My order number is 33776185 i ordered on 26th june 2017 and my expected delivery date was 2nd July 2017. Later waiting till 2nd july 2017 i did not received my order. Even tracking through my order id it did not showed anything. It always showed this order number not available. Further even calling customer care so many times continuously they did not attended my call it showed waiting. Now after going in my yep me account my order details which used to display earlier vanished. I am in total shock right now that how can yep me can do this kind a stuffs to their customers. I request and hole that I would recieve ny yepme order as soon as possible.

    I have ordered 3 items from yepme ( Order ID[protected] on dated 11.05.2017). On 15.05.2017 the products deliverd on which The Yepme Men's Chronograph Watch White/Black is not worked so I was return it on dated 18.05.2017 order ID[protected] and a complaint for the same was already sent through their mail.
    on 21.05.2017 they received the product. but they didn't agree. I have sent the couriers Delivery Run status on 01.06.2017 after alot of rejection from their side. At last they agreed to sent me a replacement. I asked them to deliver it quickly as I am out of station from 08.06.2017 for a month. But they didnt and they delivered it on 12.06.2017 to my neighbor. on 28.06.2017 i retunred my home and my neibhour given the product to me. The Watch design was awsome but the watch yet again not working.(The Second and Minute pins in the watch is stuck). From 28.06.2017 to till dated I am trying contact their Customer Care telephone, but no one is picking.
    The mails I have sent to them is not relpied till date.
    Kindly give me a solution please.

    The Yepme Men's Chronograph Watch White/Black is returned on through Delhivery on 08.07.17 as per the arrangment made by Yepme.com and the item was received by yepme on 13.07.17 as per the Delhivery couriers.(AWB No. [protected]) after door pickup arranged by yepme.com .But till date yepme people doesn't contacted me neither return my Money. The previous return was arranged by my self. nor that money credited. It was first time I am facing this pathetic service from yepme. hope for a solution.

      I purchased clothing online through yepme website on 03 may 2017 worth Rs1448 and was expecting my parcel within a week. I placed an order and money got deducted from my account and later after 2 weeks I came to know that my order has been rejected due to non availability of stock. I regesterd a complaint in the yepme company through phone and I was assured to get my money back within 10 to 14 days. Sir after 20 days I again made a call to yepme customer care and they assued my refund within next 5 days, however still after over 2 months time my refund has not been processed by the company.           I placed an oder on 19th june. The expected delivery date was 24th and i never received the order. Let alonw the order, i did not receive any update on my phone number or email. I have called yepme customer care more than 15 times, each time i had to disconnect the call because they wouldn't transfer it to their agents and only keep me waiting. Each time i had to wait for more than 10 minutes, i emailed screen shots of my call history to the care. Despite my incessant tries, i never received any response from the company. I had paid online for the order and even when my order got cancelled automatically after a few days, my refund has not been initiated. This is by far the worst online buying experience i've had, have some shame yepme in carrying this huge brand name. Only been offered worst services. My order id was 33762564. I can paste screenshots of my order page.

            I had returned Items against Order no 33644836 but despite of several followups I didn't receive my refund Amount.

            For last 2-3 Days I tried to contact Customer care but after being more than 30 mins for several time customer care executive didn't answered.

            It has been more than a month passed but refund not credited only assurance of 5-7 days are given but every time got disappointed.

              I have placed an order for Rs 1233 on Jun, 17, 2017 at 21:28 hours but that was not successful. I didnot get any order confirmation mail from Yepme to my email id nor any SMS to my mobile. I didnot get my order delivered and my money also not credited back.

              Please credit my money back to my account.

              Its been more than two weeks and I am frustrated making calls to the customer care number. It always puts me on hold and never connects me to the person even after 20 mins waiting.

              This is the first time I am shopping with YEPME.com and appreciate you solve my problem at the earliest for smooth and unending relation.

              As I told you earlier.. I didnot receive any email or SMS with the order number. So i do not have the order number to share with you.

              I checked with my bank and I got confirmation that the payment made on June 13, 2017 for Rs. 1233.00 was successful with the payment ID [protected].

              Appreciate if this is sorted out soon. My mails to [protected]@yepme.com or calls to customercare are not answered.

                I dint get my refund yet. On 18 june 2017 i have placed the order, i have give the online pament of 279.
                I want my money back in my account with in next 7 working days.
                Almost 4 month going to.passed away, i dint get my refund yet.
                Very disgusting service from yepme.
                Everytime they sent me sms you will get ur refund back but they dint sent me.

                  Plz do not go through this website this company is fraud campany at first they ask me the registration fee for six month scheme in which they gave 300 pages worksheet project. And than they charge for a cost of 9500 rs in indian cuurency they said me gave that money into their paytm account. After submiting that money i call them on their particular mob no for visiting my frnd on their delhi head branch and when my frnd reach on their permannet address he found nothing in that place after i call him again but not responding my call anf that he put my no into his blacklist no... So, frnds plz do not go through this website...

                    My order number is 33769095 for 3 track pants, paid in full using cc on June 21st, 2017. Product was to be delivered in 7 days, nothing received yet. Also customer care neither receives calls (tried 50 times) nor responds to tickets. Seems a complete fraud company with clear intent of cheating. Is this the same brand that #KingKhan was promoting? Really a sham & shame!

                      I have placed my order on 24th June, order id is 33773442 and it was supposed to be delivered within 4-5 days. I haven't received it till now...And now it's showing that order has been cancelled on by own... I haven't cancelled the order. I have called on customer care several times but every time I can hear music at background. No one is responding to the call. Customer cares are made to resolve the problems of the customer but yepme's service are not good.

                      Kindly make arrangements for quick delivery of the order id 33773442.

                      Quality issue the t-shirt I was purchased is not satisfied me it is low quality

                      i have ordered shoes on 15 june 2017 on yepme.com and paid online with my paytm wallet.
                      but have to cancel my order the same day...
                      MY order id is 33756913...i got a message that my refund will be given soon...but the refund is still not initiated.its been 12 days now

                        Where I had sent all details but my refund not done yet. I call everyday customer support but I keep listening to a music for hours. There is no response.

                                      Placed Order No 33667367 on 17/05/2017 for subject product & made payment via Net banking. Order cancelled suo moto by Yep Me on 25/05/2017 as " product out of stock ". Even after 35 days, no refund so far despite promise of 7 days. Customer Care No.always on music only & none comes on line to answer. Doubt if YEP ME is still in business or have they gone under ground.

                                      Spent more money on STD than refund due already. Sad & sorry state of affairs. Hope something happens at least after this Complaint.

                                      Yepme response is useless & unhelpful. They should have arranged Refund immediately on cancellation by themselves. Refund should have been made at least after being notified about the Complaint. Replies like " we have forwarded your concern to our concerned department etc..." is deliberate and running away from facing issues when confronted with. I am slowly loosing hope on this. Sad but true.

                                      No, the Complaint is yet to be resolved. It is a wrong claim to say that Complaint was resolved on 13/08/2017 when I have not received any Refund even as of today i.e 19/08/2017. Yepme is incapable of resolving any Complaint irrespective of the value, however small it may be ( mine is Rs.339/- only) as they have no intention to settle. All bloody cheats. Please always check back with the Complainant before posting such wrong information just based on the statement of the organisation being complained about.

I have receive SMS for the order confirmation also it was showing the order details inYepme App. I was trying to call customer care no[protected] which is only ringing.Today I seen in the App the order detials not showing and when trying to add a complaint against my order ID it seems cancel.I have not receive any confirmation about order on email nor on SMS.How come without confirmation they can cancel the customers order.
