          Worst company ever I have ordered. These people collect money and place orders. Without intimation cancelled my order and when asked for refund they say it will take a month. WHat a idiotic company keeps our money and does not even deliver the product

          I became recent victim after purchasing from yepme.com.

          It seems in prima facie that yepme.com is doing unethical business, trying to cheat customers and making fraud. I myself tried to call over the customer care number Customer Care[protected]:00 AM - 7:00 PM (7 Days a week) given on their website and also tried to send the email at customer.[protected]@yepme.com but both are not working. Yepme has tailored their phone as well as email not to respond as they know they are doing will-full cheating.

          However hard you may try to contact them, but they will never respond. So WHAT IS SOLUTION !

          Do not worry, you just need to file a complaint with consumer court at to http://www.consumerhelpline.gov.in or call at[protected]. Remember, before, filing complaint you have to show that you tried your best to contact yepme.com but they did not respond to your call/email. Do the Audio Recording the music tone you are getting on yepme costomer care number, it will show the date and time duration you tried to contact them. Even the return emails shows that email of yepme is not working. This is another evidence. When you file your complaint with consumer court, they will enforce yepme not only to resolve your genuine issue but also will ask yepme to suitably compensate you for your legal expense, time wasted due to issue created by yepme, etc.

          Hope it will resolve your issue. Contact me for any further help. Stand for your right, to ensure justice do hesitate fight ! One is not hesitating is openly cheating you, but you are hesitating for even asking for your right!

            I had raised a refund request for my order number 33364766 with the reference no 2969695 a month ago for the refund of Rs 699 against my order but the request has not been ptocessed till now and everytime i call them i am told it would take a week to process and they have failed to process it till now. The status bar says that the item had been returned but there is no sign of payments made by the merchant in my account.

              For order no : 33323672 i created a compliant for return order. Complaint no.: 2958410 on 23rd March 2017 and sent through courier. I got a reponse from Yepme on 25th March 2017 that they have received the product. till date i have not received the refund. Product cost is 2377. Status on Yepme site is coming as returned. Still i havn't received any refund till now.

                After that due to some reasons I cancelled order but I have not received my payment back.I tried at Yepme Customer Care but they replied that "No online payment issue on this order". Kindly arrange to release my payment at the earliest. Thanks.

                  Hi,

                  I have put an order ( Order number : 33038196, Date: 29 Dec 2016) of 4 different items. somehow they have divided order into different order id[protected] [1-item], 33042994 [2-items], 33042995 [1-item]). I have received products of sub order : 33042994 and 33042995 but did not receive 1- item pending under 33038196.
                  there was quality and size issue with items received under order : 33042994, so I have decided to return. and also did not receive one item of order :33038196.

                  After few days received an email stating " you order 33038196 having one product cannot be processed as product is out of stock" and refund will be processed. secondly order 33042994 with two item is also returned.

                  Today is 04 Apr 2017 but yet to get refund of both the orders from yepme. I have called to customer support team many times but all the time they said to wait and wait..

                  please help me to get the refund. thank you.

                      When I was to Ur care officers before more than 10 days back were told like that dear sir is it process it will take 3-4days only to complete your refund process but now we days also I didn't get refund they were given times was also over more than 10 days and again I called but they were automatically disconnected my call if you have any dought for about refund credit to my account please check given in below the image or my account created transactions since from March 1st to April 3rd kk

Remember, before, filing complaint you have to show that you tried your best to contact yepme.com but they did not respond to your call/email. Do the Audio Recording the music tone you are getting on yepme costomer care number, it will show the date and time duration you tried to contact them. Even the return emails shows that email of yepme is not working. This is another evidence. When you file your complaint with consumer court, they will enforce yepme not only to resolve your genuine issue but also will ask yepme to suitably compensate you for your legal expense, time wasted due to issue created by yepme, etc.

                              I placed my order around 6th of Feb, to surprise my wife with a dress. I trusted Yepme could do the job for me. They surprised me instead by stealing money from me. And I will always regret my decision. The dress was of cheap quality, so I had to return it, under company's 30 days refund policy. I spent money on courier and had to go to a distant courier office to return the dress. They wanted 14-21 days to process my request, but now I get is option to take their coupon, or forget my money!

                              How can a company run like this? Yepme is bunch of THIEVES in disguise; I went through so many complaints on this board, and all have same problem.. I hope someone takes accountability and show this company the right way. We people cannot fight this pathetic company in court; am sure many cases are already there, and our system takes decades to solve such cases, we are not that powerful. THIS SUCKS!

                                    I returned the orders well in time and unused with all tags intact.

                                      But they haven't called me back regarding the delay instead when I'm reraising the issue they copy paste the above reply. I'm not gonna leave this as it is.
                                      The resolution of this complaint should be in the form of Call Back to my Number & The refund for the product & shipping charges of ₹ 200 for which the Bill I Have submitted should be refunded in the form of Cash Deposit to my Bank Account that I have already provided.

                                      If there is no response for this Complaint then this documentation would be taken as a proof and submitted @ Consumer Court as evidence.

                                        I became recent victim after purchasing from yepme.com.

                                        It seems in prima facie that yepme.com is doing unethical business, trying to cheat customers and making fraud. I myself tried to call over the customer care number Customer Care[protected]:00 AM - 7:00 PM (7 Days a week) given on their website and also tried to send the email at customer.[protected]@yepme.com but both are not working. Yepme has tailored their phone as well as email not to respond as they know they are doing will-full cheating.

                                        However hard you may try to contact them, but they will never respond. So WHAT IS SOLUTION !

                                        Do not worry, you just need to file a complaint with consumer court at to http://www.consumerhelpline.gov.in or call at[protected]. Remember, before, filing complaint you have to show that you tried your best to contact yepme.com but they did not respond to your call/email. Do the Audio Recording the music tone you are getting on yepme costomer care number, it will show the date and time duration you tried to contact them. Even the return emails shows that email of yepme is not working. This is another evidence. When you file your complaint with consumer court, they will enforce yepme not only to resolve your genuine issue but also will ask yepme to suitably compensate you for your legal expense, time wasted due to issue created by yepme, etc.

                                        Hope it will resolve your issue. Contact me for any further help. Stand for your right, to ensure justice do hesitate fight ! One is not hesitating is openly cheating you, but you are hesitating for even asking for your right!
