I am complaining again because, there is not even a single response from yepme.
I am a student.. That's my savings money.. Is it a joke!! Either deliver my product or just refund my money naa.. It's irritating to call again and again.. No response, no reply.. If you don't have sufficient stock.. Then just refund my money naa..
Amount - 577 rs. If it doesn't happen.. Then i have to file a complaint against you..

There is no details at email or mobile phone. I have gone through that option is continuing with email id. Not have password to open yep me my account. If its going for forget option. Its saying that pwd send you shortly.

I have tried to call couple of times to customer care no response.

I have placed order on march 10 2018. My order was cancelled without any prior intimation. And i called their customer care executive many times. All the time they told me wait for 15 days ur money will refunded. But still now not getting my money back. Order ID:[protected]. No:1 fraud, cheater, worst company who is stole the money of customer.

My order no. 34090558 placed on 1 aug 2018 is not yet delivered. The website status says ready for dispatch. There is no email, none of the phone number works. The money has been debited from my account. It is a scam, if the company is bankrupt, why the website is still not pulled down so that no more customers get befooled by these people. I want my products if they cant then refund the money...

I have ordered a charcoal colour denim jacket on 27th august 2018.

The order status is always showing "ready for dispatch".
Expected delivery date was - 5th september 2018.
No one receives the call.. Not even a single time. No response from complaint. Tried calling numerous times. There is no information about the product on speed post tracking site. Do reply asap. And deliver the correct product asap. Or if you don't have enough stock. Then just refund the amount 577 rs.

Complained through the app.
No one not even a single time, customer support is receiving call.. If no one is gonna reply, then why the hell they have given customer service contact number.. Just reply asap. Just deliver the cotrect product. Otherwise just refund the amount 577 rs.

Several time i have written for refund, because yepme already collect my shoe as a return few moths back. But till date it is not done. I live kolkata i cannot go to delhi or faridabad for collect the money from yepme. As a good company they should refund to customer as soon as possible. Waiting your reply. Either you return rs 399/- or you can adjust this amount with new order. Please suggest for the above. Waiting your reply.

Waited for product more than 2 months, but still product status in ReadyForDispatch, no email or sms about the product. Raised complaint in yepme website but no response till 30 Aug 2018. Called the the customer care no:[protected] but it puts in the queue for more than 30 minutes waiting every time. Tried other escalation phone no[protected] but no one picking the call. Can you please help me to receive the product soon or refund the money.
