Hi,
Order number[protected]
On 1-jan-2018 i have order 2 shirt from yepme.com and paid from net banking money is deducted from my account (Im attaching screen shot of my account deducted amount)
Still showing pending for verification
But not receive the confirmation of the order
I had called yepme customer care numbers on 66372424 with long hold for a hour even, they people not responding at all also mail to yepme mailing address but yet not received any reply.
Kindly resolve this issue and deliver my order.

    I ordered dresses from yepme.com on 16th jan and made payment by my debit card on the same day and time, i received a text message from them about the confirmation of the order with the expected delivery of 20th jan, i did not receive any product by then so i call the customer service of their on 22th jan morning, they told me that they will check and will give me the detail about my order but still don't get any response.

    I am calling them from today no one is picking the phone and there is not at all any response to their side.

      Money is deducted from wallet
      But not receive the confirmation of the order
      Also i have contacted paytm so many times
      They are saying order numberis generated we cant do anything in this

        I haven't got my refund back it has been 10 months approximately. What the hell is going on! When i call at customer care, after long time they pick up the phone just after that they say they are checking the details and keeps it on hold and when i say something they just drop the call without answering. Even i called again they picked and i told my name they directly keeps the phone on hold. I have requested for coupons they even didn't have send that too. What do i do now! I'll just go to court now.

          I have placed an order with yepme.com (Order id:34021120, mob:[protected]) and paid online through my credit card on january 4th 2018, but till now (January 20th 2018) product has not been dispatched and the order cannot be cancelled too. I want either my money to be refunded or the products for which i placed the order. I have tried complaining in yepme.com, but neither they are taking the call nor can i submit the complaint in their site. Kindly solve my complaint as it is creating unwanted stress on me. I am attaching the screenshot of my order herewith for proof.

            I was ordered a shoe with the order number[protected] grey and blue bellies shoe on january 8th 2018. I received it on 19th january2018. Actuallu it is little larger than my actual size so now i want to exchange my order - grey and blue bellies shoe, due to the problem in the size of shoe.               This is regarding subject 2 orders no which got cancelled but refund amount 1095 and 858 for the same is not received in my account.

              The app is asking to contact customer service but your number is continous busy and i have lost more than 200 rs just to try to speak with you regarding subject but no agent got free to attend the call. I work fedex customer service and i know about service levels.

              Kindly revert back to me regarding the subject order and process a refund back to my dbs account.

                    I had return a product to yepme because of its poor quality and they told me that i have to wait for 21 days for refund but its already approx 1 month and they didn't return my money and when i want to contact with the customer care then its worst because either they didn't pick my call or if they pick then they hold my call for 1 hours and after 1 hours call was automatically disconnected.

                        I ordered a top from yepme in march 2017 order number[protected], but as it did not fit, i returned the top back to yepme. I registered a complaint against the product, complaint id: 2945103, and sent it via post. They said that they can't return the money and so can give it in the form of coupons, to which i agreed. But till date, i have not received any kind of refund in any form. They do not pick up phones and don't even reply to emails.

                          Yepme cancelled the order did not refund money.

                            It is for the fifth time i an making complaint about yepme. But every time i have got received complained that my complaint has been forward to concerned team and will get a response soon. They have cancelled my order of two jackets of no reason. I have made payment is rs 1097 for two jackets but neither they have refund my money nor delivered my jackets. Please help me.

                              I have ordered some product on 31st oct 2017 amount of rs.2346.92 and i have pay them using wallet option and they debited rs.1938.00.
                              After 7 days i when i didnt received any product from them i called them being online for more than 1 hour i got connected with their customrecare executive and they said your order is rejected because we are out of stock and you will get refund in same account from which u have paid in 14 to 21 days.
                              But till date i haven't received any refund from them.
                              I have tried many time their number after being on hold for more than 1 hour they will accept your call and when you say about refund they will put you on hold again and will never back on call again..

I was not aware that yepme team is so slow and poor that they are interested in only money and has no meaning with customer satisfaction. Even after 2 months they just said that they are looking into matter and forwarded my concern to their team. It is clear that they have not delivered my order also they have not returned my money. So I don't know that for what they are waiting. Such a bad company yep me is.

                                  I have ordered one cargo pant & one shirt costing rs.937.00 from yepme.com on 31/12/2017. My order no 34019333 on dt 31.12.2017, mo.no. [protected] still not received. No any tracking id is provided. I had called to its customer care on 11/01/2018, who told me that my order has been cancelled & against that refund process is initiated, & it will be credited back in my bank account within 14 to 21 days from aforesaid date.
                                  Till now I didn't get my money back from yepme.com. & almost every day I am calling to its customer care.. no any response given & they didn't attending my call even from waiting in call for hour's.
                                  So please refund my money back or deliver my order..

                                    I ordered a shoe on 20th july 2017 and i returned the product on 24th july 2017. But till now i didnt get the re-fund.. And no one is picking from customer care and if i drop a email for refund to [protected]@yepme.com.. I m getting monthly once reply stating that "forwarded to concern department". How many times you will forward my same issue to concern department?
