    My yepme order number 33984018 dated 1 dec 2017 of amount less than rs 1000/-, for which i payed online, was never delivered me. Now it is not even visible in my yepme orders. There is no message that what happened to my order.
    I tried calling yepme customer care and sent emails but did not receive any reply. If they are not ready to deliver product they should refund the money.

      I have bought two pairs of shoes and the size of that shoes are very small so i want to return the shoes and get another of larger size and the quality of that shoes is also very poor and box in which it came has been destroyed completely. So i request you to see my problem and fix it as soon as possible. And along with them i have bought a track and t-shirt that is also small but any how i am using that. So if you don't solve my problem i have to take strict action.

          Money deducted from paytm wallet but order was failed.
          Paytm customer care said that yepme has verified the payment. So amount cannot be refunded back to paytm. Yepme as to return the amount back . Its been close to 20 days now. Customer care of yepme goes into waiting tone for more than 30 mins multiple times
          No one answers the call.

            While i was placing an order in yepme on 24th december, payment was declined and the amount deducted from the mobikwik wallet. May i now when amount will be refunded. I raised the complaint in mobikwik and they are saying payment status of merchant transaction is successful. And

              I received a voucher worth rs.4000, from gyftr.com. It was applied during check-out and then there was error on payment page. The website prompted me to return to my shopping cart. The voucher was not applied this time and when i entered it again, it said invalid. The checkout and order was not placed. Complained over 24hrs ago, no response. Complaint number 3056704. Customer care not responding. Looks like 4000rs was wasted.

                  Please find the attached files such a bad service from customer i am trying from last 30 min you people can see screen shot on 11th December i ordered a jacket from your website and i got confirmation sms also that my order 33999177 will be reaching to me within 5-6 working days since i was busy with my own working i could not check properly the current status before 2 days i am calling yepmee customer care number it is not connecting at all, i approach you people on facebook but did not get any proper response i am requesting a call back from your people but did not receive any call you people are not even bother about so pathetic service and insane . i have order number, sms, transaction number and i have chatting screen shots now it is enough to fallow you . now i am going to post this on every social media .

                    Even after a long time they didn't called me and my order was rejected without any intimation. They are not even responding to calls/mails.

                      I have ordered multiple products (On 18-dec-2017) and the order no is unfortunately deleted from my phone, but did receive message on [protected] the payment was made via net banking more than 2000rs

                          I was not satisfied with the product delivered. I launched a complain with complaint id 3055729.

                          Also there was an address where we need to submit the product. I visited more than twice, there was no office of growthways trading pvt. Ltd.
                          Also tried calling customer care no body is picking for at least once been on call for an hour of hold.

                            My order no is 33978516 which i have done on 26.11.2017. But even after 1 month i have not got my deliverym their customer care number is always remains busy and their mail server is full, so i am nnot able to contact them. At the time of order expected delivery date was showing 01.12.2017. Please help me. Please help me in returning my money.

                            Every time i called to customer care they are keeping hold for half hour but even after holding for such time they are not responding to my calls. Mail deliver failure occurs when ever i send mail to their customer care. So there is no way to contact them.

                                Sir, i have ordered two set of shoes on 2nd december 2017. And i have paid 700₹ at the time of order. And i didn't get my parcel at the delivery date. So i cancelled it. But i didn't get my money back after 15days of cancelling the order. And there is no contact to company. They are not receiving my call. And not replying me through e-mail also. These shoes cost me 700₹. Sir you are requested to do some action as soon as possible so that i can get my money back. My order details are :-

                                  I have placed an order on yepme.com on 22/10/2017. But the order was not delivered. When i talked to customer care he told me that my order has been cancelled and the money will be refunded within 10 days. But it didn't happened. I tried to contact to customer care but they let me waiting for more than half an hour for talking to customer care and finally i have to ended my call. The scenario continues for several times. Its more than 2 months but still they have neither refunded my money nor they give any clarification on the same. My order number is : 33930180. The payment was made with sbi credit card. Please do the needful.

                                    I would like to know when would my order get dispatched..

                                    First of all, people please stop purchasing from this website..in may i order 6 t-shirts and that order got split and 2 t-shirts never got delivered and i called this yepme pathetic service, customer care which doesn't care.. Like i spent around 200/- rupees in 3 months on customer care service recharging my network so that maybe one time atleast i would get an opportunity to talk to them for a resolution but no they are always busy and after 9-10minutes the phone call gets automatically disconnected like 30-50 rupees gone for listening to some stupid ivr..
                                    Now again i got message about some offer and i made a mistake by purchasing and this the order isn't been reviewed yet. I don't understand who takes a week time to review an order, which hardly takes seconds..

                                    Never buy anything from yepme, anyway i would send an e-mail about it to them and then complaint it on consumer court.
                                    Hopefully their site get a ban.
                                    I curse yepme to the unpayable amount of loss..

                                      I have ordered a shoe (On 12-dec-2017) and the order no is : 33999781. The payment was made via mobiwiki wallet for rs.399. The amount is been successfully debited from my wallet, but the order is rejected by yepme.

                                      I tried to contact yepme customer care[protected] and the wait time was shocking. I have tried multiple times but i was waiting for more than 40 min. No response from customer support.

                                      When i tried to raise a compliant in the website, it was not allowing me to raise the same, since my order status was rejected.

                                      Currently there is no mode of contacting customer care or the yepme support via any mode.

                                      I want the refund to be processed. Please assist.

                                        Pay money via online.

                                        When i track the order it will show status is rejected i don't know why is rejected.

                                        I don't have problems with order rejection. But refund will be not credited by the company.

                                        Its more than 15th days. I don't know whats happening with this company.
