My order no.33625668 was splitted into order no.33632439 & 33632440 by yepme. On 14 May 17 they informed that order no.33632440 cancelled due to non availability of stock and refund initiated and amount will be credited within 21 days. As on date no refund has been credited. I am unable to reach them through phone[protected] and emails customer.[protected]@yepme.com and [protected]@yepme.com

Iam yet to receive the amount for the order cancelled by yepme till date. It's been more than three weeks after complaining to you. No action has been initated from them. I am not able to reach them in any means. In view of this, I kindly request you to take necessary action against them so has to get my amount please.

I haven't Received my refund yet as it's above 1 month since i returned the product. My order No. 33640351 and No. [protected]
Refund asap or i have to take actions against your company. I will directly go to the court and will register a FIR.
I placed an order in last week of may, , the order has been cancelled by yepme in 1 week of june. i have not received any amount till now.even yepme app and my account of yepme is not showing any details of placed order.

      I ordered footwear but due to false size i returned them back. I got a confirmation message that we got your product and amount be refunded back within 2-3 working days. I have invoice of that courier service and i sent the same to "yepme.com" as well but no use. This is pathetic and worst site i have ever seen.

        I have placed an order on 17/6/17 from yepme which was paid online. Expected delivery date was 24/6/17. But it is not yet dispatched. It is really bad from a top site to have such inconvenience for costumers who trust you. Feeling dissatisfied. Hooping soon to be dispatched.

        But i never want to be harsh. Because i had very good previous shopping experiences for which i was greatly satisfied. So please do needful.

          I have ordered for one track suit vide order id 33141948 from yepme.com. They gave me a different product for that i have returned that product on refund basis. They told me for 7-8 days for refund process. Now they are not giving me the refund. I have already sent many mails at [protected]@yepme.com regarding this issue. Every time they have same reply that we have forwarded your complaint. The order is 6 mnths older and till date i have not received any refund. Plzzzz help me.

            I have placed order 33736951 on yepme.com on 7 june. It showed that i will receive order between 11-13 june but when i didn't got the item i requested for quick delivery. Then my order got rejected from them. I tried to contact customer care but for more than 15 times i was in queue for more than 15 minutes each time. What the hell service they are providing? I think they are cheating by getting orders and payment online and not delivering the product. Please refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i will go to consumer forum.

              I have placed a order of rs.993 towards purchase of four jeans pants on
              [protected]. The yepme has informed me through email, that the order has been splited into two parts as
              2 items will be shipped under new order number 33686991
              2 items will be shipped under new order number 33686992
              And will be delivered to me.

              But, only one order 33686991with two jeans pants was delivered to me.
              The second order 33686992 has not been delivered till to date. I. E on
              22.6.2017.

              I made phone to yepme.com several times. Only automated voice is
              Replies and says please wait until it connects to executive. But, executive will
              Never connects to phone evenafter waiting for 10 to 15 minutes.

              Its very clear that, yepme.com is cheating public like me after getting
              Online payments.

                  With reference to my order number[protected], i lodged complain few days back but despite yepme assurance reply on this platform i am yet to get my dispatch status. Yepme advising in all mail to write [protected]@yepme com. But despite several mail they are not replying. All phone lines either not in use or keep you waiting without giving any response. I think company is in serious problem with no customer care department to attend customer problems.
                  I have already made payment online and company is not interested to send goods. Are they formulated an idea to earn interest on customers money???

                      I want my money ASAP, this is not the way to do a business. This is not how you treat customers. I want my money by this week or else I dont know what I am going to do. Please I trusted you and this is how you repay me? I shouldn't have ordered anything in the first place. If I won't get all my refund by this week then I am going to take some actions. If there is not stock available why can't you just shut your website down. I have had enough and I want my money back.

                      Refund my entire payment by the end of this week and then only ill mark this complaint as resolved, don't push me to take some actions. I have not got a proper response since I placed my order so it's your duty to repay me before it's too late. I want yall to look into this matter personally and refund me by this week for no further problems. I cant keep on messaging you guys as I have other work to do. Also I cant let my money be stagnant at one place with no use. So for both of our convenience please refund my payment by this week as I cant wait for another 10 days! Thanks.

                      It's been over 20 days and I haven't got my money back of the canceled order. this is ridiculous customer service. And now they ask me if I want a gift coupon. No man I want my money back, transfer it back to my account. This is not how it works. They haven't done anything since I replied. It is horrible.

                      It's been over a month and they still haven't transferred my money back. This is getting ridiculous day by day! They keep sending the message 'We have forwarded your request to the concerned team and we shall get back to you as early as possible.' And still not doing anything to transfer my money back.                         I placed order on yepme with order which was split n order i'd is 33681147. The order got rejected and cancelled by yepme and it's not showing in my order history. I made complaint of it with using yepme complaint. But none is responded. I also contacted customer care but wasted my hours in queue of call and no one turned on call. It's really frustrating. Yepme is disgusting for after sales.

                            I placed order on 16th june 2017 and my order number is order id:33759022. I made payment by net banking rs 857/-, which is showing successful at my end and amount deducted from my account and i got message from my bank and i reconfirmed the same with my bank. Payment ref is net txn payu [protected].

                            Despite several mail and call yepme is not responding. All customer care line is not picking phone or not in use. Main line[protected] kept me on hold for at least 20 times i called for last 3-4 days... The hold time sometime more than 30 minutes. My online complain also not receiving any response. I wrote more than 10 mails to [protected]@yepme.com" but unfortunately not getting any response. Simply pathetic customer service from yepme. I purchased twice this month from yepme, which is successful, despite i am a regular customer, i am not expecting such an unprofessional behavior from yepme. Can you help me out as i exhausted unlimited time and telephone talk time for s simple follow up from yepme.

                            I had ordered a sports shoe in yepme on 04.06.2017... and amount deducted after booking of order.. but order had not been placed and neither confirmation mail or msg has recieved so far... tried to contact customer care.                               Til now not got any refund just making fools to your coustmer.
                              Contacted many times to yepme but they only say that they will refund money as soon as possible.

                              I want you to refund my money as soon as possible and i don't want any coupan so please don't ask to give coupan, i want my money to my bank account only.

                              Yepme is just fraud, never going to purchase again from yepme.

                              If you still not refund my money, i have all the proofs and file a legal case against you.

                                      My order #33590565 was cancelled by yepme without notifyimg in april and there was no response after my 6 complains.
                                      I could connect on fb page & demanded mail for ensuring refund. Since then after every followup, yepme sends same response saying the refund will be done asap.
                                      I have received the same mail multiple times with no refund for nearly 2 months now.
                                      Yepme mend your ethics, improve your processes & refund immeditately.

                                      Request You to have Target completion date for tasks. You can see in this forum how many customers are disappointed bcz of the same problem. There is a serious problem in the way you work.

                                      Nearly 5 times you have mentioned me that the Case have been forwarded & it will be resolved ASAP.

                                      Please give me a date when will be the refund/coupon given as it has been 2 Months already.

                                        My order id is 33596905. Since the product was out of stock, my order was cancelled. I have been waiting for my refund since last 45 days. I have contacted customer service tons of times wherein i was assured it will be refunded within 3 days. I had logged a complaint with the customer care team, but it was fruitless. Pathetic service. This is absolutely not expected from a big platform like you.
