I have canceled my order. Order id 33606858 i got mail‎ that refund has been initiated but still i could not see refund in my account. Its been more than a month. I have read the policy that if the payment is done online via debit/credit card refund will be done in 21 days. But its more than a month i did not see any activity. I got message also were request id is 2980042. Also, no body is responding to calls nor there is any way to reach out to customer care. If i se in website there is no option to communicate with customer care. If i send email not delivered. Please do the needfull asap.

    I have submitted an order 33691434 at Yepme.com on 24th May 2017 and paid for the same online. The order was supposed to be delivered on 30th May however it was not delivered. I tried calling the customer care multiple times but there is no response. I checked the status of the order on-line it is showing as pending verification for the past one week. I have already paid for the order and I am concerned if the order will ever get delivered.

But, they expressed their inability to supply the same for the reason "the requested products are out of stock" vide their e-mail to me on 07/05/2017. They also advised me that I would be refunded my money of Rs.240/- within 7 days. But, till date I have not been refunded my money. Please help.

            My order number 33655020 has been cancelled due to overwhelming response of the product on 14 may 2017. I paid online but my money has not been refunded yet. Please refund my money as soon as possible. Rupees 618 are to be refunded. This was my first yep me shopping and experience was really very bad and if money is not refunded i will definitely take action against yepme online store.

              It's been about 6 months from the day when yepme cancelled my order without any specific purpose.
              They didn't give me any refund about that so is this the policy of the yepme?
              Is this how they treat their customers?
              So now i am thinking that i should go to consumers forum to get rid of this problem and to teach a lesson to this dishonest business companies

                Order no 33607276 booked on 30th april and it was canceled by yepme on 8th may because of quality chek of product.. But couldn't receive refund yet. It was a footwear which was canceled by yepme but dey did not refund my money yet. Please help me get back my money soon. It's been long time nw. I couldn't get money. How do you fraud with some ones money. Please help me resolve this issue and get my money back. Yepme doesn't receive calls and disconnects them. I'm highly dissatisfied. after somny times trying, they came contact and said want to give refund through voucher. It's the most worst website. I want my money back anyhow.
                yepme dont have any toll free no. they have only one customer care no. it never connect . we have to wait hours. they dont have even customer care mail ID to send info or complaints. Its really fraud company

                      I refunded a product from yepme as there were size issues, they took away the product from my place within 2 days but its been 2 months and i have not recieved another product, i asked the company multiple times they say product is not available. but the product is available on their site. they are not even giving money back.

                            I have received following mail for refund from yepme.com on 11th April,

                            "As per your request your order no 33496726 has been rejected successfully.
                            The Complete refund of Rs. 809 has been initiated and will be credited in your account in 10-14 days.

                            its about 40 days, Till now i have not received refund. I have sent mail many times and got no response. I called customer care many times[protected] on this number and i have waited for more than 20 minutes for many times and no one responds except their background music.

                            Still money is not refunded. I called customer care yesterday, he picked up the call and explained the refund issue of order 33496726 to him. He listened and told that he will check the details in system. He kept me on hold for 10 minutes and disconnected the call.

                            what's happening with yepme.com? why yepme is not refunding the money to customers?

                                  It's been 4 month... Still doesn't recive my refund money... Neither their customer care number is responding.
                                  They told me to give money by credit code before three month ago. Still can't get any code or refund. Very irresponsible.. I would going to do rti if it's didn't solve in next few days. Can't resist anymore! Solve the issues and

                                    Our Order No. 33298056. We were return the product 03.03.2017 (Corier charges Rs. 100. docket no. BLR[protected] & you will reply our return "We have successfully received the product returned against order ID 33298056. Please allo us 48 Hrs to evaluate and process your refun request" Your message received on 8th of March 2017. But till we are not received refund amount. We are mailed refundyempe.com. Please send the refund amount of Rs. 999/-.

                                      I had ordered dresses worth rs 2500 by applying coupon code
                                      I received only one dress rest of the order automatically got cancelled due to nonavailibity
                                      I tried calling them but not able to talk as they take long time to transfer the call to their assistance.
                                      Phone engaged half of the time
                                      They mail me saying u will get the refund back but now more than 15 days still not recovered the same
                                      How can i get my refund or replacement back

                                        Hey yepme you people suck man. How much money do you #### people eat. You guys are bloody ####. It's been 1whole dam month haven't received my money!!. I'll sue you #### for this il surely bloody gsue your company. People buy products trusting you and it's satisfying how can you cheat man. Have mercy on people who spend so much amount and buy them. My curse that you'll go underlose big time!! People are gonna throw stones at you mother chuths! I know it's not gonna effect all this but you bloody well send my money! I'll close down all you franchise in New Delhi. Atleat repond man. Frauds you rascals are bloody frauds! I've raised a FIR against your company. You can pay lacs to close the FIR. But you cannot deal with people.

                                        The yepme company is the fraud company he kept my in the name of refund but it's over 4months I didn't received my money. I will surely take and legal action against you. You all are fraud cheap person with the very cheap service.
