Dear team,

I have ordered a t-shirts from yepme.com of an amount 298.00 rupees. And i have paid through paytm wallet.
Unfortunately i cancel this order but sitll show cancel is faild. I have many time trying customer care number but not response on call and order date 21_nov 2017 and order id 33974994. I want tk cancel my order. And refund my balance.

      I made a online payment through paytm wallet for red colour women's jacket l size the money was deducted from my paytm wallet, i got a message from yepme regarding that your order is not verified our customer support representative will call you with in 48 hours, & when i check the order list there was two same orders with i'd 33971181, 33971189 but now in my order list i didn't find any order, & also didnt get any call from yepme. Kindly verify my order as soon as possible or return the money

          I was ordering for the 1st tym. So due to unsuccessful paymnt i tried again and again for the paymnt so sme order has bern plced 3-4 times.. And also money is deducted from my account. I tried contacting yepme using their customer care no for help but i waited for half nd hour atleast but got no response. Nd the other which they display on tha applicatn is not reachable

            I have ordered a sandal and a lower pajama on yepme on 13 Nov 2017 and paid 519 for it through debit card order id 33961746 but they have canceled my order and they have not refunded my amount to me and not answering my call at all. This is a very fraud company they even don't want to hear the customer. They have cheated me and not refunding my 519 rs at all. Please do some help quickly.

                    Hi team,

                    I was ordered two products in yepme on[protected], and the order was split into two order[protected],[protected].

                    One of my order[protected] has been delivered on[protected] and another one[protected] was canceled by yepme.

                    Total cost of order no[protected] =1138 rs
                    Received product cost[protected] =650 rs
                    Cancelled product cost[protected] =488 rs

                    So, still i am not getting the refundable amount (488 rs). Kindly look into the issue and do the needful asap.

                        I ordered a watch from yepme on 17/04/2017 for rs.658 and made a online payment from deutsche bank debit card.

                        However, i received the product 19/04/2017 and realised that the dial glass had a scratch and was broken.

                        Hence, i sent a mail to [protected]@yepme.com on 20/04/2017 as i wanted to return the faulty watch and demanded for rs. 658 paid for the watch along with courier charges.

                        Reverse pick up was arranged and faulty watch was collected from me on 24/04/2017. However, it is almost seven months since faulty watch was collected and i have not received a refund except a standard reply on mail telling we have forwarded your concern to the concerned department.

                        Worst customer service ever. How can somebody take so long to refund. People please think before you order anything from yepme as their customer service is extremely poor.

                          I have booked a complain using yepme customer care number regarding order id 33786461, that was cancelled from their site. 3 months gone but my refund is not gave my yepme.                                     Hi!

                                    I just received my two yepme watches in damaged condition.

                                    I received the watches in a polythene outer cover. The watches were already out of their respective boxes when received.

                                    One of the watch box is deformed completely. The red watch's dial glass is out.

                                    Red watch already damaged, whereas the blue scratched.

                                    Customer care number[protected], nobody is picking up the call. Have been trying since last 2 hours. Website form isn't working due to technical issues. On android, the "chose files" button isnt working which is mandatory to submit a complaint.

                                    All the proofs are attached to the post with videos and pictures.

                                    I am dissapointed.

                                    Their webiste claims to send their packages in the safest way, however it isnt the case. Their website claims to have 24x7 customer care which isn't true either.

                                      My name is gokul c r. The complaint is regarding an order i placed on www.yepme.com.The order no is 33960231 the date in which i placed the order is 12-11-17 for an amount of 598. And even after 5 days the status shows ready to dispatch i called them a lot of times but nobody picked up the phone. I then tried to cancel the order but it didn’t get cancelled i think they are cheating customers and it’s a fraud company

                                      ITS 06/02/2018 the incident happend about 3 months now.But i didnt received my money back.The company is fraud and they are cheating the customer.

                                        I had placed an order (2items) on november 03, 2017. Order no. Is 33947616, amount is 753, expected delivery given november 09, 2017. Then this order is splits into 2 order number. Because of 2 items in one order. One order no. Is[protected]placed on november 04, 2017 amount 533, expected delivery nov.10, 2017 and 2nd order no. Is[protected]placed on november 04, 2017, amount 220, expected delivery november 10, 2017.
                                        Still i didn't get my order, no updates and no communication through mail, yep me application very worst app, because i am not able to cancel this order also can't communicate to customer care executive, worry about my money, please do needful. I need my money back.
