I have ordered two watches and tshirts my order is verified but they haven't dispatched my order yet.
It's been 3 days and i really want my order to be delivered before 23rd or on 23rd april.

Sir main ne 13 march ko damaged item (Watch worth 659/-) return kiyatha per aaj tak mujhe refund amount ni milatha.
Myne daily yepme customer care ko call kar rahahu sir o loog bolrahe ki "wait for 24 hours aap ka refund amount aap ko miljayega" daily yehi baat bolrahe hi sir.. Myne daily [protected]@yepme.com ko mail kar rahuhu but no response sir.

I got a mail thay your order is confirmed but now they cancelled my order they all are frauding with customers i apllied a code FLAT300 SO i got discount so they have been cancelled my order.i[censored] don't want to gave discount to their customers why are u launch that code so please taje quick action on it.

I put an order for shoes by mistake two orders placed payment made for two orders, one item returned to yepme I tried to contact cc but it's always in waiting mode amount is1099 in App also there is one complaint option but it is showing for already returned orders need to contact cc order no.33410352.
Customer care number always waiting.
Please initiate yepme to refund my amount...

I had raised a refund request for my order number 33364766 with the reference no 2969695 a month ago for the refund of Rs 699 against my order but the request has not been ptocessed till now and everytime i call them i am told it would take a week to process and they have failed to process it till now. The status bar says that the item had been returned but there is no sign of payments made by the merchant in my account....

For order no : 33323672 i created a compliant for return order. Complaint no.: 2958410 on 23rd March 2017 and sent through courier. I got a reponse from Yepme on 25th March 2017 that they have received the product. till date i have not received the refund. Product cost is 2377. Status on Yepme site is coming as returned. Still i havn't received any refund till now....

I have ordered for shoes at Yepme.com vide their order No.33528140 dated 22/3/2017 and make payment of Rs.259/- through Payumoney.

After that due to some reasons I cancelled order but I have not received my payment back.I tried at Yepme Customer Care but they replied that "No online payment issue on this order". Kindly arrange to release my payment at the earliest. Thanks....

I have put an order ( Order number : 33038196, Date: 29 Dec 2016) of 4 different items. somehow they have divided order into different order id[protected] [1-item], 33042994 [2-items], 33042995 [1-item]). I have received products of sub order : 33042994 and 33042995 but did not receive 1- item pending under 33038196.

I placed my order around 6th of Feb, to surprise my wife with a dress. I trusted Yepme could do the job for me. They surprised me instead by stealing money from me. And I will always regret my decision. The dress was of cheap quality, so I had to return it, under company's 30 days refund policy. I spent money on courier and had to go to a distant courier office to return the dress. They wanted 14-21...

I have purchased two chronograph watch from yepme order no 33277672 . both were defective . so decided to return and registered for refund on feb 15 complain number 2937283. till the date i have not got any refund .I have contacted to customer care several times . every time they say it will take 24 hr or 7 days. actually what happened ? they are not sharing with me . may i hope to get refund my money?...

I returned the orders 33132970 and[protected]both were shoes) on 20th Jan and still did not get the refund for these orders.
I returned the orders well in time and unused with all tags intact.
The customer care says that we cannot process the refund due to unavoidable reasons. After a few more mails, they said that they have escalated the issue. Again a long silence.
