Dear sir,
Yesterday 27th november, received a yepme parcel through courier. The chronograph watch which i received in not in working condition, it is completely dead.
I have order a women and they supplied a men not functioning watch i will appreciate very much if you could kindly replace the same and send me ladies watch. May i request you to arrange to collect the same at the earliest.

We would like to inform you that Reverse Pickup have been arranged from our end. This will be done within 72 working hours. The courier person will contact you before coming to your place. The courier person will provide you a courier receipt after successful handing over of the product to him by you.
We request you prepare the parcel for return with original packaging, tags and invoice
Once we receive the product, a quality check will be done. Post the quality check is cleared; replacement order will dispatch in next 72 hours
