I made two orders with yepme. Order no. 33777818, 33782931. The products are not getting dispatched even after 15 days of placing the order. No use even after making complaints. Landlines won't work. Also i have one pending refund from long back. I am fed up with this website. If you continue doing this to customers, you will start losing them. This is completely unfair from your side. Kindly take appropriate action and dispatch the products asap.

    Dear sir,

    I ordered a clothes from "yepme.com" (Order id:[protected] on 20th june 2017. For this i had paid rs.1178/- through my Debit card and payment was successful.But after some days when i track the order it somehow rejected by yepme.com. According to policy of yepme.com, amount will be refunded in the original account within 7 days in case if payment not be verified at yepme.com.

    But no amount credited into my Debit card till date(9th July 2017).After that i called to yepme customer care and they didnt even took my phone.

    i have lodged complaints in yepme.com and complaint numbers are :3010659, 3012099, 3013333, 3016785, 3020233, 3011082. No response from Yepme refund team.

    So kindly coordinate with yepme.com in this issue so that i could get my money.

    after submitted the complaint, some people are calling and login to rbipaymentauthorisation, dont share your bank detail's such as Debit card number or CVV or Pin or Net banking credentials or OTP, [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] ...these are the cyber criminal numbers.
    Dont share any bank details...

    You are absolutely correct. Today I have received call from 9311708201 asking about my bank after I post my complaints. Concumer complaints should do something to get rid of these fraud and hackers. Otherwise consumers will fall into another traps.
    They just copy paste this replies. But they will not refund.
    Have you got refund... mine is still pending despite several reminders

        I have ordered a product from this site and paid for it by net banking. the payment has done successfully after that i got a mail saying that they've rejected my order.i didn't know why.Tried complaining and calling to but they give you only one ans "call after 30 min" and they repeat same ans after 30 min.in this process i lost my money and didn't get any product.Waiting for my refund.4 months are passed already.

          I didn't receive my product it's been more then 10 days and your call center number is fake I think because no one is responding to my calls it only says welcome to yepme and I hear only music after that my order no is 33773626. And I want my order as soon as possible if not I want my money back I think that it is my mistake that I already paid for it. Any the yep me email id is also not working and any of your numbers which are given in website.

          I ordered a watch on yepme.com on 15th june 2017.i paid through online
          Purchase id is 33736232 is rejected after 5 days without any notification.but till now money not refunded. They didn't give any information regarding the product.i tried so many times through mail and call but they didn't respond to my calls.
          Refund my money.
          I had returned some products purchased by me online. I had self shipped the product. I have not got my refund nor courier charges for over two months now. Customer care not picking up calls. Please help. I messaged on facebook but everytime they say we are working on it. I have already given several reminders.
          I ordered shoes on June 23rd and made on online payment. It cost around 1300. Expected delivery date for June 30th. Still the product is not dispatched. I want to know the status of the product which I ordered..
          I tried contacting yepme customer service, but no use of it.

                Have made order on june 30 order id: 33778159, but when i checked my account, where it's displaying in order status: order rejected. When i checked with my bank order amount has been deducted and till today i haven't received my money back.                       not resolved, i didnot get any refund, the yepme.com is a fraud site
                      My order no 33759470. Order date 16.06.2017.
                      But steel now my product didn't dispatch. What's the problem. It's my 3rd complain. Yepme! Your service is sooo bad. Quickly dispatch my product, otherwise I will cancel my order.

                          Yepme.com, the most fraudulent online shopping portal deceiving 100-1000 of customers. My order had been cancelled without my notice and now the refund period is ending too. Can't reach customer support. Useless bunch of fraudsters sitting there. I have no hope of getting my money back but I urge the people in power to take some necessary action against the company to save people from their tactics.

                              I had booked order 33767221, on yepme, dated 20th May'17, upon booking estimated delivery date was 26th may'17, but till date I haven't received my order.
                              upon reviewing status online and escalating matter in there complaint forum, still nothing happened, and no feedback received yet about whereabout of my order and its status.
                              tried calling customer care[protected] numerous times but none of the representative appears for resolving my problem

                              I'm totally disappointed with there services, and I'm not getting response either of Order delivery or Refund status...

                              I'm still awaiting any response from Team Yepme, its pathetic service and irresponsible Team working there, I suggest anyone who is wondering in yepme for good purchase, , , DONT BOTHER THEM, they are group of buggers, once you pay, and then you are at there mercy!!!

                              Can anyone help me to recover hard earned money.

                                On 17th June, two products are ordered and payment was made online. It's more than two weeks now that the orders are not received by me. When checked in Delhivery, it was down order rejected. Without my notice they did this and also no scope for me to refund since 14 days padded already. Tried calling customer service numbers but no response from the other side. And today for a call from a yepme guy, he refers me to initiate refund complain in [protected]@yepme.com which again is invalid website. This is biggest fraud fooling customers across India. Till now no action had been taken against the company.

                                  I have made order on JUNE 24, 2017 Order ID: 33772808, but when i checked my account, where it's displaying in Order Status: Order Rejected.                                     This is regarding my order no.[protected] I have placed this order on 22- May-2017 and paid through the internet banking ...I spoke to the customer care regarding the refund but the customer care team is so pathetic that they could not help me out. I was supposed to get refund in my account but there is no refund from yepme till now i.e. even after 40 days. I tried calling customer care several times but every time was call on hold for more than half an hour and as a result i could not speak to the customer care team...This is my worst experience ever !! ...Can somebody from Yepme team look at the earliest so that I can get my refund..

                                      i placed an order with yepme on 22 june and made the payment through credit card, a sum of Rs. 500 was deducted but even though i provided my email id and contact no. no information regarding my order confirmation was received.
                                      However, it did show on my yepme account that the expected delivery date was 28 june. I waited on but after no update or delivery of the product after a few days. I put up a complain on yepme.com and recieved an auto-generated mail and the next day i tried calling the customer care but no response.
                                      But to my major disappointment, they cleared out the information that showed ON MY ACCOUNT AS WELL AND NO REFUND OR INFORMATION ABOUT ANY CANCELLATION WAS RECEIVED.
                                      Now i realize why lead customers to make online payment by giving 20% discount and end up eating all your money!!!
                                      NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM YEPME TO PLAY SO CUNNING AND CHEAT CUSTOMERS!!FRAUD !THIEF!CON!

                                        My order is not processed stating payment was not succ. I hv attached a snapshot of the payment made.

                                        Your customer service number shown on website "[protected]" does not exist & the other number "[protected]" is never answered. I have tried multiple times on diff times.. I doubt if the center even exists.

                                        This is point blank day light cheating.
