I have bought clothes from yepme but after receiving its quality was poor so i delivered back the package and requested for a refund, yepme has received the clothes and is only replying with the same mail i.e we have sent ur request to concerned team n get back to u asap..since 3 months they are replying the same..such a big company it is and taking such a long time to refund a 1140 rupees back..

    Both were ordered a week back.
    They have crossed their delivery Date and the items are not yet dispatched. No update regarding delivery.

    Customer Care does not receive calls.

    I lodged a complaint at their website, for the previous orders.

    No response or updates, wrt the complaints lodged.

    No way to contact them, speak to them, get update regarding delivery. acknowledgement the receipt of payment.

    And I am seeing lots of similar complaints by many people against YepMe, lately. This seems very strange. I am afraid they are up to some kind of fraud.

      My order no 33710602. Yepme sent me the wrong shoes and I return back to his given address on DT 16/6/17. But till date Yepme don't SMS me and refund my money. And don't attend my call. This happen 2times. Yepme doesn't respond it. He tried like a casual customer. And also I sent the shoes on my spent by Indian speed post. Also not return the money.

        Tried to contact you by mails & calls but there was no luck to get in touch with you.

        I have ordered (Order id#[protected] a watch on 19th monday of june'17. Still i haven't received the item although i got an sms stating that the item would be delivered with in 5-7 days.

        If you do not have a stock for the ordered item code #158121, please provide me item code #158124 else please refund my money.

        Looking forward to hear the update from you at the earliest & hope you will do the needful at the earliest.

        After 23 days got over after ordering an item from YepMe, there is no update!

        If you don't have product to delivered, you have to refund the money which you had taken from customer instead of cheating them by false promise. Instead of sending useless apologize mail, try to refund the item at the earliest.

            I have placed order but the order got cancelled but till now no refund.

            I have placed the order on 12 june 2017 and paid through mobikwik wallet.
            Even the customer care is not receiving the calls. I have made calls many times but no answer yet.
            When i contacted the mobikwik they said that it tajkes 7 days to resolve the issue but till now its pending even after 15 days.

                Indusind bank issued me a gift voucher of rs. 2500/- on making a new debit card. I utilised that on www.yepme.com and they gave me order number 33768815 then split it to order numbers 33775342 and 33775343. I called on their number given on website :[protected] and i kept on holding 45 minutes after which they told you will receive order on 25-06-17 but nothing came.
                I have again dialed and holding since 12.21 and listening music, no response. Website has no email address for communication.
                So what to do now? How to receive my order? Or any reply?

                After holding from 12.21 call answered at 13.05. I am told now their warehouse is being shifted so they are not dispatching any order. And it will take one week to dispatch? They why they gave me date of 25 June?
                No answer.

                    I ordered a product from yepme on 2nd may with order id "33725024" and paid for it online via paytm. Due to some reasons i cancelled the order on the same day by calling customer care & they said that i shall receive the money within 21 days. But even after 25days i have not received my refund. And i am unable to contact yepme even after staying on call for 1.3hrs. Please look into the matter & get me my refund as soon as possible.

                      I cancelled my order id 33488177, 33488178, 33488179, 33488172 and 33488183 because i made the order again as you sent a message which saidthat the order was not completed and so do the same transaction again and again. But all the transaction was completed and deducted my money from my account. Though i cancelled them immediately, they were still shipped and so i collected one and rejected the above orders and the courier returned them on 13th april and i didn't get any refund till today. It would be my pleasure if you refund me as soon as possible

As per their policy, i suppose to get the refund within 15 to 20 days and it is now beyond that, its almost 45 days still i haven't receive the same.                           Again a victim a poor service at yepme. It's surprising that even after follow up refund has not been made to my account.

                          Giving again the details and request to meke refund immediately to my bank account now.
                          'i had placed two orders of the same product for gifting one to my sister and have received the material of my other order id:33736848. Material is too bad and quality poor of both plazo and kurti, hence cancel the order id 33742202 and 33742201. Request to refund the amount immediately to my bank account rs 737/-.

                          It's not resolved, where is the refund when the second order has not been received at our end. How your posting it as resolved. It seems that the company is a total fraud. Are you a CHEATR company and not refunding money. refund immediately Rs 737/- to my Axis Bank account. This is just unbearable and poorest service ever on online shopping. No one called and no one picking phone.
                          How the company is working. You are CHEATERS! Big one and taking other money for free without any service.
                          IMMEDIATELY REFUND Rs 737 to my account.

                            I want a fast refund for my order paid through online that you rejected deu to the unavailability of the products.                               Complaint #2988821, order #33647918.
                              Product bought on 10 may 2017 was of poor quality. Returned by paying for courier. Return acknowledged by yepme on 19 may and refund promised with in 14-21 days. Standard refund timeframe for any other online portal is 3-5 days.

                              Wrote to yepme on june 23 2017 reg this, no response.
                              This looks like a scam to me.

                                This is the third time im facing issue related to yepme.com
                                I ordered on 25th june and my order id is 33774905. Additionally they never send me any email regarding shipping.
                                When i tracked my order they showed pending review. What review are u gonna take im really troubled with your site, your customer care never ever gets free always busy. Help asap.

                                  Refund is not made even after 27 days of cancellation before dispatch from yepme.
                                  Yepme policy is refund in 10 days in such cases. Now it is 27 days!!!

                                    I ordered on 23rd june, i have not received any email regarding the shipping. And when i tracked my order its says allocationfailedfd-pt. My order id is, 33771766. This is the same problem i had previously, and one main issues is that your customers care no never respondes it always show waiting. So what should we do its the same problem every time. Help asap.

                                      Received my orderd jacket yesterday and i think it was a used one. First it was a broken piece and looks dirty. I have oredered for the new product, it was much larger than i . Now i dont trust yep me. Now the customer care doesnt pick the call. I need my Money back else I'll have to move to the court for legal procedings

                                        I placed order in yepme.com and received sms on 29th may 2017 as order id 33708376 placed and will get deliver in 5-7 days. But after 7days the order status was changed into "order rejected"
                                        I have not received any mail about "order confirmed" and "order rejected"

                                        I try to call your helpline number [protected] (Not toll free number) since 31st may. Every time i lost rs.10 to rs.20 even though i need speak with your executives but i never spoke with any one.

                                        Righ now time is 11:30am i calling yepme.com customer care number since 11:01am till now call not answered

                                        @ yepme.com : don't reply as we are trying to call your mobile number but no response from your end because i never any received call from your team. Kindly try to help on this to me and i am very sorry to try to purchase from your site. I never do this mistake again

                                        Still i did not received my refund .. can you updated my refund request status
                                        I had ordered shoe pair of yepme brand and there arised a problem of shoe size and quality i expected, thus i returned through bluedart(by which i get delivery of goods
                                        from that day to this day i had no information regarding the shoes or returning of amount to my account
