I paid for a shoe on 9-jan-2018 from my airtel wallet thru billdesk payment gateway. As the order was in "ordered" status + the expected delivery is mentioned as "15-jan-2018" and i have not received the item even after 15-jan, i contacted customer care. After 40 min in waiting, finally i was able to reach the customer care. Customer care person said they have not received the money and asked me to contact airtel wallet customer care. I contacted both airtel & billdesk. Both confirmed that the payment was successful with airtel reference[protected] and billdesk reference latl[protected].
Again i am trying to reach yepme customer case and i am in waiting for 3 hours.
I need the product what i ordered or money back in my wallet or even i am ok to buy any other product.

    I ordered a pair of shoes but they delivered two shoes of different sizes. I ordered for a replacement. They reverse picked the product but i haven't got the replacement yet. The contact number is unresponsive and i can't contact them.
    It's been more than 20 days since they reverse picked the product.

      I purchased hand wrist watch on 31/12/16 in Yepme website Rs.738 and i received jan 7 2017. Watch quality issue so i send to yepme on 14/01/2017 Received 18/01/2017 successfully then i received confirmation mail on 18/01/2017 but still now Not get refund amount but say action shortly...i attached some document of verification...

        Hi,

        On 19th Nov, I tried placing an order on yepme worth 2615 Rs. from account id associated with pjindal.[protected]@gmail.com username. First transaction payment showed failure thus I had placed same order again (order id[protected] . After some time first payment also went through successfully thus to avoid two same orders I got one of them cancelled through customer care.

        I have received the order now but the refund amount (2615 Rs.) for the cancelled transaction has not been credited to my bank account yet (has been more than 2 months). Let me know the status asap.

          I have ordered multiple items from yepme on 17 November but they canceled one product without informing me..
          I have raised complaints through email & calls..they are giving dates & dates only but after almost 3 months I havn't got my refund..
          Customer support never picks up the phone & if answered after an hour hold they cut the connection or put it on hold.. Order Id 33972002.

            In continuation to my complaint on 27.04.2017, 10.05.2017, 25.06.2017, 13.07.2017, 15.09.2017 and 19.12.2017 on this forum, i had requested the replacement of shoes for size 10. After much persuasion, complaints, the shoes were # up from my place on 17.05.2017. But i am yet to receive the replacement. On top of it, the complaints lodged by me on this forum show the status as : resolved. My order no is 33566195.
            It seems that yepme feels that if they do not respond, the customer will also forget and they can continue to cheat the customers. But it is not like that and in the process they are also losing a lot of customers even though they supply a good quality product. I no more demand the shoes. Please refund me my money.

I have called several time to yepme.com regarding refund of my cancellation. They have replied me that there only payment system is not working. Every time they told that refund is in process.                 I was order men's shoes on 20/1/2018..and its payment is done already by debit card...but my order is not reach at my home..i was already complaint no:-3059580...take action on it as soon as possible..otherwise give me my 339rs.back...replay as soon as possible.

                          I order a yepme shoes from yepme.com on 25/10/2017 which order id is 33932610, i pay via my credit card & the payment was successful paid & order was successful placed & delivery date was 29/10/2017 but i can't receive my product yet, after 4-5 days my order was not listed in order history, they (Yepme) remove my order from my order list, i m trying many time to contact their customer care but can't rach to representative after waiting 30 minutes on call, customer care service is very poor, wrost customer care service, i have never seen before customer care service like yepme, pls help how i get my money or product

I tried to see the status of the order in their app and website but it's showing ready for dispatch and courier tracking number and name is also given which is fake. Because i contacted the courier partner and they told me that the tracking number is fake. I tried to contact yepme over phone but no one is picking it up. I mailed them but no reply from their side.

                                    This complaint is regarding order number : 33932073, i had called yepme customer to notify them about the double debit and the agent who spoke also confirmed that double payment is made and said he will escalate the issue but its already 22+ business days, but i have received nothing. Look into this matter.

                                    I am really frustrated after spending 2 hours+ on the phone trying to contact you guys a guy picks up cal and cuts the call, this is ridiculous. Worst customer service i have experienced.
                                    Every weekend it as become a routine, to call you guys and wait for response. Please try not to disappoint me more

                                      Hereby i request yepme to kindly pay attention to this message. I want to cancel my order that was mistakenly placed on 22nd of january, 2018 with the oder id 34035872. I don't want that product. Therefore, i request to kindly cancel my order as soon as possible. I don't want the item to be delivered. Even i was not attempted by any order confirmation call, so i find it very irritating as an unwanted product may come to my doorstep.

                                        The sports shoe are small in size. So we want to exchange the shoe. So please except my complain of sport shoe. Exchange the shoe and return me 10size shoe. Because we trust yepme so we oder. Please dont lose the trust of customers. So exchange the shoe. Please give your customers order again and again. So i repeat again dont break the customer to bay products.
