I have mailed lot of times to them regards to coupon code but they dint reply it. I ordered few clothes some i liked it but some i dint so i returned them back. They told me they will send me coupon code after lot of complaints i received coupon codes but unfortunately i lost it, so iam trying to contact through customer care but they are not answering my call and they are not replying through mail as well please help

    I have ordered products from yepme.com on 17th june 2017. And paid my money (680 rupees) using debit card. And i had cancelled the order on 19th june 2017 due to delay in delivery. Now today is 20th december 2017 still i have not received my refund. I have contacted and mailed customer care more than 30 times. Every time i call, they say that, i would receive my refund in 15 days. But i haven't received till now. I have also wasted 400 rupees on calling the customer care. Since their customer care is not toll free. I want my money back in my bank or whether as a promo code. But i want my money with compensation due to not refunding money on policy period.

    What the hell you Customer care people are doing. It has been 7 freaking months. I need my refund with extra compensation within 3 days. Or else I'm going to file an FIR.

      I had placed an order on yepme.com on 06.11.2017. Order no 33951411 for one shoe. Till to day i am not received my order. I had lodged complaint on[protected], my compaint no is-3051068, but no one can responded, what i have to do???
      Customer care phone no of yepme :[protected] is completely kept me on hold on ever day, my phone bill came more than my shoe cost. Is it good for you people, why you making fool, yepme customer care is also unresponsive to all my e-mails.

      I wish somebody could look into the issue and help in getting in contact with yepme and thus in getting me the items.

          In continuation to my complaint on 27.04.2017, 10.05.2017, 25.06.2017, 13.07.2017 and 15.09.2017 on this forum, i had requested the replacement of shoes for size 10. After much persuasion, complaints, the shoes were # up from my place on 17.05.2017. But i am yet to receive the replacement. On top of it, the complaints lodged by me on this forum show the status as : resolved.
          It seems that yepme feels that if they do not respond, the customer will also forget and they can continue to cheat the customers. But it is not like that and in the process they are also losing a lot of customers even though they supply a good quality product. I no more demand the shoes. Please refund me my money.

            I had taken signature debit card from you in july 2017. Debit card no * as per your policy you had offered me gift voucher of rs 4000/-, in which i had opted for yepme option.

            Please see message confirmation of getting a gyftr yepme gift code from indusind bank, which had a validity upto 18th july 2018.

            When i used the gift code to purchase items from yepme site, i got confirmation from yepme of my order no 33818016, and an assurance that the items will be delivered to me in 7-10 days.

            After around 10 days, when i did not receive the items, i logged on to yepme site again, and saw that my above mentioned order was cancelled, with no intitmation to me!

            I tried lodging a complaint on the yepme site, but it refused to accept a complaint for an order which is cancelled.

            I tried placing a new order, but it does not accept the same gift code, it says the code is invalid now.

            I tried calling the customer care of yepme, but no one responds.

            I checked reviews on the website of yepme, and found that yepme has done this earlier too for such tyoe of gift codes, and the review states that the customer care does not respond, and that they are sleeping!

            I request you to compensate me with the 4000/- in any executable form.

            Hoping to receive a positive respond from you, in view of long relation with the bank in past as well as in future.

              I ordered a product from yepme on 10th november with order i'd[protected] and bill amount 226/-.

              I realized that i chose wrong colour for the product i ordered. So, i returned it at the same time. Its been more than a month that i raised the return request. Neither i got the product nor the money was refunded. Attached is the screenshot of refund processing message which j got from yepme.

              I called the customer care number several times but no one responds.

              Please look into this immediately.

                I placed 2 orders[protected],[protected] for shoes in may this year. They did not send the shoes and didn't refund money either. I approached consumer court and they sent many notices to their official address but they don't care. It is totally fraud company. Stay away from them. They even have the audacity to send promo sms even after cheating many customers like me.

                    I have been contacting thru your channel from last one month and have sent documents also for order i'd 33956617 that payment was given to yepme by bilkdesk. I[censored] have got the payment that why the customer is harrased so much...

                    U can frankly tell that y don't want to give the money back so that i will not disturb youll.

                    Such a pathetic experience...

                      Dear sir/madam,
                      I already made the complaint over phone. But till now i have not received any money.
                      Mobikwik wallet transaction id - jmbk[protected]
                      Date: november 1st 2017 paid to yepme 897/-
                      The above transaction is unsuccessful but money is deducted.
                      Failed order no. Is 33946252
                      The customer care told me to send the money as coupon codes but till now i have not received any coupon code.
                      On december 15 2017 finally customer care received the call and told me that coupon codes send to your mail id and my mobile too within 5 hours. But till now i have not received any.
                      Kindly consider the case and do the needful.

                      I already awaited 1.5 months.

                        This complaint is regarding order number : 33932073, i had called yepme customer to notify them about the double debit and the agent who spoke also confirmed that double payment is made and said he will escalate the issue but its already 22+ business days, but i have received nothing.                         I am really frustrated after spending 2 hours+ on the phone trying to contact you guys a guy picks up cal and cuts the call, this is ridiculous. worst customer service I have experienced.
                        every weekend it as become a routine, to call you guys and wait for response. Please try not to disappoint me more
                        Also please look into issue of order number: 33919997, even this is a refund issue and I have already sent NEFT details to [protected]@yepme.com through my registered email ID, but refund still not processed, Hope these issues will be solved within next week.

I try to call you guys and you pick call after 1 hour of waiting and then you guys will say you will put me on hold and then you will disconnect the call, is this the standards you offer? I will be taking this matter seriously, I have consulted my lawyer and we will proceed with legal consultation. See you in court soon. Thanks for nothing!

                        - every time I call costumer care I am promised to get my refund within 7 day.

                            Pl refund in sep 23, 2017, orderid: 33886838, online transaction 027 aug 10, 2017, orderid: 33822093, online transaction. Order was canceled by yepme on 23 aug. Not given email or message for cancellation. Customer care person after 1 hr waiting on ph told it will be given after 5 days. But after 5 days customer care person told it is issue of financial department and he can't do anything. After talking with customer care person one email i got that issue is resolved.                                   I had made payment of rs 339 through my paytm account vide trx number: [protected] on 10th dec 2017 but now i cannot see my order in my orders section. Kindly check asap and confirm its delivery.

                                  I have been a regular customer at yepme.com but did not expected this from such a reputed brand. Really sad to experience this.

                                  I have received confirmation from paytm that yepme.com has received the payment successfully. PFA screenshot and update when refund will be issued or I will have to go-to consumer court for settlement.

                                  Despite several reminders, yepme.com is not bothered to reply which clearly shows their intention. Thus complaint has been registered against yepme.com for non-delivery of product in consumer court. PFA screenshot of consumer court complaint online.

                                  I done two orders. Kindly find the payment details of RS 339 done by paytm attached. Also let me know why orders suddenly got removed from my account.
