I order product from yepme side. After some days i received my ordered products. Due to size issue i kept two products and rest of i replaced with other size. I did not get any call or mail from yepme side. Which products are return, that product are received yempe or not. After some days i called to yempe. At that time when i asked regarding my products to yepme support team, she told me that products are out of stock, due to this we are unable to sent you and told me i cancelled these products and i will refund you money. Its completed 2 months still i did not get my refund amount as well i tried to call /mail yempe support team. They are not responded.

    Hi, I have placed an order for watch in YEPME. I received the watch, but strap was damaged. Then I registered a complaint regarding the same and opted for refund. I have returned the product in April and received confirmation stating the refund is initiated and money will be credited soon. But still now I didn't receive the amount.

      I ordered a pair of jeans in yepme order no. 33499045 bt due to size issue i returned and asked to refund. I returned tge item on 16th april. Then i got a message on 22nd april that my money will be refunded within 48 hrs. Still i didn't got my refund. And when i am trying to contact them through given numbers none is attending even after long waiting.

        Dear sir

        I have ordered for a pair of shoe and paid online through credit card on 20th april not recieved the item for the
        Order no: 33555794. Now tried to track and the result shows order is rejected.
        How it is happen? Not yet now any amount is not credited back to my credit card account.

        Tried to contact via mail but their email id not receiving mails.
        Tried to contact through phone they are not attending the calls.

        Please help me to send the item immediately or credit back the full amount.

                        This is in continuation of the compliant i had given on this platform on 27.04.2017. I want replacement of the shoes i have received. But till now no one from yepme has tried to contact me although all the promotional sms's are being sent to me on continuous basis daily. How shameful it is to know that iit alumni's have gone down to such low levels of cheating. My 0rder no is 33566195. Also, if you want to return the product, you have to bear the courier expense yourself, as if it is your fault.

                          My order 33388108 placed with yepme.com from my mobile phone on 11th march 2017 was cancelled from yepme.com due to quality check standards not being met. I had made my payment with my credit card. 63 days have gone, i still haven't received my refund in my credit card account. I tried calling the customer care number and the ivr just keeps me waiting to talk to a customer care executive. Please help me get my hard earned money back. Thank you.

                              This is regarding my order at Yepme bearing order number 33560006 for Rs 298 on April 27, 2017. There has been no update on this since then and when I track the order it says Order has been rejected and need to contact customer care. I have been trying to contact the customer care at[protected] with no luck with more than 20 minutes of Hold every time I call them. There are no other means to contact them as well. Very worst customer service of this E-commerce site.

                                  I became recent victim after purchasing from yepme.com.

                                  It seems in prima facie that yepme.com is doing unethical business, trying to cheat customers and making fraud. I myself tried to call over the customer care number customer care[protected]:00 am - 7:00 pm (7 days a week) given on their website and also tried to send the email at customer. [protected]@yepme.com but both are not working. Yepme has tailored their phone as well as email not to respond as they know they are doing will-full cheating.

                                  However hard you may try to contact them, but they will never respond. So what is solution!

                                  Do not worry, you just need to file a complaint with consumer court at to http://www.consumerhelpline.gov.in or call at[protected]. Remember, before, filing complaint you have to show that you tried your best to contact yepme.com but they did not respond to your call/email. Do the audio recording the music tone you are getting on yepme costomer care number, it will show the date and time duration you tried to contact them. Even the return emails shows that email of yepme is not working. This is another evidence.                                     I want refund of my multiple cancelled orders. Please read it carefully:-

                                    1) i have not received the refunded amount 1257/- of cancelled order id 33445025. It was cancelled on date 24 march2017 (Credit was paid by netbanking).

                                    2) two more my orders[protected] rs) and[protected] rs), ordered date 24march2017, with 6 tshirts each, were delivered by new order[protected]With only 5 tshirts) and[protected]With only 4) respectively. 3 tshirts were cancelled due to unavailability in your stock. Refund the cancelled tshirts 449/- appox.

                                    3) i ordered shoes on 22 april 2017, order id 33567271, paid 260/- (Credit) by netbanking. Today courier man delivered it but he took me cod (Cash on delivery) charges 325/- why he charged me 325 rs even i already paid for it by net banking? Refund my 325/-

                                    (4) i book order[protected] rs) on 22 april 2017. There were 12 tshirts, i ordered. I only received 6 tshirts today, order id[protected] tshirts),[protected] tshirt),[protected] tshirt). This order status show dispatched. I am not receiving remaining 6 tshirts.
                                    Refund 848/- (Half of credit).

                                    Please take action on my query as soon as possible. Refund my total amount 2878 rs appox. Thanks!

I tried to contact via mail and calls but there were no response. and when i mailed to their coustomer service it say their mails are full so your mail can't reach them.                                     It seems in prima facie that yepme.com is doing unethical business, trying to cheat customers and making fraud. I myself tried to call over the customer care number Customer Care[protected]:00 AM - 7:00 PM (7 Days a week) given on their website and also tried to send the email at customer.[protected]@yepme.com but both are not working. Yepme has tailored their phone as well as email not to respond as they know they are doing will-full cheating.

                                    Do not worry, you just need to file a complaint with consumer court at to http://www.consumerhelpline.gov.in or call at[protected]. Do the Audio Recording the music tone you are getting on yepme costomer care number, it will show the date and time duration you tried to contact them. Even the return emails shows that email of yepme is not working. This is another evidence.                                       I m jigesh bhimani and my complaint is that why not take call from yepme customer and main complain is that I given order watch from yepme but it did not get proper material so than return order after I was giving complain in custcare and custcare executive was told that will be get refund as per company policy get money back within 14 days but has been not got money back till date and even not response from custcare what is this nonsense.                                       I replaced my order on 10 april and i was informed that i will get the refunded product within a few days. Till date I have not recieved any mail or call or any courier of my product. This is bad such a bad service.
