I made a purchase on 9th April. Order No: 33496726. I have cancelled it on 11th April by calling customer care.
I have received following mail for refund from yepme.com on 11th April,
"As per your request your order no 33496726 has been rejected successfully.
The Complete refund of Rs. 809 has been initiated and will be credited in your account in 10-14 days.
For any further clarification please contact us by clicking here
Warm Regards,
Customer Support Team."
its about 40 days, Till now i have not received refund. I have sent mail many times and got no response. I called customer care many times[protected] on this number and i have waited for more than 20 minutes for many times and no one responds except their background music.
Very worst customer service experience and decided not to buy anything from yepme.com

Updated by suman.m75 I do not require any apologies. your team is simply saying forwarding the request to concerned team but there is no action on refund. I want you to refund my money. I had sent many mails to [protected]@yepme.com and no mail is responded and again you are asking us to write mail at '[protected]@yepme.com'. How funny it is?

Updated by suman.m75 Still money is not refunded. I called customer care yesterday, he picked up the call and explained the refund issue of order 33496726 to him. He listened and told that he will check the details in system. He kept me on hold for 10 minutes and disconnected the call.
what's happening with yepme.com? why yepme is not refunding the money to customers?
How to get refund from yepme.com? Need to approach consumer court?
