an email to settle my account and pay me the balance due with them. it's almost 12days and as per Yepme Terms and condition if any consumer doesn’t pay the amount in due time he has to pay the interest at the rate of 18%. I have followed the same statics and sent them an e-mail with the rate of interest of 18%(as per their terms and condition). Total amount due is: 499(Main Balance) 33(Interest at the rate of 18% for 12 Days) 100(Expanses of phone to call customer care) 633(total amount due from Yepme Shopping. (+ Mental harassment and ill treatment towards customer) Please look into the matter and resolve the issue ASAP.

    Hello,

    I made a online purchase using yepme's online portal www.yepme.com (order no. 2046848) on 24 April 2013 for an amount of Rupees 1,078.00. I tried contacting them over email but they have not responded yet. The customer care number mentioned over site doesn't works at all. Online status shows dispatch is pending and it will take 6-8 working days. It's been more than 10 working days and they have not came up with any update. Request you to kindly take action against them.

    i ordered for a medium-sized sweatshirt but would like to have a small-size of the same since the delivery has not been made yet.

    Refund on cancelled/returned Products

    I have ordered 7 tops from yepme and I returned 2 of them at delivery and cancelled the rest five because of bad quality of that two tops. It is now 1.5 month and I didn't get refund in my account.
    i am facing similar issue . i have even logged complaint in this site. will i be able to get the refund?
    I have ordered an item on 9.10.18 (order no.[protected] and the delivery date was 15.10.18, and they are showing it is ready for dispatch till now. Please resolve the problem.

      yepme is the worst online shopping sites,never ever shop anything from yepme as it is cheating sites.i have ordered blue colour polos shirt 2 pair i.e order no.2087305.after 6 days i got the parcel,but when i open the parcel i was shocked to see that both the items were not the one i have ordered instead of blue coloured polos they gave me poor quality light orange colour polo,i wanted to return it but after seeing many bad reviews about it on internet i got worried if i return the item they may cheat me again by not returning my cash.and yep me customer care no.[protected] or [protected] if called never pick up instead your mobile balance will be sucked dry.iam very much dissappointed with yepme so never choose yep me guys

          Hi Team,

          I ordered a shoe at Yepme.com and had paid it through my bank account. However, after a day I cancelled the order and requested for a refund. I was said by the customer care executive at Yepme that the refund would be made within 24-48 working hours as its in process. However the refund wasnt made till today. I called many times and wrote numerous emails. Nothing helped. My order number with Yepme was 2050484. Could you please help in initiating the refund at the earliest?

              I had ordered a pair of shoes valued at Rs. 1199 from YepMe.com on 23rd January 2013 on cash on delivery scheme with an order no 1425053. They promised to make the delivery within 7-8 business days. I kept on asking them by emails about the delivery but there's no response from YepMe.com. After about 20 days I decided to cancel the order and sent an email. Even then there was no response. On 24th February I received an SMS from YepMe.com that the products were dispatched. I took the delivery on 28th February by paying Rs. 1199. But to my utter horror I found that the shoes were of different sizes(40 & 41) and both the shoes belonged to right foot only. So after reading the return policy of YepMe.com I returned the shoes by courier by spending Rs. 263 on 6th March. I sent an email attaching the scan copy of the courier slip(FirstFlight). YepMe.com acknowledged receiving the same and asked my bank account details for refund. After that I have sent so many emails to get my refund but there's no response. I also tried to post an online complaint in their website, but I was shocked to see when it said that the return policy doesn't apply to my order no.[protected] since my date of complaint has exceeded 30-days return period. Can anybody help me to get my refund amount of Rs. 1199+263 = Rs. 1462 ?

              My 1) Order id: 1765989, I have returned shoes since 3 months the refund is still not credited in my account. I have called yepme customer care 10 times but everytime I call they say will be done in 48 hrs but no luck.

              My number is [protected]. I would not recommend yepme.com fraud site to anyone. If you want to know the problems I have faced you can call me. I will tell you. Think 10 times before buying from there. I posted a negative review on their fb page they banned me from commenting. Cowards no sense of customer complaints acceptance in social media. I tweeted them but no reply.

              Firstly there customer care representative assured me the pickup arrangement of product but when no pickup was there i again called them.

              THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. VERY POOR CUSTOMER HANDLING. VERY VERY UPSET.

              My name is ADITYA JAIN I placed an order on 8th Aoril 2014 ORDER NUMBER : 6295508 for 6 items and payment was done through my HDFC debit card. There was a delay in delivery and i didnt receive the time on committed date, After a follow ups for about 5 times they sent me half the items i booked and the rest half (3 items) was been cancelled due to some reason and was informed to me that i will get the refund in 7 working days. Till date i didint get the refund and i am following this case since 1 and half month. Everytime i call the response from agents was the same i.e., "YOU WILL GET THE REFUND IN NEXT 7 DAYS" and even after that i didnt get the refund i requested it to escalate the case to superior and spoke with "RAHUL BHARADWAJ" on 21st may 2014 and he ensured me that the amount will be transfered to my account in 2 days. On 28th april i called again because the amount was not transfered and the agent said that RAHUL is not available and he will arrange a call back. NO CALL BACK as promised. I called again and the agent said RAHUL is not available and arranged a call back from his couligue SANDEEP. Mr.SANDEEP said the same thing that with in two days amount will be transfered and he promised for a call back the next day at 1pm for the exact status. NO CALL BACK from SANDEEP as promised. I called again on the same day at 7pm after waiting for call back from sandeep and the agent said he is transfering the call to SANDEEP and i was holding the line for half n hour and no one come up on the call. I am fedup with the service from yepme and no one taking the responsbility and being coward to talk to me. Now its almost 2 months i have been calling yepme for just one order. I need my money back as soon as possible and requesting to take the necessary actions for the torture and waste of my time and money. I need the amount of refund+250rs which i have spent calling back again and again with out any solution. Please do the needful and i wish for a positive response at the earliest.

