Hello,

I ordered 3 pair of shoes from yepme.com in march 2017. I did not like the shoes and returned it in the month of april but till now my money has not been refunded to me. The total amount was inr 2898.00

I have written numerous complaints to their customer care ([protected]@yepme.com) and called 100 times on their customer care call centre but everytime they say that your complaint has been forwarded to the senior dept.

Its been more than 2 months and i doubt i will even receive my money back.

Please take action on this and make sure yepme.com does not do anything like this with other customers in the future.

        My order no 33616831. I placed an order on may 2. I got mail saying it has been cancelled as out of stock. But no refund yet. When i asked customer they promised to give yepme coupon or credit to bank. Both did not happen yet.

        Very unsatisfied with yep me service.

        This is first time i have ordered with yep me.

        I suggest people not to shop in this site.

          Please note that a prepaid order of rs 977 on 19 may 2017 was placed on vide order no. 33673042. And cancelled on same day due to ordered wrong size. And request for refund my prepaid amount. And today 09-06-17, while contacting customer service, my call was placed on hold for more then45mins and finally disconnected.
          Today i tried 3 times and same happened.
          I request you to kind refund within 24 hours.
          Very pathetic services, they even dont know how to maintain customer relation.
          That is the only reason ther are not growing.
          Retrurn my money as soon as possible

Already two times same problem facing so please help me to provide compensation.

              My order status when i checked the site showed as rejected.. But did not get any notification from the merchant about the order. Not giving me option to register any complain as i cannot register a complain for order that is not received, but what about my money??? Not the customer care is there to help u out. No one receives the call. A very poor service from a reputed brand like yepme.

                Order no 33660450 i have still not recieved my order its showing as its still not dispatch i placed an order on 14 of may and its still not dispatched what is the reason behind it i called customer care and they say it will be dispatch in 48 hrs and this 48hrs is gone as 20 days when can i expect my parcel when are you going to dispatch it???                   Please note that a prepaid order of Rs 418 on 3rd May 2017 was placed on vide order no. 33728487. Yesterday while tracking the details, I found that the order was cancelled for which I was not notified and neither the refund was made. And today I am not even able to track the details.
                  While contacting customer service, my call was placed on hold for more that 30 mins and finally disconnected.

                  I request you to kind refund within 24 hours.

                    Dear sir,
                    I were ordered items from "yepme.com" (Order id:[protected] on 17th may 2017. For this i had paid rs.1057/- through paytm wallet and payment was successful (Copy enclosed) with transaction id: [protected] and date: 17 may 2017, but due to payment was not verified at yepme.com side, so the order rejected by yepme.com. According to policy of yepme.com, amount will be refunded in the original account within 7 days in case if payment not be verified at yepme.com side. But no amount credited into my paytm wallet.
                    After that i were contacted to yepme customer care and they assured me that money will be sent at my email id/mobile in form of yepme coupon within 7 days, but again no action taken by them. So for this again i were contacted to yepme customer care and they assured me that money will be sent at my email id/mobile in form of yepme coupon within 72 hours, but till date no action taken by them.
                    So kindly coordinate with yepme.com in this issue so that i could get my money.

                      Sir i have a complaint against yepme.com commonly known as yepme, i ordered a watch worth rs. 434 on dated 19/05/2017 received on 26/05/2017. But received item change and also note that shows in attached picture, the ordered watch packed in a dirty box with "rust" and a labeled "pin complaint". I requested to refund my money to yepme via facebook chat. They said i want to returned that received watch to one address they send me that is

                          Hi i placed a order on 29th may using the voucher and the additional amount i paid by debit card, my order number is 33709552. I was supposed to recivie my order by 4th june, on 4 th june the status was ready for dispatch so i went on the complain section on 5th and i placed a complain for faster delivery, however on 6th when i checked it showed that there is no order and when i went to ppace a complain it showed that i cannot place a complain as my order is canceled. I have not cancelled my order and i tried reaching the customer service number and i was waiting for 60 minutes did not get to talk to anyone. I want to know the reason of the cancelation of my order and if the order is canceled when would i get the voucher money back so tht i can place the order again and also when will i get the refund of the amount i have paid. I havent recieved any text notification about the cancelation of my order.

                            My order no is 33706517. I have placed an order on 29th may but yet the product has not been dispatched. I have placed an order of kurta and nehru jacket. The kurta has been received by me but the nehru jacket is showing ready to dispatch for such a long duration. My complaint number on yepme is
                            3001299. Kindly deliver my product on urgent basis. The customer care service is very poor. They dont receive calls neither they respond to the mails. After receiving the call they have contacted the customer for resolving the issues.                                 I ordered 2 items on 21-5-17 under order no.33679168. I made payment at the time of making the order. The order was split into two shipments by you (order no.s 33682647,[protected]. While one was delivered, the other order 33682648 was cancelled by you after I made a complaint for faster delivery. On[protected] you people credited the yepme points used by me for the purpose of order. But no refund is initiated for the item cancelled. I am unable to connect to your customer care through phone. I want you people to check the order and initiate the refund asap. For any details you can contact me on mobile no. [protected].

                                I got a reply mail from yepme long back saying refund will be initiated within 14-21 days. Still no refund received. Kindly refund the amount asap.

                                  I had ordered a watch through yepme with my credit card during oct. Order no : 32352271.

                                  The product delivered wasn't as promised, so i facilitated an immediate reverse pick up and the same was done duly and promised for a refund in two weeks time. I waited for a month and called customer service and they said its been missed, so they will process it and i will get back my money in a week.

                                  So again i waited and i called up again and then i got a excuse that due to dussehra holidays they had continuous holidays and apologized and confirmed that they will refund me asap.

                                  Now its june and still i haven't received my payment back. I had called their customer service so many times and theres no one responding. If you guys cannot provide proper service, then why you need to be on this flied and make our life miserable. Now i would like to get my refund asap

                                  YEPME is FRAUD company.

                                  Had ordered some jeans and Tees from YepMe. While placing the order, the acknowledgment was given as, "will be delivered in 5-7 days". After 15 days, the status gets changed to Order Rejected and the money is still not refunded (almost 50 days over)

                                    I have shopped a shoe and money deducted from my Paytm wallet but Order was rejected from your side. and money didnt refunded to my wallet.
                                    order was placed on 31st May 2017 for YEPME PEYTON SPORTS SHOES and the total amount was 299 for shoes and 100 for shipping but by paying online 20% discount so I have paid 339 from my PAYTM wallet([protected])

                                    I received my product in a broken condition but no replacement or refund..they r forcing people to keep damaged things with hard earned money ..i will suggest everyone not to buy anything from yepme.com..bad quality things with no custer service..no one is answeing my calls ..i called them more than 10 times
                                    I ordered a formal shoe size-9 . but I received 1 no shoe size-9 and 2 no shoe size-8 .And also packing damaged. And also a lot of dust on shoe. This type of service provided me by Yepme. What shall I do now. How I wear the shoe due to different size.

                                        Hai this is abinaya. By mistake i ordered one leggings in yepme on may 19. Order i'd is 33675583. I cancelled within​ 10 mins. They sent a msg that refund has been initiated. But still i didn't receive my money. I[censored] do like this no one ll purchase in ur website. How u people cheat others. There is still 700 complaints to be solved. Ur customer care no is not even working. Then y r u running this online store. Do u know the business ethics or not? I should take this problem to consumer court if i would not receive my money
