I have cancelled my order 33631016 due to some pin code issues and was waiting for refund.I contacted the customer care more than 5 times and they are telling it's initiated and will get credited in 3 days.Now almost 50 days passed and money is not yet credited.Such a pathetic service and plz don't trust on yepme refund policy any more.

It was informed by your customer care executive that money will be refunded in the next 7-21days it's been more than 45 days that the amount is yet to be credited.         Placed order and made online payment of rs 1618 on 18th may 2017. Then i cancelled on 20th may 2017 before product is dispatched. I sent several mails and called on phone but they are not refunding. How to bring these fradusters to justice?? Media never helps to expose as there are many such cases. Our system is very weak to deal with fradusters and very strong to harass and punish honest people

        They have not made refund even after 28 days for the order cancelled before dispatch. Yepme neither phone call they receive nor responding through mail. Disgusting. Since after 10 follow up with yepme customer service dept, and not yet received refund... Every time they are responding that they are checking... But not refunded money yet...

              Yepme is not refunding my money to my bank account.

              They assured to refund the money in 21 days but they just make us fool again and again.
              Contacted to yepme 10 times but every time they say that the amount will credited within 7 day to your bank amount.
              Till now no amount is received to my bank account.
              They are just fraud ones.

                Hi,
                I have purchased the bellies from yepme.com in 1st week of may, and received the item on 2nd week of may, when opened the items, it was defective and raised the complaint same day to yepme and returned the same items to yepme on 11/05/2017. I got a mail from yepme that they received the item on 16/05/2017 and it will take 14-21 days to reflect the amount in your account in the same mode. But when i called them on 09/06/2017 that it's more than 21 days now and i haven't received my payment yet, they said it didn't process only, means they dumped my complaint and again they raised a complaint and said you will get money with in 5 days, but it didn't come till date, when i called them again today, they said the same it's not in process, it will take another 15 days for getting the refund. It shows that they don't want to refund my money. When calling them, it holds the call for 15-20 mins, and unnecessarily wasting the money on call too as they don't have toll-free number also. Kindly find the attached screenshot​ of the yepme in which they stated that i will get my refund with in 14-21 days. My order i'd is also written in that.

I have wasted more than 100 rs for call itself i have called to customer care no body picked..                           I have ordered shoes wide order id no 33283137 dtd 11.2.2017.
                          The order was delivered on 13.2.2017.
                          One of the shoe is having very poor quality and the shoe soul has completely came out and the shoe become useless.
                          Pls look in to the matter and help to sort it out.
                          I have contacted their customer care for replacement but no positive response.
                          I have been using this company products and never got any quality problem in the product, other than this particular shoe which i have rarely used as its ordered only for my morning walk.
                          My humble request is that i want justice to be done and the product to be replaced.

                                I have ordered t-shirts on 12th april. Order number: 33511830. I have returned it on 20th april. Till now i did not receive refund.

                                I have sent so many mails to [protected]@yepme.com and got the following replies on different dates.

                                Got mail from 27th april - "we would like to inform you that once we will receive your return product and quality check will be validated then we will process the refund in next 14 to 21 days.".

                                On may 17th -
                                "we would like to inform you that your refund is in under process which will be done in given timeline."

                                On june 3rd - "this is to inform you that we have received your returned product and quality check is validated and post quality check it takes 14 to 21 days to process the refund, we will process your refund within the given timeline."

                                How long this timeline is going to be? Every time they are saying it will take to 14 to 21 days, but not returning refund.

                                It's almost 2 months of returning the product. I have not received refund.

                                  Order no. 33655416 placed on 13th may 2017 payment made online through debit card. Payment was processed and also confirmed by yepme. I had to cancel said order due to some irregularities in discounts. After i contacted customer care, the order was cancelled on the same day and was given assurance (Including 1 email attached) that the amount paid will be credited back to my bank account within 10-14 days. After waiting for the said duration and despite making numerous phone calls to their customer care, i have still not received the refund as of 12th june 2017.

                                  My order 33715562 split into two parts[protected] and[protected].

                                  I received the order 33716184 but still I didn't get my second Order 33716185.

                                  So I request you to get me delivered my second order which is[protected]yepme smash sports shoes - Black and fluorescent green).

                                    Hello,

                                    I had returned yepme product via courier service and i had received a mail that the product was received and it will take 14-21 days for the refund process to complete (Something related to quality check).

                                    Now nearly a month has passed still no money has been refunded and yepme has said - "we regret to inform you that refund is getting much delayed due to unavoidable reasons.
                                    We alternatively suggest you to take refund in form of coupon, should you agree to this, please revert and confirm".

                                    But i need my money back and nothing was said before purchasing that they will refund in the form of coupon. I am really dissatisfied with yepme and if they don't refund me i am going to spread this message across my friends.

                                    Amount payable:
                                    Courier charge - 248 rs.
                                    Product charge - 1398 rs.
                                    Total - 1646 rs.

                                      I have ordered a watch from yep me.com. After receiving my order i have noticed that it is partially defective. It does not show the time correctly. Even it became stop several times a day. And there are not any servicing center for this product in my locality. I have tried to contact customer care over telephone but the representative has not enough time to write down my order id or my complain. Again i have tried to submit online complain by filling a form provided by the website. But again i am failed to submit my complain. I do not know how replace the product.

                                      Yepme is a fraud company. I have returned the product as per policies of Yepme. But Yepme has returned my packet without reading the letter inside the product along with the same product. even Yepme has refuse to accept my packet I have sent to them as their policies.

And they are not taking my call and also not giving response from email. I have sent email to customers care and also refund centre but no response.