After waiting for 10 long days i got a mail on 17th july 2014 that, my order has been cancelled due to the reason out of stock.               Yepme sent me used/second hand products and when I try to get a refund, they keep employing cheap tactics to avoid refund. They have received my products based on first flight status update, but they keep denying that they have received my parcel. This is the worst online shopping website I have come across. Bunch of cheats.
              I placed an order 10365275 which was automatically rejected due to reasons unknown. I placed the order on 4th of August. I haven't received the refund amount even after 3 weeks. I called their customer care 4-5 times and every time I receive a reply that they have escalated the issue and I will have to wait for 3-4 days. When I try speaking to a senior to get a valid reason as to why the escalation has not yet been worked upon, they place me on hold and mention that they have heavy traffic due to which the senior is not able to get on call. They mention that I would receive a callback which never happens. This is so frustrating. I am a regular customer of Yepme. But this is the first time I have placed for refund (which was actually done by them for no reasons). Pathetic and disappointing service. Do they take the refund amount and distribute it as salary among the employees? The next time I think of placing order at Yepme, I regain the refund amount which is yet not received and I just close the browser. Refund my money ASAP. Worst refund service. YEPME hope you understand the level of frustration reached for a customer to take out his/her valuable time and write down such a long post. Negative ratings.

              I was purchased shoe few days before. Iam not fully satisfaction of my product so please exchange my product.
              I had ordered a tracksuit offering pair of sports shoes on 18 of December and got it delivered on 27 December, as soon as I opened a packet I found that the material of tracksuit and pair of shoes was of cheap quality moreover lower with tracksuit did not fit to my size and I was very disappointed with the quality of product.
              I suggest Yepme.com should concentrate on Quality of products rather than Price tags.

              I have places order for T-shirts and Shoes on 27/01/2015, after two days I got email stating order was rejected and if amount was deducted from your account, it will be refunded in 5-7 days, As of today I haven't received refund.               You have been fooled and cheated and you are not the only one. Many people have been cheated. Just search for yepme complaints in this forum and you will know. Now you need to file complaint with indian government consumer helpline against yepme like many have done.

                  I had a terrible experience. I placed an order on Tue, Apr 2, 2013 at 3:10 AM (order no 1855496). Have written umpteen emails (not one has been replied to!) Made several calls, get to speak to someone after a hold time of atleast 7 mins or more. Everytime I called i was assured that the order was being shipped today! Finally today after more than 20 days the order was canceled.

                      I have placed order on 8th of April for shoes from online shopping store YEPMEE.com and got defective piece on 12th than i complaint on 13th and ask regarding replacement and give Item no. which is available on 13th reference no. -91615. but till 17th when i ask for product, executive reply its sold out as complaint resolved. i asked for refund and give a/c details for neft reversal of amt. on same day but till 22 march i don't get my money back or any replacement of defective piece.                       On 22nd late evening i call back to yepme i had a chat with Abhishek Kumar and in conversation he again ask me to wait for next 48 hours.

                          I placed order 20 days back till now i did not get my products i wrote more than 10 times to customer support to refund amount which is also not done till. Bug fraud company. CS numbers don't work they dont respond at all. My order number is 1789105.

                                I have tried to call your customer care phone numbers but it was unviable. It was Worst experience of my online shopping life!.
                                There is a marriage of my brother at my home on 20th April and I am very busy in managing all that.

                                  I had a horrible experience with Yepme. I have ordered Formal Black Leather Shoes - Order Number : 1847313. On website they are committing to deliver a product with in 4-5 working days and i could not got the product dispatch till on the 11th day from my booking date. In my every follow up call they suppose to tell me that the product has gone for the quality check or they could not dispatch it because of some technical problem. I couldn't understand how technical problem is related to dispatch a tangible product.

                                  I finally cancelled my order and requested for refund and even i am not sure how soon i will be getting it back.

                                  Beware guys, Yepme is total time wastage. This was my first such a worst experience. They are fooling around the customers and not stand by with their commitments.

                                    I had placed an order on 9th March 2013 for Black wayfarer sunglasses Online with YEPME.COM, Order no was : 1677637, I had got the delivery on 14th March 2013, However after opening the parcel I came to know instead of black wayfarer sunglasses I had been delivered with Brown color sunglasses, Hence I made a call/mail regarding replacement, I was given a complaint no:64564 and was told a field executive will first collect the Brown coolers and then from 10 days I would be couriered with the exact piece of black wayfarer coolers which I had placed order. The executive visited my house on 22nd March 2013 and collected the brown coolers and told in 10 days I would be delivered the black one, Today is 11th April 2013 but still I have not got my requirement and the payment of Rs.500 is done on 9th March 2013 when I had placed my order.                                       This is regarding the hoax business YEPME.COM is playing. I had ordered on 14 March 2013 , the payment of Rs 635 has already been made online. The status of the order till date is pending. The order no. is 1705776. I have tried calling and emailing but no response.
                                      Please refund or make the delivery asap.

                                        Hi, I have made an online purchase at yepme on25th March,13. A message have been received that our order no.1793490 has been dispatched through speed post docket no.SP 09799989 on 01-April-2013. But the product has been despatched to your authorized center at Bhuntar ,Kullu. It is further submitted that i have paid the price through on line banking of SBI, but your authorised center asked to pay Rs. 499/- on the counter before delivery. I could not understand what is this. There is always a communication gap between your payment section and dispatched section.I have made a lot of phone calls and mails also but no satisfactory resuls comes our.So it is further requested to short out the problems.
