I ordered a pair of shoes (Product code - 209361) on 17 dec. 2017. Order number is 34002355. Courier - delivery

The shoes they delivered are of different sizes (9 & 10) and both the shoes are for the same leg (Right leg). The shoes are of no use. I tried to call them since the day of delivery but no one answered, neither any mails got to them. I complained online after several tries with complain id - 3057518. I contacted them to ask about the address to post the shoes but the told me that they will reverse pickup the shoes and said me that they are. Parking my complain as resolved. But no one came to reverse pickup. Now i can't add another complain and i can't send the shoes myself either. And the customer care is so unresponsive. They aren't picking up the call.
This was my 3rd order from yepme. If they are doing this type of fraud then it is my last shopping from yepme for sure.
I don't know where to complain. Please look after my complain and tell me what to do next.

      I am trying to contact yepme site from oct month, customer care number is not picking the call. mail id customer.[protected]@yepme.com receiptant inbox is full.

      [protected]@yepme.com - mail for this mail id also there is no proper response.

        Hi team,

        I have ordered a watch in yepme.com on
        Date ordered: 02 jan 18
        Name of company: yepme
        Expected delivery date: 08 jan 18
        Order no: 34020278

        I have tried multiple times to contact yepem customer care, but there is no use and no one was able to connect with me, i have been kept for an hour in wait, but still no response from them.

        The product was expected to delivery to me by today, but still nothing has been placed, still the status shows as pending for verification.

        Emailed the [protected]@yepme.com on 6 jan 18 and till now there is no response from the customer support.

        Attaching the screenshot with proves my above statement

        I don't need the product, i have other portals who are supportive to buy.
        I want that order to be cancelled and provide me the amount what i paid

        Please inform the team not to send any auto email, asking me to contact [protected]@yepme.com. It is of no use contacting the that email id, as we don't get the response from them

            I purached item worth 700 rupess. I am trying call center for reverse pickup. Daily call on number given but phone ring for 30minute and get disconnect. No response of them. Not even by mail
            What to do in this case.

            Please give me solution as soon as possible. Very bed quality of item. I need refund and reverser pick up from them.

            Ever courier people not delivered item on hand. And they didn't update status too

            I posted while spend 120 rupess by post it is reverse back to me. They scheduled for pick and it has been done also but after

            3 months they have not refunded my money.

            It cost me extra 120 plus purchased price.

            Total 800 rupess they have not refunded to me and they picked up item too.

I got to contact them only once and they said that replacement will be done after reverse pickup of the product but no one came to pick up. Now when i try to write an online complaint, it says that a replacement order has already been made and i cannot write a complain again.

                  I have ordered a shoe from yepme on 18.12.2017 with order id: 34004855 and made payment by net banking to ibibo from south indian bank for rupees 399.00.

                  However i received reply message on yepme that my order has been rejected and received the subsequent text message to my registered mobile number [protected], which is as follows.

                  "your order id 34004855 is refund has been initiated. Processing will take a week. For further queries, call us on[protected]."

                  However as of today the amount has not been credited in my account.

                  In this regard, i tried to contact you several times in your contact number provided in the site[protected], but unfortunately nobody attended else i wasted my time and phone call.

                  I also sent two emails to them in their email address [protected]@yepme.com, but that also has not received any response

                  Kindly do the needful to instruct them to credit mu amount rupees 399.00 in my account at the earliest.

                  For any further details, please contact me either by email or in my cell number

However, i didn't received any order confirmation email or sms. Even i logged complaint in the yepme site. Complaint number : 3057728. No response from the yepme side. Till now not received any order confirmation or cancellation email or sms. But the amount has been deducted.

                      Calling n number of time to the customer care number but there is no one to receive the call.

                      I clearly said the previous email that I order with guest email Id and I didn't receive order number. Now you're requesting to provide the order number. How can I provide the Order number?

                      After doing the payment I didn't receive order confirmation page or email/sms. But payment has been detected

                      I have only one proof that is sms deducted sms and OTP received sms.
                      I'll provide my amount deducted sms and another screenshot through my personal email to [protected]@yepme.com.

                      Please, you may reply to my personal ID.

                      Kindly sort out this issue ASAP.

                        @yepme.com, i have ordered the yepme jacket in the yepme website and returned the same after delivery due to bad quality of the product. The complaint id is 3055197. I have also submitted the awb number which is del[protected] with the complaint number.
                        When will i get refund of my money. I even tried calling yepme helpline but nobody picks the call up. I have done the payment through my debit card. Refund my money and send a notifications for refund in email [protected]@gmail.com

                          Hello sir, i ordered shoes in yepme.com on 14th july 2017. The order got cancelled by yepme after 5 days and saying that they will refund the amount. I contacted them through email several times. They are saying that they will refund the amount soon. It is like 6 months and i didnt get the amount yet. I contacted them last month and still they are saying they will refund the amount.

                              I am feeling very bad about your customer care and support. I have made payment of rs.1772 for the order no: 34002141 on 16.12.2017. But till date i have not received any of the order. And the status of the order shows that it is been depactched. But till i have not received my parcel.                                 I have placed a order of two watches with the order id: 33783632 on july 5th 2017. But the order was cancelled by the merchant. Till dare[protected] i did not get the refund for the same. Also tried to call customer care several times. The customer care is unreponsive. I called several times, and being on call for 50 mins, still none of the executive could answer my call. I need the refund status of the above order id.

                                  Order # 33955951 dt 07/11/17 for men's brown sandals. Called[protected] on24/11/17 and received a ref # 3052306. Again complained at their site on 27/11/17 complaint # 3052729 stating the non delivery of my order. Subsequently several visit on their site but was told to wait patiently for next four days. Now that when i type my order number, the system shows that the time period for return of product is exceeded!. (Pls note that this is not a complaint of return, but non-delivery) also checked my bank a/c for whether they returned the money. But not yet.

                                      I have highlighted it also.

                                      I just got message from bank stating below

                                        I placed my order on 15 june 2017 and made advance payment of inr 777.00 with my credit card. Order no is 33758123.

                                        When i called customer service for my product shipment status after a week, they replied that it was cancelled and refund will be done in 15 days.

                                        It is more than 6 months since i placed my order but still waiting for my refund. I sent so many mails on [protected]@yepme.com. Customer service is not responsing.

                                        Its almost 6 months now but nothing is happening from your side. My complaints are marked as resolved without providing me solution, hence forcing me to write fresh complaint. I also tried to contact your customer service but it is the worst customer service I have experienced. Not even my mails are answered as per your suggestion to write at [protected]@yepme.com. Please provide me mobile number of the concerned to follow up.
