The above transaction is unsuccessful but money is deducted.
My yepme order no. 33946252
This above order is not placed but money is deducted.
I called so many time but they do not respond the call.
They told me that money deducted should be send as reward points but till now i am not getting any reward points.
Kindly consider the case and do the needful.
I already awaited 1 month.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I already made the complaint over phone. But till now I have not received any money.
Mobikwik wallet Transaction ID- JMBK[protected]
Date: November 1st 2017 Paid to yepme 897/-
The above transaction is unsuccessful but Money is deducted.
Failed order no. is 33946252
The Customer care told me to send the money as coupon codes but till now I have not received any coupon code.
On December 15 2017 finally customer care received the call and told me that coupon codes send to your mail id and my mobile too within 5 hours. But till now I have not received any.
Kindly consider the case and do the needful.

I already awaited 1.5 months.

    I ordered shoes via online on 20th november 2017.

    Pay money via online.

    When i track the order it will show status is rejected i don't know why is rejected.

    I don't have problems with order rejection. But refund will be not credited by the company.

    Its more than 15th days. I don't know whats happening with this company.

    Please help me what i have to do.

    I ordered a watch. You delivered me .It was damaged, and refunded by you with Rs 998, with cheque no 006276. It was bounced in my bank and please send me new cheque with rs 998 .I was ordered watch on few months . I pleasey refund money new cheque quickly .

      Plz solve the issue.

        My wife has placed an order with yepme on 14th july 2017. All transaction was successful and i was expecting the product delivery. But after couple of days, i got to know that my order got cancelled by yep me. I have tried to reach their customer care through phone as well as through email. But unfortunately i did not get any response. totaly fraud site. Not sure why this company is not banned.

        I have mentioned my order details below. Please can you consider it as higher priority and help me to get refund my order as soon as possible. Now it has been 5 months and i did not get the refund yet. Please let me know if you need any further details.

Now it has been more thank 5+ months I have paid the amount and it is not yet refund. Customer care number is not even picking up the call

          Made a delivery request from yepme.com. order request no is 33978516 on date 26.11.2107. Expected date of receiving order at that time was showing 01.12.2017 but till not even after crossing 1 week i have not recieved my order. Tried to contact their customer care but no response got from their side both from telephone support and from mail query. No one is picking up the phone even after 30 minutes on the line.             I have made an order dt. 27.09.2017 and payment processed using mobikwik wallet dt.27.09.17 vide ​​Transaction Id: JMBK[protected] and order was confirmed at that time, but presently there is no order showing on 'my order' (order no. not known)

            I also contacted withMobikwik, they says Yepme said the payment was settled i.e. payment received by Yepme.

            I am unable to contact Yepme, customer care always on hold, never call connected with executive in-spite of waiting period more than 30 mints.

            Please help me

            Yepme denied that they have not received the payment as a reply against my complaint.
            I want to inform to all that Yepme confirmed to Mobikwik that same payment has been settled with Yepme (i have confirmation email from mobilwik).
            Above all i have sent all the payment proof to Yepme at [protected]@yepme.com but till date 04.01.2018 no response from them.
            I request to consumer complaints to take hard steps.

              I have already mailed the full Paytm statement and billdesk mail that they have made payment to yepme...but still no response from yepme...if billdesk is confirming that they have made payment then why so much commotion why can't I get refund instantly...plz process it fast...it has been over one month...of chasing the money...still i[censored] want I m attaching billdesk mail

                Sir,
                I have placed an order on yepme.com of three pair of shoes amounting to rs.978 paid through e-wallet. Eventually the order has been cancelled for unknown reason and i even could not reach the customer care till date after trying hundred times. No refund has been made till today.
                Please someone help me and show me the path to get rid of this situation

                There are several complaints similar to me but why these fraudulent people are left free to cheat the innocent people? Is really there no one who can help me other looted people.

                  Hi, i have ordered yepme beige boots on 27th nov'17 order id:33980182 but the status is still pendingreview. I am try the customer care phone from last 2 days but no one is picking that up. What the hell is this? It was supposed to get deliver by 1st dec'17.                           It's my fourth complaint on these website still my problem not resolved.
                          I have filled complaint against yepme on national consumer of india.
                          My complaint id is 500736.
                          Order was placed on 8 september 2017. It has been 90 days still i am not able get my refund. Order number was 33866797 and 33866801. Amount of 518 rs total deducted from my account but order was not delivered and order cancelled due to out of stock without any notification from yepme.
                          I had ordered two pair of sports shoes price of 518rs total.

                          You have been fooled and cheated and you are not the only one. Many people have been cheated. Just search for yepme complaints in this forum and you will know. Now you need to file complaint with indian government consumer helpline against yepme like many have done.

                            The product which is delivered is damaged and wrong size.

                            I have raised a refund claim for the order no. 33948267 and complaint no. 3049833

                            I have couriered the product through dtdc courier on 14-11-17 to growthways trading, delhi.

                            Docket no.: h05157495
                            Courier charges: rs. 250/-
                            Product amount: rs. 334/-
                            Total amount : rs. 584/-

                            But i have following up about the refund claim and when i tracked the product it was refused to take delivery by yepme team.

                            After so many follow - up, still there is no proper communication from yepme.

                            If this is the kind of situation, then how we can trust your company and your policies. If nothing works out with your procedure.

                            Pls let me know on this immediately to avoid other legal proceedings.

                                I have orderd yepme sport shoes grey and yellow (Size 6) - brown on november 17, 2017 from www.yepme.com with order id 33969636. I paid the amount via online transaction and successfully placed the order. After sometime i got sms from yepme order not confirmed. While checking order status in yepme site it shows as order rejected. I try to contact yepme customer care no one respond to my call.                                     I have placed order 33934733 on yepme.com on 27 october. It showed that i will receive order in 6 days but i didn't got the item. Then my order got rejected from them. I tried to contact customer care but for more than 10 times i was in queue for more than 20 minutes each time. What the hell service they are providing? I think they are cheating by getting orders and payment online and not delivering the product. Please refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i will go to consumer forum.

                                        I am going to register a complaint on yepme.com regarding fraud with me. Last month, i have made an order from the site. I paid from mobile wallet. It also been deducted shamelessly. When i track my order on the expected delivery date it was showing allocationfailedfd-x. Then i complaint to the site and chosen arrange fast delivery. Then again after 3-4 days i track the order, and i was shocked reading that my order will dispatch when the concern product will restock. How yepme.com then deduct money from me when the product were out of stock. Then again i wait for 10 days for refund as per yepme.com refund policy. But it is enough and enough. My patience is now over. Hence now i am going to launch a complaint on you.
